Specifically, please refer to fig. 2 and 5 again, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a pre-cooling fan 31 is fixed on an inner wall of a top end of the cooling sealing cover 30, a plurality of semiconductor refrigerators 32 are fixed on an inner wall of a bottom end of the cooling sealing cover, the plurality of semiconductor refrigerators 32 extend to the inside of the rack 40 through a housing of the rack 40, the housing of the preheating sealing cover 50 is a hollow structure, an induced draft fan 51 is embedded on the inner wall of the top end of the preheating sealing cover 50, a return fan 52 is embedded on the inner wall of the bottom end of the preheating sealing cover 50, and a heat pump 53 fixed inside the rack 40 is arranged below the preheating sealing cover 50;
it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the precooling fan 31 at the top end of the cooling seal cover 30 is used to initially cool the plastic product entering the cooling seal cover 30, and then the cooled air produced by the semiconductor refrigerator 32 at the bottom end of the cooling seal cover 30 is used to further cool the plastic product from the bottom, so as to improve the cooling efficiency of the plastic product;
furthermore, the preheating sealing cover 50 sucks the expanded hot air into an interlayer of the shell of the preheating sealing cover 50 through the induced draft fan 51 at the top end of the preheating sealing cover 50, the hot air flows back into the preheating sealing cover 50 again through the air return fan 52 at the bottom end of the preheating sealing cover 50 to be heated, heat circulation is formed, the utilization efficiency of hot air is improved, the air inlet end of the heat pump 53 is connected with the inside of the diaphragm box 10 through a pipeline, the air outlet end of the heat pump 53 is connected with the inner cavity of the preheating sealing cover 50 through a pipeline, and therefore low-grade heat energy which is consumed to a certain extent in the diaphragm box 10 is converted into high-grade heat energy through the heat pump 53 and is output to the inside of the preheating sealing cover 50 to be heated.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 2 and 3 again, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, symmetrically disposed heating pipes 13 are fixed inside the diaphragm casing 10, the heating pipes 13 are electrically connected to the thermocouple 131, and the sealing air bag 141 is fixed on the upper surface of the lower mold 14;
it should be noted that, in the present embodiment, since the heating pipe 13 is fixed inside the diaphragm casing 10, so as to heat by using the heating pipe 13, since the heating pipe 13 is electrically connected to the thermocouple 131, a worker can control the temperature and the heating time by the thermocouple 131 connected to the PLC controller;
further, the lower mold 14 is inflated by the air pump to the connected sealing bladder 141 through the upper surface thereof to reduce the gap between the lower mold 14 and the upper mold 12, thereby improving the sealing property between the upper mold 12 and the lower mold 14.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 1 and 7 again, through holes 215 for the flexible sealing tapes 212 are formed at the upper and lower ends of the surfaces of one side of the preheating sealing cover 50 and the cooling sealing cover 30 away from each other, driven rollers 214 are rotatably connected to the inner walls of the through holes 215 through rotating shafts, and observation windows 54 are embedded in the side walls of the diaphragm box 10, the preheating sealing cover 50 and the cooling sealing cover 30;
furthermore, the preheating sealing cover 50 reduces the sealing performance between the inner wall of the through hole 215 and the flexible sealing belt 212 through the driven roller 214 in the through hole 215 formed on the preheating sealing cover, and reduces the circulation of the air inside the rack 40 and the outside air;
further, the worker can observe the working conditions of the internal components of the diaphragm case 10, the preheating sealing cover 50 and the cooling sealing cover 30 through the observation windows 54 embedded in the diaphragm case 10, the preheating sealing cover 50 and the cooling sealing cover 30.
The specific operation mode of the invention is as follows:
when a thermal diaphragm machine is used for processing a plastic product, a worker firstly places the plastic product on which the carbon fiber composite material is laid in a preheating sealing cover 50 at a feeding end of a rack 40 for preheating, then pushes the plastic product into a diaphragm box 10, at the moment, an upper die 12 descends under the driving of an air cylinder 11 so that a transparent diaphragm in the upper die 12 is in contact with a die bottom plate at the bottom end of the plastic product, as the plastic product is provided with a vacuum hole which is connected with a vacuum system, the transparent diaphragm is tightly attached to the plastic product along with the reduction of air between the transparent diaphragm and the plastic product, the internal environment is heated through a heating pipe 13 in the diaphragm box 10 so that the plastic product and the transparent diaphragm are combined together, at the moment, the upper die 12 ascends under the driving of the air cylinder 11, the worker pushes the plastic product into a cooling sealing cover 30 for cooling, and takes out the cooled plastic product;
the opening and closing of the feeding port and the discharging port of the preheating sealing cover 50 are controlled by opening and closing the plastic product limiting mechanism 21 in the preheating sealing cover 50, so that when a plastic product is pushed into the preheating sealing cover 50, a closed space is formed by closing the preheating sealing cover 50, the circulation of air in the inner cavity of the preheating sealing cover 50 and the outside is reduced, at the moment, the gas guide mechanism 23 is controlled to release the limitation of the gas guide mechanism on the gas leakage hole 221, the gas leakage hole 221 is arranged at the top end of the tooth-shaped pressure bearing plate 22 for bearing the plastic product, so that hot gas at the bottom of the tooth-shaped pressure bearing plate 22 penetrates through the gas leakage hole 221 to preheat the plastic product, and in the same way, after the plastic product is pushed into the diaphragm box 10 for film coating processing, the plastic product is pushed into the cooling sealing cover 30, and the feeding port and the discharging port of the cooling sealing cover 30 are closed through the plastic product limiting mechanism 21 in the cooling sealing cover 30 for cooling.

