The pull tab is adapted to be mounted on a slider of a slide fastener, comprising: a coupling portion for coupling the slider; and a resin part provided on the connecting part, wherein the surface of the resin part has at least a part of rough surface and at least a part of mirror surface.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pull tab (pull), and more particularly to a pull tab suitable for mounting on a slider of a slide fastener.
Background
A conventional slide fastener generally includes a pair of fastener chains (fastener chain) composed of a strip-shaped fastener tape (fastener tape) and a plurality of elements (elements) arranged on the fastener tape, and a slider mounted to the fastener chains to open or close the elements by sliding, and a pull tab may be further provided on the slider as required. Generally, a pull tab has a ring-shaped coupling portion for attachment to a slider, and a pull tab body provided on the coupling portion. Therefore, after the pull tab is installed on the slider through the connecting portion, a user can drive the slider to slide on the zipper chain by pulling the pull tab body of the pull tab, which is used as the holding portion.
In general, the tab may be formed by injection molding a resin portion on a coupling portion as a tab body. Conventionally, there is a method of forming a resin portion as a tab body with a transparent or translucent resin material and increasing the decorative effect of the tab by changing the shape of an insertion portion of a coupling portion or coloring the resin portion (see patent document 1). However, the change in the appearance of the tab is adjusted only by the shape of the insertion portion of the coupling portion or the color of the resin portion, and therefore the change in the appearance of the tab is small. Also, such appearance changes do not impart additional functionality to the tab other than visual effects.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic front view of a pull tab 100 of an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic side view of the pull tab 100 of fig. 1. In this embodiment, the pull tab 100 is adapted to be mounted to a slider of a zipper to slide the slider on a zipper chain (not shown). The zipper, the slider and the zipper chain can be common technical means in the existing zipper field, and are not described herein. Hereinafter, a specific structure of the pull tab 100 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the pull tab 100 includes a connection portion 110 and a resin portion 120 as a pull tab body. The coupling portion 110 takes the form of a ring for coupling a slider, not shown. The resin portion 120 is, for example, a transparent or translucent resin, is provided on the coupling portion 110 by injection molding, and is, for example, formed in the insertion portion 112 of the coupling portion 110, but is not limited thereto. Further, the resin portion 120 may be provided with a protruding structure on the front surface F and the back surface R as a holding portion as shown in fig. 2, but may be a flat plate shape not shown, and the invention does not limit the forming manner and shape of the resin portion 120, and it can be adjusted according to the requirement.
In detail, in the pull tab 100 of the present embodiment, the surface of the resin portion 120 has at least a portion of rough surface and at least a portion of mirror surface. Further, the resin part 120 has one end side E1 adjacent to the coupling part 110 and the other end side E2 opposite to the one end side E1 in the longitudinal direction of the resin part 120, and the surface of the resin part 120 changes from a rough surface to a mirror surface from the one end side E1 toward the other end side E2. In this way, the surface of the resin portion 120 has a rough surface region 122 formed adjacent to at least a part of the one end side E1 and a mirror surface region 124 formed adjacent to at least a part of the other end side E2. The rough surface means a surface having a concavo-convex shape or further a matte surface, and the mirror surface means a smooth surface.
Preferably, the rough surface area 122 is formed in a corresponding area of the front surface F and the back surface R of the resin portion 120 to surround the entire resin portion 120, and the mirror surface area 124 is also formed in a corresponding area of the front surface F and the back surface R of the resin portion 120 to surround the entire resin portion 120, but may be formed only on one side of the front surface F and the back surface R, or formed at different positions of the front surface F and the back surface R.
Further, in the present embodiment, the surface of the resin portion 120 is gradually changed from the rough surface to the mirror surface to form a gradual layer between the rough surface and the mirror surface. That is, a gradation region 126 is also formed on the surface of the resin portion 120 between the rough surface region 122 and the mirror surface region 124. The gradual layer is a layer having a surface with irregularities, but having a surface roughness between the matte surface of the rough surface region 122 and the smooth surface of the mirror surface region 124. In this way, on the surface of resin portion 120, rough surface region 122, gradation region 126, and mirror surface region 124 are formed in this order from one end side E1 toward the other end side E2 in the longitudinal direction of resin portion 120. That is, the surface roughness of the resin portion 120 gradually decreases from the rough surface region 122 to the gradation region 126 from the one end side E1 toward the other end side E2 in the longitudinal direction, and becomes a smooth surface in the mirror surface region 124.
