电动车辆(EV)、使用电能的混合动力电动车辆(HEV),或者改进变速器的效率和便利性的双离合变速器(DCT)可以是未来车辆技术的实例。
通常,双离合变速器(DCT)包括两个离合器装置和基本手动变速的齿轮系,通过使用两个离合器装置将从发动机输入的扭矩选择性地传递到两个输入轴,并输出由齿轮系换挡的扭矩。
DCT实现手自一体变速器(AMT),其通过用控制器控制两个离合器和同步装置来去除驾驶员的手动换挡的不便。
与使用行星齿轮的自动变速器相比,DCT具有如下好处,例如更高的动力输送效率,更容易改变或添加零件以实现更多的换挡级,等等,因此其可更舒适地遵守燃料消耗规定和效率以实现更多的换挡级。

发明内容
本发明提供一种用于车辆的动力传递设备,其具有通过简化的布置使多个换档级成为可能、改进可安装性和减少总重量的能力。

行星齿轮组的太阳齿轮可与动力中介轴固定地连接。行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架可与第二输入轴固定地连接。行星齿轮组的环形齿轮可通过第七齿轮组在外部与输出轴齿轮啮合。
第七齿轮组可包括第七驱动齿轮和第七从动齿轮。第七驱动齿轮可与行星齿轮组的环形齿轮固定地连接。第七从动齿轮可与输出轴固定地连接并在外部与第七驱动齿轮齿轮啮合。
行星齿轮组可以是单齿行星齿轮组(single pinion planetary gear set)。
根据本发明的一个代表性形式,动力传递设备可进一步包括四个离合器,每个离合器选择性地连接电机轴、发动机输出轴、第一输入轴、第二输入轴和第三输入轴、动力中介轴、第一中间轴和第二中间轴、空转轴及输出轴中的对应的一对,并包括使电机轴、所述发动机输出轴、所述第一输入轴、第二输入轴和第三输入轴、所述动力中介轴、所述第一中间轴和所述第二中间轴、所述空转轴及所述输出轴中的一个轴选择性地连接到变速器壳体的制动器。
动力传递设备优选地包括设置于发动机输出轴和电机轴之间的发动机离合器。四个离合器可包括设置于电机轴和第一输入轴之间的第一离合器、设置于电机轴和第二输入轴之间的第二离合器、设置于电机轴和第三输入轴之间的第三离合器,以及设置于第二中间轴和输出轴之间的第四离合器。

如图1所示,用于车辆的动力传递设备对作为主要动力源的发动机ENG和作为辅助动力源的电机/发电机MG的扭矩进行换挡。动力传递设备包括:第一输入轴IS1、第二输入轴IS2和第三输入轴IS3,动力中介轴TMS,第一中间轴CS1和第二中间轴CS2,空转轴IDS,第一换挡段TM1和第二换挡段TM2,以及输出轴OS。
可将作为主要动力源的发动机ENG实现为各种类型的典型发动机,例如使用化石燃料的汽油发动机或柴油发动机。
电机/发电机MG可用作电动机并用作发电机,并包括定子ST和转子RT,定子ST固定到变速器壳体H,转子RT旋转地支撑于定子ST内。
将来自发动机ENG和/或电机/发电机MG的扭矩供应到第一换挡段TM1,并在第一换挡段TM1由所供应的扭矩形成多个中间换挡级。从第一换挡段TM1接收扭矩并通过单独的路径从发动机ENG选择性地接收扭矩,第二换挡段TM2执行换挡操作并通过输出轴OS输出换挡的扭矩。
第一输入轴IS1、第二输入轴IS2和第三输入轴IS3及动力中介轴TMS设置在相同的轴线上。第一中间轴CS1和第二中间轴CS2、空转轴IDS,及输出轴OS与第一输入轴IS1平行地设置。第二中间轴CS2和输出轴OS设置在相同的轴线上并彼此选择性地互相连接。
电机/发电机MG设置在发动机ENG的后面。
与电机/发电机MG的转子RT固定连接的电机轴MDS与插入发动机离合器ECL的发动机ENG的输出轴EOS选择性地连接。
第一输入轴IS1与电机轴MDS选择性地连接。第一输入轴IS1将来自发动机ENG和电机/发电机MG的扭矩输送到第一换挡段TM1。
第二输入轴IS2形成为中空轴,与第一输入轴IS1同轴地设置并位于第一输入轴IS1的外部,没有旋转干扰,并与电机轴MDS选择性地连接,从而将发动机ENG和电机/发电机MG的扭矩选择性地传递到第二换挡段TM2。
