The active transmission is that after the NFC communication connection is established between the cloud sound box and the intelligent terminal, the account information is directly transmitted to the cloud sound box. The passive transmission is that after NFC communication connection is established between the cloud sound box and the intelligent terminal, information representing that the merchant is legal is transmitted to the intelligent terminal by the cloud sound box, and after the information representing that the cloud sound box is legal is received by the intelligent terminal, account information is transmitted to the cloud sound box.
In addition, the active transmission and the passive transmission depend on the setting of the password-free payment of the intelligent terminal, and if the password-free payment is not set, the payment receiving application 200 cannot effectively acquire the account information. And for passive transmission, if the intelligent terminal does not receive the legal information, or the received legal information is invalid, the cashing application 200 cannot effectively acquire the account information. For such situations that account information acquisition fails, the collection application 200 returns feedback information that account information is not acquired to the MCU of the cloud speaker, and the MCU drives the broadcast module 300 of the cloud speaker to perform voice broadcast of collection failure according to the feedback information, so as to convey a message of collection failure to the merchant and the customer.
Further, when the cloud speaker is in an offline state, after the collection application 200 obtains the account information, the account balance in the account information is compared with the current collection amount, and whether the account balance is greater than or equal to the current collection amount is detected. If the account balance is larger than or equal to the current collection amount, the account balance is matched with the current collection amount, and the fact that the digital money of the customer is enough to pay for the current commodity is shown; if the account balance is less than the current collection amount, the account balance is not matched with the current collection amount, and the condition that the digital currency of the customer is insufficient to pay the current commodity is indicated.
Furthermore, after detecting that the account balance is matched with the current collection amount, the collection application 200 returns information that the balance of the digital money payment account of the customer is sufficient for payment to the MCU of the cloud speaker, and the MCU drives the broadcast module 300 of the cloud speaker to perform voice broadcast of successful collection according to the information. The broadcasted content contains the amount of money to be collected, so that the customer can know the amount of payment while the message that the money is successfully collected is transmitted to the merchant. It should be noted that the cloud speaker is in an offline state, and cannot be connected to the digital currency system, and the right of the digital currency paid by the customer cannot be effectively transferred between the customer account and the merchant account. Therefore, the collection application 200 keeps the collection amount and the customer account number while performing voice broadcasting, stores the recorded collection amount and the recorded customer account number in the storage unit 600 of the cloud speaker, and performs ownership transfer of the digital money according to the stored collection amount and the stored customer account number after the cloud speaker is connected to the digital money system, thereby realizing collection of the merchant.
If the account balance is determined to be not matched with the current collection amount through detection, the collection application 200 returns information that the balance of the digital money payment account of the customer is insufficient for payment to the MCU of the cloud sound box, and the MCU drives the broadcast module 300 of the cloud sound box to perform voice broadcast of collection failure according to the information so as to convey a message of collection failure to the merchant and the customer.
Further, for the situation that the account balance is matched with the current collection amount, the collection application 200 of the cloud speaker transmits the current collection amount to the digital currency application of the intelligent terminal through the NFC communication connection established between the cloud speaker and the intelligent terminal while keeping the account. The digital currency application accounts the collection amount, and performs difference operation between the account balance of the digital currency payment account and the collection amount to obtain an operation result and update the account balance. The digital currency is applied to the next off-line payment and is realized on the basis of the updated account balance.
Further, for the stored collection amount and the customer account number, after detecting that the communication channel between the cloud speaker and the digital money system is in a communication connection state, the cloud speaker reads the collection amount and the customer account number from the storage unit 600, and reads the collection account number of the digital money collection account bound by the collection application 200. And transmitting the read collection amount, the customer account number and the collection account number to the digital money system through a communication channel between the digital money system and the collection amount, so that the digital money system can conveniently transfer the ownership of the digital money between a digital money payment account represented by the customer account number and a digital money collection account represented by the collection account number according to the collection amount to finish the payment deduction.
