the method comprises the following steps:
placing a base plate and an article to be packaged on a conveying mechanism; after the conveying mechanism moves the article to be packaged into the packaging area, the supporting legs are placed at the bottom of the base plate, and finally the article to be packaged and the supporting legs are bundled together through the strapping tape.

A method for online tray making and packaging is characterized in that a packaging line is adopted for online tray making and packaging; the packaging line comprises a packaging mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a bearing frame, wherein the packaging mechanism comprises a support frame, a packaging head and a packaging chute, the packaging head and the packaging chute are arranged on the support frame and are connected, the packaging chute comprises an upper belt groove, a lower belt groove and two side belt grooves, the upper belt groove and the lower belt groove are arranged between the two side belt grooves, the packaging mechanism and the packaging chute form a packaging area, the conveying mechanism is used for conveying an article to be packaged to the packaging mechanism, and the bearing frame is used for being arranged at the packaging area and bearing supporting legs;
the method comprises the following steps: placing supporting legs on the conveying mechanism, and then placing base plates and articles to be packaged on the supporting legs; after the conveying mechanism moves the articles to be packaged into the packaging area, the articles to be packaged and the supporting legs are bundled together through the strapping tape.
3. The in-line palletizing method as set forth in claim 1 or 2, wherein the mat is clamped between the article and the supporting leg after the article to be palletized and the supporting leg are bound together.
