In this embodiment, the back folding region 111 is disposed at the back of the jacket 100, the back folding region 111 is used for folding, the back folding region 111 is in a long shape, the extending direction of the back folding region 111 is parallel to the central line of the jacket 100, the back folding region 111 is folded, the width of the body 110 of the jacket 100 can be changed, the first adhesive sheet 710 and the second adhesive sheet 720 are disposed at two sides of the back folding region 111, the first adhesive sheet 710 and the second adhesive sheet 720 are adhered to each other and then can fix the width of the back folding region 111, and further fix the size of the adjusted body 110. When the size of the jacket 100 is low in adaptation degree with the body of a wearer, the first adhesive sheet 710 and the second adhesive sheet 720 can be removed from being adhered to each other, the back folding area 111 is folded and adjusted through the body of the wearer, and the adjusted size of the coat body 110 is fixed through the first adhesive sheet 710 and the second adhesive sheet 720, so that the adaptation degree between the coat body 110 of the jacket 100 and the body of the wearer is improved, and therefore the situation that the wearing comfort degree is low due to the fact that the jacket 100 is too small, and the situation that dust falls off due to the fact that the jacket 100 is too large is avoided.
When the back folding region 111 is not disposed at a proper position, for example, when the back folding region 111 is disposed at a position where the back is not flat, such as near the sleeves, the cloth is likely to have more and more concentrated wrinkles due to folding, and thus, the wearer may feel a greater discomfort. In one embodiment, as shown in figure 3, the back fold region 111 is located at the centerline of the back of the jacket 100. In this embodiment, the extending direction of the back folding area 111 is parallel to the central line of the jacket 100, and the back folding area 111 is disposed at the central line of the back of the jacket 100, when the back folding area 111 is folded to adjust the width of the body 110, the cloth on both sides of the central line of the back of the jacket 100 will contract toward the central line, so that the cloth on both sides of the central line of the back of the jacket 100 has the same deformation degree, thus, the wrinkle degree of the cloth on both sides of the back folding area 111 can be small, and meanwhile, the wrinkle can be prevented from being too concentrated, thereby improving the wearing comfort of the jacket 100.
Since each person has different statures and different characteristics, for example, the abdomen of the person is relatively protruded, the width of the abdomen of the jacket 100 needs to be larger than the width of the chest to be able to fit the stature of the wearer, so that although the width of the jacket 100 can be adjusted through the back folding region 111, the jacket cannot fit the stature of the wearer. To solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the first fixing element 700 includes a plurality of first adhesive sheets 710, the second adhesive sheet 720 and the first adhesive sheets 710 are respectively disposed at two sides of the back folding area 111, and the first adhesive sheets 710 are all adhered to the second adhesive sheets 720. In this embodiment, since the first fixing member 700 includes the plurality of first adhesive sheets 710, the width of the back folding region 111 is fixed by the way of bonding the plurality of first adhesive sheets 710 and the second adhesive sheets 720, so that the width of each point of the back folding region 111 can be fixed by the plurality of first adhesive sheets 710, so that different positions of the back folding region 111 can have different widths, when the width of the body 110 of the jacket 100 is adjusted, the width of each point of the back folding region 111 can be adjusted unequally according to the characteristics of the body of the wearer, and the body 110 of the jacket 100 can be adapted to the body of the wearer.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the adjacent first adhesive sheets 710 are equally spaced. In this embodiment, the interval between two adjacent first bonding sheets 710 is equal, namely, a plurality of first bonding sheets 710 are uniformly arranged along the length direction of the back folding area 111, so, when the width of each point of the back folding area 111 is adjusted unequally according to the characteristics of the body of the wearer, each point of the back folding area 111 and the body of the wearer can be made to have higher adaptation degree, and further the wearing comfort of the jacket 100 is improved, and meanwhile, because the jacket 100 and each upper body of the wearer can be well adapted, dust or dirt on the upper body of the wearer can be well prevented from falling, and further the dustproof effect of the dust-free coat 10 is improved.
