技术领域
本发明涉及可应用于车辆的混合动力传动系的布局。
背景技术
TMED(安装变速器的电动装置)型混合动力传动系是将电动机安装在变速器上而不是发动机上的混合动力传动系。
在如上所述构造的传统TMED型混合动力传动系中,广泛使用发动机通过发动机离合器连接到电动机的结构。因为这种混合动力传动系设置有发动机离合器,所以由于发动机离合器的设置而增加了制造成本。另外,当发动机离合器接合时,发动机的转速和电动机的速度限制在同一水平。另外,由于换挡图是根据发动机的最佳工作点设置的,但是电动机的主要工作范围集中在低速度范围内,因此难以实现电动机的最佳性能。另外,由于电动机位于变速器的输入侧,因此在再生制动中驱动轮与电动机之间的动力传输路径变得复杂,并且再生制动的效率降低。

发明内容
本发明的各个方面旨在提供一种用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中省略了用于执行发动机与电动机之间的结合和分离的发动机离合器以降低车辆的制造成本和重量,相对于发动机独立地控制电动机以实现电动机和发动机的最佳操作,并且在再生制动时缩短了电动机与驱动轮之间的动力传输路径,从而提高了EV模式和再生制动的效率。

复合同步器CS形成同步器,配置为当第一套筒SB1沿轴向移动时通过同步器环的同步作用连接到第一输入轴IN1,并且第二套筒SB2与第一驱动齿轮DG1的离合器齿轮CG一起形成爪形离合器。
根据本发明的示例性实施方式,稍后将描述的第三驱动齿轮DG3一体地设置有形成复合同步器CS的一部分的离合器齿轮CG,使得第一输入轴IN1通过离合器齿轮CG与第一套筒SB1之间的啮合直接连接到电动机输入轴MI。
由于同步器环设置在第三驱动齿轮DG3的离合器齿轮CG与第一套筒SB1之间,因此第一套筒SB1通过同步啮合式同步器的同步作用与第三驱动齿轮DG3的离合器齿轮CG啮合。
作为参考,同步器环可以由与传统同步啮合式同步器中使用的相同的同步器环实现,并因此在附图中省略其图示。
如上所述,复合同步器CS的第二套筒SB2与第一驱动齿轮DG1的离合器齿轮CG一起形成爪形离合器,从而能够通过电动机M主动执行同步动作。
第三离合器CL3可以由配置为如盘式离合器那样连续地改变摩擦力的离合器实现,并且可以执行第二驱动齿轮DG2与电动机输入轴MI之间的接合和分离。
第一驱动齿轮DG1与第一从动齿轮PG1配置为限定第一速度传动比,并且第二驱动齿轮DG2与第二从动齿轮PG2配置为限定第二速度传动比。第一输入轴IN1与第一输出轴OUT1之间的外齿轮对配置为限定第四速度传动比,并且第一输入轴IN1与第二输出轴OUT2之间的外齿轮对配置为限定第六速度传动比。第二输入轴IN2与第一输出轴OUT1之间的外齿轮对配置为限定第五速度传动比,并且第二输入轴IN2与第二输出轴OUT2之间的外齿轮对配置为限定第三速度传动比。
换言之,第一驱动齿轮DG1、第一从动齿轮PG1、第二驱动齿轮DG2以及第二从动齿轮PG2设置在电动机输入轴MI和第一输出轴OUT1之间,以实现第一速度传动比和第二速度传动比。第一输入轴IN1设置有共同用于实现第四速度传动比和第六速度传动比两者的第三驱动齿轮DG3,并且第二输入轴IN2设置有共同用于实现第三速度传动比和第五速度传动比两者的第四驱动齿轮DG4。第一输出轴OUT1设置有与第三驱动齿轮DG3啮合的第四从动齿轮P4以及与第四驱动齿轮DG4啮合的第五从动齿轮P5,并且第二输出轴OUT2设置有与第三驱动齿轮DG3啮合的第六从动齿轮P6以及与第四驱动齿轮DG4啮合的第三从动齿轮P3。
第三驱动齿轮DG3安装在第一输入轴IN1上,使得第三驱动齿轮DG3旋转受限,并且第四驱动齿轮DG4安装在第二输入轴IN2上,使得第四驱动齿轮DG4旋转受限。第一输出轴OUT1设置有第四—第五同步器4&5S,配置为选择性地保持第四从动齿轮P4或第五从动齿轮P5,以限制第四从动齿轮P4或第五从动齿轮P5相对于第一输出轴OUT1的旋转,并且第二输出轴OUT2设置有第三—第六同步器3&6s,配置为选择性地保持第三从动齿轮P3或第六从动齿轮P6,以限制第三从动齿轮P3或第六从动齿轮P6相对于第二输出轴OUT2的旋转。