In the present embodiment, the range R1 of the rough surface region 122, the range R2 of the gradation region 126, and the range R3 of the mirror surface region 124 can be adjusted according to the requirement. As an example, although the range R1 of the rough surface region 122 is 30% of the entire surface of the resin section 120, the range R2 of the gradation region 126 is 30% of the entire surface of the resin section 120, and the range R3 of the mirror surface region 124 is 40% of the entire surface of the resin section 120, the present invention is not limited thereto. As such, the rough surface region 122 corresponds to the insertion portion 112 of the coupling portion 110 adjacent to one end side E1 of the coupling portion 110, the mirror surface region 124 corresponds to the other end side E2 opposite to the one end side E1 to correspond to the projection as a grip, and the gradation region 126 provides a visual effect of gradation between the rough surface region 122 and the mirror surface region 124.
However, in other embodiments not shown, the provision of the gradation region 126 may also be omitted. In this way, the boundary between the rough surface region 122 and the mirror surface region 124 of the resin portion 120 becomes conspicuous. The rough surface region 122 may be a rough surface having uniform surface roughness or a rough surface having non-uniform surface roughness. The uneven surface roughness may mean that the surface roughness gradually decreases from one end side E1 to the other end side E2. In fig. 1 and 2, the uneven shape of the surface of the resin portion 120 in the rough surface region 122 and the gradation region 126 is shown as dots, but the dots are merely illustrative. The rough surface region 122 may be fully matte while the graded region 126 is of graded surface roughness. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment as long as the surface of the resin part 120 has at least a part of a rough surface and at least a part of a mirror surface.
In the present embodiment, the rough surface and the mirror surface of the resin part 120 are formed by performing rough surface treatment and mirror surface treatment on the inner surface of a mold (not shown) for forming the resin part 120 by filling the resin into the mold, and the rough surface and the mirror surface are not formed by performing surface treatment on the resin part 120 after the resin part 120 is provided on the coupling part 110 by injection molding. Specifically, the inner surface of the mold on which the resin portion 120 is formed is subjected to rough surface treatment and mirror surface treatment, specifically, for example, sand blast (sand blast) or laser processing is performed on the entire inner surface of the mold to form a desired uneven shape, and then at least a part of the inner surface is subjected to mirror surface polishing or the like to form a mirror surface. When the gradation region 126 is formed in the resin portion 120, the rough surface and the gradation layer having different surface roughnesses may be formed on the inner surface of the mold by adjusting the parameters of the rough surface treatment.
In this way, since the resin part 120 subjected to injection molding has a rough surface and a mirror surface formed on the surface after demolding, it is not necessary to perform an additional surface treatment for each resin part 120. However, the above-described method is only one embodiment of the present invention. In other embodiments, not shown, the surface treatment may be performed on the resin part 120 after the resin part 120 is formed without performing another treatment on the mold. The present invention is not limited thereto, and can be adjusted according to the needs.
As can be seen, in the tab 100 of the present embodiment, the surface of the resin portion 120 has at least a part of a rough surface and at least a part of a mirror surface, and further, the rough surface region 122, the gradation region 126, and the mirror surface region 124 are formed in this order from the one end side E1 toward the other end side E2 in the longitudinal direction of the resin portion 120. That is, the surface of the resin portion 120 of the tab 100, which is the tab body, has at least two different regions, i.e., a rough surface and a mirror surface. Further, since the rough surface region 122 of the resin part 120 corresponds to the insertion portion 112 of the coupling part 110, even if the resin part 120 is made of a transparent or translucent resin material, the insertion portion 112 of the coupling part 110 can be hidden through the rough surface region 122.