It can be understood that, when the width of the back folding area 111 is adjusted, the cloth will contract towards the center line of the back of the upper garment 100, the shoulder positions of the upper garment 100 are uneven due to the connection with the neck and the sleeves, and after the back folding area 111 contracts, the shoulder positions of the upper garment 100 are prone to generate more wrinkles, so that the wearing comfort of the upper garment 100 is low. To solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the back folding portion 111 includes a first folding portion 111a, a second folding portion 111b and a third folding portion 111c, the first folding portion 111a, the second folding portion 111b and the third folding portion 111c are all in a strip-shaped structure, one end of the first folding portion 111a, one end of the second folding portion 111b and one end of the third folding portion 111c are connected to a central position of the back of the jacket 100, an extending direction of the first folding portion 111a is parallel to a central line of the jacket 100, and the other end of the second folding portion 111b and the other end of the third folding portion 111c extend to shoulders of the jacket 100, respectively. In this embodiment, one end of the first folding portion 111a is located at the center of the back of the jacket 100, the other end extends downward, the width of the lower half of the jacket 100 can be changed by controlling the width of the first folding portion 111a, the end of the second folding portion 111b and the end of the third folding portion 111c overlap with the end of the first folding portion 111a, and the other end of the second folding portion 111b and the other end of the third folding portion 111c extend to the shoulders of the jacket 100, respectively, and when the upper half of the jacket 100 is adjusted, the upper half of the jacket 110 can be condensed by the second folding portion 111b and the third folding portion 111c, respectively, so that the folding of the upper half of the jacket 100 can be more uniform, which helps to reduce the wrinkles at the shoulders of the jacket 100, and further improves the wearing comfort of the dust-free coat 10.
Since the dust-free clothes 10 have poor air permeability, the wearer tends to feel uncomfortable because the back of the wearer is stuffy when wearing the dust-free clothes 10 when the weather is hot. In order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, a first air permeable region 112, a second air permeable region 113 and a third air permeable region 114 are disposed on the back of the jacket 100, the first air permeable region 112 and the second air permeable region 113 are disposed on two sides of the back folding region 111, respectively, the third air permeable region 114 is disposed between the second folding portion 111b and the third folding portion 111c, the dust-free jacket 10 further includes a dust-proof mesh assembly, the dust-proof mesh includes a first mesh, a second mesh and a third mesh, and the first mesh, the second mesh and the third mesh are disposed in the first air permeable region 112, the second air permeable region 113 and the third air permeable region 114 in a one-to-one correspondence. In this embodiment, the ventilation zones are holes formed in the back of the jacket 100, so that the back of the wearer is communicated with the outside, and the air permeability of the back of the jacket 100 is further improved, each ventilation zone is provided with a mesh sheet, the mesh sheet has a plurality of fine holes, and a dustproof effect can be achieved on the basis of air circulation, and the dust-free jacket 10 has better air permeability and dust resistance at the same time.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the jacket 100 includes a jacket 100 body and a first covering sheet, a second covering sheet and a third covering sheet, the first breathable zone 112, the breathable zone and the third breathable zone 114 are all disposed on the jacket 100 body, the first covering sheet, the second covering sheet and the third covering sheet are respectively disposed on the first breathable zone 112, the second breathable zone 113 and the third breathable zone 114, and the first covering sheet, the second covering sheet and the third covering sheet are detachably connected to the jacket 100 body. In this embodiment, the first cover sheet, the second cover sheet and the third cover sheet are detachably connected to the jacket 100, the first breathable zone 112, the second breathable zone 113 and the third breathable zone 114 can be selectively opened or closed according to the working environment, when the environment is hot, the breathable zones can be opened to improve the breathability of the jacket 100, when the environment is comfortable, the breathable zones can be closed through the cover sheets to improve the dust resistance of the jacket 100, and therefore the jacket 100 is more environment-friendly, and the wearing experience of a wearer is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, a first magic tape is disposed on the periphery of the first cover sheet, the periphery of the second cover sheet, and the periphery of the third cover sheet, a second magic tape is disposed on the periphery of the first breathable zone 112, the periphery of the second breathable zone 113, and the periphery of the third breathable zone 114, and the first magic tape and the second magic tape are adhered together. In this embodiment, the periphery of each lid closes the piece all is provided with first magic subsides, and the periphery in each ventilative district all is provided with the second magic subsides to the magic subsides have the characteristics that can bond and separate many times, through bonding each other of first magic subsides and second magic subsides, can make the lid close the piece and be connected with dismantling of jacket 100 body, and then reach the effect that improves jacket 100's environmental suitability.
Because the folding area is only arranged on the back of the jacket 100, namely, only the cloth on the back of the jacket 100 can be contracted, when the contraction amount of the cloth on the back is large, the cloth amount on the front and the back of the jacket 100 is too uneven, the appearance is poor, and the wearing comfort is poor. To solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the front of the upper garment 100 is provided with a face-folding area, and the dust-free clothes 10 further comprises a second fixing member for fixing the face-folding area. In this embodiment, the front of the jacket 100 is provided with the face folding area, the front cloth of the jacket 100 can be folded in the face folding area, and the second fixing member can fix the adjusted face folding area, so that the surface areas of the front and back cloths of the jacket 100 are relatively even, thereby improving the fitting degree between the jacket 100 and the body of the wearer, and further improving the wearing comfort and the beauty of the dust-free coat 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present application further provides a dust free work garment, which includes the dust free garment 10 according to any one of the above embodiments, and further includes dust free pants for use with the dust free garment 10. In one embodiment, the dust free garment 10 includes a top 100, a hat 200, and an adjustment strap 300. The cap 200 is integrally connected to the jacket 100, and the cap 200 is provided with a cap opening 210. The adjusting band 300 is connected with the hat 200, the adjusting band 300 is correspondingly arranged on the cap opening 210, and the adjusting band 300 is used for changing the size of the cap opening 210.