Further, in another embodiment of the cloud speaker, when detecting that the offline payment state of the digital money application is prohibited, the cloud speaker drives the broadcast module 300 of the cloud speaker to perform voice broadcast so as to transmit a message of payment failure to a merchant, wherein after the digital money application updates the account balance, the number of payments of continuous offline payment is counted, and when the number of payments reaches a preset threshold, the offline payment state of the digital money application is set as prohibited.
Further, in the embodiment, a limiting mechanism is set for the number of times of offline payment of the intelligent terminal, so as to avoid malicious offline payment after the intelligent terminal is lost. The limited payment times may be preset to a preset threshold, such as 5 times or 6 times. And after the account balance is updated each time by the digital currency application of the client, counting the payment times of continuous off-line payment, comparing the counted payment times with a preset threshold value, and judging whether the payment times reach the preset threshold value. And if the preset threshold is reached, setting the offline payment state of the digital currency application to be forbidden so as to stop the subsequent offline payment operation of the digital currency application.
Furthermore, when the cloud speaker is in an offline state and needs to perform offline payment operation, the offline payment state of the digital currency application is detected first, and whether the offline payment state is forbidden is detected. If the payment is forbidden, the digital currency application does not support offline payment currently, at this time, the payment receiving application 200 returns information that the digital currency application of the customer does not support offline payment to the MCU of the cloud speaker, and the MCU drives the broadcasting module 300 of the cloud speaker to perform voice broadcasting of the failure to receive the payment according to the information, so as to transmit a message of the failure to receive the payment to the merchant and the customer. By limiting the payment times of continuous offline payment, the loss of digital money of a customer caused by multiple times of offline payment under the condition that the customer is unaware after the intelligent terminal of the customer is lost is avoided.
Furthermore, the invention also provides an off-line payment system of the digital currency.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an architecture diagram of an embodiment of an offline payment system for digital currency according to the present invention. The offline payment system comprises a digital currency system and the cloud sound box, wherein the digital currency system comprises a first digital currency system 800 and a second digital currency system 700, and communication channels can be established between the first digital currency system 800 and the second digital currency system 700 and between the second digital currency system 700 and the cloud sound box;
after detecting that the communication channel between the cloud speaker and the second digital money system 700 is in a communication connection state, the cloud speaker reads a collection amount, a customer account number and a collection account number of a digital money collection account of a merchant, which are bound to the collection application 200 installed in the cloud speaker, stored in an offline payment process, and transmits the collection amount, the customer account number and the collection account number to the second digital money system 700;
the second digital money system 700 performs a first verification of the collection amount, the customer account number, and the collection account number, and transmits the collection amount, the customer account number, and the collection account number to the first digital money system 800 after the first verification is passed;
the first digital money system 800 rechecks the collection amount, the customer account number, and the collection account number, deducts the collection amount from the digital money payment account corresponding to the customer account number after rechecking is passed, and adds the collection amount to the digital money collection account corresponding to the collection account number.
The offline payment system of digital currency in this embodiment includes the cloud speaker and the digital currency system shown in fig. 1 in the above embodiment, and the specific implementation of the cloud speaker is described herein. Moreover, the digital currency system capable of establishing a communication channel with the cloud speaker comprises a first digital currency system 800 and a second digital currency system 700; the first digital currency system 800 is preferably a system of a central people bank, and the second digital currency system 700 is preferably a system of a commercial bank; a communication channel can be established between the first digital currency system 800 and the second digital currency system 700, and a communication channel can also be established between the second digital currency system 700 and the cloud sound box, so that the cloud sound box transmits the accounting data to the system verification of the central people bank after the accounting data passes through the system verification of the commercial bank, and the ownership transfer of the digital currency between the customer account and the merchant account is realized, thereby ensuring the validity and the safety of the offline payment of the digital currency.
Specifically, after detecting that the communication channel between the cloud speaker and the second digital money system 700 is in a communication connection state, the cloud speaker reads the collection amount and the customer account number stored in the offline payment process, and also reads the collection account number of the digital money collection account bound to the collection application 200. Thereafter, the cloud speaker sets a correspondence between the read collection account number, the customer account number, and the collection amount, and transmits the same to the second digital money system 700. The second digital money system 700 performs a first verification of the collection account number, the customer account number and the collection amount, wherein the first verification at least includes the real legality of the collection account number and the customer account number, whether the collection amount meets the limit requirement of limited payment, and the like.
