防污制动摩擦片,由聚炳烯腈碳素纤维46-31%、酚醛树脂15-20%、橡胶10-15%、聚四氟乙烯5-8%、硫酸钡13-15%、硅石5%、重钙2.5%、铜丝1%、氧化铝1%、硬质酸锌1.5%。该产品具有耐磨、耐温、耐水、耐油、无污染、使用寿命长等优点,可广泛用于各种汽车、拖拉机、摩托车和飞机等设备。

Description

防污制动摩擦片
本发明属于一种用于汽车、摩托车、拖拉机等制动设备上的耐磨材料。
目前我国生产的制动摩擦片是以石棉为主体的,由于石棉制品存在摩擦性能差,磨损大,寿命短等缺点,另外汽车在刹车时消耗粉沫排放在空气中,还会造成空气污染,因此不适应汽车制造业和汽车维修业发展的需要。
本发明的目的,在于提供耐磨、耐温、耐油、耐水防污的制动摩擦片。
防污制动摩擦片是由下述原料配制成的:
聚炳烯晴碳素纤维46~31%、酚醛树脂15~20%、橡胶10~15%、聚四氟乙烯5~8%、硫酸钡13~15%、硅石5%、重钙2.5%、铜丝1%、氧化铝1%、硬质酸锌1.5%。(百分比按重量计)
实施例:
防污制动摩擦片,由聚炳烯晴碳素纤维44%、酚醛树脂15%、橡胶10%、聚四氟乙稀5%、硫酸钡15%、硅石5%、重钙2.5%、铜丝1%、氧化铝1%、硬质酸锌1.5%配制成(百分比按重量计)。
防污制动摩擦片的制造方法:
1、按上述原料种类分别精选原料;
2、用粉碎机分别将精选出的原料粉碎;
3、分别筛选出100目的颗粒;
4、按配方比例要求将分选出的各种原料合成搅拌;
5、在190~200℃温度下,热压成型,操作时间20分钟;
6、经检验,合格者即为成品。
由于本发明采用无机化合物——聚炳烯晴碳素纤维为增强骨架原料,使防污制动摩擦片具有耐磨、耐温、耐水、耐油、比重轻、摩擦性能稳定、无噪声、不伤对偶表面、磨损小、使用寿命长和无污染等优点,可广泛应用于各种汽车、拖拉机、摩托车和飞机等设备的制动或传动部份上。
经实际检测防污染制动摩擦片的技术性能指标如下:
温度:        100℃、 150℃、200℃、250℃、300℃
摩擦系数:μ      0.30、  0.39、 0.48、 0.60、 0.46
摩损率:V     0.12、  0.03、 0.18、 0.15、 0.10

  1. 防污制动摩擦片,其特征是该材料由聚炳烯晴碳素纤维46~31%、酚醛树脂15~20%、橡胶10~15%、聚四氟乙稀5~8%、硫酸钡13~15%、硅石5%、重钙2.5%、铜丝1%、氧化铝1%、硬质酸锌1.5%配制成;其最佳配比是聚炳烯晴素纤维44%、酚醛树脂15%、橡胶10%、聚四氟乙烯5%、硫酸钡15%、硅石5%、重钙2.5%、铜丝1%、氧化铝1%、硬质酸锌1.5%(百分按重量计)。
