Abstract
The invention discloses a forming and positioning device for an embedded part of a cabin cover, which comprises a platform base, a positioning support and a tooling plate, wherein the platform base is used for being fixed on a mold; the embedded part can be positioned by the positioning device, the embedded part is prevented from being impacted by injection molding materials to generate displacement in the injection molding process, and meanwhile, the embedded part is also prevented from deviating in the vacuumizing process, so that the mounting precision of the embedded part is improved, and the risk of scrapping or reworking of finished products is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of injection molding, in particular to a forming and positioning device for an embedded part of an engine room cover.
Background
The resin vacuum infusion process is widely applied to the fields of wind power, automobiles, ships, traffic and the like, and embedded metal parts are usually placed in a glass fiber interlayer in large-scale composite materials, so that the connection and reinforcement of parts are realized. The existing embedded part is usually manually placed on a semi-finished product made of glass fiber and then is subjected to injection molding, the embedded part is easily impacted by an injection molding material to be displaced in the injection molding process, and meanwhile, the embedded part is easily deviated in the vacuumizing process, so that the positioning accuracy of the embedded part is poor, and a product has the risk of scrapping or reworking.
In order to solve the problems, a cabin cover embedded part forming and positioning device is needed, and the device can be used for positioning the embedded part, improving the processing efficiency of products and reducing the rejection rate.

In view of this, the invention provides a forming and positioning device for an embedded part of an engine room cover, which can position the embedded part, improve the processing efficiency of products and reduce the rejection rate.
The forming and positioning device for the embedded part of the engine room cover comprises a platform base, a positioning support and a tooling plate, wherein the positioning support is connected to the platform base, the positioning support horizontally extends outwards to the outside of the platform base and is connected with the tooling plate, and a positioning hole for positioning the embedded part is formed in the tooling plate.

Detailed Description
The embodiment provides a forming and positioning device for an embedded part of a cabin cover, which comprises a platform base 1, a positioning support 2 and a tooling plate 3, wherein the positioning support is connected to the platform base, the positioning support horizontally extends outwards to the outside of the platform base and is connected with the tooling plate, and a positioning hole 4 for positioning the embedded part is formed in the tooling plate; the platform base is used for being fixedly connected to a mold, namely the whole positioning device is fixedly arranged on the mold, the mold is used for pouring injection molding materials and forming, the platform base is provided with a horizontal mounting plate, a plurality of support legs are fixedly connected to the lower portion of the horizontal mounting plate, all the support legs are fixedly connected to the mold, and as shown in a combined graph 2, a reinforcing rib 10 is arranged on a cabin cover semi-finished product 9 made of glass fibers, a tooling plate is arranged above the reinforcing rib, an embedded part 11 is a steel plate, the embedded part is horizontally placed on the reinforcing rib, the tooling plate is arranged above the embedded part, through holes matched with the positioning holes 4 are formed in the embedded part, the positioning holes in the graph 3 are shielded, the embedded part is positioned by utilizing the positioning pins to be matched with the positioning holes and the through holes, the embedded part is guaranteed not to be impacted by the injection molding materials to be displaced in the injection molding process, meanwhile, the embedded part is guaranteed not to be deviated in the vacuumizing process, the mounting precision of the embedded part is improved, and the risk of scrapping or reworking of finished products is reduced.
In this embodiment, the positioning holes are two waist-shaped holes. The waist-shaped holes are arranged, so that the margin of error can be increased, and the embedded parts can be conveniently matched with the through holes in the embedded parts; the two positioning holes are beneficial to forming reliable positioning on the embedded part, and fewer positioning holes are arranged at the position, so that the sealing process treatment on the positioning holes in the injection molding process is facilitated, and the injection molding material can be prevented from flowing into the positioning holes by the sealing process treatment; in addition, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the embedded part in advance, in the injection molding process, grease is filled in the mounting holes in advance for sealing, so that the injection molding material is prevented from flowing into the mounting holes, and after the injection molding is finished, the injection molding material is removed from the positions corresponding to the mounting holes to expose the mounting holes.
In this embodiment, the tooling plate includes a horizontal plate 3a, a vertical plate 3b vertically connected to the horizontal plate, and a reinforcing plate 3c connected between the horizontal plate and the vertical plate, the positioning hole is formed in the horizontal plate, and the horizontal plate is used for horizontally pressing on the embedded part and positioning the embedded part through the positioning hole. As shown in the combined drawing 3, the tooling plate with the structure is high in stability, and is vertically pressed on the embedded part through the horizontal plate, so that the embedded part is favorably positioned in the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, the horizontal plate 3a is connected below the positioning bracket 2, and the horizontal plate is connected with the positioning bracket through at least one cushion block 5. Referring to fig. 3, two spacers are disposed between the horizontal plate and the positioning block to adjust the position of the horizontal plate, and the spacers may be hollow blocks or solid blocks, in this embodiment, the spacers are hollow tubular structures.
In this embodiment, a connecting plate 6 is connected below the cushion block, and the horizontal plate 3a is connected below the connecting plate. As shown in the combination of FIG. 3, the connecting plate is smaller than the horizontal plate, the connecting plate is favorable for being connected with the horizontal plate, and the mounting precision of the horizontal plate is favorably controlled, wherein the connecting plate and the horizontal plate can be fixedly welded or detachably connected through a bolt.
In this embodiment, the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the side wall of the cushion block through an angle steel 7, and the horizontal edge of the angle steel is fixedly connected to the connecting plate. As shown in a combined figure 3, two angle steels are connected between the connecting plate and the cushion block, so that the structural stability of the whole connecting plate is improved.
In this embodiment, the positioning holes 4 cover the lower portion of the connecting plate and correspond to the positions of the angle steels, and the angle steels and the connecting plate are provided with openings 8 vertically corresponding to the positioning holes. Referring to fig. 3, the positioning holes are located below the connecting plate and the angle steel, and the positioning holes are located below the opening 8, so that the overflow plane can be raised through the structure, and the injection molding material can be prevented from flowing into the positioning holes.
In this embodiment, locating support 2 is the rectangular frame structure, the two angle departments in the locating support outside are connected with platform base 1 respectively, the two angle departments of locating support inboard are connected with frock board 3 respectively. As shown in the combined figure 1, the positioning support is connected with two platform bases and two tooling plates, and the stability of the whole positioning device is improved by the aid of the structure.
In this embodiment, two reinforcing plates 3c are arranged in parallel, and the positioning holes are located between the two reinforcing plates. As shown in the combined figure 3, the two reinforcing plates can form lateral shielding to prevent injection molding materials from splashing into the positioning holes.