Further, the second digital money system 700 transmits the amount of money, the customer account number, and the collection account number to the first digital money system 800 after the first verification of the amount of money, the customer account number, and the collection account number is passed, and is verified again by the first digital money system 800. And after the verification is passed again, performing ownership transfer of the digital money between the digital money payment account corresponding to the customer account number and the digital money receiving account corresponding to the receiving account number according to the receiving amount. And deducting the digital money from the digital money payment account, wherein the deduction amount is a money collection amount, and adding the deducted digital money to the digital money collection account to complete the off-line payment of the digital money.
Further, the invention also provides a method for performing offline payment of digital currency between a merchant and a customer by using the cloud sound box.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for offline payment of digital currency between a merchant and a customer by using a cloud speaker according to the present invention. The off-line payment method comprises the following steps:
s100, after communication connection is established between the NFC module 100 of the cloud sound box and the NFC module of the intelligent terminal of a customer, the collection application 200 of the cloud sound box acquires account information of a digital money payment account bound by a digital money application installed in the intelligent terminal, wherein the account information comprises a customer account number and an account balance;
s200, when the cloud sound box is in an off-line state, the collection application 200 of the cloud sound box detects whether the account balance is matched with the current collection amount, if so, the step S300 is executed, otherwise, the step S400 is executed, wherein when a communication channel between the cloud sound box and a digital currency system is disconnected, the cloud sound box is in the off-line state;
s300, driving the broadcasting module 300 of the cloud sound box to carry out voice broadcasting so as to convey a message of successful collection to a merchant, storing the collection amount and the user account number, and then executing the step S500;
s400, driving the broadcasting module 300 of the cloud sound box to perform voice broadcasting so as to convey a message of payment receiving failure to a merchant;
s500, after detecting that a communication channel between the cloud sound box and the digital money system is in a communication connection success state, reading the collection amount and the customer account number stored in S300 and a collection account number of a digital money collection account bound by the collection application 200;
s600, the cloud sound box transmits the read collection amount, the user account number and the collection account number to the digital currency system through a communication channel between the cloud sound box and the digital currency system to carry out deduction payment.
In the embodiment, the off-line payment of the digital currency is performed between the merchant and the customer by arranging the cloud sound box, the communication channel between the cloud sound box and the digital currency system is disconnected, and when the cloud sound box is in an off-line state, the cloud sound box is used for performing payment control to lead the off-line payment. The cloud sound box acquires account information of a digital currency payment account of a customer through near field communication established between the cloud sound box and an intelligent terminal of the customer, and whether the account balance is enough for offline payment of the payment amount is determined according to matching between the account balance and the payment amount in the account information. If the offline payment is enough, the cloud sound box broadcasts a message that the payment is successful, the payment application 200 installed in the cloud sound box carries out offline payment and accounting, and the cloud sound box transmits the payment and accounting to the digital currency system after being online to realize payment deduction; and if the account balance is judged to be insufficient for off-line payment, the cloud sound box broadcasts a message of payment failure. Therefore, accurate offline payment is achieved through the cloud sound box, offline payment information is accurately broadcast, namely whether money collection is successful or not is accurately transmitted to a merchant, and the money collection information in the offline payment process of the digital currency is accurately broadcast safely and conveniently.
It should be noted that the cloud sound box and the intelligent terminal in this embodiment are the same as the cloud sound box and the intelligent terminal described in the foregoing cloud sound box embodiment, and detailed description thereof is not repeated here.
For step S100, specifically, when the customer pays the money, the customer brings his smart terminal close to the cloud speaker, and the NFC module 100 of the cloud speaker and the NFC module of the smart terminal establish NFC communication connection. Through the communication connection, the payment application 200 of the cloud speaker acquires account information of a digital money payment account bound to the digital money application, wherein the account information at least comprises a customer account number and an account balance. The customer account number is the digital code of the customer's digital currency payment account, and the account balance is the amount of digital currency in the account for the faulty digital currency payment.
