Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Before the embodiment of the present invention is described, an application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention is exemplarily described: taking the example of placing orders and delivering goods on the e-commerce platform, after a user places an order (namely an order) in a merchant system, the user issues an invoice (namely an article transportation document) of the order to an initial sorting center through an external order system, and then the invoice received by the initial sorting center is used for production. Specifically, according to the origin and the destination of the freight note and according to the routing plan of the routing system, the operation of receiving, boxing, sealing, loading, sealing and dispatching is sequentially carried out on each package under the freight note, and the package is circulated to the middle sorting center of the next routing plan according to the dimension of the package, and so on until the package is circulated to the destination sorting center. It should be noted that each sorting center serves as a bridge between warehouses and stations, and its main function is to sort goods and transfer the goods across warehouses or long distances in logistics, while the destination sorting center is the last sorting center in route planning. When the package comes to a destination sorting center (namely, a destination stage), the package is received and put on shelves according to package dimensions at the destination sorting center, the package is picked out of the warehouse after a vehicle dispatching order issued by a dispatching system is received, and a waybill delivery task is sent to an article carrying system after the waybill is delivered out of the warehouse, so that the article carrying system executes subsequent operations such as receiving, delivering and appropriating of the site according to the received waybill delivery task.
It should be noted that, after the user places orders in the merchant system for multiple times, there may be a situation that time differences exist when multiple waybills of the same user arrive at the website, and further there exists a situation that the same user makes multiple appointments for multiple deliveries at the same delivery address as described above, which has a more obvious effect on the matched urbanized commodities such as certain furniture, home appliances and the like which need to arrive at the same time for use. On the basis, if the user wants to simultaneously send and sign off the waybills, the user needs to communicate with the deliverers offline, and the communication cost is high.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an article warehouse-out method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment can be applied to the condition that the objects are delivered from the collection list under at least one object transportation bill corresponding to the personalized requirement of the task trigger object. The method can be executed by the article ex-warehouse device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the device can be realized by software and/or hardware, the device can be integrated on article ex-warehouse equipment, and the equipment can be various user terminals or servers.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
s110, when an article ex-warehouse event is monitored, determining whether an order packaging task corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event exists or not, wherein the order packaging task exists when an article transportation receipt corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event is associated with an article order identifier, and the article order identifier is set according to an order distribution identifier selected by a task trigger object of an article acquisition task corresponding to the article transportation receipt associated with the article order identifier.
The article warehousing event may be an event triggered by a system for warehousing each article under at least one article transportation receipt, and the system may be a scheduling system, an outsourcing system, an article sorting system integrated in an article warehousing device, and the like, which is not limited herein. For example, an item ex-warehouse event may be considered to be monitored when a message related to a vehicle dispatch order sent by a dispatch system and/or a message related to delivery of an item sent by an exterior order system is received.
It should be noted that the item transportation receipt may indicate which items are transported, and may be referred to as a receipt for short. For at least one article transportation receipt corresponding to the article delivery event, some article transportation receipts may be associated with an article receipt identifier, and some article transportation receipts may not be associated with an article receipt identifier, where the article receipt identifier may be an identifier indicating that the corresponding article transportation receipts need to be delivered from the warehouse and delivered in a receipt manner at the same time, and therefore, the articles under the article transportation receipts associated with the same article receipt identifier are the articles that need to be delivered from the warehouse at the same time, and such articles may be referred to as delivery items in a receipt manner. For example, the item transportation document corresponding to an item ex-warehouse event includes ab C D E F, where ab C is associated with the same item slip identifier, and then the items under ab C are slip-delivered items. In practical applications, optionally, the item collection identity associated with one item transportation document may be a first collection identity, and the item collection identities associated with at least two item transportation documents may be a second collection identity.
In order to meet the personalized requirements of users for article distribution, the article slip identifier may be set by a slip distribution identifier selected by a task trigger object of an article acquisition task corresponding to an article transportation receipt associated with the article slip identifier, where the article acquisition task may be a task for acquiring some articles, the task trigger object may be an object for triggering the article acquisition task, and the slip distribution identifier may be an identifier selected by the task trigger object for some article acquisition tasks and used for indicating that the task trigger object desires to distribute the article slip under the article acquisition task. Illustratively, continuing to take the example of placing orders and delivering commodities on the e-commerce platform, a certain user places 5 orders in the merchant system and selects an aggregate delivery identifier of 3 orders, where the orders are the task of acquiring the goods and the user is the task trigger object. It should be emphasized that the order delivery identifier is an identifier displayed to the task trigger object, and the item order identifier is an identifier set according to the order delivery identifier, which may be the same or different, and is not specifically limited herein; moreover, the setting process of the item list identifier may be performed by a system, such as a merchant system, a foreign order system, an item sorting system, etc., which is not specifically limited herein; and moreover, when the item list identification is set, the corresponding batch number of the item list can be shown, so that the item list identification set after the item list distribution identification is selected by different task trigger objects at different time points has uniqueness.