在下文中,将参照图2至图6描述从第一挡位到第六挡位的顺序换挡过程。
图2示出了将挡位从第一挡位换挡到第二挡位的过程。在图2中的(A)所示的状态下,第一离合器CL1接合,并且复合同步器CS的第一套筒SB1将第一输入轴IN1与电动机输入轴MI连接。随后,第二套筒SB2将第一驱动齿轮DG1连接到电动机输入轴MI,使得来自发动机E的动力通过电动机输入轴MI传输到第一驱动齿轮DG1,以驱动第一驱动齿轮DG1,从而实现第一驱动齿轮DG1与第一从动齿轮PG1之间的第一速度传动比。
在图2中的(B)所示的状态下,复合同步器CS的第二套筒SB2通过力的作用释放到空挡状态,并且第三离合器CL3开始接合。
当第三离合器CL3接合并且第二驱动齿轮DG2开始驱动第二从动齿轮PG2时,释放作用在复合同步器CS的毂HB、第一驱动齿轮DG1与离合器齿轮CG之间的扭矩。当第二套筒SB2释放到空挡状态时,实现图2中的(C)所示的状态。当在当前状态下完全接合第三离合器CL3时,从发动机E传递到第一输入轴IN1和电动机输入轴MI的动力通过第二驱动齿轮DG2与第二从动齿轮PG2输出到差速器DF,同时实现第二档变速。
图3示出将挡位从第二挡位换挡到第三挡位的过程。当在如图3中的(A)所示的第二挡位的行驶状态下产生换挡到第三挡位的指令时,第三—第六同步器3&6s将第三从动齿轮P3连接到第二输出轴OUT2,如图3中的(B)所示,并且第二离合器CL2开始滑动,如图3中的(C)所示。
当第二离合器CL2接合并且第一离合器CL1释放时,实现了在第三挡位下的行驶状态,如图3中的(D)中所示。
图4示出将挡位从第三挡位换挡到第四挡位的过程。当在如图4中的(A)所示的第三挡位的行驶状态下产生换挡到第四挡位的指令时,第四—第五同步器4&5s将第四从动齿轮P4连接到第一输出轴OUT1,如图4中的(B)所示,并且第一离合器CL1开始滑动,如图4中的(C)所示。
当第一离合器CL1接合并且第二离合器CL2释放时,实现了在第四挡位下的行驶状态,如图4中的(D)中所示。
图5示出了将挡位从第四挡位换挡到第五挡位的过程。当在如图5中的(A)所示的第四挡位的行驶状态下产生换挡到第五挡位的指令时,在第三离合器CL3接合的状态下驱动电动机M,并且在第四挡位下的行驶状态中由第二驱动齿轮DG2与第二从动齿轮PG2驱动第一输出轴OUT1,如图5中的(B)所示。
随后,如图5中的(C)中所示,第一离合器CL1释放,并且在仅通过电动机M的驱动力维持第四挡位下的行驶状态的同时将第四—第五同步器4&5s从第四从动齿轮P4释放,从而将第五从动齿轮P5连接到第一输出轴OUT1。
第二离合器CL2接合,并且实现第五挡位下的行驶状态,如图5中的(D)所示。当释放与电动机M的连接时,仅通过发动机E的动力实现第五挡位下的行驶状态,如图5中的(E)所示。
根据本发明的示例性实施方式,在从第四挡位换挡到第五挡位时,第四—第五同步器4&5s将第四从动齿轮P4连接到第一输出轴OUT1的状态释放到空挡状态。随后,当第五从动齿轮P5连接到第一输出轴OUT1时,可能会发生发动机E的动力被阻断并且不能传递到驱动轮的扭矩中断。然而,由于本发明的示例性实施方式构造为使动力从电动机M连续地传递到第一输出轴OUT1,因此可以确保在不中断扭矩的情况下实现平滑换挡。
图6示出了将挡位从第五挡位换挡到第六挡位的过程。当在如图6中的(A)所示的第五挡位的行驶状态下产生用于换挡到第六挡位的指令时,第三—第六同步器3&6s将第六从动齿轮P6连接到第二输出轴OUT2,如图6中的(B)中所示,并且第一离合器CL1开始滑动,如图6中的(C)中所示。
当第一离合器CL1接合并且第二离合器CL2释放时,实现了在第六挡位下的行驶状态,如图6中的(D)中所示。
图7示出了在电动车辆模式中将挡位从EV第一挡位换挡到EV第二挡位的过程。在图7的(A)所示的状态下,第二套筒SB2与第一驱动齿轮DG1的离合器齿轮CG啮合,并且从电动机供给到电动机输入轴MI的动力通过第一驱动齿轮DG1与第一从动齿轮PG1输出到差速器DF。
