before the degradation of the train, the mode is FAM/CAM, the BTM equipment is normal, the speed measuring and distance measuring equipment is normal, and the communication between ATP and ATO, ZC, CI and TIAS systems is normal.
Step 8, after receiving the authorization instruction and the movable distance, the ATO controls the train to run forwards at a fixed speed limit, and if the train meets the condition of upgrading the FAM mode in the running process (the upgrading FAM condition is not different from the existing FAO system), the train is automatically upgraded to the FAM mode and then continues to run; and if the FAM cannot be upgraded to the FAM mode, continuing to operate in the remote speed-limiting operation mode.
Step 9, the train enters the station area: if the train is in a remote speed-limiting operation mode, the ATO calculates a train control curve according to the latest position information to control the train to accurately stop at the platform; and if the train is in the FAM mode, performing normal station entering operation according to the existing logic.

The following description will take an example in which the dispatcher cannot execute the remote speed-limiting operation instruction without executing the correct operation.
The train is in FAM mode because the idle slip compensation fails, degradation occurs, positioning is lost, the ATP applies the emergency brake, and the train stops. After degradation, ATP maintains communication with ATO, TIAS, ZC, CI systems. And the ATP judges that the conditions are met, enters a remote speed-limiting operation waiting state, and simultaneously sends a train estimated position report to the ZC. After the train enters a remote speed-limiting operation waiting state, the ATP system sends a remote speed-limiting operation application and train fault information to the TIAS. And after receiving the remote speed-limiting operation application and the train fault information, the TIAS performs corresponding alarm display and pop-up operation prompt on a dispatcher interface. Dispatcher operation allows remote speed-limiting operation: 1) firstly, confirming that no other train exists between the fault train and the front platform, and the access between the fault train and the front platform is in a locking state; 2) and then in a remote speed limit operation confirmation window popped up by the TIAS: inputting train number (the dispatcher inputs error in this step), selecting the train running direction as ascending, inputting the number of the front platform, and completing the operation through secondary confirmation.
And after receiving the remote speed-limiting operation instruction, the ZC judges that the train in the instruction is in a non-remote speed-limiting operation waiting state, does not meet the condition of allowing the train to operate towards the front platform, and feeds back the instruction execution failure and the failure reason to the TIAS. The TIAS performs execution failure feedback and failure reason display, and the dispatcher can select whether to issue a remote speed-limiting operation instruction again through a menu. This example is no longer commanded.
The following description takes the successful execution of the remote speed-limited operation as an example.
The train is in FAM mode because the idle slip compensation fails, degradation occurs, positioning is lost, the ATP applies the emergency brake, and the train stops. After degradation, ATP maintains communication with ATO, TIAS, ZC, CI systems.
And after the ATP judgment meets the conditions, entering a remote speed-limiting operation waiting state, and simultaneously sending a train estimated position report to the ZC.
After the train enters a remote speed-limiting operation waiting state, the ATP system sends a remote speed-limiting operation application and train fault information to the TIAS. And after receiving the remote speed-limiting operation application and the train fault information, the TIAS performs corresponding alarm display and pops up an operation prompt on a dispatcher interface.
Dispatcher operation allows remote speed-limiting operation: 1) firstly, confirming that no other train exists between the fault train and the front platform, and the access between the fault train and the front platform is in a locking state; 2) and then in a remote speed limit operation confirmation window popped up by the TIAS: inputting a train number, selecting the train running direction as ascending, inputting a front platform number, and finishing the operation through secondary confirmation.
And after receiving the remote speed-limiting operation instruction, the ZC judges that the condition that the train is allowed to operate to the front platform is met, and feeds back the instruction to the TIAS to be successfully executed.
And the ZC sends a remote operation speed limit instruction and a movable distance to the corresponding activation end ATP.
After the ATP receives the authorization instruction and the movable distance, the ATP judges that the conditions are met and forwards the command to the ATO, and meanwhile, emergency braking is relieved.
And after receiving the authorization instruction and the movable distance, the ATO controls the train to operate forwards at a fixed speed limit, in the running process of the train, the positioning is reestablished after passing through two continuous transponders, the train meets the condition of upgrading the FAM mode, and the train automatically upgrades to the FAM mode and then continues to operate.
And the train enters the station area, and normal station entering operation is carried out according to the existing FAM mode logic.
And normal door opening and closing operation is carried out after the train is accurately stopped at the platform.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a remote speed-limiting operation control device provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the device includes:
the processing unit 210 is configured to, if the ATP detects that the train to be controlled is in failure degradation, apply emergency braking to the train to be controlled, send a parking position after the emergency braking to the ZC, and send a remote speed limit operation application and train failure information to the TIAS;

the remote speed-limiting operation instruction is generated by the TIAS based on the remote speed-limiting operation application and the train fault information and is determined by the ZC after checking; the movement distance information is determined by ZC based on the parking position.
According to the remote speed-limiting operation control device provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the fault degradation of the train to be controlled is detected, the parking position after emergency braking is sent to the ZC, and the remote speed-limiting operation application and the train fault information are sent to the TIAS; the method comprises the steps that a TIAS generates a remote speed-limiting operation application and train fault information, a ZC checks the remote speed-limiting operation instruction, the ZC determines moving distance information according to a parking position, and then removes emergency braking and speed-limiting operation according to the remote speed-limiting operation instruction and the moving distance information, so that the rescue efficiency of a fault train is improved, the fault train can rapidly enter the station, long-term detention of passengers in a region and delay of running of a follow-up train are avoided, the train operation efficiency is improved, and the rescue degree is reduced.

receiving a remote speed-limiting operation instruction and moving distance information sent by a ZC, relieving emergency braking on the train to be controlled by an ATP (automatic train protection) and forwarding the remote speed-limiting operation instruction and the moving distance information to an ATO (automatic train operation) so that the ATO controls the train to be controlled to operate at a limited speed;
the remote speed-limiting operation instruction is generated by the TIAS based on the remote speed-limiting operation application and the train fault information and is determined by the ZC after checking; the movement distance information is determined by ZC based on the parking position.
2. The remote speed-limiting operation control method according to claim 1, wherein the remote speed-limiting operation instruction is generated by the following steps:
and determining the remote speed-limiting operation instruction based on the number of the operation trains between the train to be controlled and the platform in front and the access locking state between the train to be controlled and the platform in front.

The remote speed-limiting operation control method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the preset operation conditions include that the train to be controlled is in an FAM mode or a CAM mode before degradation, the BTM equipment of the train to be controlled is normally operated, the speed and distance measuring equipment of the train to be controlled is normally operated, and the ATP communication function of the train to be controlled is normal.
