The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the data transmission capacity of the network number can be accurately determined according to the target data transmission frequency by calculating the target data transmission efficiency of the network number, and further, the final data transmission capacity can be accurately estimated from all data transmission channels of the network number by comprehensively calculating the task download quantity of the target number and the network transmission speed of the application program to estimate the target data transmission efficiency of the network number.
This embodiment also discloses a call broadcasting conference management system for controlling a call, as shown in fig. 4, the system includes:
the classification module 401 is used for counting employee accounts of employees in a company and classifying all the employee accounts into a target group;
a building module 402, configured to automatically set a first target employee account of a target employee in the target group as an administrator account when the target employee needs to hold a teleconference, and build the target teleconference;
the access module 403 is configured to automatically access, after the construction is completed, remaining second target employee account numbers in the target group, except for the first target employee account number, to the target teleconference, and allow the target employee to speak through the administrator account number in the conference process;
and a hang-up module 404, configured to automatically hang up the connection between the target teleconference and the second target employee account when the target teleconference is ended.
The working principle and the advantageous effects of the technical solutions have been described in the claims of the solutions, and are not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the first and second terms of the present invention refer to different stages of application.

Claims (9)

1. A telephone broadcast conference management method for controlling conversation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
counting employee accounts of employees in a company, and classifying all the employee accounts into a target group;
when a target employee needs to hold a teleconference, automatically setting a first target employee account number of the target employee in the target group as an administrator account number, and constructing the target teleconference;
after the construction is finished, automatically accessing the rest second target employee account numbers except the first target employee account number in the target group into the target telephone conference, and speaking by the target employee through the administrator account number in the conference process;
when the target telephone conference is finished, automatically hanging up the connection between the target telephone conference and the second target employee account;
after the construction is completed, automatically accessing the remaining second target employee account numbers in the target group except for the first target employee account number into the target teleconference, after the target employee speaks through the administrator account number in the conference process, and before automatically hanging up the connection of the second target employee account number when the target teleconference is finished, the method further comprises the following steps:
sending a prompt for acquiring any voice section to a mobile phone terminal corresponding to each second target employee account;
if a target voice segment of a staff corresponding to a second target staff account is received within a preset time length, subsequent operation is not needed, and if the target voice segment cannot be received within the preset time length, the voice of the target user in the meeting process is recorded, and a recording result is obtained;
analyzing the recording result to obtain the important text content of the target user in the target telephone conference;
and uploading the important text content to a mobile phone terminal corresponding to the second target employee account.
2. The call control teleconference management method according to claim 1, wherein before counting employee accounts of employees in a company and classifying all employee accounts into target groups, the method further comprises:
receiving an account registration request sent by an employee in a company, and providing an account registration page for the employee in the company according to the account registration request;
receiving user basic information filled in by employees in the company on the account registration page;
randomly generating an initial account number based on the user basic information;
and setting authority for the initial account, obtaining a target account after the setting is finished, and using the target account as an employee account of an employee in the company.
3. The call control call broadcasting conference call management method according to claim 1, wherein the counting employee accounts of employees in a company, and classifying all employee accounts into a target group, comprises:
sending a request for acquiring an employee account to a mobile phone terminal of each employee in a company;
receiving employee account numbers fed back by mobile phone terminals of each employee, detecting whether each account number is in a registered state, counting the employee account numbers of each employee and classifying the employee account numbers into the target group if the employee account numbers are in the registered state, otherwise, marking third target employee account numbers which are not in the registered state, and sending a prompt of employee account number error to a target mobile phone terminal corresponding to the third target employee account numbers;
re-receiving a fourth employee target account number sent by a target mobile phone terminal, confirming whether identity information in registration information corresponding to the fourth employee target account number is identity information corresponding to the target mobile phone terminal, and if so, replacing the third target employee account number with the fourth employee target account number;
and after the replacement is finished, classifying all employee accounts into the target group.