第三输入轴IS3形成为中空轴,与第二输入轴IS2同轴地设置并位于第二输入轴IS2的外部,没有旋转干扰,并与电机轴MDS选择性地连接,从而将发动机ENG和电机/发电机MG的扭矩选择性地传递到第一换挡段TM1。
动力中介轴TMS形成为中空轴,与第一输入轴IS1同轴地设置并位于第一输入轴IS1的外部,没有旋转干扰。
第二中间轴CS2通过第一制动器B1与变速器壳体H选择性地连接,并可通过第一制动器B1的操作旋转地固定。
第一换挡段TM1包括设置于第一输入轴IS1和第三输入轴IS3、第一中间轴CS1和第二中间轴CS2、动力中介轴TM2和空转轴IDS上的第一齿轮组GL1、第二齿轮组GL2、第三齿轮组GL3、第四齿轮组GL4、第五齿轮组GL5和第六齿轮组GL6。
第二换挡段TM2包括行星齿轮组PG。行星齿轮组PG是单齿行星齿轮组,并包括第一太阳齿轮S、旋转地支撑多个在外部与太阳齿轮S齿轮啮合的小齿轮P的行星齿轮架PC,和在内部与该多个小齿轮P齿轮啮合的环形齿轮R。
行星齿轮组PG布置在第二输入轴IS2和动力中介轴TMS之间。太阳齿轮S与动力中介轴TMS固定地连接。行星齿轮架PC与第二输入轴IS2固定地连接。环形齿轮R通过第七齿轮组GL7在外部与输出轴OS齿轮啮合。
第一齿轮组GL1包括第一驱动齿轮IDG1和第一从动齿轮IPG1。第一驱动齿轮IDG1与第三输入轴IS3固定地连接。第一从动齿轮IPG1与第一中间轴CS1固定地连接,并在外部与第一驱动齿轮IDG1齿轮啮合。

第五齿轮组GL5包括第一驱动齿轮IDG1和第五从动齿轮IPG5。第一驱动齿轮IDG1与第三输入轴IS3固定地连接。第五从动齿轮IPG5与空转轴IDS固定地连接,并在外部与第一驱动齿轮IDG1齿轮啮合。

可考虑传动要求而适当地设置第一齿轮组G1、第二齿轮组GL2、第三齿轮组GL3、第四齿轮组GL4、第五齿轮组GL5和第六齿轮组GL6的驱动齿轮和从动齿轮之间的传动比。第一齿轮组GL1和第二齿轮组GL2的传动比用于实现前向第二速度FD2和前向第六速度FD6。第三齿轮组GL3的传动比用于实现前向第一速度FD1和前向第七速度FD7。第四齿轮组GL4的传动比用于实现前向第三速度FD3和前向第五速度FD5。第五齿轮组GL5和第六齿轮组GL6的传动比用于实现前向第九速度FD9和反向速度。
输出轴OS是输出件,通过接收从第二中间轴CS2和从第七齿轮组GL7输入的扭矩,将接收到的扭矩通过输出齿轮OG和最终减速齿轮FDG传递到差速器DIFF。
另外,第一离合器CL1、第二离合器CL2、第三离合器CL3和第四离合器CL4的四个接合元件设置在诸如各种轴的旋转件之间,并且制动器B1的一个接合设置为旋转件和变速器壳体H。
发动机离合器ECL设置在发动机输出轴EOS(例如,发动机曲轴)和电机轴MDS之间,并且选择性地使发动机输出轴EOS和电机轴MDS互相连接。
第一离合器CL1设置在电机轴MDS和第一输入轴IS1之间,以选择性地使电机轴MDS和第一输入轴IS1互相连接。
第二离合器CL2设置在电机轴MDS和第二输入轴IS2之间,以选择性地使电机轴MDS和第二输入轴IS2互相连接。

可将发动机离合器ECL、第一离合器CL1到第四离合器CL4,及第一制动器B1的接合元件实现为通过液压摩擦接合的多板液压摩擦装置,然而,应理解不限于此,因为可采用各种其他可电控的配置。
第一同步器SN1、第二同步器SN2和第三同步器SN3可形成为已知方案,应用于第一同步器SN1、第二同步器SN2和第三同步器SN3的第一套筒SLE1、第二套筒SLE2和第三套筒SLE3可由相应的致动器(未示出)操作,致动器可由变速器控制单元控制。
如图1所示,第二换挡段TM2设置在发动机ENG的后部,并且第一换挡段TM1设置在第二换挡段TM2的后部。
图2是根据本发明的一个代表性形式的用于车辆的动力传递设备的换挡操作图,根据本发明的第一代表性形式的用于车辆的动力传递设备如下所述地执行换挡操作。
[发动机和并行模式反向速度]
