The working principle of the rapid molding machine for the epoxy table top and the using method thereof provided by the invention is as follows: placing an epoxy plate on the main workbench 2 and the auxiliary workbench 3, inserting the epoxy plate between the two positioning strips 6, contacting the left side surface of the epoxy plate with the left side surface of the positioning insertion plate 7, then regulating and controlling the PLC 12, operating the cutting motor 56, rotating the output shaft of the cutting motor 56 to drive the driving belt pulley 57 to rotate, driving the driving belt pulley 57 to drive the two driven belt pulleys 55 connected by belt transmission, the driven belt pulley 55 driving the saw shaft 52 to rotate, the saw shaft 52 on the rear side driving the saw blade one 53 to rotate, the saw shaft 52 on the front side driving the saw blade two 54 to rotate, then operating the moving motor 44, driving the output shaft of the moving motor 44 driving the gear 45 to rotate, the gear 45 and the rack 43 being meshed and connected, the rack 43 not moving, the gear 45 driving the moving motor 44 to move backwards, the moving motor 44 driving the sliding seat 42 to slide backwards along the guide rail 41, the sliding seat 42 driving the saw shaft seat 51 to move backwards, the saw shaft seat 51 drives the saw shaft 52 to move backwards, the saw shaft 52 respectively drives the first saw blade 53 and the second saw blade 54 to move backwards, the first rotating saw blade 53 is contacted with the epoxy board to cut the epoxy board, the second rotating saw blade 54 is contacted with the epoxy board along with the right movement of the slide seat 42, because the second saw blade 54 is longitudinally corresponding to the first saw blade 53, the diameter of the second saw blade 54 is larger than that of the first saw blade 53, the second saw blade 54 can cut along the saw slot of the first saw blade 53, the depth of the cut of the second saw blade 54 is large to cut the epoxy board for the second time, meanwhile, the slide seat 42 drives the upper protective cover 11 to move along with the saw blade through the rear support 9 and the front support 10, the slide seat 42 drives the first saw blade 53 and the second saw blade 54 to move to the rear end to complete the cutting of the epoxy board, at the moment, the first saw blade 53 is positioned in the rear protective cover, then the moving motor 44 stops operating, the cutting motor 56 stops operating, and the positioning insertion plate 7 is upwards drawn out, and then drawing out the cut epoxy plate from the left side, directly taking off leftover materials of the auxiliary workbench 3, continuously inserting the positioning insertion plate 7, reversely rotating an output shaft of the moving motor 44, enabling the moving motor 44 to drive the supporting mechanism 4 to reset, and then continuously processing.
It should be noted that the moving motor 44, the cutting motor 56 and the PLC controller 12 disclosed in the above embodiments can be freely configured according to practical application scenarios, the moving motor 44 can be A servo motor with model number AKM2G-64, the cutting motor 56 can be A three-phase asynchronous motor with model number Y132S-4, the PLC controller 12 can be A PLC controller with model number FX3G-20MT/ES-A, and the PLC controller 12 controls the moving motor 44 and the cutting motor 56 to operate by A method commonly used in the prior art.