The call control call broadcasting conference call management method according to claim 1, wherein when a target employee needs to hold a conference call, automatically setting a first target employee account of the target employee in the target group as an administrator account, and constructing the target conference call, comprises:
receiving a meeting establishing request sent by the target staff;
establishing an initial teleconference according to the conference establishing request, and setting a unique speaking right in the initial teleconference;
acquiring a first target employee account of the target employee, setting the first target employee account as the administrator account, and binding the administrator account with the unique speaking right;
and confirming the initial teleconference bound with the administrator account as the target teleconference.
5. The call controlled telebroadcasting conference management method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the target staff finish the target telephone conference, generating a conference construction record of the target user, and storing the conference construction record into a preset conference construction time statistical table;
and determining whether the historical conference construction times of the target staff reach preset times, if so, sending a prompt that a new conference call cannot be created within a certain time period to a mobile phone terminal of the target staff, and otherwise, not needing to perform subsequent operation.

The call control teleconference management method according to claim 1, wherein when a target employee needs to hold a teleconference, a first target employee account of the target employee in the target group is automatically set as an administrator account, and before the target teleconference is constructed, the method further comprises:
confirming the position grade of the target employee in a company;
determining the priority of the target employee for holding the teleconference according to the position grade of the target employee in the company;
determining reserved media resources required by the target staff to hold the teleconference according to the priority of the target staff to hold the teleconference;
determining whether the current residual media resources of the server meet the reserved media resources, if so, determining that the target staff have the conditions for constructing the target teleconference, otherwise, determining that the target staff do not have the conditions for constructing the target teleconference;
and when the target staff does not have the condition for constructing the target teleconference, sending a prompt that the target teleconference cannot be constructed to a mobile phone terminal where the target staff is located, monitoring the current residual media resources of the server in real time, and sending a prompt for constructing the target teleconference to the mobile phone terminal where the target user is located until the current residual media resources meet the reserved media resources.

The call broadcasting conference management method for controlling a call according to claim 1, wherein after the construction is completed, a remaining second target employee account in the target group except the first target employee account is automatically accessed to the target conference call, and after a target employee speaks through the administrator account during a conference, the method further comprises:
recording the target duration of the mobile phone terminal where the administrator account is located to obtain a recording result;
analyzing the recording result to obtain pronunciation data of the target employee within the target duration, integrating the pronunciation data to obtain a pronunciation data statistical table;
dividing the target duration into a plurality of time periods;
determining a pronunciation frequency spectrum of each time section in the pronunciation data statistical table;
determining a target time period with the lowest pronunciation frequency of a target user according to the pronunciation frequency spectrum of each time period;
determining a target proportion of a target time period to a target time length;
determining whether the target proportion is larger than or equal to a preset proportion, if so, determining that the network connection stability of the mobile phone terminal where the administrator account is located is normal without performing subsequent operation, otherwise, determining that the network connection stability of the mobile phone terminal where the administrator account is located is abnormal;
when the network connection stability of the mobile phone terminal where the administrator account is located is determined to be abnormal, determining the network number of the mobile phone terminal where the administrator account is located;
determining the data transmission capacity of the network number, if the data transmission capacity is strong, detecting an idle frequency band of the network number, connecting the mobile phone terminal where the administrator account is located with the idle frequency band, and if the data transmission capacity is poor, detecting a plurality of connectable networks in the environment where the mobile phone terminal where the administrator account is located;
and selecting the target connectable network with the strongest signal strength from the plurality of connectable networks, and connecting the connection between the target connectable network and the terminal where the administrator account is located.
8. The call control teleconference management method according to claim 7, wherein the determining of the data transmission capability of the network number comprises:
determining a bandwidth value of the network number;
determining the task downloading quantity of the network number and the quantity of the application programs in the working state;
detecting the network transmission speed of each download task and each application program;
and calculating the target data transmission efficiency of the network number according to the bandwidth of the network number and the network transmission speed of each download task and each application program:

the access module is used for automatically accessing the remaining second target employee account numbers except the first target employee account number in the target group into the target telephone conference after the construction is finished, and allowing the target employee to speak through the administrator account number in the conference process;
the hang-up module is used for automatically hanging up the connection between the target telephone conference and the second target employee account when the target telephone conference is finished;
wherein, the access module further comprises:
sending a prompt for acquiring any voice section to a mobile phone terminal corresponding to each second target employee account;
if a target voice segment of a staff corresponding to a second target staff account is received within a preset time length, subsequent operation is not needed, and if the target voice segment cannot be received within the preset time length, the voice of the target user in the meeting process is recorded, and a recording result is obtained;
analyzing the recording result to obtain the important text content of the target user in the target teleconference;