在下文中,术语“发动机和并行模式”表示发动机ENG正在运行的模式。可激活或不激活电机/发电机MG。因此,该术语包括仅发动机ENG用作动力源的纯发动机模式,还包括发动机ENG和电机/发电机MG都用作动力源的并行模式。
在发动机和并行模式反向速度REV中,如图2所示,空转轴IDS和第六驱动齿轮IDG6通过第三同步器SN3的套筒SLE3互相连接,并且操作发动机离合器ECL和第三离合器CL3及第四离合器CL4。
结果,通过发动机离合器ECL、第三离合器CL3和第三同步器SN3的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS、第三输入轴IS3、第五齿轮组GL5、空转轴IDS、第三同步器SN3和第六齿轮组GL6传递到第二中间轴CS2。
然后,通过第四离合器CL4的操作,将第二中间轴CS2的扭矩通过输出轴OS传递到差速器DIFF,从而实现反向速度REV。
[发动机和并行模式前向第一速度]
在发动机和并行模式前向第一速度FD1中,如图2所示,第二中间轴CS2和第三从动齿轮IPG3通过第一同步器SN1的套筒SLE1互相连接,并且操作发动机离合器ECL和第一离合器CL1及第四离合器CL4。
结果,通过发动机离合器ECL、第一离合器CL1和第一同步器SN1的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS、第一输入轴IS1、第三齿轮组GL3和第一同步器SN1传递到第二中间轴OS2。
然后,通过第四离合器CL4的操作,将第二中间轴CS2的扭矩通过输出轴OS传递到差速器DIFF,从而实现前向第一速度。
[发动机和并行模式前向第二速度]
在发动机和并行模式前向第二速度FD2中,如图2所示,第一中间轴CS2和第二驱动齿轮IDG2通过第二同步器SN2的套筒SLE2互相连接,并且操作发动机离合器ECL和第三离合器CL3及第四离合器CL4。
结果,通过发动机离合器ECL、第三离合器CL3和第二同步器SN2的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS、第三输入轴IS3、第一齿轮组GL1、第一中间轴CS1、第二同步器SN2和第二齿轮组GL2传递到第二中间轴CS2。
然后,通过第四离合器CL4的操作,将第二中间轴CS2的扭矩通过输出轴OS传递到差速器DIFF,从而实现前向第二速度。
[发动机和并行模式前向第三速度]
在发动机和并行模式前向第三速度FD3中,如图2所示,第二中间轴CS2和第四从动齿轮IPG4通过第一同步器SN1的套筒SLE1互相连接,并且操作发动机离合器ECL和第一离合器CL1及第四离合器CL4。
结果,通过发动机离合器ECL、第一离合器CL1和第一同步器SN1的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS、第一输入轴IS1、第四齿轮组GL4和第一同步器SN1传递到第二中间轴OS2。
然后,通过第四离合器CL4的操作,将第二中间轴CS2的扭矩通过输出轴OS传递到差速器DIFF,从而实现前向第三速度。
[发动机和并行模式前向第四速度]
在发动机和并行模式前向第四速度FD4中,如图2所示,将第一同步器SN1、第二同步器SN2和第三同步器SN3保持在空挡状态,并且操作发动机离合器ECL和第二离合器CL2及第四离合器CL4。
结果,通过发动机离合器ECL和第二离合器CL2的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS和第二输入轴IS2传递到行星齿轮组PG的行星齿轮架PC。
通过第四离合器CL4的操作,使第七齿轮组GL7、输出轴OS、第二中间轴CS2、第二齿轮组GL2和动力中介轴TMS互相连接,从而使连接到第七齿轮组GL7的环形齿轮R与连接到动力中介轴TMS的太阳齿轮S连接。环形齿轮R和太阳齿轮S之间的速度关系由第二齿轮组GL2和第七齿轮组GL7的传动比形成,同时行星齿轮组PG的行星齿轮架PC通过第二输入轴IS2接收输入扭矩。因此,行星齿轮组PG的太阳齿轮S和环形齿轮R以相应的满足速度关系的速度旋转,同时行星齿轮架PC以电机轴MDS的速度旋转。