Claims (8)

1. A multifunctional thermal diaphragm machine for processing plastic products comprises a rack (40) and is characterized in that a preheating sealing cover (50) is fixed to the top of a feeding end of the rack (40), a cooling sealing cover (30) is fixed to the top of a discharging end of the rack, a diaphragm box (10) fixed to the upper surface of the rack (40) is arranged between the preheating sealing cover (50) and the cooling sealing cover (30), a first pretreatment assembly (60) is arranged inside the preheating sealing cover (50), and a second pretreatment assembly (20) with the same structure as the first pretreatment assembly (60) is arranged inside the cooling sealing cover (30);
a plurality of air cylinders (11) are fixed at the top end of the interior of the diaphragm box (10), an upper die (12) is fixed at the bottom end of a piston rod of each air cylinder (11), and a lower die (14) fixed on the upper surface of the rack (40) is arranged below the upper die (12);
the second pretreatment assembly (20) comprises a plastic product limiting mechanism (21) which is fixed inside the cooling seal cover (30) and used for sealing the cooling seal cover (30), a tooth-shaped pressure bearing plate (22) which is fixed at the top end of the rack (40), and a gas guide mechanism (23) which is positioned below the tooth-shaped pressure bearing plate (22) and fixed inside the rack (40), wherein a plurality of air leakage holes (221) distributed in a rectangular array are formed in the tooth-shaped pressure bearing plate (22);
the gas guide mechanism (23) comprises a plurality of rotating rollers (231) which are arranged in the rack (40) at equal intervals, and the outer surface of each rotating roller (231) is sleeved with an L-shaped folding strip (232);
the gas guiding mechanism (23) further comprises a belt pulley (234) fixed at one end of the rotating roller (231), the belt pulleys (234) are connected through a belt (235), the bottom end of the belt (235) abuts against a plurality of tension pulleys (233), and the tension pulleys (233) are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the rack (40) through rotating shafts.

The multifunctional thermal diaphragm machine for processing plastic products as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plastic product limiting mechanism (21) comprises rotating rollers (211) fixed at four corners of the inner wall of the cooling seal cover (30), and flexible seal belts (212) sleeved on the rotating rollers (211), the flexible seal belts (212) are provided with symmetrically arranged openings (213), and the flexible seal belts (212) extend to the outside through the machine frame (40) and the cooling seal cover (30) and are connected end to close into a ring shape.

The multifunctional thermal diaphragm machine for processing plastic products, according to claim 1, is characterized in that a pre-cooling fan (31) is fixed on the inner wall of the top end of the cooling sealing cover (30), a plurality of semiconductor refrigerators (32) are fixed on the inner wall of the bottom end of the cooling sealing cover, and the plurality of semiconductor refrigerators (32) extend to the inside of the frame (40) through the housing of the frame (40).

The multifunctional heat diaphragm machine for processing plastic products, according to claim 1, is characterized in that a shell of the preheating sealing cover (50) is of a hollow structure, an induced draft fan (51) is embedded in the inner wall of the top end of the preheating sealing cover (50), an air return fan (52) is embedded in the inner wall of the bottom end of the preheating sealing cover (50), and a heat pump (53) fixed inside the rack (40) is arranged below the preheating sealing cover (50).

The multifunctional thermal membrane separating machine for processing plastic products as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that symmetrically arranged heating pipes (13) are fixed inside the membrane separating box (10), and the heating pipes (13) are electrically connected with thermocouples (131).
6. The multifunctional heat-diaphragm machine for processing plastic products of claim 1, wherein the sealing air bag (141) is fixed on the upper surface of the lower die (14).

The multifunctional heat membrane machine for processing plastic products as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preheating sealing cover (50) and the cooling sealing cover (30) are provided with through holes (215) for the flexible sealing strips (212) at the upper and lower ends of the side surfaces away from each other, and the inner wall of the through hole (215) is rotatably connected with a driven roller (214) through a rotating shaft.
8. The multifunctional thermal membrane machine for processing plastic products as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the side walls of the membrane box (10), the preheating sealing cover (50) and the cooling sealing cover (30) are embedded with observation windows (54).