On the basis, when an article delivery event is monitored, whether an order packaging task corresponding to the article delivery event exists or not can be determined, wherein the order packaging task can exist when an article transportation document corresponding to the article delivery event is associated with an article order identifier, and the purpose of setting is to pack all order delivery articles under each article transportation document associated with the same article order identifier into the same package, so that the simultaneous delivery and order delivery of the items delivered by the orders are effectively guaranteed.
To better understand the terms in the above steps, continuing with the example of placing orders for goods on the e-commerce platform for delivery, each item transportation document having the same item collection identifier may be used as a collection sheet, so that, as shown in fig. 2, one collection sheet packaging task may correspond to one collection sheet, one collection sheet may correspond to at least one item transportation document, one item transportation document may have at least one package, and the number of items to be delivered by one package may be one, two or more.
And S120, if so, acquiring the order packaging task, and packaging each order distribution article under the order packaging task into the same package based on the order packaging task.
If the order packaging task corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event exists, acquiring the order packaging task, and loading all order delivery articles under each article delivery document associated with the order packaging task into the same package based on the order packaging task, namely loading all order delivery articles under the order corresponding to the order packaging task into the same package, wherein the package can be a common bag, a reinforced bag, a bubble bag, a common carton, a reinforced carton and the like, and is not particularly limited herein.
And S130, taking the package as a dimension to deliver the products of each collection in the package.
After all the collection list delivery articles are put into the same package, the collection list delivery articles put into the package can be delivered out of the package by taking the package as a dimension, namely, the collection list delivery articles are delivered out of the package at the same time. It should be noted that, since all the collected list delivered articles are already packed in the same package, the articles can be delivered in the dimension of the package during the subsequent article delivery link, thereby achieving the effect of delivering the collected list delivered articles simultaneously. Therefore, on this basis, further optionally, an inventory delivery task corresponding to each inventory delivered article that has been delivered from the warehouse may be generated, and the inventory delivery task may be a task of performing inventory delivery (i.e., simultaneous delivery) on the corresponding inventory delivered article, and the inventory delivery task is transmitted to the article carrying system, so that the article carrying system delivers each inventory delivered article that has been delivered from the warehouse in a packing dimension according to the received inventory delivery task.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, when an article ex-warehouse event is monitored, whether an album packaging task corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event exists or not can be determined, wherein the album packaging task exists when an article transportation receipt corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event is associated with an article album identifier, and the article album identifier can be set according to an album distribution identifier selected by a task trigger object of an article acquisition task corresponding to the article transportation receipt associated with the article album identifier, namely, whether the album packaging task is generated or not is determined according to the individualized requirement of the task trigger object for article distribution before the article ex-warehouse event is monitored, so that whether the corresponding album packaging task exists or not can be determined when the article ex-warehouse event is monitored; if the order delivery documents exist, acquiring an order packaging task, and then loading all order delivery articles under each article transportation document associated with the order packaging task into the same package based on the order packaging task, wherein the order delivery documents are important means for ensuring the simultaneous warehouse-out and simultaneous delivery of the order delivery articles; furthermore, all the collected and delivered articles packed in the package are delivered from the warehouse with the package as a dimension, and the collected and delivered articles packed in the same package and delivered from the warehouse at the same time mean that they are delivered at the same time in the subsequent article delivery links. According to the technical scheme, the order collection distribution demand of the object for distributing the articles is triggered according to the task, all the order collection distribution articles under the corresponding article transportation bill are loaded into the same package, the effect of simultaneous delivery of the articles by taking the package as a dimensionality and ex-warehouse and then simultaneous distribution is achieved, the distribution cost is reduced, the distribution efficiency is improved, and the article distribution process which can meet the actual distribution demand without communication also improves the user experience.
