in the first step, a proper amount of ammonium polyphosphate is placed in an ultrasonic dispersion machine with the frequency of 5-12 kHz, a proper amount of absolute ethyl alcohol is added, and the ammonium polyphosphate is completely dispersed in the absolute ethyl alcohol by utilizing ultrasonic oscillation for 8-13 min to obtain an ammonium polyphosphate suspension;
pouring the ammonium polyphosphate turbid liquid obtained in the step one into a container, placing the container on a magnetic stirrer, adding a proper amount of surfactant, stirring at 150-200 r/min for 10-15 min, uniformly mixing, transferring into a water bath kettle, heating at the high temperature of 115-125 ℃, condensing and refluxing at the temperature of 12-18 ℃, circulating for 3-5 times, discharging organic waste gas, transferring into a rotary evaporator, rotating at 360-480 r/s, heating at the high temperature of 105-110 ℃, discharging organic waste liquid, and obtaining concentrated near-dry modified flame retardant liquid;
in the third step, the primarily processed natural leather is placed on an ultrasonic printing machine, a prefabricated printing mold is installed, and the diamond patterns are printed on two surfaces of the natural leather by utilizing ultrasonic impact to obtain the printing leather with the diamond grooves 2;
according to the fourth step, according to the production requirement, the preset amount of asbestos powder and bamboo charcoal powder are taken, and are respectively placed into a stirrer, a proper amount of aqueous adhesive is added, the mixture is uniformly mixed and stirred, then the mixture is respectively poured into an injection molding machine and is injected into a prefabricated molding die, after die assembly, cooling, die opening and edge cutting, a heat insulation film and an antibacterial film with diamond blocks 3 and cross blocks 7 are respectively obtained, then the preset amount of polyethylene resin is taken according to the production requirement, is poured into the injection molding machine and is injected into the prefabricated molding die, and after die assembly, cooling, die opening and edge cutting, a molded film with cross grooves 6 is obtained;
placing the printed leather obtained in the third step on an ultrasonic laminating machine, and bonding the heat insulation film, the shaping film and the antibacterial film obtained in the fourth step on two surfaces of the printed leather in sequence by utilizing ultrasonic heating and rolling to obtain a blank with a leather base layer 1, a rhombic groove 2, a rhombic block 3, an inner heat insulation layer 4, an outer heat insulation layer 5, a crossed groove 6, a crossed block 7, an inner shaping layer 8, an outer shaping layer 9, an inner antibacterial layer 10 and an outer antibacterial layer 11;
and in the sixth step, the blank obtained in the fifth step is placed on a coating machine, the modified flame retardant liquid obtained in the second step is filled, the modified flame retardant liquid is uniformly coated on two sides of the blank by utilizing high-pressure air, and the modified flame retardant liquid is condensed into a film after being cooled, so that the flame-retardant natural leather for furniture, which is provided with a leather base layer 1, a rhombic groove 2, a rhombic block 3, an inner heat insulation layer 4, an outer heat insulation layer 5, a crossed groove 6, a crossed block 7, an inner plastic layer 8, an outer plastic layer 9, an inner antibacterial layer 10, an outer antibacterial layer 11, an inner flame-retardant layer 12 and an outer flame-retardant layer 13, is obtained.
Based on the above, the invention has the advantages that when the modified ammonium polyphosphate leather is used, the bamboo charcoal is added, so that the leather has an antibacterial function, germs are not easy to breed in storage and use, the health of personnel is guaranteed, the service life of a product is prolonged, the modified ammonium polyphosphate is easy to store for a long time, the leather has lower flame spread rate and heat release rate, no molten drop phenomenon exists during combustion, the smoke generation amount is small, the smoke toxicity is low, a certain self-extinguishing effect is realized, the modified ammonium polyphosphate leather is not easy to combust when being heated, the fire risk is reduced, the personnel and property are protected from being lost, the safety of the leather is enhanced, and meanwhile, the ammonium polyphosphate is modified by the surfactant, so that the thermal stability of the ammonium polyphosphate is improved, the flame retardance is reliable, and the use requirements of furniture are met.