It should be noted that the collection application 200 in the cloud speaker acquires the account information, and the account information may be actively transmitted or passively transmitted by the intelligent terminal. The active transmission is that after the NFC communication connection is established between the cloud sound box and the intelligent terminal, the account information is directly transmitted to the cloud sound box. The passive transmission is that after NFC communication connection is established between the cloud sound box and the intelligent terminal, information representing that the merchant is legal is transmitted to the intelligent terminal by the cloud sound box, and after the information representing that the cloud sound box is legal is received by the intelligent terminal, account information is transmitted to the cloud sound box.
In addition, it is contemplated that the collection application 200 of the cloud enclosure may fail to obtain account information, resulting in an inability to pay offline. At the moment, the cloud sound box broadcasts the message of collection failure. Specifically, in step S100:
if the collection application 200 of the cloud speaker fails to acquire the account information of the digital money payment account, the broadcast module 300 of the cloud speaker is driven to perform voice broadcast so as to transmit a message of payment failure to the merchant.
Understandably, the active transmission and the passive transmission depend on the setting of the secret-free payment of the intelligent terminal, and if the secret-free payment is not set, the collection application 200 cannot effectively acquire the account information. And for passive transmission, if the intelligent terminal does not receive the legal information, or the received legal information is invalid, the cashing application 200 cannot effectively acquire the account information. For such situations that account information acquisition fails, the collection application 200 returns feedback information that account information is not acquired to the MCU of the cloud speaker, and the MCU drives the broadcast module 300 of the cloud speaker to perform voice broadcast of collection failure according to the feedback information, so as to convey a message of collection failure to the merchant and the customer.
Further, as for step S200, when the cloud speaker is in an offline state, the collection application 200 compares the account balance with the current collection amount after acquiring the account information, and detects whether the account balance is greater than or equal to the current collection amount. If the account balance is greater than or equal to the current collection amount, the account balance is matched with the current collection amount, which indicates that the digital money of the customer is enough to pay for the current commodity, and step S300 is executed; if the account balance is less than the current collection amount, the account balance is not matched with the current collection amount, which indicates that the digital money of the customer is insufficient to pay the current commodity, and step S400 is executed.
For step S300, after detecting that the account balance matches the current collection amount, the collection application 200 returns information that the balance of the digital money payment account of the customer is sufficient for payment to the MCU of the cloud speaker, and the MCU drives the broadcast module 300 of the cloud speaker to perform voice broadcast of successful collection according to the information. The broadcasted content contains the amount of money to be collected, so that the customer can know the amount of payment while the message that the money is successfully collected is transmitted to the merchant. It should be noted that the cloud speaker is in an offline state, and cannot be connected to the digital currency system, and the right of the digital currency paid by the customer cannot be effectively transferred between the customer account and the merchant account. Therefore, the collection application 200 keeps the collection amount and the customer account number while performing voice broadcasting, stores the recorded collection amount and the recorded customer account number in the storage unit 600 of the cloud speaker, and performs ownership transfer of the digital money according to the stored collection amount and the stored customer account number after the cloud speaker is connected to the digital money system, thereby realizing collection of the merchant. Further, after step S300, the method further includes:
step a, the cloud sound box transmits a collection amount to a digital currency application installed in the intelligent terminal through a communication connection established between an NFC module 100 of the cloud sound box and an NFC module of the intelligent terminal, so that the digital currency application updates the account balance.
Further, for the case that the account balance matches the current collection amount, the collection application 200 of the cloud speaker transmits the current collection amount to the digital currency application of the intelligent terminal through the NFC communication connection established between the cloud speaker and the intelligent terminal while keeping the account. The digital currency application accounts the collection amount, and performs difference operation between the account balance of the digital currency payment account and the collection amount to obtain an operation result and update the account balance. The digital currency is applied to the next off-line payment and is realized on the basis of the updated account balance.
For step S400, if it is determined that the account balance is not matched with the current collection amount through detection, the collection application 200 returns information that the balance of the digital money payment account of the customer is insufficient for payment to the MCU of the cloud speaker, and the MCU drives the broadcast module 300 of the cloud speaker to perform voice broadcast of collection failure according to the information, so as to transmit a message of collection failure to the merchant and the customer.