On this basis, an optional technical solution, after determining whether there is an album-packaging task corresponding to the item ex-warehouse event, the item ex-warehouse method may further include: and if not, acquiring the article transportation receipt identified by the unassociated article collection slip, and taking the article transportation receipt identified by each unassociated article collection slip as a dimension to carry out ex-warehouse on the articles to be delivered under the article transportation receipt identified by the unassociated article collection slip. That is, when there is no slip packing task corresponding to the item ex-warehouse event, the delivery can be performed according to the waybill dimension. In other words, the actual delivery requirements of the item delivery can be flexibly configured according to the task trigger object, and the flexible switching between the production according to the waybill dimension and the production according to the packaging dimension is realized, so that the flexibility of the subsequent item delivery is improved.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an article warehouse-out method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is optimized based on the above technical solutions. In this embodiment, optionally, the method for delivering the article out of the warehouse may further include: when an article warehousing event is monitored, determining whether an article transportation document which corresponds to the article warehousing event and is associated with an article collection identifier exists; and if so, warehousing each item collection delivery item under the item transportation document of the associated item collection identification, and generating a collection packaging task corresponding to the item collection identification. The same or corresponding terms as those in the above embodiments are not explained in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 3, the method of this embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
s210, when the article warehousing event is monitored, determining whether an article transportation bill corresponding to the article warehousing event and associated with the article collection bill identification exists.
The article warehousing event may be an event triggered by a certain system and used for warehousing each article under at least one article transportation receipt, and the system may be a scheduling system, an outsider system, an article sorting system integrated in an article ex-warehouse device, and the like, which is not specifically limited herein. For example, when an article transportation receipt issued by an outsider system is received, it may be considered that the article warehousing event is monitored. It should be noted that, for an article under any article transportation document, the premise of ex-warehouse is that the article has been put in warehouse, so the article transportation document corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event described above may also have an article warehousing event corresponding to the article transportation document. Therefore, when the article warehousing event is monitored, whether the article transportation bill corresponding to the article warehousing event and associated with the article bill identification exists or not can be determined.
And S220, if so, warehousing the items delivered by each collection under the item transportation bill of the associated item collection identifier, and generating a collection packaging task corresponding to the item collection identifier.
If the article transportation documents which correspond to the article warehousing events and are associated with the article receipt identifications exist, warehousing can be performed on the delivered articles of the receipts under the article transportation documents, and then the receipt packaging tasks corresponding to the article receipt identifications are generated. Of course, when there is no article transportation receipt corresponding to the article warehousing event and associated with the article collection receipt identifier, the articles to be delivered under the article transportation receipts may also be warehoused, but at this time, there is no need to generate a collection receipt packaging task.
S230, when an article ex-warehouse event is monitored, whether an order packaging task corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event exists is determined, wherein the order packaging task exists when an article transportation receipt corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event is associated with an article order identifier, and the article order identifier is set according to an order distribution identifier selected by a task trigger object of an article acquisition task corresponding to the article transportation receipt associated with the article order identifier.
And S240, if so, acquiring the order packaging task, and packaging each order distribution article under the order packaging task into the same package based on the order packaging task.
And S250, taking the package as a dimension to deliver the products of each collection in the package.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, when an article warehousing event is monitored, whether article transportation receipts corresponding to the article warehousing event and associated with article collection identification exist or not can be determined, if yes, the articles can be delivered to the collection under the article transportation receipts, and a collection packaging task corresponding to the article collection identification is generated, so that the collection packaging task corresponding to the article transportation receipts can be found when the article warehousing event is monitored subsequently.
On this basis, an optional technical solution is that when the order delivery identifier corresponds to an item acquisition task, the item order identifier includes a first order identifier; when the order distribution identification corresponds to at least two item acquisition tasks, the item order identification comprises a second order identification; correspondingly, warehousing the collected orders and delivered articles under the article transportation document associated with the article collected order identifier, and generating a collected order packaging task corresponding to the article collected order identifier, which may include: warehousing the items delivered by each collection under the item transportation bill which is associated with the first collection identifier and is not associated with the second collection identifier, and generating a collection packaging task corresponding to the first collection identifier; and/or warehousing the collected order delivery articles under each article transportation bill associated with the second collected order identification, and generating a collected order packaging task corresponding to the second collected order identification. The first order identification and the second order identification are distinguished in that sometimes a task trigger object may acquire a task order distribution identification for a certain article first and then acquire the task order distribution identification for another article, but the task trigger object later expects the two article acquisition tasks to be distributed simultaneously, and then the second order identification may be set for the two article distribution tasks with the first order identification, so that the final distribution requirement of the task trigger object is ensured. Therefore, for the article transportation receipt of the associated article receipt identifier, if the article transportation receipt is associated with the first receipt identifier and is not associated with the second receipt identifier, an receipt packaging task corresponding to the first receipt identifier is generated; and if the article transportation bill is associated with the second slip identifier, generating a slip packaging task by taking the second slip identifier as a reference no matter whether the article transportation bill is associated with the first slip identifier or not. In practical applications, optionally, the first set item list identifier may be implemented by the outsider system, and the second set item list identifier may be implemented by the item sorting system according to the received item delivery message, because the item delivery message may reflect the latest delivery requirement of the task trigger object.
