Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of expansion devices, in particular to a wireless transmission expansion device, which comprises an expansion base, a wireless transmission device and at least one antenna module. The application is a divisional application of patent application with the original application number of 201811040070.4, the application date of 2018/9/7 and the name of 'wireless transmission expansion device'.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of expansion devices, and in particular, to a wireless transmission expansion device.
Background
Along with the progress and development of science, the life of people becomes intelligent and convenient gradually, and especially, a plurality of portable video and audio equipment (3C products) provide a plurality of convenience for living leisure or work. Because these portable video and audio devices generally have functions of video recording, sound recording, photographing, etc., the obtained video and audio information is stored in the device and then taken out or rotated out at a proper time. However, because the capacity of the video and audio information is large, the consumption of the storage capacity is easy to cause, so that the newer portable video and audio equipment is also endowed with a wireless transmission function, namely, the acquired video and audio information is immediately transmitted to external equipment (or cloud) through wireless transmission, so that the storage space inside the equipment is not occupied, and the instant transmission effect is achieved.
Moreover, the portable video and audio equipment can be used for leisure and entertainment and can also be used for searching and verifying when police officers are on duty. For example, police officers also begin to wear personal video cameras (video/audio equipment) to record law enforcement processes in order to avoid disputes. The portable video camera (audio-visual equipment) is clamped or hung on the uniform jacket, and the image is downloaded as a duty deposit card after the daily duty is finished.
However, since the currently used audio and video devices do not have the 4G communication transmission function, and wifi communication transmission facilities in each region are not necessarily perfect, the existing audio and video devices are limited by the above, and the function of immediate transmission cannot be achieved. And no matched wireless transmission expansion device can be matched for application at present, so that the perfection degree of the policy execution is severely tested. Therefore, how to effectively improve the foregoing problems is an important direction that the industry should strive to solve and overcome.
Therefore, in view of the fact that the existing wireless transmission expansion technology cannot effectively match the defects of the existing portable video camera or audio/video equipment and the fact that the structural design thereof is not ideal, the inventor starts to develop a solution thereof, and hopes to develop a wireless transmission expansion device with better matching, economy and excellent communication transmission functionality so as to serve the public and promote the development of the industry, and the invention is generated through the concept of multiple times.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wireless transmission expansion device which can be matched with the existing audio-visual equipment or a portable camera without a 4G transmission function or without space in the device to add the 4G function so as to achieve the effect of transmitting a large amount of audio-visual information in real time.
In addition, the matched video and audio equipment or the portable video camera can not obstruct the use of the existing functions, and has excellent matching property, economy and excellent communication transmission function.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a wireless transmission expansion device, which includes: docking station 10, wireless transmission device 20 and at least one antenna module 30; the expansion seat 10 is provided with a base part 11, a containing space 12 is arranged in the base part 11, two sides of the base part 11 are respectively extended with a positioning clamping arm 13, and a clamping space 14 is arranged between the two positioning clamping arms 13. The wireless transmission device 20 is disposed in the accommodating space 12 for providing related electronic devices required by the wireless transmission expansion device. The antenna module 30 is disposed on the positioning arm 13, and the antenna module 30 is connected to the wireless transmission device 20 through signals. The wireless transmission expansion device provided by the embodiment solves the problem that the existing main stream portable camera or video and audio equipment has no 4G transmission function and has no proper space inside to increase the 4G module with the 4G function.
In the present embodiment, the base portion 11 has a receiving surface 111 opposite to the clamping space 14, that is, the docking station 10 has a receiving surface 111 below the clamping space 14, and the receiving surface 111 has a plurality of conductive through holes 112, and the conductive through holes 112 are communicated with the accommodating space 12. Further, a convex plate 113 is disposed at the front and rear of the docking station 10, and the convex plate 113 is slightly higher than the receiving surface 111, such that the convex plate 113 and the positioning clip arm 13 form a peripheral structure of the clipping space 14.
The positioning clamp arm 13 comprises a clamp arm main part 131, two sides of the clamp arm main part 131 are respectively bent inwards and convexly provided with a clamp arm side part 132, and the bottom of the clamp arm side part 132 is connected with the convex panel 113; the arm main portion 131 and the arm side portion 132 are U-shaped arms, and form a fitting groove 133.