通过行星齿轮PG的旋转件的这种配合操作,确定连接到第七齿轮组GL7的输出轴OS的速度和扭矩,并将其通过输出轴OS传递到差速器DIFF,从而实现前向第四速度。
[发动机和并行模式前向第五速度]
在发动机和并行模式前向第五速度FD5中,如图2所示,第二中间轴CS和第四从动齿轮IPG4通过第一同步器SN1的套筒SLE1互相连接,并且操作发动机离合器ECL和第一离合器CL1及第二离合器CL2。
结果,通过发动机离合器ECL、第一离合器CL1和第一同步器SN1的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS、第一输入轴IS1、第四齿轮组GL4、第一同步器SN1、第二中间轴CS2、第二齿轮组GL2和动力中介轴TMS部分地输入到行星齿轮组PG的太阳齿轮S。
另外,通过第二离合器CL2的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS和第二输入轴IS2部分地输入到行星齿轮组PG的行星齿轮架PC。
然后,行星齿轮组PG基于太阳齿轮S和行星齿轮架PC之间的速度差而实现换挡,并将换挡的扭矩通过输出轴OS输出到差速器DIFF,从而实现前向第五速度。
[发动机和并行模式前向第六速度]
在发动机和并行模式前向第六速度FD6中,如图2所示,第一中间轴CS1和第二驱动齿轮IDG2通过第二同步器SN2的套筒SLE2互相连接,并且操作发动机离合器ECL和第二离合器CL2及第三离合器CL3。
结果,通过发动机离合器ECL和第二离合器CL2的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS和第二输入轴IS2部分地输入到行星齿轮组PG的行星齿轮架PC。
另外,通过第三离合器CL3和第二同步器SN2的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS、第三输入轴IS3、第一齿轮组GL1、第一中间轴CS1、第二同步器SN2、第二齿轮组GL2和动力中介轴TMS部分地输入到行星齿轮组PG的太阳齿轮S。
然后,行星齿轮组PG基于太阳齿轮S和行星齿轮架PC之间的速度差而实现换挡,并将换挡的扭矩通过输出轴OS输出到差速器DIFF,从而实现前向第六速度。
[发动机和并行模式前向第七速度]
在发动机和并行模式前向第七速度FD7中,如图2所示,第二中间轴CS2和第三从动齿轮IPG3通过第一同步器SN1的套筒SLE1互相连接,并且操作发动机离合器ECL和第一离合器CL1及第二离合器CL2。
结果,通过发动机离合器ECL、第一离合器CL1和第一同步器SN1的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS、第一输入轴IS1、第三齿轮组GL3、第一同步器SN1、第二中间轴OS2、第二齿轮组GL2和动力中介轴TMS部分地输入到行星齿轮组PG的太阳齿轮S。
另外,通过第二离合器CL2的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS和第二输入轴IS2部分地输入到行星齿轮组PG的行星齿轮架PC。
然后,行星齿轮组PG基于太阳齿轮S和行星齿轮架PC之间的速度差而实现换挡,并将换挡的扭矩通过输出轴OS输出到差速器DIFF,从而实现前向第七速度。
[发动机和并行模式前向第八速度]
在发动机和并行模式前向第八速度FD8中,如图2所示,将第一同步器SN1、第二同步器SN2和第三同步器SN3保持在空挡状态,并且操作发动机离合器ECL、第二离合器CL2和第一制动器B1。
结果,通过发动机离合器ECL和第二离合器CL2的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS和第二输入轴IS2传递到行星齿轮组PG的行星齿轮架PC,并且行星齿轮组PG的太阳齿轮S通过第一制动器B1的操作而用作固定元件。