In order to better understand the article warehousing process and the generation process of the receipt packaging task, which are explained in the embodiments of the present invention, the following description is made by way of example with reference to specific examples. Referring to fig. 4, the first waybill identifier is taken as a hold waybill identifier and the second waybill identifier is taken as a waybill identifier:
aiming at a hold single mode that one collection sheet packaging task corresponds to one article transportation receipt, after a first package is scanned by a destination sorting center for receiving goods, if the article transportation receipt corresponding to the package contains a hold sheet identifier and does not contain the collection sheet identifier, the package is marked as the arrived goods, and a hold task is generated, wherein the task state of the hold task is a to-be-held single state; and when all packages under the article transportation bill arrive, generating a goods collection task by the hold task, wherein the task number of the goods collection task is the invoice number.
Aiming at an order collection mode that an order collection packaging task corresponds to at least two article transportation receipts, after a first parcel is scanned by receiving goods at a destination sorting center, if an article transportation waybill corresponding to the parcel contains an order collection identifier, then no matter whether the order collection identifier also contains a hold list identifier, the order collection task in the order collection mode is generated, and the order collection task number is an order collection number. In fact, the subsequent processes of the hold order mode and the collection order mode are the same, and the difference is only that a plurality of article transportation documents exist in one collection order packaging task.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an article warehouse-out method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is optimized based on the above technical solutions. In this embodiment, optionally, when the order delivery identifier corresponds to at least two item acquisition tasks, the item order identifier includes a second order identifier; correspondingly, after acquiring the collection sheet packaging task if the collection sheet packaging task is true, the method for delivering the article out of the warehouse may further include: if the article delivery message corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event comprises a message for performing centralized delivery on at least two article transportation documents associated with article centralized identification, re-associating the at least two article transportation documents associated with the article centralized identification with a second centralized identification; and updating the acquired collection sheet packaging task according to the re-association result. The same or corresponding terms as those in the above embodiments are not explained in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 5, the method of this embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
s310, when an article ex-warehouse event is monitored, whether an order packaging task corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event exists is determined, if yes, the order packaging task is obtained, wherein the order packaging task exists when an article transportation bill corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event is associated with an article order identifier, the article order identifier is set according to an order delivery identifier selected by a task trigger object of the article obtaining task corresponding to the article transportation bill associated with the article order identifier, and when the order delivery identifier corresponds to at least two article obtaining tasks, the article order identifier comprises a second order identifier.
S320, if the article delivery message corresponding to the article delivery event comprises a message for performing centralized delivery on at least two article transportation documents associated with article centralized identification, the at least two article transportation documents associated with the article centralized identification are associated with the second centralized identification again.
The article ex-warehouse event may be an event monitored after receiving the article delivery message, and thus the article delivery message corresponding to the article ex-warehouse event may be acquired. It should be noted that, for the item delivery message including the receipt delivery of at least two item transportation receipts associated with item receipt identifications, the item receipt identifications associated with the at least two item transportation receipts associated with item receipt identifications may be the same or different, and may be the first receipt identification or the second receipt identification, which is not specifically limited herein. In combination with the above specific example, that is, the number of the item acquisition tasks for which the collection delivery identifier is selected each time by the task trigger object may be one, two, or more, and is not specifically limited herein. Then, the item delivery message may include a message capable of reflecting that the task trigger object desires to collectively deliver the items under one item acquisition task corresponding to the respectively selected collection delivery identifiers, desires to collectively deliver the items under one and at least two item acquisition tasks corresponding to the respectively selected collection delivery identifiers, or desires to collectively deliver the items under at least two and at least two item acquisition tasks corresponding to the respectively selected collection delivery identifiers. On the basis, if the item delivery message comprises a message for performing centralized delivery on the item transportation documents identified by the at least two associated item lists, the item transportation documents identified by the at least two associated item lists can be associated with the second item list identifier again, so that the latest delivery requirement of the task trigger object can be embodied based on the second item list identifier.
And S330, updating the acquired bill packaging task according to the re-association result.
And updating the acquired order packaging task according to the result that the second order identification is associated with the at least two article transportation documents associated with the article order identification again, so that the updated order packaging task can embody the latest distribution requirement of the task trigger object.
