Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤,该纸尿裤包括抗菌除臭层,抗菌除臭层含有抗菌除臭复合纳米颗粒,具体制备工艺为,(1)称取钛酸四丁酯和聚氧乙烷‑聚氧丙烷‑聚氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物F127、CTAB溶于水中,超声混合均匀,滴入氨水80‑100℃下反应5‑7h;(2)将得到的溶胶离心,以去离子水和乙醇交替清洗3次,300‑350℃下热处理得到介孔二氧化钛纳米颗粒;(3)将介孔的二氧化钛溶于去离子水中,随后加入一定的硅烷偶联剂和壳聚糖,搅拌反应一定时间,干燥;(4)将步骤(3)的产物浸泡于硝酸银的乙醇/水溶剂中,得到介孔二氧化钛‑壳聚糖‑Ag的复合抗菌除臭纳米颗粒,介孔的二氧化钛快速大量吸附氨气,二氧化钛和Ag协同抗菌,抗菌性能得以大大提升。

技术领域
本发明属于卫生用品领域,具体涉及到一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步和人们生活水平需求的提高,纸尿裤领域快速发展,人们对于纸尿裤的需求量不断提升,在使用纸尿裤过程中,纸尿裤需要长时间与人体皮肤相互接触,从而容易集聚大量尿液产生尿氨,细菌大量繁殖,从而使得人体皮肤容易出现湿疹、红肿、红屁股等问题。因此对纸尿裤赋予抑菌除臭功能具有非常重要的实际应用价值。
CN107456320A公开了涉及到一种含有纳米银的高效抗菌抗反渗尿不湿。一种含有纳米银的高效抗菌抗反渗尿不湿,包括由上至下依次叠层设置的面层、吸收芯层、防漏底膜,尿不湿两侧粘贴有立体护围,所述的面层为上、中、下三层复合结构,所述的上、下层为亚麻纤维、ES纤维、甲壳素纤维组成的复合纤维网;所述的中层由改性PP纤维制成;所述的面层通过热粘合工艺制得。
CN205626290U公开了一种高抗菌、吸附重金属微小颗粒的微溶保健纸尿裤,包括主体和用于固定纸尿裤的魔术贴,主体由上到下依次包括面层、导流层、高分子聚合物吸水层、不透液PE底膜,所述导流层为微溶无纺布,包括羧甲基壳聚糖纤维、壳聚糖纤维和低熔点的ES纤维,该微溶无纺布上设有热压粘合区,相邻热压粘合区之间为原始无纺布区,在温度30~37℃、PH为5.0~8.0环境下羧甲基壳聚糖纤维、壳聚糖纤维不同程度溶解,产生微溶状态,具有更高的抗菌性能、吸附重金属微小颗粒性能,同时能透过面层与皮肤接触,产生保健功能,
然而,经调研发现,现有的纸尿裤绝大多数直接添加性能单一的抗菌剂和除臭剂,兼具抗菌除臭的材料在尿不湿的制造过程中使用并不常见。
发明内容
一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤,其特征在于,该纸尿裤包括抗菌除臭层,抗菌除臭层含有抗菌除臭复合纳米颗粒,该纳米颗粒的具体制备工艺为,
(1)称取钛酸四丁酯和聚氧乙烷-聚氧丙烷-聚氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物、CTAB溶于水中,超声混合均匀,滴入氨水调节pH为7-10,随后80-100℃下反应5-7h;
(2)将得到的液溶胶离心,以去离子水和乙醇交替清洗3次,300-350℃下热处理得到介孔二氧化钛纳米颗粒;
(3)将介孔的二氧化钛溶于去离子水中,随后加入一定的硅烷偶联剂和壳聚糖,50-60℃下搅拌反应一定时间,干燥;
(4)将步骤(3)的产物浸泡于硝酸银的乙醇/水溶剂中,50-60℃下搅拌,得到介孔二氧化钛-壳聚糖-纳米Ag的复合抗菌除臭纳米颗粒。
优选的,热处理时间为1-2h;
优选的,步骤(3)反应时间为1-2h;
有益效果:
本申请制备的复合颗粒兼具了抗菌和除臭功能,介孔的二氧化钛能够快速大量吸附氨气,而且高比表面利于增加抗菌活性点,将其接枝壳聚糖后,壳聚糖与Ag络合,保证了Ag接枝的数量和接枝的紧密性,介孔的二氧化钛也有利于Ag的进一步高度分散,避免团聚,二氧化钛和Ag协同抗菌,抗菌性能得以大大提升。