当产生用于换挡到EV第二挡位的指令时,施加力以将第二套筒SB2移动到空挡状态,如图7中的(B)所示。当在当前状态下逐渐接合第三离合器CL3时,释放第二套筒SB2和第一驱动齿轮DG1的离合器齿轮CG之间的扭矩,并且将第二套筒SB2释放到空挡状态,如图7中的(C)所示。当在当前状态下完全接合第三离合器CL3时,电动机M的动力通过第二驱动齿轮DG2与第二从动齿轮PG2输出到差速器。
通过电动机M的反向旋转,图7中的EV第一挡位和EV第二挡位可以变成车辆的倒档。
不言而喻,根据本发明的示例性实施方式的混合动力传动系配置为用于实现混合动力模式,在该混合动力模式下,在第一驱动齿轮DG1在全部第一挡位到第六挡位之间均通过复合同步器CS的第二套筒SB2连接到电动机输入轴MI的状态下驱动电动机M以补充来自发动机E的动力,其中发动机E的动力通过第一输出轴OUT1或第二输出轴OUT2输出。
如从以上描述中显而易见的是,根据本发明的示例性实施方式,由于省略了用于执行发动机与电动机之间的接合和分离的发动机离合器,因此可以降低车辆的制造成本和重量。另外,由于相对于发动机独立地控制电动机,所以能够实现电动机以及发动机的最佳工作性能。另外,由于在再生制动时缩短了电动机与驱动轮之间的动力传输路径,所以可以提高EV模式和再生制动的效率。
为了便于所附权利要求的解释和准确定义,使用术语“上部”、“下部”、“内部”、“外部”、“上”、“下”、“向上”、“向下”、“前”、“后”、“后方”、“内侧”、“外侧”、“向内”、“向外”、“内部的”、“外部的”、“内”、“外”、“向前”、“向后”,参照示例性实施方式的特征在附图中所示的位置来描述这些特征。还应理解,术语“连接”或其派生词既指直接连接又指间接连接。
另外,术语“固定连接”表示固定连接的构件总是以相同的速度旋转。另外,术语“可选择性连接”表示“当可选择性连接的构件彼此未接合时,可选择性连接的构件分别旋转;当可选择性连接的构件彼此接合时,可选择性连接的构件以相同的速度旋转;当可选择性连接的构件中的至少一者是静止构件,而其余的可选择性连接构件与静止构件接合时,可选择性连接构件静止。”

Claims (12)

1.一种用于车辆的动力传动系装置,所述动力传动系装置包括:
第一输入轴,通过第一离合器能够选择性地连接到发动机;
第二输入轴,通过第二离合器能够选择性地连接到所述发动机,并且与所述第一输入轴同轴安装;
电动机输入轴,与所述第一输入轴同轴安装并且连接到电动机;
第一输出轴和第二输出轴,平行于所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴安装;
第一驱动齿轮和第二驱动齿轮,可旋转地安装至所述电动机输入轴;
第一从动齿轮,固定地安装在所述第一输出轴上,以与所述第一驱动齿轮啮合;
第二从动齿轮,固定地安装在所述第一输出轴上,以与所述第二驱动齿轮啮合;
复合同步器,配置为单独地执行所述第一输入轴与所述电动机输入轴之间的结合和分离以及所述第一驱动齿轮与所述电动机输入轴之间的结合和分离;
第三离合器,配置为选择性地结合所述第二驱动齿轮和所述电动机输入轴;以及
多个齿轮对,配置为分别限定所述第一输入轴与所述第一输出轴之间、所述第一输入轴与所述第二输出轴之间、所述第二输入轴与所述第一输出轴之间以及所述第二输入轴与所述第二输出轴之间的不同传动比,
其中,所述第一驱动齿轮与所述第一从动齿轮之间的传动比、所述第二驱动齿轮与所述第二从动齿轮之间的传动比以及所述多个齿轮对之间的多个传动比形成用于驱动所述车辆的一系列传动比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系装置,其中,所述复合同步器包括:
毂,安装在所述电动机输入轴上;以及
