Abstract
本发明属于手部消毒技术领域,具体涉及一种护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液及其制备方法,消毒乳液,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙醇40%‑80%,甘油2%‑4%,修复因子1%‑4%,增稠剂0.2%‑1%,杀菌剂0.1%‑1.0%,酸碱调节剂0.01%‑0.03%,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.01%‑0.03%,霍霍巴蜡1%‑2%,异硬脂醇新戊酸酯1%‑2%,助溶剂0.1%‑1.0%,余量为去离子水。本发明完美融合了消毒过程和护肤过程,实现了“消毒即护理”的理念,可有效解决现有技术中存在的频繁使用导致退皮、揉搓起灰、粘手以及堵塞泵头的问题,特别适用于医务人员的卫生手消毒,同时可有效评价速干消毒剂的速干速率。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于手部消毒技术领域,具体涉及一种护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
2020年全球爆发的新冠疫情,对全球政治、经济产生了重大的影响。随着新冠疫情以及常见传播性流行病在去昂求范围扩散、流行,医院感染的控制工作成为现在医院管理的核心工作之一。大量临床数据显示,医护人员的双手的细菌种类和数量往往较其他人群多,且通过手直接或间接传播疾病比空气传播更具有危险性。因此,做好医护人员手卫生是预防和控制医院感染最重要的环节之一。
醇类消毒剂具有悠久的历史,在医疗机构的消毒中占有重要地位,属于中水平消毒剂,主要用于手及皮肤消毒。自问世以来,凭借作用速度快,长期使用不会产生耐药性等优势,已然成为规范要求和医疗机构必选的手消毒产品。
每当流感流行或者新冠病毒这种疾病流行的时候,医院自然而然会提高手消毒剂使用的频率,ICU/NICU等重点科室每人每天使用次数可以达到50-100次,每次用量约为2ml,频繁的使用手部皮肤角质层水分流失,加上乙醇本身具有脱脂的效果,极易导致手部皮肤的干燥,手部皮肤干燥后,皮肤已然处于亚健康状态,加之精神紧张、手部出汗等综合因素,很容易导致退皮、过敏等不良反应。据世界卫生组织公布的数据,很多调查显示25%的护士报告有手部皮炎的症状,85%有手部皮肤问题。
针对这种情况,目前主要有两种解决方式,第一就是添加保湿剂,目前厂家的性价比比较高的甘油等,仅仅能起到一个保湿的效果,在使用频率小于10次的时候可能不会出现问题,可是当使用频率大于50次的时候,该配方形式则无法保证医务人员手部安全。第二种方式是使用完消毒剂后,使用护手霜进行护理,但是由于工作繁忙,每天使用护手霜的次数不超过2次,时间间隔超过6个小时,不能够在第一时间对皮肤进行护理,从而导致蜕皮的发生。
新冠疫情期间,速干手消毒液的应用越来越广泛,但市面上产品鱼目混杂,加上目前没有评价消毒剂速干速率的评价效果。这直接制约了产品的发展,所以出现了不论是否含醇、含醇多少都以速干手消毒剂命名。所以速干速率时间的测定,同样也是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,可有效解决现有技术中存在的揉搓起灰、粘手、皮肤干燥、长期使用导致耐药性以及堵塞泵头的问题,特别适用于医务人员的卫生手消毒;同时本发明还提供其制备方法和检测方法。
本发明所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙醇40%-80%,甘油2%-4%,修复因子1%-4%,增稠剂0.2%-1%,杀菌剂0.1%-1.0%,酸碱调节剂0.01%-0.03%,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.01%-0.03%,霍霍巴蜡1%-2%,异硬脂醇新戊酸酯1%-2%,助溶剂0.1%-1.0%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙醇60%-80%,甘油2%-3%,修复因子1%-2%,增稠剂0.2%-0.5%,杀菌剂0.1%-0.5%,酸碱调节剂0.01%-0.02%,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.01%-0.02%,霍霍巴蜡1%-1.5%,异硬脂醇新戊酸酯1%-1.5%,助溶剂0.1%-0.5%,余量为去离子水。
进一步优选地,所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙醇70%,甘油2%,修复因子1%,增稠剂0.2%,杀菌剂0.5%,酸碱调节剂0.02%,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.01%,霍霍巴蜡1%,异硬脂醇新戊酸酯1%,助溶剂0.1%,余量为去离子水。
其中:
所述的乙醇选自特级食用级酒精或优级食用级酒精中的一种。
所述的修复因子为烟酰胺或芦荟提取物中的一种或两种。
所述的助溶剂选自PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯醚-7椰油醇醚、共聚乙二醇丙二醇月桂醇醚或聚氧乙烯椰子油醇醚中的一种或两种。