On this basis, optionally, before re-association, the article transportation documents may already be associated with the second slip identifier, but the slip batch numbers of the second slip identifiers set at different time points are different, so that each article transportation document with the same second slip identifier can be obtained according to the re-association result, and then the obtained slip packaging task is updated by the slip packaging task generated based on each article transportation document with the same second slip identifier, thereby achieving an effect of accurate update of the slip packaging task.
And S340, loading the collection and distribution articles under the collection and distribution task into the same package based on the collection and distribution task, and taking the package as a dimension to carry out delivery on the collection and distribution articles loaded into the package.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the article delivery message is introduced to re-associate at least two article transportation receipts associated with the article receipt identification with the second receipt identification, and then the obtained receipt packaging task is updated according to the re-association result, so that the receipt packaging task capable of reflecting the latest delivery requirement of the task trigger object is obtained and is matched with the subsequent steps, thereby determining the article transportation receipts needing receipt delivery finally according to the article delivery message, and increasing the flexibility of multi-delivery receipt delivery.
In order to better understand the article delivery process set forth in the embodiments of the present invention, the following description is made for illustrative purposes with reference to specific examples. For example, referring to fig. 6, in the sorting and receiving link, whether to generate a sheet packing task (here, the packing is a box is taken as an example) is determined according to whether a hold sheet identifier and a delivery sheet identifier are included in a delivery sheet issued by an outsider system, and if so, the sheet packing task is generated, and the task state at this time is "waiting". When receiving an article delivery message and a dispatching order message, changing the task state of a container loading task into 'waiting for container loading', creating a container number by an operator, inputting a flow direction area (namely a next circulation area), getting the container loading task by the operator, changing the task state into 'container loading', starting scanning and container loading, verifying whether each package belongs to the packages under the current container loading task in the scanning process, and carrying out container loading. A plurality of container sheet packing tasks can be received under a single container number, after each container sheet packing task is received, all container sheet packing tasks are required to be completed, and after the task state is changed into 'container completion', a next container sheet packing task can be received for carrying out container packing operation. After boxing is finished, whether the task states of all the container tasks in the container are changed into 'boxing finished' or not is judged, if yes, the container is sealed, and the task states are changed into 'closed'. And finally, waiting for transportation, carrying and delivering, and producing according to the container task.
In addition, in order to better understand the coordination process of the upstream and downstream systems, the following description is made with reference to specific examples. Referring to fig. 7, after the user places an order in the merchant system, the user sends the selection result of whether the user selects the delivery identifier of the waybill and the corresponding waybill to the waybill system, so that the waybill identifier of the waybill is complemented by the waybill system, and the complemented waybill is sent to the scheduling system, the article sorting system and the article carrying system in sequence. The article sorting system can produce according to the received freight bill, and corresponding sorting operation is adopted by judging whether the goods are sorted for the purpose in the production process, for example, sorting and transferring are carried out according to the package dimension when non-purpose sorting is carried out, and then whether the freight bill associated with the article bill identification exists is judged when the purpose sorting is carried out, if not, warehousing is completed according to the package dimension, and boxing, sealing and ex-warehousing are completed according to the freight bill dimension; and if so, generating a container order boxing task, finishing warehousing according to the package dimension, generating a box number, picking up the container order boxing task, boxing and sealing the container to be exported according to the dimension of the container order boxing task. It should be noted that the ex-warehouse process performed by the item sorting system may be performed after receiving the delivery instruction (i.e., the item delivery message) and the car order (i.e., the scheduling car order message). After the goods are delivered from the warehouse, the delivery tasks are sent to the goods carrying system, wherein the delivery tasks can be waybill delivery tasks (when the goods collection list identification does not exist) or collection delivery tasks (when the goods collection list identification exists). After receiving the delivery task, the article carrying system can firstly judge whether the article carrying system receives the corresponding waybill or not, if so, the delivery task can be checked again, whether the delivery task is multi-level delivery or not is determined, namely, whether the article delivery stage is really reached or not is determined, if not, the article sorting system is informed to continue sorting and transferring, and if not, the subsequent article delivery process is executed. In addition, after the article sorting system finishes production, the state of the finished receipt of the shipping receipt can be returned to the external receipt system, then the external receipt system closes the shipping receipt (namely closes the task of container loading of the receipt) according to the received receipt state, and then the closing result is returned to the merchant system. In addition, the "manual delivery instruction" may also be one of the article delivery messages, and it may be that after the merchant system has given the delivery instruction, the user makes a change to his delivery demand, and at this time, the merchant system may transmit the latest delivery demand of the user to the article sorting system by means of the "manual delivery instruction".
