Further, referring to fig. 2, as a specific embodiment of the maintenance rack for valve equipment maintenance provided by the present invention, a plurality of sets of distance measuring devices 9 are disposed on one side of the turning plate 22 where the rotating disc 21 is disposed. By arranging the distance measuring instrument 9, the information such as the size and the height difference of the installation position of the detected valve device 10 or parts thereof can be measured when the valve device 10 is in the horizontal and vertical maintenance states, and reference data is provided for maintenance work.
Further, as a specific implementation mode of the maintenance rack for valve equipment maintenance provided by the invention, the maintenance rack can be provided with a telescopic airtight canopy so as to adapt to outdoor all-weather maintenance operation and cleanliness control of dust prevention, moisture prevention and the like in the maintenance process.
The invention provides an overhaul rack for valve equipment overhaul, when valve equipment 10 needs to be overhauled, the overhaul rack is pulled to an overhaul site through a traction rod 14, a power supply is switched on, and a ground support oil cylinder 13 extends out and is horizontally adjusted; the hoisting support moves to the end of the cantilever hoisting beam 412 far away from the upright column 411 through the caster 426 to be basically aligned, then the multistage oil cylinder 423 is extended, the support flange 422 is driven to support the end of the cantilever hoisting beam 412 far away from the upright column 411, and the end is positioned through the guide positioning pin 421; the valve body 103 is hoisted to an overhauling rack through a hoisting piece 413, at the moment, an adaptive flange 211 or a chuck clamp 212 is selectively installed on the rotary table 21 according to the structure and the size of the valve body 103, the first end part 101 of the valve body 103 is fixed on the rotary table 21 through the adaptive flange 211 or the chuck clamp 212, the second end part 102 of the valve body 103 is supported through the supporting component 3, and the levelness of the valve body 103 is adjusted by adjusting the distance between the first carrier roller 32 and the second carrier roller 33, so that the axis of the valve body 103 is in the horizontal position; the floating support piece 6 is adjusted downwards, so that the floating support piece 6 is separated from the outer wall of the valve body 103, the rotating speed reduction motor 242 drives the driving gear 241 to rotate, the driving gear 241 drives the rotating disc 21 to rotate, the rotating disc 21 drives the valve body 103 to rotate around the axis of the valve body 103 relative to the turnover plate 22, and the valve rod is dismounted through the hoisting piece 413; the floating support piece 6 is adjusted upwards, the floating support piece 6 is enabled to support the outer wall of the valve body 103, the two groups of overturning oil cylinders retract, the overturning plate 22 is overturned to be parallel to the workbench 1, the adjusting piece 5 is driven by hydraulic pressure, the adjusting piece 5 is enabled to support the overturning plate 22, the verticality of the valve body 103 is adjusted through the height of the hydraulic adjusting piece 5, and the valve plate and the like are disassembled through the hoisting piece 413. After the maintenance is completed, the valve rod and the valve plate can be mounted on the valve body 103 by reversely operating the steps.
The maintenance rack for the valve equipment maintenance provided by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the maintenance work can be completed in the vacant places such as a stock yard outside the equipment factory building, an idle road and the like, and the equipment factory building field and the equipment such as a travelling crane are not occupied; the maintenance work does not need to be coordinated with the field work, the large valve device 10 can be maintained after being offline, the time for maintaining the valve device 10 is saved by at least 8-48 h, and the maintenance efficiency is improved;
(2) the rotation of the large valve device 10 and the adjustment of the levelness of the axis can be finished within 5min, the overturning of the large valve device 10 and the adjustment of the verticality of the axis can be finished within 10min, and the disassembly or reinstallation operation saves 6-8 h time compared with the traditional overhauling method;
(3) by using the maintenance rack for valve equipment maintenance, the rotation and the overturning of the large valve equipment 10 are controllable, uniform, stable and free of impact, and the damage risk of the equipment is greatly reduced.

Claims (10)

1. An access platform for servicing a valve apparatus, the valve apparatus including a valve body having a circular cross-section and a valve member mounted on the valve body, the access platform comprising: the lifting device comprises a workbench, and a turnover assembly and a lifting assembly which are arranged on the workbench;
the overturning assembly comprises an overturning plate, an overturning driving piece, a turntable and a turntable driving piece; the turnover plate is arranged on the workbench and comprises a first position parallel to the workbench and a second position vertical to the workbench; the turnover driving piece can drive the turnover plate to rotate relative to the workbench between the first position and the second position; the turntable is mounted on the roll-over plate and is used for being connected with the first end part of the valve body; the rotary disc driving piece can enable the valve body to rotate around the axis of the valve body relative to the turnover plate;
the hoisting assembly is used for hoisting the valve body and the valve member.
2. The service rack of claim 1, further comprising a support assembly disposed on the table for supporting the second end of the valve body when the roll-over plate is in the second position.
3. The service rack of claim 2, wherein the support assembly comprises: the first carrier roller and the second carrier roller are arranged on the support frame relatively and can move relatively, and the first carrier roller and the second carrier roller support the second end portion of the valve body together.
4. An access platform for servicing valve apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising a height adjustable adjustment member disposed on said table for supporting said roll-over plate when said valve body is rotated to have its axis perpendicular to said table.
5. An access platform for servicing valve apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising a floating support disposed on said table, said floating support being disposed between said support assembly and said roll-over plate, said floating support being movable up and down relative to said table to provide floating support for said valve body.
6. An access platform for servicing valve apparatus as recited in claim 5, wherein said access platform further comprises a bracket removably attached to said table, said floating support member being attached to said bracket.
7. An access platform for servicing valve installations as defined in claim 1 wherein levels are provided on both adjacent side walls of the roll-over panel.
8. The service rack of claim 1, wherein the lifting assembly comprises: the valve body and the valve component are hoisted by the hoisting piece, and the hoisting piece can slide relative to the cantilever hanging beam; the hanger support is used for supporting one end of the cantilever hanging beam far away from the upright post.
9. The service rack for servicing valve installations of claim 1, further comprising a movable wheel disposed below the table.
10. An access platform for servicing valve apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the side of said roll-over panel on which said turntable is located is provided with a plurality of sets of distance meters.
