Claims (10)

1. A medical waste management scheduling system, comprising:
the mobile terminal is used for sending a release request or receiving a release route;
a carrying unit including a plurality of loading containers and a container detecting module; the loading containers are arranged in various areas of a hospital and are used for loading medical wastes; the container detection module is arranged in the loading container and is used for detecting the capacity of the loading container;
the management unit comprises a scheduling management module, a communication module and a cloud end; the communication module is used for receiving a release request and a signal of the container detection module, and releasing records are uploaded to the cloud end; the communication module is in communication connection with the container detection module and the mobile terminal respectively; the dispatching management module designs a releasing route according to the priority and sends the releasing route to the mobile terminal through the communication module; the cloud is connected with the scheduling management module and used for storing the delivery records.
2. The medical waste management and dispatching system of claim 1, wherein: the container detection module comprises a weighing module and a volume measurement module;
the weighing module is used for monitoring the weight of the medical waste in the loading container;
the volume measuring module is used for monitoring the volume occupied by the medical waste in the loading container.
3. The medical waste management and dispatching system of claim 1, wherein: the management unit includes a plurality of image recognition devices;
the image recognition device is in communication connection with the scheduling management module and is used for detecting the people flow density.

The medical waste management and dispatching system of claim 3, wherein: the management unit further comprises a cleaning mobile terminal which is in communication connection with the communication module; the cleaning mobile terminal is used for receiving a dumping instruction sent by the communication module or sending a feedback signal of cleaning completion to the communication module;
after receiving the feedback signal, the communication module transmits the feedback signal to the scheduling management module, and the scheduling management module uploads the dumping record to the cloud.
5. The medical waste management and dispatching system of claim 4, wherein: the dispatching management module is also used for designing a cleaning route according to the density of people flow and sending the cleaning route to the cleaning mobile terminal through the communication module.
6. The medical waste management and dispatching system of claim 4, wherein: the system also comprises a filing unit which is in communication connection with the scheduling management module; the filing unit comprises a putting printing device and a cleaning printing device;
the throwing printing device is used for printing a throwing receipt after throwing the medical waste;
the cleaning and printing device is used for printing cleaning receipt strips after cleaning medical waste by a cleaning and dumping person.

The medical waste management and dispatching system of claim 1, wherein: the priority is sequentially from high to low, namely the area where the loading container is located, the distance between the loading container and the mobile terminal, the number of floors or stairs where the loading container is located, and the number of buildings where the loading container is located.
8. The medical waste management and dispatching system of claim 1, wherein: the display module is provided with a touch function and is electrically connected with the communication module;
the display module is used for displaying the connection mode of the mobile terminal and the communication module or playing a use tutorial video of the medical waste management scheduling system.
9. A medical waste management and scheduling method is applied to a medical waste management and scheduling system and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting independent codes for the loading containers of each area according to the positions of the loading containers;
the image recognition device continuously detects the people flow density of each area and transmits the people flow density to the scheduling management module;
the dispatching management module judges the people flow density, if the people flow density in the area is more than or equal to 4 people/m2Defining the area as a no-pass area; if the density of the stream of people in the area is less than 4 people/m2Defining the area as a passing area;
the mobile terminal sends a medical waste putting request;
the communication module receives the releasing request and transmits the releasing request to the scheduling management module;
the container detection module continuously judges the states of the loading containers in each area and transmits the states of the loading containers to the scheduling management module through the communication module; if the capacity of the loading container is more than 80%, shielding the position of the loading container; if the capacity of the loading container is less than or equal to 80%, the container detection module designs a throwing route in the passing area according to the priority;
the container detection module transmits the putting route to the mobile terminal or the display module through the communication module.
10. The medical waste management scheduling method of claim 9 further comprising the step of dumping:
judging that the residual capacity of the shielded loading container is less than 5%, and if so, increasing the cleaning priority of the loading container to the highest cleaning priority; if the residual capacity of the loading container is 5-20%, adjusting the cleaning priority of the loading container to be the second best cleaning priority;
the dispatching management module designs a shortest path in a traffic area according to the distance between the cleaned highest priorities, and designs a shortest path according to the distance between the second highest priorities;
the container detection module transmits the cleaning route to the cleaning mobile terminal through the communication module.
