Abstract
The invention provides an electromagnetic shielding composite coating, a breathable electromagnetic shielding heat-insulating cloth and a preparation process thereof, wherein the electromagnetic shielding composite coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: environment-friendly epoxy resin: 100 parts of (A); barium sulfate: 10 parts of (A); deionized water: 50 parts of a mixture; iron oxide red: 30 parts of (1); silane coupling agent KH-570: 15 parts of (1); silver powder: 15 parts of (1); graphene: 5 parts of a mixture; rose essential oil: 5 parts of the raw materials. The breathable electromagnetic shielding heat insulation cloth disclosed by the invention is of a multilayer composite structure and has the advantages of simple and convenient preparation process and low cost. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic shielding composite coating is added into the breathable electromagnetic shielding heat insulation cloth, so that heavy metal wires or conductive fibers are not needed, and the breathable electromagnetic shielding heat insulation cloth has the advantages of environmental protection, no toxicity, light weight, good heat insulation performance, good electromagnetic shielding effect, good softness and breathability and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electromagnetic shielding, in particular to an electromagnetic shielding composite coating, a breathable electromagnetic shielding heat insulation cloth and a preparation process thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of electronic technology, electromagnetic radiation is ubiquitous, and people receive electromagnetic wave radiation from nature and man-made at any time and any place, such as televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners, microwave ovens, computers, mobile phones, electronic instruments, medical equipment and the like, which can release certain electromagnetic wave radiation.
Electromagnetic shielding is the use of shields to block or attenuate the transmission path of electromagnetic interference energy, thereby suppressing electromagnetic interference. In order to prevent interference and leakage caused by electromagnetic wave radiation, electromagnetic shielding using an electromagnetic shielding material is a main method currently used.
The existing shielding materials comprise an electromagnetic shielding metal plate, electromagnetic shielding cloth and the like, wherein the electromagnetic shielding cloth is widely applied to labor protection clothes of professionals such as computers, microwaves, anti-static and explosion-proof clothes, maternity clothes, shielding tents for military use, shielding curtains, equipment covering clothes, electrostatic protection of electronic instruments, information safety shielding and the like.
However, the existing electromagnetic shielding cloth is mainly made by adding heavy metal wires or conductive fibers during weaving, and the metal wires are easy to break in the production process, and have poor flexibility and air permeability. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a further solution to the problem of positioning the carrier board.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an electromagnetic shielding composite coating, a breathable electromagnetic shielding heat-insulating cloth and a preparation process thereof, so as to overcome the defects in the prior art.