Further, in step S500 and step S600, after detecting that the communication channel between the cloud speaker and the digital money system is in a communication connection state, the cloud speaker reads the collection amount and the customer account number from the storage unit 600, and reads the collection account number of the digital money collection account bound by the collection application 200 for the stored collection amount and the stored customer account number. And transmitting the read collection amount, the customer account number and the collection account number to the digital money system through a communication channel between the digital money system and the collection amount, so that the digital money system can conveniently transfer the ownership of the digital money between a digital money payment account represented by the customer account number and a digital money collection account represented by the collection account number according to the collection amount to finish the payment deduction.
It should be noted that the digital money system capable of establishing a communication channel with the cloud speaker in this embodiment includes the first digital money system 800 and the second digital money system 700; also, the first digital money system 800 is preferably a system of a central people bank, and the second digital money system 700 is preferably a system of a commercial bank; a communication channel can be established between the first digital currency system 800 and the second digital currency system 700, and a communication channel can also be established between the second digital currency system 700 and the cloud sound box, so that the cloud sound box transmits the accounting data to the system verification of the central people bank after the accounting data passes through the system verification of the commercial bank, and the ownership transfer of the digital currency between the customer account and the merchant account is realized, thereby ensuring the validity and the safety of the offline payment of the digital currency.
Specifically, after detecting that the communication channel between the cloud speaker and the second digital money system 700 is in a communication connection state, the cloud speaker reads the collection amount and the customer account number stored in the offline payment process, and also reads the collection account number of the digital money collection account bound to the collection application 200. Thereafter, the cloud speaker sets a correspondence between the read collection account number, the customer account number, and the collection amount, and transmits the same to the second digital money system 700. Further, the second digital money system 700 transmits the amount of money, the customer account number, and the collection account number to the first digital money system 800 after the first verification of the amount of money, the customer account number, and the collection account number is passed, and is verified again by the first digital money system 800. And after the verification is passed again, performing ownership transfer of the digital money between the digital money payment account corresponding to the customer account number and the digital money receiving account corresponding to the receiving account number according to the receiving amount. And deducting the digital money from the digital money payment account, wherein the deduction amount is a money collection amount, and adding the deducted digital money to the digital money collection account to complete the off-line payment of the digital money.
Still further, in another embodiment of the method for offline payment of the present invention, the step S200 includes:
s210, when the cloud sound box is in an off-line state, the cloud sound box detects whether the off-line payment state of the digital currency application is forbidden, if so, the step S220 is executed, and if not, the step S230 is executed;
counting the payment times of continuous offline payment by the digital currency application, and setting the offline payment state of the digital currency application as forbidden when the payment times reach a preset threshold value;
s220, driving the broadcasting module 300 of the cloud sound box to perform voice broadcasting so as to convey a message of payment receiving failure to a merchant;
s230, the collection application 200 of the cloud speaker detects whether the account balance matches the current collection amount, if so, step S300 is executed, and if not, step S400 is executed.
Further, in the embodiment, a limiting mechanism is set for the number of times of offline payment of the intelligent terminal, so as to avoid malicious offline payment after the intelligent terminal is lost. The limited payment times may be preset to a preset threshold, such as 5 times or 6 times. Furthermore, when the cloud speaker is in an offline state and needs to perform offline payment operation, the offline payment state of the digital currency application is detected first, and whether the offline payment state is forbidden is detected. If the payment is forbidden, the digital currency application does not support offline payment currently, at this time, the payment receiving application 200 returns information that the digital currency application of the customer does not support offline payment to the MCU of the cloud speaker, and the MCU drives the broadcasting module 300 of the cloud speaker to perform voice broadcasting of the failure to receive the payment according to the information, so as to transmit a message of the failure to receive the payment to the merchant and the customer. If the offline payment status is determined not to be prohibited, it indicates that the digital money application currently supports offline payment, and the receiving application 200 detects whether the account balance matches the current amount of money, and performs step S300 or S400 according to the detected matching. Therefore, the loss of digital currency of the customer caused by multiple off-line payments under the condition that the customer is unaware after the intelligent terminal of the customer is lost is avoided by limiting the payment times of continuous off-line payment.