In this way, at least two different regions of the surface of the resin part 120 can provide not only the change in appearance but also the rough surface on the one end side E1 of the insertion part 112 close to the coupling part 110 and the mirror surface on the other end side E2 as a grip part as required. Accordingly, the pull tab 100 can provide an appearance change by forming a rough surface and a mirror surface on the surface of the resin part 120, and brings an additional function of hiding the insertion part 112 of the coupling part 110.
Fig. 3 is a schematic front view of a pull tab 100A of another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the tab 100A includes a joint portion 110 and a resin portion 120A as a tab body. The pull tab 100A has similar technical features to the pull tab 100 shown in fig. 1 and 2, with the main difference being the location of the rough and mirror surfaces. Therefore, the remaining portions of the connecting portion 110 and the resin portion 120A, the definition of the rough surface and the mirror surface, the arrangement of the gradation layer, the resin portion 120A with the rough surface and the mirror surface on the mold forming surface, and the like can be referred to the foregoing description, and will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the surface of the resin portion 120A has at least a portion of rough surface and at least a portion of mirror surface. Further, the resin part 120A has one end side E1 adjacent to the coupling part 110 and the other end side E2 opposite to the one end side E1 in the longitudinal direction of the resin part 120A, and the surface of the resin part 120A changes from a mirror surface to a rough surface from the one end side E1 toward the other end side E2. In this way, the surface of the resin portion 120A has a mirror surface region 124 formed adjacent to at least a part of the one end side E1 and a rough surface region 122 formed adjacent to at least a part of the other end side E2.
Further, a gradation region 126 is formed on the surface of the resin portion 120A between the rough surface region 122 and the mirror surface region 124. In this manner, on the surface of resin portion 120A, mirror surface region 124, gradation region 126, and rough surface region 122 are formed in this order from one end side E1 toward the other end side E2 in the longitudinal direction of resin portion 120A. However, in other embodiments not shown, the provision of the gradation region 126 may also be omitted. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment as long as the surface of the resin portion 120A has at least a part of a rough surface and at least a part of a mirror surface.
As can be seen, in the tab 100A of the present embodiment, the surface of the resin portion 120A has at least a part of a rough surface and at least a part of a mirror surface, and further, the mirror surface region 124, the gradation region 126, and the rough surface region 122 are formed in this order from the one end side E1 toward the other end side E2 in the longitudinal direction of the resin portion 120A. That is, the surface of the resin portion 120A of the tab 100A, which is the tab body, has at least two different regions, i.e., a rough surface and a mirror surface. Further, since the rough surface region 122 of the resin portion 120A corresponds to the other end side E2 of the grip portion, even if the resin portion 120A is made of a transparent or translucent resin material, the touch of the grip portion can be increased by the rough surface region 122 (for example, the grip effect can be improved by increasing the friction force by the uneven shape of the rough surface region 122).
In this way, at least two different regions of the surface of the resin part 120A can provide not only the change in appearance but also a mirror surface on one end side E1 of the insertion part 112 close to the coupling part 110 and a rough surface on the other end side E2 as a grip part as required. Accordingly, the pull tab 100A can provide a change in appearance by forming a rough surface and a mirror surface on the surface of the resin portion 120A, and provide additional functions such as increasing the grip feeling.
In summary, the pull tab according to the embodiments of the present invention is suitable for being mounted on a slider of a slide fastener, and includes a connecting portion for connecting the slider and a resin portion disposed on the connecting portion, wherein a surface of the resin portion has at least a portion of a rough surface and at least a portion of a mirror surface. That is, the surface of the tab, which is the resin portion of the tab body, has at least two different regions, i.e., a rough surface and a mirror surface. In this way, at least two different regions of the surface of the resin portion can provide not only the change in appearance but also a rough surface or a mirror surface on one end side of the insertion portion near the coupling portion or the other end side as the grip portion as required. Accordingly, the pull tab of the present invention can provide an appearance change by forming a rough surface and a mirror surface on the surface of the resin portion, and provide additional functions such as hiding the insertion portion of the connection portion or increasing the grip feeling.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
