Claims (10)
1. A contact lens demoulding and taking machine comprises a supporting component (1), and is characterized in that a feeding mechanism (4), a demoulding mechanism (5), a transmission mechanism (6), a taking mechanism (7), a carrying mechanism and a taking mechanism (9) are sequentially and adjacently arranged on the supporting component (1);
one end of the demoulding mechanism (5) is connected with the feeding mechanism (4), the other end is connected with the transmission mechanism (6), a mould (12) to be processed enters the demoulding mechanism (5) from the feeding mechanism (4), preliminary demoulding is completed through repeated extrusion, and then the mould enters the transmission mechanism (6);
the conveying mechanism (6) comprises a heating pipe (605) for heating and softening the primary demolding mold in the conveying process;
the carrying mechanism is arranged on the conveying mechanism (6), the sheet taking mechanism (7) and the material taking mechanism (9) and is used for conveying the mold which is heated and softened on the conveying mechanism (6) to the sheet taking mechanism (7) for sheet taking, and finally conveying the mold to the material taking mechanism (9) for subpackaging and collecting.

The contact lens demolding and taking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the demolding mechanism (5) comprises a material-removing fluted disc arranged on the support assembly (1), the material-removing fluted disc comprises an inner fluted disc (501), a coaxially arranged extrusion fluted disc (502) and a fluted disc motor connected with the inner fluted disc (501), a certain gap is reserved between the inner fluted disc (501) and the extrusion fluted disc (502) to form a mold slot (503), and the mold (12) to be processed is repeatedly extruded through the mold slot (503) to complete primary demolding;
a dust removal box (505) is arranged right above the material removal fluted disc, and the dust removal box (505) is connected with a dust removal fan (504).

A contact lens demolding and taking machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mold (12) to be processed is provided with first saw teeth on the periphery side, and the inner toothed disc (501) and the extruding toothed disc (502) are provided with second saw teeth matched with the first saw teeth;
the inner fluted disc (501) is circular, the extrusion fluted disc (502) is composed of a plurality of arc-shaped blocks (5021), the arc-shaped blocks (5021) are distributed along the inner fluted disc (501), one end of each arc-shaped block (5021) is gradually close to the inner fluted disc (501) to the other end, and the die (12) to be processed is repeatedly extruded when passing through the die slot position (503).

A contact lens demolding and taking machine according to claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism (6) comprises a conveyor belt (602) connected with the demolding mechanism (5), and a limiting device (604) and a top mold device (603) are respectively arranged at two sides of the conveyor belt (602);
a plurality of conveying chains (601) are arranged in parallel on one side of the limiting device (604) far away from the top die device (603), and heating pipes (605) are arranged in a box body below the conveying chains (601);
one end of the conveying chain (601) far away from the limiting device (604) is provided with a positioning device (606), and the positioning device (606) is connected with the carrying mechanism.

A contact lens demolding and taking machine according to claim 1, wherein the taking mechanism (7) comprises an extrusion main shaft (703) and a static extrusion plate (702) which are arranged on the supporting assembly (1), a movable extrusion plate (704) is arranged at the output end of the extrusion main shaft (703), the movable extrusion plate (704) corresponds to the static extrusion plate (702), and a mold placing groove (701) is arranged between the movable extrusion plate (702) and the static extrusion plate (704).

The contact lens demolding and taking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the taking mechanism (9) comprises a lens taking sliding table (904) arranged on the supporting assembly (1), a top disc cylinder (905) is arranged on the lens taking sliding table (904) in a sliding manner, a disc taking clamping jaw (901), a material receiving clamping jaw (906) and a dust removing cylinder (903) are arranged on the periphery of the lens taking sliding table (904) in a side-by-side manner, and a material receiving disc (902) is clamped in the disc taking clamping jaw (901) or the material receiving clamping jaw (906).

The contact lens demolding and taking machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the material receiving clamping jaw (906) comprises a support (9061) arranged on the supporting assembly (1), a hollow rectangular frame (9062) matched with the material receiving disc (902) is fixedly arranged on the support (9061), and a one-way rotating triangular limiting block (9063) is arranged at the inner edge of the rectangular frame (9062).

A contact lens stripper as defined in claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism (4) comprises a vibration disc controller (401) disposed on the support member (1), a vibration disc (402) is disposed on the top of the vibration disc controller (401), a feeding groove (403) is disposed on the vibration disc (402), and the feeding groove (403) is connected to the stripping mechanism (5).

A contact lens stripper as defined in claim 1, wherein the carrying mechanism comprises a first carrying mechanism (8) and a second carrying mechanism (10), and the first carrying mechanism (8) is arranged on the conveying mechanism (6) and the taking mechanism (7), and the second carrying mechanism (10) is arranged on the taking mechanism (7) and the taking mechanism (9).
10. A method of taking a contact lens using a contact lens taking machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps, in sequence:
step S1, mold feeding
Placing the die (12) to be processed into a vibrating disc (402), arranging and transporting the die (12) to be processed through the vibrating disc (402), and feeding the die (12) to be processed into a demolding mechanism (5) from a feeding groove (403);
step S2, demolding the die
A to-be-processed mold (12) enters a mold groove position (503) through a feeding mechanism (4), demolding operation is carried out through mutual extrusion of an inner fluted disc (501) and an extrusion fluted disc (502), a dust removal box (505) cleans material slag generated in the operation process in the demolding operation process so as to ensure the normal operation of a demolding mechanism (5), and the mold is conveyed to a conveyor belt (602) of a conveying mechanism (6) after the processing is finished;
step S3, heating for mold transportation
After being preliminarily processed by the demolding mechanism (5), the mold is placed on a conveyor belt (602) of a transmission mechanism (6), the mold is conveyed to a position of a limiting device (604) through the conveyor belt (602), a top mold device (603) ejects the mold out of the limiting device (604) to a conveying chain (601) according to design requirements, the mold is heated and softened through a heating pipe (605) below the conveying chain (601), then the mold is conveyed to a positioning device (606), and a first conveying mechanism (8) is waited for conveying the mold to a sheet taking mechanism (7);
step S3, taking lens
The mold is heated by the conveying mechanism (6) and then conveyed to a mold placing groove (701) in the film taking mechanism (7) through the conveying mechanism, the film taking mechanism (7) drives the extrusion plate (704) to extrude the mold for multiple times according to setting through the extrusion main shaft (703) until the lens is separated from the mold, and then the mold is conveyed to the position of the material taking mechanism (9) through the second conveying mechanism (10);
step S4, taking lens
The receiving tray (902) is placed on the lens taking sliding table (904), and is conveyed to the lens receiving position after dust removal operation, the second carrying mechanism (10) puts the processed die into the receiving tray (902), and the jacking cylinder jacks up the receiving tray (902) and cooperates with the receiving clamping jaws (906) to clamp the receiving tray (902) which finishes receiving materials and waits for receiving.