所述的杀菌剂选自葡萄糖酸氯己定、苯扎氯铵或二癸基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或两种。
所述的增稠剂选自卡波姆940、卡波姆941、卡波姆Ultrez 20、羟甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶或海藻酸钠中的一种或两种。
所述的酸碱调节剂选自三乙醇胺、氢氧化钠或DL-氨基丙醇中的一种或多种。
本发明所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应釜中,搅拌升温至70℃以上,加入增稠剂,搅拌;
(2)然后加入乙醇,搅拌均匀后静置溶胀10h;
(3)溶胀后再进行搅拌,搅拌至均匀;
(4)向反应釜加入甘油、杀菌剂、鲸蜡硬脂醇,搅拌至均匀;
(5)向步骤(4)的混合溶液中加入碱性调节剂、助溶剂,搅拌至均匀;
(6)向步骤(5)的混合溶液中加入霍霍巴蜡、异硬脂醇新戊酸酯,搅拌至均匀后,缓慢加入修复因子。
本发明所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液的速干速率检测方法,如下:
A.1试验器材
至少包括以下试验器材:
a)一次性使用培养皿,直径90mm;
b)一次性使用无菌注射器,容量10mL;
c)分析天平,精度0.0001g;
d)电子天平数据连接线。
A.2试验环境
室温应为20℃~25℃,湿度应为:40%RH~60%RH。
A3.试验方法
A.3.1被测样品在室温下调节至少4小时。
A.3.2将实验室门窗关闭,空调关闭,确保室内无明显空气流通,实验室保持最多两人操作试验。
A.3.3分析天平连接电脑。
A.3.4分析天平所有门打开稳定后备用。
A.3.5用10mL注射器取10mL样品,缓缓注入平置在桌面的培养皿中,盖好培养皿盖。
A.3.6保持培养皿底面置于桌面,用手轻轻按住培养皿盖慢慢摇匀样品,使样品均匀分布在培养皿内底部。
A.3.7将培养皿放入分析天平托盘上,示数稳定后打开培养皿盖,15s后开始计时,并在0s、60s保存数据。
A.3.8试验重复3次。
A.4计算
干燥速度按照公式(A.1)计算:

V—干燥速度,单位为毫克每秒(mg/s)
M0—计时的初始重量,单位为毫克(mg);
M1—计时60s后的重量,单位为毫克(mg);
k—试验次数。
本发明主要应用对象为频繁使用(>50次/人/天)手消毒剂的医务人员。将修复因子、油性乳液护肤成分与消毒成分完美融合,解决了传统认知中使用醇类消毒剂必退皮,以及蜕皮后使用护手乳液时为时已晚的问题,将消毒过程与护肤过程完美的融合在一起。
本发明完美融合了消毒过程和护肤过程,做到了消毒即护理,颠覆了行业的认知,为提高医务人员的手卫生依从率做出重要贡献。解决了现有产品中起灰、粘手等手感问题,并且将频繁使用引发皮肤角质层脱水、脱脂带来的干燥问题,且本发明配方精简、性能稳定、干燥速度快、使用安全,乳液剂型使用时不会堵塞泵头;同时公布了一种用于评价速干消毒剂的速干速率,旨在有效评价速干消毒剂的速干速率。这一新指标为评价消毒剂干燥时间提供了理论依据。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)将修复、护肤和消毒集合在一起,实现了消毒即护肤的完美融合。
(2)本发明制备的乳液,与空气接触面窄,使用时不会堵塞泵头。
(3)修复因子可以保证频繁使用不会导致皮肤干燥。
(4)专用增溶剂,保证乳液体系稳定,不破乳。
(6)规定了速干速率的测定方法,为速干手消毒剂的评价提供重要的数据支撑。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,本发明的优点和特点将会随着描述而更为清楚。但实施例仅是范例性的,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1
护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液由以下质量百分比的组分组成:
乙醇40%,甘油2%,芦荟1%,羟乙基纤维素0.2%,葡萄糖酸氯己定0.1%,三乙醇胺0.01%,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.01%,霍霍巴蜡1%,异硬脂醇新戊酸酯1%,聚氧乙烯醚-7椰油醇醚0.1%,余量为去离子水。
上述消毒乳液的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应釜中,搅拌升温至70℃以上,加入羟乙基纤维素,搅拌;
(2)然后加入乙醇,搅拌均匀后静置溶胀10h;
(3)溶胀后再进行搅拌,搅拌至均匀;
(4)向反应釜加入甘油、葡萄糖酸氯己定、鲸蜡硬脂醇,搅拌至均匀;
(5)向步骤(4)的混合溶液中加入三乙醇胺、聚氧乙烯醚-7椰油醇醚,搅拌至均匀;
(6)向步骤(5)的混合溶液中加入霍霍巴蜡、异硬脂醇新戊酸酯,搅拌至均匀后,缓慢加入芦荟胶。
实施例2
护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液由以下质量百分比的组分组成:
