the order management subunit is used for managing the refueling order by the user;
and the background management unit is used for analyzing consumption data of the refueling order.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the subscriber unit further comprises a display subunit;
the display subunit is used for receiving and displaying the refueling scheme.
