Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mucosa nursing, in particular to a mucosa moisturizing cleaning agent and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
There are many mucous membranes in the human body, which are very important to the human body. For example, the oral mucosa can serve a barrier function: saliva within the oral mucosa is the first protective barrier. The saliva can be used for cleaning harmful substances, and preventing bacteria from adhering to mucosal surface. In addition, saliva contains mucin, lactoferrin, lysozyme, etc., and has effects of protecting mucosa and preventing bacteria invasion. Sensory function: the oral mucosa has the functions of touch, temperature sense, pain sense and taste sense, and the functions have important protection effect on the body and the mucosa. Other functions are as follows: the oral mucosa also has a certain temperature regulating effect; in addition, the small salivary glands under the oral mucosa have important secretion functions, and play roles in lubrication, protection, digestion promotion and the like. The xerostomia often leads to damage to the oral mucosa and a series of complications. At present, more and more patients suffering from xerostomia are hospitalized, and account for about 10% of the population; in older people over 65 years of age, xerostomia patients exceed 30%.
The nasal mucosa is the protective tissue of the nasal cavity and is liable to cause inflammation if damaged by dryness. After the nasal mucosa is damaged, rhinitis or respiratory tract infection symptoms can be easily caused under the condition of environmental pollution, and nasosinusitis can be caused seriously.
Generally speaking, the mucous membrane on the surface of our body is too dry, which often causes discomfort to the human body, and further causes damage to the mucous membrane, and causes a series of complications.
Therefore, how to disclose a mucosa moisturizing cleanser which has the advantages of good moisturizing effect, low cost, convenient use and repairing function is a technical problem to be solved in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a mucosa moisturizing cleanser and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention has low preparation cost, convenient use and repair function.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the mucosa moisturizing cleanser is prepared from, by mass, 85-90 parts of polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate, 5-7 parts of a pH value regulator and 6-8 parts of mint.
Preferably, the pH regulator is sodium bicarbonate.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the mucosa moisturizing cleanser, which comprises the following specific preparation steps:
weighing polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate, pH regulator and herba Menthae, mixing, and making into mucosa moisturizing cleanser powder.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a use of the moisturizing cleanser for mucous membranes, including oral cavity, nasal cavity, and vagina.
The moisturizing mechanism of the mucosa moisturizing cleanser prepared by the invention is that 4 succinyl glutarate terminal functional groups of polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate are contacted with damaged mucosa, and are bonded with amino on the surface of the damaged mucosa through reaction, so that the mucosa surface is kept moist, and the dryness of the mucosa is relieved.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the invention can effectively relieve the symptoms of dryness and discomfort of the mucous membrane of the human body, and has the functions of supplementing water, cleaning, relieving irritation of the mucous membrane and moistening the mucous membrane.
2) The mucosa moisturizing cleanser prepared by the invention also has a mucosa repairing function.
3) The mucosa moisturizing cleanser is simple in preparation method, low in cost and easy for mass production.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings used in the description of the embodiments or the prior art will be briefly described below, it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only embodiments of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, other drawings can be obtained according to the provided drawings without creative efforts.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the action mechanism of the mucosa moisturizing and cleaning agent.
Detailed Description
The invention discloses a mucosa moisturizing cleanser which is prepared from polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate, a pH value regulator and mint, wherein the molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate is 10000 daltons.
In the invention, the polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate is 85-90 parts, preferably 87-89 parts, and more preferably 88 parts; 5-7 parts of pH value regulator, preferably 5 parts; 6-8 parts of mint, preferably 6.66 parts
In the present invention, the pH adjustor is preferably sodium bicarbonate.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the mucosa moisturizing cleanser, which comprises the following specific preparation steps:
weighing polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate, pH regulator and herba Menthae, mixing, and making into mucosa moisturizing cleanser powder.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a use of the moisturizing cleanser for mucous membrane.
In the present invention, the moisturizing cleanser for mucous membrane is applied to external mucous membrane including oral cavity, nasal cavity, vagina, preferably oral cavity.
When the mucosa moisturizing cleanser is applied to the oral cavity, 1g of the product needs to be dissolved in 20ml of purified water, then the product is sucked in the mouth for 30-60s, and finally the water is spitted out, so that the product can be continuously used for multiple times within 12-48 h. Figure 1 shows the mechanism of action of a moisturizing mucosal cleanser on the oral cavity.
When the mucosa moisturizing cleanser is applied to nasal cavity, 1g of the product is dissolved in 20ml of purified water, and then put into an atomizer to be sprayed into nasal cavity.
The product prepared by the invention is dissolved in water, and the pH value is controlled to be between 6.0 and 8.0.

Example 1
Weighing 88g of polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate, 5g of sodium bicarbonate and 6.66g of mint, and mixing to prepare the mucosa moisturizing cleanser powder.
Example 2
Weighing 88g of polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate, 7g of sodium bicarbonate and 7g of mint, and mixing to prepare the mucosa moisturizing cleanser powder.
Example 3
Weighing 85g of polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate, 6g of sodium bicarbonate and 8g of mint, and mixing to prepare the mucosa moisturizing cleanser powder.
Example 4
Weighing 90g of polyethylene glycol tetrasuccinyl glutarate, 5g of sodium bicarbonate and 6g of mint, and mixing to prepare the mucosa moisturizing cleanser powder.
Experimental example 1
And (3) evaluating the moisturizing effect of the mucosa moisturizing cleanser by using cultured human pharyngeal epithelial cells, and judging the moisturizing effect by using the survival rate of the treated cells.
1g of the moisturizing cleanser for mucous membrane prepared in example 1 was dissolved in 20ml of water to form a uniform solution.
Human pharyngeal epithelial cells were treated with 1ml of sodium bicarbonate buffered saline and 1ml of the solution prepared from the moisturizing cleanser for mucosa in example 1, and the treated cells were recorded as a control group and an experimental group, respectively. Each group was treated three times for 30min with a dryness P value of 0.002.
The results showed that the cell survival rate after the control group treatment was 11.6% + -1.2%, and the cell survival rate after the experimental group treatment was 71.9% + -0.8%. It is demonstrated that the moisturizing cleanser for mucous membrane has good moisturizing performance.