第一套筒和第二套筒,安装在所述毂上以在所述毂的轴向方向上能够独立滑动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力传动系装置,其中,所述第一驱动齿轮与第一离合器齿轮一体地安装,所述第一离合器齿轮配置为选择性地与所述复合同步器的第二套筒啮合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动力传动系装置,
其中,所述复合同步器形成同步器,配置为在所述第一套筒沿所述轴向方向移动时,通过同步器环的同步作用而连接到所述第一输入轴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的动力传动系装置,其中,所述第二套筒与所述第一驱动齿轮的所述第一离合器齿轮形成爪形离合器。
6.根据权利要求3所述的动力传动系装置,
其中,所述第一驱动齿轮和所述第一从动齿轮配置为限定第一速度传动比,
其中,所述第二驱动齿轮和所述第二从动齿轮配置为限定第二速度传动比,
其中,所述多个齿轮对包括第一齿轮对、第二齿轮对、第三齿轮对以及第四齿轮对,
其中,所述第一输入轴与所述第一输出轴之间的所述第一齿轮对配置为限定第四速度传动比,
其中,所述第一输入轴与所述第二输出轴之间的所述第二齿轮对配置为限定第六速度传动比,
其中,所述第二输入轴与所述第一输出轴之间的所述第三齿轮对配置为限定第五速度传动比,并且
其中,所述第二输入轴与所述第二输出轴之间的所述第四齿轮对配置为限定第三速度传动比。
7.根据权利要求6所述的动力传动系装置,
其中,所述第一齿轮对和所述第二齿轮对共同包括第三驱动齿轮,并且所述第一输入轴安装有所述第三驱动齿轮,所述第三驱动齿轮共同用于实现所述第四速度传动比和所述第六速度传动比,
其中,所述第三齿轮对和所述第四齿轮对共同包括第四驱动齿轮,并且所述第二输入轴安装有所述第四驱动齿轮,所述第四驱动齿轮共同用于实现所述第三速度传动比和所述第五速度传动比,
其中,所述多个齿轮对还包括:第四从动齿轮、第五从动齿轮、第六从动齿轮和第三从动齿轮,
其中,所述第一输出轴安装有与所述第三驱动齿轮啮合的所述第四从动齿轮以及与所述第四驱动齿轮啮合的所述第五从动齿轮,并且
其中,所述第二输出轴安装有与所述第三驱动齿轮啮合的所述第六从动齿轮以及与所述第四驱动齿轮啮合的所述第三从动齿轮。
8.根据权利要求7所述的动力传动系装置,
其中,所述第四从动齿轮和所述第五从动齿轮可旋转地安装在所述第一输出轴上,并且
其中,所述第六从动齿轮和所述第三从动齿轮可旋转地安装在所述第二输出轴上。
9.根据权利要求7所述的动力传动系装置,
其中,所述第三驱动齿轮固定地安装在所述第一输入轴上,使得所述第一输入轴限制所述第三驱动齿轮的旋转,
其中,所述第四驱动齿轮固定地安装在所述第二输入轴上,使得所述第二输入轴限制所述第四驱动齿轮的旋转,
其中,所述第一输出轴安装有第四—第五同步器,所述第四—第五同步器配置为选择性地将所述第四从动齿轮或所述第五从动齿轮连接到所述第一输出轴,以限制所述第四从动齿轮或所述第五从动齿轮相对于所述第一输出轴的旋转,并且
其中,所述第二输出轴安装有第三—第六同步器,所述第三—第六同步器配置为选择性地将所述第三从动齿轮或所述第六从动齿轮连接到所述第二输出轴,以限制所述第三从动齿轮或所述第六从动齿轮相对于所述第二输出轴的旋转。
10.根据权利要求7所述的动力传动系装置,其中,所述第三驱动齿轮与第二离合器齿轮一体地安装,所述第二离合器齿轮选择性地与所述复合同步器的所述第一套筒啮合。
11.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系装置,
其中,所述第一输出轴安装有第一输出齿轮,
其中,所述第二输出轴安装有第二输出齿轮,并且
其中,所述第一输出齿轮和所述第二输出齿轮与差速器的齿圈啮合。
12.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系装置,
其中,所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器构成形成在单个离合器壳体中的双离合器,并且
其中,所述第二输入轴包括围绕所述第一输入轴的空心轴。