Claims (10)

1. A cloud sound box is used for offline payment of digital currency between a merchant and a customer, and is characterized in that a communication channel can be established between the cloud sound box and a digital currency system, wherein the cloud sound box is in an offline state when the communication channel is disconnected;
the cloud sound box is internally provided with an NFC module and is provided with a money receiving application, and the money receiving application is bound with a digital money receiving account of a merchant;
after the NFC module of the cloud sound box establishes communication connection with the NFC module of the intelligent terminal of the customer, the collection application acquires account information of a digital money payment account bound by a digital money application installed in the intelligent terminal, wherein the account information comprises a customer account number and an account balance;
when the cloud sound box is in an off-line state, if the collection application detects that the account balance is matched with the current collection amount, the broadcasting module of the cloud sound box is driven to carry out voice broadcasting so as to transmit a successful collection message to a merchant, and the collection amount and the customer account number are stored; if the collection application detects that the account balance is not matched with the current collection amount, a broadcasting module of the cloud sound box is driven to carry out voice broadcasting so as to convey a message of collection failure to a merchant;
after detecting that a communication channel between the cloud sound box and the digital money system is in a communication connection state, reading the stored collection amount, the stored customer account number and the collection account number of the digital money collection account bound to the collection application by the cloud sound box;
and the cloud sound box transmits the read collection amount, the customer account number and the collection account number to the digital currency system through a communication channel between the cloud sound box and the digital currency system to carry out deduction payment.
2. The cloud audio amplifier of claim 1, wherein the cloud audio amplifier transmits a collection amount to a digital currency application installed in the smart terminal through a communication connection established between an NFC module of the cloud audio amplifier and an NFC module of the smart terminal, so that the digital currency application updates the account balance.
3. The cloud sound box of claim 2, wherein when detecting that the offline payment state of the digital currency application is prohibited, the cloud sound box drives a broadcast module of the cloud sound box to perform voice broadcast so as to convey a message of payment failure to a merchant, wherein after the digital currency application updates the account balance, the number of payments of continuous offline payments is counted, and when the number of payments reaches a preset threshold, the offline payment state of the digital currency application is set to be prohibited.

The cloud speaker of any of claims 1-3, wherein if the payment application of the cloud speaker fails to obtain the account information of the digital currency payment account, a broadcast module of the cloud speaker is driven to perform voice broadcast so as to transmit a payment failure message to a merchant.

An offline payment system of digital currency, characterized in that the offline payment system comprises a digital currency system and a cloud speaker as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, the digital currency system comprises a first digital currency system and a second digital currency system, and communication channels can be established between the first digital currency system and the second digital currency system and between the second digital currency system and the cloud speaker;
after detecting that a communication channel between the cloud sound box and the second digital money system is in a communication connection state, the cloud sound box reads a collection amount, a customer account number and a collection account number of a digital money collection account of a merchant, which is bound with collection application installed in the cloud sound box, stored in an offline payment process, and transmits the collection amount, the customer account number and the collection account number to the second digital money system;
the second digital currency system carries out first verification on the collection amount, the customer account number and the collection account number, and transmits the collection amount, the customer account number and the collection account number to the first digital currency system after the first verification is passed;
and the first digital currency system verifies the collection amount, the customer account number and the collection account number again, deducts the collection amount from the digital currency payment account corresponding to the customer account number after the re-verification is passed, and adds the collection amount to the digital currency collection account corresponding to the collection account number.
6. A method for making an offline payment of digital currency between a merchant and a customer by using a cloud sound box according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the offline payment method comprises the steps of:
s100, after communication connection is established between an NFC module of a cloud sound box and an NFC module of an intelligent terminal of a customer, a collection application of the cloud sound box acquires account information of a digital money payment account bound by a digital money application installed in the intelligent terminal, wherein the account information comprises a customer account number and an account balance;