Preferably, two longitudinally corresponding penetrating grooves 134 are provided on the main arm portion 131 of the positioning arm 13, and a portion of the inner side of the positioning arm 13 between the two penetrating grooves 134 is provided with an inwardly protruding locking member 135, where the locking member 135 may be an arc-shaped protrusion or other block as shown in the figure; wherein, the two through slots 134 are used to form an elastic region, and the elastic region is used to dispose the locking piece 135. The structure makes the positioning clamp arm 13 have proper elastic design in the whole component or the central clamping local area, and has convenient use and safety.
Further, in the docking station 10, the front and rear sides thereof are formed with the operation penetrating portion 15 above the convex plate 113, and the operation penetrating portion 15 is connected to the clamping space 14 to penetrate the front and rear sides of the docking station 10, that is, the clamping space 14 is disposed between or in the center of the two positioning clamping arms 13 with the operation penetrating portion 15, so that the front and rear sides of the corresponding external video/audio equipment can be exposed or not covered, and the operation of the related functions on the body of the external video/audio equipment is not hindered.
The wireless transmission device 20 at least includes a circuit board 21 for setting or electrically connecting related electronic components and module components, for example, the circuit board 21 is electrically connected to a wireless communication module (not shown), and the wireless communication module may be one of Blue Tooth (bluetooth), wiFi, 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G, frequency Modulation (FM), amplitude Modulation (AM), phase Modulation (PM), and the like; the circuit board 21 is provided with an electric connector 22, and the electric connector 22 comprises a plurality of guide terminal pins 221; when the wireless transmission device 20 is disposed in the accommodating space 12, the plurality of conductive pins 221 are inserted into the plurality of conductive holes 112, and the end edges of the conductive pins 221 slightly protrude out of the conductive holes 112, so as to facilitate the operation of conductive connection of the communication signals; in other embodiments, the plurality of pins 221 may have a suitable elastic design, so as to have a compressive and constant elastic force protruding toward the clamping space 14.
The antenna module 30 is disposed on the positioning arm 13, and the antenna module 30 is connected to the wireless transmission device 20 in a signal (telecommunication) manner, as shown in fig. 1, the antenna module 30 may be, but is not limited to, an etched antenna 31.
Referring to fig. 3-5, an application implementation of the wireless transmission expansion device of the present invention is illustrated, and a portable audio/video device 40 is illustrated, wherein the audio/video device 40 has a body, and includes a front body 41, a back body 42 and two side body sides 43, the front body 41 is provided with a photographing lens 411 and a knob 412, the side body sides 43 are provided with a protruding member 431, the protruding member 431 may be a key, a clamping member, etc., but is not limited thereto, a related audio/video device component is provided on the body, and a plurality of conductive connection portions 44 are provided on the bottom of the body.
Referring to fig. 5, when the wireless transmission expansion device of the present invention is used, the audio-visual device 40 is inserted into the clamping space 14 of the expansion seat 10, even if the body side 43 of the audio-visual device 40 slides along the embedded chute 133 of the positioning clamping arm 13, when the audio-visual device 40 is completely placed into the clamping space 14, the plurality of conductive connection parts 44 at the bottom of the audio-visual device 40 are electrically connected with the plurality of conductive connection pins 221, so that the audio-visual device 40 is electrically connected with the wireless transmission device 20.
Referring to fig. 6-8, when the av device 40 is inserted into the clamping space 14 of the docking station 10, the body side 43 of the av device 40 slides along the insertion slot 133 of the positioning arm 13, and since the body side 43 of the av device 40 has the protruding member 431, such as a button or a clamping member, the protruding member 431 slides over the clamping member 135 inside the arm main portion 131 of the positioning arm 13, and when the av device 40 is completely placed into the clamping space 14, the clamping member 135 abuts against the protruding member 431, so that the av device 40 is better positioned, and the av device 40 is prevented from being detached from the docking station 10 from the clamping space 14. In addition, the clamping member 135 is disposed between the two through slots 134, so that the clamping member 135 has a proper elastic external supporting effect, and the audio/video device 40 can be smoothly inserted into the clamping space 14 by only slightly pushing force, and the sleeving operation is not hindered during use.

wherein, a plurality of conductive terminal pins (221) of the wireless transmission device (20) are inserted into the plurality of conductive through holes (112) relatively, and the end edges of the conductive terminal pins (221) slightly protrude out of the conductive through holes (112);
the plurality of conductive connection parts (44) at the bottom of the video/audio device (40) are electrically connected with the plurality of conductive connection pins (221), so that the video/audio device (40) and the wireless transmission device (20) are electrically connected.
2. The wireless transmission expansion device according to claim 1, wherein the wireless transmission device (20) comprises a circuit board (21), and the circuit board (21) is electrically connected to the wireless communication module.
