Further, the other side of the mounting piece opposite to the ultraviolet lamp is provided with an illuminating lamp; the first radiating fins and the second radiating fins are positioned on two sides of the illuminating lamp, the top surfaces of the first radiating fins and the second radiating fins close to the illuminating lamp are not higher than the top surface of the illuminating lamp, and the first radiating fins and the second radiating fins are respectively arranged on the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate; according to the arrangement, the lamp body can provide air purification and can illuminate the interior of the elevator, and the lengths of the first radiating fin and the second radiating fin are arranged in a stepped manner in the direction away from the installation groove, so that air flow is facilitated, and the radiating speed is increased; on the other hand, first fin and second fin can not block the light that the light launched to can not influence the illuminating effect in the elevator.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an elevator germicidal lamp for sterilizing the interior of an elevator comprises a lamp body 1, wherein the lamp body 1 comprises a mounting part 11, the lamp body 1 is fixed on the inner side wall of the elevator through the mounting part 11, the mounting part 11 comprises a mounting groove 113, a first connecting plate 111 and a second connecting plate 112, the first connecting plate 111 and the second connecting plate 112 are vertically arranged, two ends of the mounting groove 113 are obliquely connected with one end of the first connecting plate 111 and one end of the second connecting plate 112 respectively, two ends of the mounting part 11 are provided with heat dissipation fans 4, a heat dissipation air duct 12 is formed between one side of the mounting part 11 and the two heat dissipation fans 4, and the wind directions of the heat dissipation fans 4 at the two ends of the mounting part 11 are in the same direction; the mounting groove 113 is provided with an ultraviolet lamp 3 at one side far away from the heat dissipation air duct 12; in this embodiment, the lamp body is fixedly installed at the right angle where the two inner side walls of the elevator are connected through the installation member 11.
In this embodiment, the first connecting plate 111 is provided with two or more first heat dissipation fins 1111 extending in a direction away from the first connecting plate 111, the second connecting plate 112 is provided with two or more second heat dissipation fins 1121 extending in a direction away from the second connecting plate 112, a gap is formed between the first heat dissipation fins and two end portions of the first connecting plate, and a gap is formed between the second heat dissipation fins and two end portions of the second connecting plate.
The ultraviolet lamp 3 comprises a lamp bead 31, a substrate 32 and a third radiating fin 33, wherein the lamp bead 31 is arranged on one side of the substrate 32, and the third radiating fin 33 is arranged on the other side of the substrate 32; ultraviolet lamp 3 sets up on mounting groove 113, is equipped with dodge through-hole 1131 corresponding ultraviolet lamp 3 in mounting groove 113, and lamp pearl 31 sets up the one side of keeping away from radiating air duct 12 at installed part 11, and third fin 33 sets up in radiating air duct 12.
The heat dissipation fan 4 comprises a base 41 and a fan body 42, a ventilation hole 43 for installing the fan body 42 is formed in the base 41, and the heat dissipation fan 4 is fixedly installed on the installation part 11 through the base 41.
With the above arrangement, on one hand, the third heat dissipation fins 33 of the ultraviolet lamp 3 are arranged in the heat dissipation air duct 12, two heat dissipation fans 4 with the same wind direction are arranged at two ends of the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the heat dissipation fans 4 at the two ends work simultaneously to accelerate the air flow rate in the heat dissipation air duct 12, so that the air quickly takes away the heat on the third heat dissipation fins 33 of the ultraviolet lamp 3; on the other hand, heat generated by the ultraviolet lamp 3 is sequentially transferred to the mounting groove 113, and the mounting groove 113 respectively transfers the heat to the first connecting plate 111 and the first heat sink 1111, and the second connecting plate 112 and the second heat sink 1121 at two sides, so that the heat dissipation effect is good, the situation that the temperature is too high due to poor heat dissipation of the ultraviolet lamp 3, the ultraviolet lamp 3 is damaged or broken is prevented, and the service life of the ultraviolet lamp 3 is further prolonged; and because the mounting groove of lamp body 1 and the first connecting plate 111 and the second connecting plate 112 tilting setting, and first connecting plate 111 and second connecting plate 112 are installed perpendicularly on the elevator top surface, therefore, set up lamp body 1 in the right angle department of elevator inside wall, disinfect through the mode with ultraviolet lamp 3 direct irradiation at the elevator inner wall, because lamp body 1 and elevator top surface present the slope setting, angle between is less than 180, when the light-emitting zone of lamp body 1 is about 120, can make the dead angle region of disinfecting between the lamp body 1 both sides littleer, improve bactericidal effect.
