the transmission case (3) is provided with an input shaft (1), a main shaft (4), an intermediate shaft (5) and an oil supporting disc (7), and the two sides of the transmission case (3) are provided with an HST device (2) and a brake shaft (21):
the left and right ends of the input shaft (1) are provided with a maintenance-free left bearing (1c) and a maintenance-free right bearing (1b) which are fixed in the gearbox (3), one end of the input shaft (1) extends out of the gearbox (3) and is provided with a flange plate (1a), the flange plate (1a) is coaxially connected with the engine transition mechanism, the other end of the input shaft (1) is coaxially connected with the input end of the HST device (2), the output end of the HST device (2) is coaxially connected with the main shaft (4), the main shaft (4) is provided with a low-gear driving shaft tooth (4a) and a high-gear driving gear (4b),
the intermediate shaft (5) is coaxially provided with: a low-gear driven gear (5a) meshed with the low-gear driving shaft teeth (4 a); a high-gear driven gear (5c) meshed with the high-gear driving gear (4 b); a gear hub sleeve piece (5b) arranged between the low-gear driven gear (5a) and the high-gear driven gear (5 c); an oil thrower (5d) arranged in the oil supporting disc (7) in a penetrating way; and intermediate shaft teeth (5e) meshed with the differential assembly (6).
2. The HST hydraulic mechanical transaxle for an agricultural harvesting machine of claim 1, wherein:
a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor are arranged in the HST device (2), and stepless speed change is achieved through hydraulic transmission.
3. The HST hydraulic mechanical transaxle for an agricultural harvesting machine of claim 1, wherein:
the half shaft sleeve (12) is arranged at the joint of the left half shaft (10), the right half shaft (11) and the transition shaft (13), and the half shaft sleeve (12) is used for enabling the left half shaft (10), the right half shaft (11) and the transition shaft (13) to be coaxially connected and rotate.
4. The HST hydraulic mechanical transaxle for an agricultural harvesting machine of claim 3, wherein:
half shaft sleeves (12) are respectively arranged at the joints of the transition shaft (13) and the side reduction input shaft (14), and the half shaft sleeves (12) are used for enabling the left half shaft (10), the right half shaft (11) and the transition shaft (13) to be coaxially connected and rotate.
5. The HST hydraulic mechanical transaxle for an agricultural harvesting machine of claim 1, wherein:
the side reduction input shaft (14) is coaxially provided with input shaft teeth (14a), and the input shaft teeth (14a) are meshed with the tail end transmission large gear (15).
6. The HST hydraulic mechanical transaxle for an agricultural harvesting machine of claim 1, wherein:
and a brake belt assembly (9) is arranged on the brake shaft (21).
7. The HST hydraulic mechanical transaxle for an agricultural harvesting machine of claim 6, wherein:
the intermediate shaft (5) extends out of the gearbox (3) and is coaxially provided with a brake wheel (8), and the brake wheel (8) and the brake belt assembly (9) are arranged in parallel.
8. The HST hydraulic mechanical transaxle for an agricultural harvesting machine of claim 7, wherein:
the starting end of the brake band assembly (9) is connected with a brake pull wire, and the brake band assembly (9) locks the brake wheel (8) through the brake pull wire.
9. The HST hydraulic mechanical transaxle for an agricultural harvesting machine of claim 8, wherein:
the main shaft (4) is arranged as a shaft in the gearbox (3).
10. The method for the variable speed driving of the HST hydraulic machine for agricultural harvesting machinery of claim 9, wherein:
low-speed operation:
an operator operates a low-speed gear, an engine runs, power is provided for a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor arranged in an HST device (2) through an input shaft (1), then stepless speed change is realized through hydraulic transmission of a double-interface hydraulic transmission, the power is transmitted to an intermediate shaft (5) where a low-gear driven gear (5a) meshed with the low-gear driving shaft gear (4a) is located through a low-gear driving shaft gear (4a) on a main shaft (4), the intermediate shaft (5) transmits the power to a differential assembly (6) through an intermediate shaft gear (5e), and sequentially drives a left half shaft (10)/a right half shaft (11), a transition shaft (13), a side reduction input shaft (14) and a tail end transmission large gear (15) meshed with the side reduction input shaft (14) to drive a side reduction blue shaft (16) to rotate until a driving wheel runs at a low speed;
high-speed operation:
an operator operates a high-speed gear, an engine runs, power is provided for a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor arranged in an HST device (2) through an input shaft (1), then stepless speed change is realized through hydraulic transmission of a double-interface hydraulic transmission, the power is transmitted to a high-gear driven gear (5c) meshed with the high-gear driving gear (4b) through a high-gear driving gear (4b) on a main shaft (4), the middle shaft (5) transmits the power to a differential assembly (6) through a middle shaft gear (5e), and sequentially drives a left half shaft (10)/a right half shaft (11), a transition shaft (13), a side reduction input shaft (14) and a tail end transmission large gear (15) meshed with the side reduction input shaft (14) to drive a side reduction blue shaft (16) to rotate until a driving wheel runs highly;
braking:
an operator operates a brake pull wire, and a brake caliper assembly (19) gradually locks a brake disc (18) to stop a driving wheel;
parking:
an operator operates the parking pull wire to enable the brake belt assembly (9) to lock the brake wheel (8), and the brake wheel (8) is locked.