然后,由于行星齿轮组PG的行星齿轮架PC在太阳齿轮S用作固定元件的同时接收输入扭矩,所以行星齿轮组PG通过环形齿轮R输出增加的速度,并且将通过环形齿轮R输出的扭矩通过第七齿轮组GL7和输出站OS传递到差速器DIFF,从而实现前向第八速度。
在这种前向第八速度中,行星齿轮组PG输出比前向第七速度中进一步增加的速度。
[发动机和并行模式前向第九速度]
在发动机和并行模式前向第九速度FD9中,如图2所示,空转轴IDS和第六驱动齿轮IDG6通过第三同步器SN3的套筒SLE3互相连接,并且操作发动机离合器ECL和第二离合器CL2及第三离合器CL3。
结果,通过发动机离合器ECL和第二离合器CL2的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS和第二输入轴IS2部分地输入到行星齿轮组PG的行星齿轮架PC。
另外,通过第三离合器CL3的操作,将发动机ENG的扭矩通过电机轴MDS、第三输入轴IS3、第五齿轮组GL5、空转轴IDS、第三同步器SN3和第六齿轮组GL6部分地输入到行星齿轮组PG的太阳齿轮S。
然后,行星齿轮组PG通过环形齿轮R输出比前向第八速度中进一步增加的速度,并将通过环形齿轮R输出的扭矩通过第七齿轮组GL7和输出轴OS传递到差速器DIFF,从而实现前向第九速度。
在“发动机和并行模式”的以上描述中,只有发动机ENG被举例为动力源。然而,可明显地理解,即使激活电机/发电机MG以形成并行模式并辅助发动机ENG,也可保持这种换挡操作。
电动车辆模式EV模式与发动机和并行模式不同,仅因为发动机ENG在释放发动机离合器ECL的同时停止,并且只有电机/发电机MG用作唯一动力源。可以理解,这种差异将不会影响上述换挡操作,因此,在这种电动车辆模式EV模式中,可通过相同的操作图来获得前向第一速度FD1到前向第九速度FD9的一个反向速度REV和九个前向速度的相同的换挡级。
根据本发明的一个代表性形式的用于车辆的动力传递设备通过对多离合器变速器使用行星齿轮组和三个同步器,实现九个前向速度和一个反向速度的换挡级,从而使得通过简化的布置使多个换档级成为可能、改进可安装性,并减少总重量。
另外,本发明的一个代表性形式可从电机/发电机及发动机接收扭矩,使得车辆可在电动车辆模式和并行混合模式中驾驶,从而改进燃料消耗。
虽然已经结合目前认为是实用的代表性形式描述了本发明,但是应理解,本发明不限于所公开的形式,而是相反,旨在覆盖各种包含在本发明的实质和范围内的修改和等效布置。

1.一种用于车辆的动力传递设备,所述车辆具有发动机和电机/发电机,所述发动机具有发动机输出轴,所述电机/发电机具有电机轴,所述动力传递设备包括:
第一输入轴,其与所述电机轴选择性地连接;
第二输入轴,所述第二输入轴是中空的并且与所述第一输入轴同轴地设置并位于所述第一输入轴的外部而没有旋转干扰,并且所述第二输入轴与所述电机轴选择性地连接;
第三输入轴,所述第三输入轴是中空的并且与所述第二输入轴同轴地设置并位于所述第二输入轴的外部而没有旋转干扰,并且所述第三输入轴与所述电机轴选择性地连接;
动力中介轴,所述动力中介轴是中空的并且与所述第一输入轴同轴地设置并位于所述第一输入轴的外部而没有旋转干扰;
第一中间轴,其与所述第一输入轴平行地设置;
第二中间轴,其与所述第一输入轴平行地设置,并且与变速器壳体选择性地连接;

2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第一换挡段包括:
第一齿轮组,其具有第一驱动齿轮和第一从动齿轮,所述第一驱动齿轮与所述第三输入轴固定地连接,所述第一从动齿轮与所述第一中间轴固定地连接并在外部与所述第一驱动齿轮齿轮啮合;
第二齿轮组,其具有第二驱动齿轮、中间齿轮和第二从动齿轮,所述第二驱动齿轮与所述第一中间轴同轴地设置并位于所述第一中间轴的外部而没有旋转干扰,所述中间齿轮与所述动力中介轴固定地连接并在外部与所述第二驱动齿轮齿轮啮合,所述第二从动齿轮与所述第二中间轴固定地连接并在外部与所述中间齿轮齿轮啮合;