The ultraviolet lamp 33 further includes a diffusion sheet 34; the mounting member 11 is provided with a diffusion sheet groove 114 for mounting the lens 34 at a side of the mounting groove 113 away from the heat dissipation duct 1212, so that the diffusion sheet 34 can adjust the irradiation angle of the ultraviolet lamp 33 and the diffusion sheet 34 of ultraviolet rays can be mounted conveniently.
The avoiding through hole 1131 is correspondingly arranged corresponding to the lamp bead 31 of the ultraviolet lamp 3, the substrate 32 is arranged in one side of the installation groove 113 close to the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the lamp bead 31 passes through the avoiding through hole 1131 and is arranged on one side of the installation groove 113 far away from the heat dissipation air duct 12; like this, ultraviolet lamp 3 has all been in heat dissipation wind channel 12 except that base plate 32 and third fin 33 of lamp pearl 31 for base plate 32 and third fin 33 can both carry out the forced air cooling, and the radiating effect is better.
The base 41 is provided with a fan cover 44 on one side of the fan body 42 away from the vent hole 43; the fan housing 44 is a through groove with openings at two ends, and the inner diameter of the fan housing 44 gradually increases from one end close to the vent hole 43 to the end far away from the vent hole 43; with the above arrangement, the inner diameter of the fan housing 44 gradually increases from the end close to the vent hole 43 to the end away from the vent hole 43, so that the heat dissipation fan 4 can better suck and discharge air into and out of the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the heat dissipation effect is better.
In this embodiment, a gap is formed between two adjacent first cooling fins 1111, the length of the first cooling fin 1111 at the side far from the mounting groove 113 is greater than the length of the first cooling fin 1111 at the side near the mounting groove 113, and the length of the first cooling fin 1111 at the side far from the mounting groove 113 is greater than the length of the first cooling fin 1111 at the side near the mounting groove 113; a gap is formed between every two adjacent second radiating fins 1121, the length of the second radiating fin 1121 at the side far away from the mounting groove 113 is greater than that of the second radiating fin 1121 at the side close to the mounting groove 113, and the length of the second radiating fin 1121 at the side far away from the mounting groove 113 is greater than that of the adjacent first radiating fin 1111 at the side close to the mounting groove 113; in the above arrangement, the lengths of the first radiating fins 1111 and the second radiating fins 1121 are arranged in a stepped manner in the direction away from the mounting groove 113, so that on one hand, air flow is facilitated, and the radiating speed is increased; on the other hand, the first and second heat radiating fins 1111 and 1121 do not block the light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 3, thereby not affecting the sterilization effect.
A first fixing groove 1113 for fixing screws is formed at one end of the first heat sink 1111 close to the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the base 41 is fixedly connected to one side of the groove through screws; a second fixing groove 1123 for fixing screws is formed at one end of the second heat sink 1121 close to the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the base 41 is fixedly connected to one side of the groove through screws; with the above arrangement, the base 41 can be fixedly connected to the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 respectively through screws, so as to fix the heat dissipation fan 4 on the mounting member 11.
The first radiating fin 1111 is provided with more than two grooves arranged along the length direction of the first radiating fin 1111; the second heat sink 1121 is provided with two or more grooves along the length direction of the second heat sink 1121, so that the areas of the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 can be increased, and the heat dissipation effect can be improved.