In the present embodiment, the dust-free clothes 10 includes the upper garment 100, the cap 200 and the adjusting band 300, the upper garment 100 is used for covering the upper body of the worker to prevent the dirt such as dust or debris of the upper body from falling off, the cap 200 is used for covering the head of the worker to prevent the dirt of the head from falling off, and specifically, the upper garment 100 and the cap 200 are integrally connected, compared with the split upper garment 100 and the cap 200 of the conventional dust-free clothes 10, the cap 200 of the conventional dust-free clothes 10 can only cover the top and the back part of the head of the worker, so that a larger area of the head is still uncovered, and the cap 200 of the present embodiment is integrally connected with the upper garment 100, so that not only the top and the back part of the head can be covered, but also the neck and the two sides of the cheek can be covered, that the covering area of the head is effectively increased, and the pollution of the dust, dirt and the like of the head to the clean room and the product can be effectively reduced, the better dustproof effect to the work area is reached.
Further, the hat 200 is provided with a hat opening 210, the hat opening 210 is correspondingly provided with an adjusting band 300, the adjusting band 300 is used for changing the size of the hat opening 210, specifically, the adjusting band 300 is in a strip structure, the adjusting band 300 is correspondingly connected with the edge of the hat opening 210, the adjusting band 300 can change the connection length between itself and the hat opening 210, when the connection length between the adjusting band 300 and the hat opening 210 is changed to reduce the connection length between the adjusting band 300 and the hat opening 210, the hat opening 210 will contract along with the change, and when the connection length between the adjusting band 300 and the hat opening 210 is changed to increase the connection length between the adjusting band 300 and the hat opening 210, the hat opening 210 will enlarge along with the change. Therefore, when a worker wears the dust-free clothes 10, the cap opening 210 can be enlarged by controlling the adjusting belt 300 so as to be convenient for wearing the dust-free clothes 10, the cap 200 is sleeved on the head, the cap opening 210 can be reduced by controlling the adjusting belt 300, and after the cap opening 210 is reduced, the wearing space piece of the cap 200 is reduced, so that the fitting degree of the cap 200 and the head of the wearer can be improved, and dirt such as dust, hair and the like covered by the cap 200 on the head is difficult to fall out from a gap between the cap 200 and the head, that is, the dust-free clothes 10 can be worn conveniently, and meanwhile, the dust-proof capability of the dust-free clothes 10 is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A dust free garment, comprising:
a coat;
the cap is integrally connected with the coat and is provided with a cap opening;
the adjusting belt is connected with the hat and correspondingly arranged on the hat opening, and the adjusting belt is used for changing the size of the hat opening.

The dust-free clothes of claim 1, wherein the adjusting band comprises a first annular elastic band and a first annular sleeve body, the first annular sleeve body is disposed on the hat at the periphery of the opening, and the first annular elastic band is disposed through the first annular sleeve body.
3. A dust free garment as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a mouth piece, the mouth piece being removably connected to the cap.
4. A dust-free garment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cap is provided with a first hook and loop fastener at the cap opening, the periphery of the mask is provided with a second hook and loop fastener, and the first hook and loop fastener is connected with the second hook and loop fastener.

The dust free garment of claim 1, wherein the upper garment comprises a body and two hand sleeves, the two hand sleeves are integrally connected to two sides of the body, the dust free garment further comprises two fastening members, the two fastening members are respectively connected to the two hand sleeves, and the fastening members are used for changing the thicknesses of the hand sleeves.
6. A dust-free garment as claimed in claim 5, wherein each of the elastic members comprises a plurality of second annular elastic bands and a plurality of second annular sleeves, each of the second annular sleeves is disposed around the corresponding glove sleeve, and the plurality of second annular elastic bands are correspondingly disposed through the plurality of second annular sleeves.
7. A dust-free garment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the spacing between adjacent second annular sleeves is equal.
8. A dust free garment as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a zipper connected to the cap and the coat, respectively, the zipper being offset from the cap opening.
9. A dust-free clothes as claimed in claim 1, wherein both sides of the cap are provided with air-permeable meshes.
10. A dust free coverall comprising the dust free coverall of claims 1-9, the dust free coverall further comprising a dust free pant for use with the dust free coverall.