具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)称取2mmol钛酸四丁酯和4.8mg的聚氧乙烷-聚氧丙烷-聚氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物F127、2mg的CTAB溶于50ml水中,超声混合均匀,滴入氨水,调节pH为8,随后100℃下反应5h;
(2)将得到的溶胶离心,以去离子水和乙醇交替清洗3次,300℃下热处理得到介孔二氧化钛纳米颗粒;
(3)将介孔的二氧化钛溶于50ml去离子水中,随后加入1mg的硅烷偶联剂和2.4mg的壳聚糖,50℃下搅拌反应1h,干燥;
(4)将步骤(3)的产物浸泡于2mol/L的硝酸银的乙醇/水溶剂中,50℃下搅拌1h,得到介孔二氧化钛-壳聚糖-纳米Ag的复合抗菌除臭纳米颗粒。
实施例2
(1)称取2mmol钛酸四丁酯和3mg的聚氧乙烷-聚氧丙烷-聚氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物F127、2.8mg的CTAB溶于50ml水中,超声混合均匀,滴入氨水,调节pH为7,随后100℃下反应5h;
(2)将得到的溶胶离心,以去离子水和乙醇交替清洗3次,300℃下热处理得到介孔二氧化钛纳米颗粒;
(3)将介孔的二氧化钛溶于50ml去离子水中,随后加入1mg的硅烷偶联剂和2.4mg的壳聚糖,50℃下搅拌反应1h,干燥;
(4)将步骤(3)的产物浸泡于2mol/L的硝酸银的乙醇/水溶剂中,50℃下搅拌1h,得到介孔二氧化钛-壳聚糖-纳米Ag的复合抗菌除臭纳米颗粒。
实施例3
(1)称取2mmol钛酸四丁酯和4.8mg的聚氧乙烷-聚氧丙烷-聚氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物、2mg的CTAB溶于50ml水中,超声混合均匀,滴入氨水,调节pH为8,随后90℃下反应6h;
(2)将得到的溶胶离心,以去离子水和乙醇交替清洗3次,300℃下热处理得到介孔二氧化钛纳米颗粒;
(3)将介孔的二氧化钛溶于50ml去离子水中,随后加入1mg的硅烷偶联剂和2.4mg的壳聚糖,60℃下搅拌反应1h,干燥;
(4)将步骤(3)的产物浸泡于2mol/L的硝酸银的乙醇/水溶剂中,50℃下搅拌1h,得到介孔二氧化钛-壳聚糖-纳米Ag的复合抗菌除臭纳米颗粒。

Claims (3)

1.一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤,该纸尿裤包括抗菌除臭芯层,抗菌除臭芯层含有抗菌除臭复合纳米颗粒,该纳米颗粒的具体制备工艺为,
(1)称取钛酸四丁酯和聚氧乙烷-聚氧丙烷-聚氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物F127、CTAB溶于水中,超声混合均匀,滴入氨水调节pH为7-10,随后80-100℃下反应5-7h;
(2)将得到的液溶胶离心,以去离子水和乙醇交替清洗3次,300-350℃下热处理得到介孔二氧化钛纳米颗粒;
(3)将介孔的二氧化钛溶于去离子水中,随后加入一定的硅烷偶联剂和壳聚糖,50-60℃下搅拌反应一定时间,干燥;
(4)将步骤(3)的产物浸泡于硝酸银的乙醇/水溶剂中,50-60℃下搅拌,得到介孔二氧化钛-壳聚糖-Ag的复合抗菌除臭纳米颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤,热处理时间为1-2h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤,步骤(3)反应时间为1-2h。