The first connecting plate 111 is also provided with a first mounting part 1112, and the first mounting part 1112 is provided with a through hole for fixedly connecting with the inner wall 2 of the elevator through a bolt; the second connecting plate 112 is also provided with a second mounting part 1122, and the second mounting part 1122 is provided with a through hole for fixedly connecting with the inner wall 2 of the elevator through a bolt; like this, be convenient for with installed part 11 fixed mounting on elevator inner wall 2, can be with elevator inner wall 2 and lamp body 1 fixed connection through the bolt.
The first and second heat dissipation fins 1111 and 1121 are located at both sides of the ultraviolet lamp 3 and the top surfaces of the first and second heat dissipation fins 1111 and 1121 close to the ultraviolet lamp 3 are not higher than the top surface of the ultraviolet lamp 3.
A first radiating fin 1111 extending outwards is arranged on the first connecting plate 111, and the first radiating fin 1111 is perpendicular to the first connecting plate 111; a second heat dissipation fin 1121 extending outwards is arranged on the second connection plate 112, and the second heat dissipation fin 1121 is perpendicular to the second connection plate 112; in this way, the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 can contact more external air, so as to enhance the heat dissipation effect.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, 4 to 9, and 14, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the lamp body 1 further comprises a side lamp body 5, the side lamp body 5 is located at two sides of the ultraviolet lamp 3, the side lamp body 5 comprises a side ultraviolet lamp 51 and connecting seats 52 arranged at two ends of the side ultraviolet lamp 51, a clamping groove 411 is arranged on the base 41 and located on the first connecting plate 111 or the second connecting plate 112 and corresponds to the connecting seat 52, electrical connectors 53 are respectively and correspondingly arranged in the connecting seat 52 and the clamping groove 411, and the electrical connectors 53 are electrically connected with the side ultraviolet lamp 51; a hole site for fixing is arranged on the connecting seat 52, and a hole site for fixing is correspondingly arranged on one side of the clamping groove 411 of the base 41; the first connecting plate 111 is provided with more than one first heat sink extending outwards on one side close to the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the second connecting plate is provided with more than one second heat sink extending outwards on one side close to the heat dissipation air duct.
Due to the arrangement, the ultraviolet lamp and the top surface of the elevator are 180 degrees, the irradiation angle of the ultraviolet lamp is about 120 degrees, and the elevator sterilizing lamp in the prior art is generally directly installed at the top of the elevator, so that sterilizing dead-angle areas are easily formed on two sides of the ultraviolet lamp body, the elevator is not sterilized completely, and the dead-angle areas exist; through behind the side installation side lamp body 5 at lamp body 1, can disinfect to the elevator comprehensively, eliminate the dead angle region for disinfect more thoroughly, eliminate the hidden danger.
