Heat treatment refers to a thermal process whereby a material is heated, held and cooled in the solid state to achieve a desired texture and properties.
The drying heat treatment typically vaporizes moisture in the material by heating to obtain a solid material of a specified moisture content. The purpose of drying is for the needs of material use or further processing, at present, material drying equipment is often used in many trades in the production process, adopts manual operation, causes the required temperature of thermal treatment and humidity measuring error great, has seriously influenced the quality of product, because operational environment is abominable, intensity of labour is big, and production efficiency is low, simultaneously because the high temperature can cause the melting and the caking of material to lead to the fact drying time long, manufacturing cost increases.
Therefore, it is particularly desirable to design a device for heat treatment of new materials, which is convenient to maintain, and can automatically dry materials, has good drying effect, and is convenient to collect materials, so as to eliminate some troubles possibly caused by most manual operations, and improve the working efficiency, so as to solve the above disadvantages.

In order to overcome the defects that the measurement errors of temperature and humidity required by heat treatment are large and the product quality is seriously influenced due to manual operation, the working environment is severe, the labor intensity is high and the production efficiency is low, the technical problems of the invention are as follows: the equipment which is used for the heat treatment of the new material and is convenient to maintain is provided, the material is automatically dried, the drying effect is good, and the material is convenient to collect.

Further, it is particularly preferable that the drying mechanism includes: the middle part of one side of the base is provided with the bottom frame; the fan is arranged at the lower side inside the underframe; the heating pipe is arranged on the upper side inside the underframe; and the ventilation pipe is connected between the upper side of the underframe and the stirring barrel symmetrically.
In addition, it is particularly preferred that a collection assembly is further included, the collection assembly including: one side of the base is symmetrically provided with fixed slideways; the supporting plate is arranged between the tops of the fixed slide ways in a sliding manner; the top of the supporting plate is symmetrically and slidably provided with clamping blocks; the first fixing block is arranged on the inner side of the top of the supporting plate; the collecting box is placed at the top of the first fixing block and is matched with the clamping block; the first wedge-shaped block is arranged outside one side of the clamping block; the inner sides of the clamping blocks are provided with first racks; the middle side of the bottom of the first fixed block is rotatably provided with a first gear, and the first gear is meshed with the first rack; the fixed guide blocks are symmetrically arranged on the bottom sides of the first fixed blocks and are respectively matched with the first racks in a sliding manner; and the second springs are symmetrically connected between the clamping blocks.

In addition, it is particularly preferred that the device further comprises a reset assembly, and the reset assembly comprises: the supporting blocks are symmetrically arranged on one side of the lower part of the stirring barrel; the limiting blocks are arranged between the supporting blocks in a sliding mode, and the limiting blocks are matched with the second racks; and the sixth spring is connected between the two sides of the limiting block and the supporting block.