第三齿轮组,其具有第三驱动齿轮和第三从动齿轮,所述第三驱动齿轮与所述第一输入轴固定地连接,所述第三从动齿轮与所述第二中间轴同轴地设置并位于所述第二中间轴的外部而没有旋转干扰并在外部与所述第三驱动齿轮齿轮啮合;
第四齿轮组,其具有第四驱动齿轮和第四从动齿轮,所述第四驱动齿轮与所述第一输入轴固定地连接,所述第四从动齿轮与所述第二中间轴同轴地设置并位于所述第二中间轴的外部而没有旋转干扰并在外部与所述第四驱动齿轮齿轮啮合;
第五齿轮组,其具有所述第一驱动齿轮和第五从动齿轮,所述第一驱动齿轮与所述第三输入轴固定地连接,所述第五从动齿轮与所述空转轴固定地连接并在外部与所述第一驱动齿轮齿轮啮合;以及
第六齿轮组,其具有第六驱动齿轮和所述中间齿轮,所述第六驱动齿轮与所述空转轴同轴地设置并位于所述空转轴的外部而没有旋转干扰,所述中间齿轮与所述动力中介轴固定地连接并在外部与所述第六驱动齿轮齿轮啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力传递设备,其中:
所述第三从动齿轮和所述第四从动齿轮通过第一同步器选择性地互相连接;
所述第二驱动齿轮通过第二同步器与所述第一中间轴选择性地连接;并且
所述第六驱动齿轮通过第三同步器与所述空转轴选择性地连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的动力传递设备,其中:
所述第一齿轮组和所述第二齿轮组的传动比用于实现前向第二速度和前向第六速度;
所述第三齿轮组的传动比用于实现前向第一速度和前向第七速度;
所述第四齿轮组的传动比用于实现前向第三速度和前向第五速度;并且
所述第五齿轮组和所述第六齿轮组的传动比用于实现前向第九速度和反向速度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力传递设备,其中:
所述行星齿轮组的所述太阳齿轮与所述动力中介轴固定地连接;
所述行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架与所述第二输入轴固定地连接;并且
所述行星齿轮组的环形齿轮通过第七齿轮组在外部与所述输出轴齿轮啮合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第七齿轮组包括:
第七驱动齿轮,其与所述行星齿轮组的所述环形齿轮固定地连接;以及
第七从动齿轮,其与所述输出轴固定地连接并在外部与所述第七驱动齿轮齿轮啮合。
7.根据权利要求5所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述行星齿轮组是单齿行星齿轮组。
8.根据权利要求1所述的动力传递设备,进一步包括:
四个离合器,每个离合器选择性地连接所述电机轴、所述发动机输出轴、所述第一输入轴、第二输入轴和第三输入轴、所述动力中介轴、所述第一中间轴和所述第二中间轴、所述空转轴及所述输出轴中的对应的一对;以及
制动器,其使所述电机轴、所述发动机输出轴、所述第一输入轴、第二输入轴和第三输入轴、所述动力中介轴、所述第一中间轴和所述第二中间轴、所述空转轴及所述输出轴中的一个轴选择性地连接到所述变速器壳体。
9.根据权利要求8所述的动力传递设备,进一步包括设置于所述发动机输出轴和所述电机轴之间的发动机离合器,并且其中,所述四个离合器包括:
第一离合器,其设置于所述电机轴和所述第一输入轴之间;
第二离合器,其设置于所述电机轴和所述第二输入轴之间;
第三离合器,其设置于所述电机轴和所述第三输入轴之间;以及
第四离合器,其设置于所述第二中间轴和所述输出轴之间,
其中,所述制动器设置于所述第二中间轴和所述变速器壳体之间。
10.根据权利要求1所述的动力传递设备,其中,所述第一换挡段和所述第二换挡段布置成使得所述发动机设置成离所述第二换挡段比离所述第一换挡段更近。