乙醇60%,甘油4%,修复因子2%,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.5%,苯扎氯铵0.5%,氢氧化钠0.03%,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.02%,霍霍巴蜡1.5%,异硬脂醇新戊酸酯1.5%,聚氧乙烯椰子油醇醚0.5%,余量为去离子水。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液由以下质量百分比的组分组成:
乙醇80%,甘油4%,烟酰胺2%,二癸基二甲基氯化铵1%,黄原胶0.1%-1.0%,氢氧化钠0.03%,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.03%,霍霍巴蜡2%,异硬脂醇新戊酸酯2%,助溶剂1.0%,余量为去离子水。
制备方法同实施例1。
对实施例1-3制备的消毒乳液采用国标或行业内的常规检测方法进行检测,检测结果见表1-7。

本发明对小鼠的毒性实验
对小鼠急性经口毒性试验按《消毒技术规范》(2002版)测试,该产品对于雌雄小白鼠经口LD50>5000mg/Kg,属于实际无毒级别,见表5所示:

1.一种护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,其特征在于:由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙醇40%-80%,甘油2%-4%,修复因子1%-4%,增稠剂0.2%-1%,杀菌剂0.1%-1.0%,酸碱调节剂0.01%-0.03%,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.01%-0.03%,霍霍巴蜡1%-2%,异硬脂醇新戊酸酯1%-2%,助溶剂0.1%-1.0%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,其特征在于:由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙醇60%-80%,甘油2%-3%,修复因子1%-2%,增稠剂0.2%-0.5%,杀菌剂0.1%-0.5%,酸碱调节剂0.01%-0.02%,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.01%-0.02%,霍霍巴蜡1%-1.5%,异硬脂醇新戊酸酯1%-1.5%,助溶剂0.1%-0.5%,余量为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,其特征在于:由以下质量百分比的组分组成:乙醇70%,甘油2%,修复因子1%,增稠剂0.2%,杀菌剂0.5%,酸碱调节剂0.02%,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.01%,霍霍巴蜡1%,异硬脂醇新戊酸酯1%,助溶剂0.1%,余量为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,其特征在于:所述的乙醇选自特级食用级酒精或优级食用级酒精中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,其特征在于:所述的修复因子为烟酰胺或芦荟提取物中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,其特征在于:所述的助溶剂选自PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯醚-7椰油醇醚、共聚乙二醇丙二醇月桂醇醚或聚氧乙烯椰子油醇醚中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,其特征在于:所述的杀菌剂选自葡萄糖酸氯己定、苯扎氯铵或二癸基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂选自卡波姆940、卡波姆941、卡波姆Ultrez 20、羟甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶或海藻酸钠中的一种或两种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液,其特征在于:所述的酸碱调节剂选自三乙醇胺、氢氧化钠或DL-氨基丙醇中的一种或多种。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一所述的护肤修复型速干免洗手消毒乳液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应釜中,搅拌升温至40℃-60℃以上,加入增稠剂,搅拌;
(2)然后加入乙醇,搅拌均匀后静置溶胀;
(3)溶胀后再进行搅拌,搅拌至均匀;
(4)向反应釜加入甘油、杀菌剂、鲸蜡硬脂醇,搅拌至均匀;
(5)向步骤(4)的混合溶液中加入碱性调节剂、助溶剂,搅拌至均匀;
(6)向步骤(5)的混合溶液中加入霍霍巴蜡、异硬脂醇新戊酸酯,搅拌至均匀后,缓慢加入修复因子。