The clamping groove 411 comprises a first fixing piece 4111, a second fixing piece 4112, a third fixing piece 4113 and a fourth fixing piece 4114; a first fixing piece 4111, a second fixing piece 4112, a third fixing piece 4113 and a fourth fixing piece 4114 surround to form a fixing cavity 4115; a notch is formed in one side of the fixed cavity 4115; the second fixing piece 4112 and the fourth fixing piece 4114 are both positioned between the first fixing piece 4111 and the third fixing piece 4113; one end of the second fixing piece 4112 and one end of the fourth fixing piece 4114 are respectively connected with two ends of the first fixing piece 4111; the other end of the second fixing member 4112 and the other end of the fourth fixing member 4114 are connected with two ends of the third fixing member 4113. the connecting seat 52 is used for being detachably arranged on the clamping groove; one side of the connecting seat 52 is provided with a connecting device 521 and a dismounting structure which are protruded towards the direction close to the fixed cavity 4115; the dismounting structure is clamped in the buckle mounting groove; the connecting device 521 is provided with two; a connecting means 521 cooperating with a supporting means 4116; the connecting device 521 comprises a first connecting piece 5211 and a second connecting piece 5212; the second connecting piece 5212 is connected with the connecting seat 52 and the first connecting piece 5211; more than one second connecting piece 5212 is arranged; the first connecting piece 5211 is used for being clamped in the fixing groove 41164; the second connecting piece 5212 is clamped in the positioning groove 41166; a first connecting piece 5211 is recessed towards the direction far away from the fixed cavity 4115 to form a connecting clamping groove; the connecting clamping groove is clamped on the third support 41163.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 10, an elevator germicidal lamp for pumping air in an elevator into a heat dissipation air duct for sterilization and then outputting the sterilized air comprises a lamp body 1, wherein the lamp body 1 comprises a mounting part 11, the lamp body 1 is fixed on the inner side wall of the elevator through the mounting part 11, the mounting part 11 comprises a mounting groove 113, a first connecting plate 111 and a second connecting plate 112, the first connecting plate 111 and the second connecting plate 112 are vertically arranged, two ends of the mounting groove 113 are obliquely connected with one end of the first connecting plate 111 and one end of the second connecting plate 112 respectively, two ends of the mounting part 11 are provided with heat dissipation fans 4, a heat dissipation air duct 12 is formed between one side of the mounting part 11 and the two heat dissipation fans 4, and the wind directions of the heat dissipation fans 4 at the two ends of the mounting part 11 are in the same direction; the installation groove 113 is provided with an ultraviolet lamp 3 at one side close to the heat dissipation air duct 12; in this embodiment, the lamp body is fixedly installed at the right angle where the two inner side walls of the elevator are connected through the installation member 11.
According to the arrangement, on one hand, the lamp beads 31 of the ultraviolet lamp 3 sterilize the air in the heat dissipation air duct 12, meanwhile, the ultraviolet lamp is arranged in the heat dissipation air duct 12, two heat dissipation fans 4 with the same wind direction are arranged at two ends of the heat dissipation air duct 12, the heat dissipation fans 4 at the two ends work simultaneously, the air flow rate in the heat dissipation air duct 12 is accelerated, the air can take away the heat on the lamp beads 31 of the ultraviolet lamp 3 quickly, and meanwhile, the sterilization effect of the ultraviolet lamp on the air in the elevator is also improved; on the other hand, the heat that ultraviolet lamp 3 produced transmits mounting groove 113 in proper order, and mounting groove 113 is respectively with on heat transmission to the first connecting plate 111 and the first fin 1111 and the second connecting plate 112 and the second fin 1121 of both sides, and like this, the radiating effect is good, prevents that ultraviolet lamp 3 heat dissipation is not good to lead to the high temperature, the condition that ultraviolet lamp 3 damaged or broke down appears, and then has prolonged ultraviolet lamp 3's working life.
In the other embodiment, the mounting part 11 is provided with an illuminating lamp 6 at the other side opposite to the mounting groove 113; can also conveniently carry out the illumination in the elevator when conveniently disinfecting in the elevator, first fin 1111 and second fin 1121 are located ultraviolet lamp 3's both sides and are close to the top surface of ultraviolet lamp 3 first fin 1111 and second fin 1121 and are not higher than the top surface of light 6.
The illuminating lamp 6 comprises a lamp bead 31 and a substrate 32, wherein the lamp bead 31 is arranged on one side of the substrate 32; ultraviolet lamp 3 sets up on mounting groove 113, is equipped with to dodge through-hole 1131 corresponding ultraviolet lamp 3 in mounting groove 113, and lamp pearl 31 sets up the one side of keeping away from heat dissipation wind channel 12 at installed part 11.
The illumination lamp 6 further includes a diffusion sheet 34; the mounting member 11 is provided with a diffusion sheet groove 114 for mounting the diffusion sheet 34 at a side of the mounting groove 113 away from the heat dissipation duct 1212, so that the diffusion sheet 34 can adjust an irradiation angle of the illumination lamp 6 and at the same time, the diffusion sheet 34 can be conveniently mounted.

In the embodiment, the mounting part 11 is provided with an illuminating lamp 6 at the other side opposite to the mounting groove 113; the first and second heat dissipation fins 1111 and 1121 are located at both sides of the ultraviolet lamp 3 and the top surfaces of the first and second heat dissipation fins 1111 and 1121 close to the ultraviolet lamp 3 are not higher than the top surface of the illumination lamp 6.
The illuminating lamp 6 comprises a lamp bead 31 and a substrate 32, wherein the lamp bead 31 is arranged on one side of the substrate 32; ultraviolet lamp 3 sets up on mounting groove 113, is equipped with to dodge through-hole 1131 corresponding ultraviolet lamp 3 in mounting groove 113, and lamp pearl 31 sets up the one side of keeping away from heat dissipation wind channel 12 at installed part 11.
The illumination lamp 6 further includes a diffusion sheet 34; the mounting member 11 is provided with a diffusion sheet groove 114 for mounting the diffusion sheet 34 at a side of the mounting groove 113 away from the heat dissipation duct 1212, so that the diffusion sheet 34 can adjust an irradiation angle of the illumination lamp 6 and at the same time, the diffusion sheet 34 can be conveniently mounted.
A gap is formed between every two adjacent first radiating fins 1111, the length of the first radiating fin 1111 at the side far away from the mounting groove 113 is greater than that of the first radiating fin 1111 at the side close to the mounting groove 113, and the length of the first radiating fin 1111 at the side far away from the mounting groove 113 is greater than that of the first radiating fin 1111 at the adjacent side close to the mounting groove 113; a gap is formed between every two adjacent second radiating fins 1121, the length of the second radiating fin 1121 at the side far away from the mounting groove 113 is greater than that of the second radiating fin 1121 at the side close to the mounting groove 113, and the length of the second radiating fin 1121 at the side far away from the mounting groove 113 is greater than that of the adjacent first radiating fin 1111 at the side close to the mounting groove 113; in the above arrangement, the lengths of the first radiating fins 1111 and the second radiating fins 1121 are arranged in a stepped manner in the direction away from the mounting groove 113, so that on one hand, air flow is facilitated, and the radiating speed is increased; on the other hand, the first and second heat radiating fins 1111 and 1121 do not block the light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 3, thereby not affecting the sterilization effect.
A first fixing groove 1113 for fixing screws is formed at one end of the first heat sink 1111 close to the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the base 41 is fixedly connected to one side of the groove through screws; a second fixing groove 1123 for fixing screws is formed at one end of the second heat sink 1121 close to the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the base 41 is fixedly connected to one side of the groove through screws; with the above arrangement, the base 41 can be fixedly connected to the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 respectively through screws, so as to fix the heat dissipation fan 4 on the mounting member 11.
The first radiating fin 1111 is provided with more than two grooves arranged along the length direction of the first radiating fin 1111; the second heat sink 1121 is provided with two or more grooves along the length direction of the second heat sink 1121, so that the areas of the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 can be increased, and the heat dissipation effect can be improved.
The first connecting plate 111 is also provided with a first mounting part 1112, and the first mounting part 1112 is provided with a through hole for fixedly connecting with the inner wall 2 of the elevator through a bolt; the second connecting plate 112 is also provided with a second mounting part 1122, and the second mounting part 1122 is provided with a through hole for fixedly connecting with the inner wall 2 of the elevator through a bolt; like this, be convenient for with installed part 11 fixed mounting on elevator inner wall 2, can be with elevator inner wall 2 and lamp body 1 fixed connection through the bolt.

Claims (10)
1. An elevator bactericidal lamp which is characterized in that: the elevator heat dissipation device comprises a lamp body, wherein the lamp body comprises an installation part, the lamp body is fixed on the inner side wall of an elevator through the installation part, the installation part comprises a mounting groove, a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate, the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are vertically arranged, two ends of the mounting groove are respectively connected with one end of the first connecting plate and one end of the second connecting plate in an inclined mode, heat dissipation fans are arranged at two ends of the installation part, a heat dissipation air channel is formed between one side of the installation part and the two heat dissipation fans, the heat dissipation fan at one end of the installation part is located on an air inlet of the heat dissipation air channel, and the heat dissipation fan at the other end of the installation part is located on an air outlet of the heat dissipation air channel; the mounting groove is provided with an ultraviolet lamp at one side far away from the heat dissipation air duct;
more than one first radiating fin extending outwards is arranged on the first connecting plate, more than one second radiating fin extending outwards is arranged on the second connecting plate, a gap is formed between the first radiating fin and two end parts of the first connecting plate, and a gap is formed between the second radiating fin and two end parts of the second connecting plate;
the ultraviolet lamp comprises a lamp bead, a substrate and a third radiating fin, the lamp bead is arranged on one side of the substrate, and the third radiating fin is arranged on the other side of the substrate; the ultraviolet lamp is arranged on the mounting groove, the lamp bead is arranged on one side, away from the heat dissipation air duct, of the mounting piece, and the third heat dissipation fin is arranged in the heat dissipation air duct;
the cooling fan comprises a base and a fan body, wherein the base is provided with a ventilation hole for installing the fan body, and the cooling fan is fixedly installed on the installation piece through the base.

The elevator bactericidal lamp of claim 1, wherein: the lamp body also comprises a side lamp body, the side lamp body is positioned at two sides of the ultraviolet lamp, the side lamp body comprises the side ultraviolet lamp and connecting seats arranged at two ends of the side ultraviolet lamp, clamping grooves are formed in the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate on the base and correspond to the connecting seats, electric connecting pieces are respectively and correspondingly arranged in the connecting seats and the clamping grooves, and the electric connecting pieces are electrically connected with the side ultraviolet lamp; the base is provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping groove is provided with a hole position for fixing; the first connecting plate is provided with more than one first radiating fin extending outwards on one side close to the radiating air duct, and the second connecting plate is provided with more than one second radiating fin extending outwards on one side close to the radiating air duct.

The elevator bactericidal lamp of claim 1, wherein: the first radiating fins are arranged on one side, far away from the radiating air duct, of the first connecting plate, and the second radiating fins are arranged on one side, far away from the radiating air duct, of the second connecting plate; the first radiating fins and the second radiating fins are positioned at two sides of the ultraviolet lamp, and the top surfaces of the first radiating fins and the second radiating fins close to the ultraviolet lamp are not higher than the top surface of the ultraviolet lamp.

the cooling fan comprises a base and a fan body, wherein the base is provided with a ventilation hole for installing the fan body, and the cooling fan is fixedly installed on the installation piece through the base.

The elevator bactericidal lamp as set forth in claim 6, wherein: the lamp body also comprises a side lamp body, the side lamp body is positioned at two sides of the ultraviolet lamp and positioned in the heat dissipation channel, the side lamp body comprises the side ultraviolet lamp and connecting seats arranged at two ends of the side ultraviolet lamp, clamping grooves are formed in the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate and correspond to the connecting seats, electric connecting pieces are respectively and correspondingly arranged in the connecting seats and the clamping grooves, and the electric connecting pieces are electrically connected with the side ultraviolet lamp; the base is provided with a clamping groove, the base is provided with a hole position used for fixing on one side of the clamping groove, the first connecting plate is provided with more than one first radiating fin extending outwards on one side opposite to the radiating air duct, and the second connecting plate is provided with more than one second radiating fin extending outwards on one side opposite to the radiating air duct.
