Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the diaper of patent document 1, a hydrophilic sweat-absorbing sheet portion for absorbing sweat is provided between hydrophobic sheets or on the side of the skin of the wearer in the front and rear waistline portions of the diaper to absorb sweat, but in such a case, the absorbed sweat does not sufficiently transpire, and skin inflammation may be caused.
Further, when a slit or the like is further provided on the non-skin side surface of the diaper in order to promote transpiration of sweat, the amount of transpiration of sweat increases, but the transpired sweat is likely to accumulate in the slit or the like, and a part of the transpired sweat may drip into water to wet the clothing, which may be mistakenly considered as leakage.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide an absorbent article capable of promoting absorption and transpiration of sweat by a hydrophilic sheet and a hydrophobic sheet and capable of suppressing the formation of water droplets of the absorbed sweat.
Means for solving the problems

Detailed Description
At least the following matters will be apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
An absorbent article having a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction intersecting each other in a developed state, comprising: an absorbent body for absorbing liquid; and an outer cover having a ventral-side waistline portion positioned at one end side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body and a back-side waistline portion positioned at the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body, wherein the outer cover has a 1 st hydrophobic sheet disposed on a skin side in the thickness direction, a 2 nd hydrophobic sheet disposed at a position on a non-skin side with respect to the 1 st hydrophobic sheet, and a hydrophilic sheet provided between the 1 st hydrophobic sheet and the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet, at least a partial region of the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet is a region having an opening in at least one of the ventral-side waistline portion and the back-side waistline portion of the outer cover, and a portion of the hydrophilic sheet overlapping the region having an opening in the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet is an overlapping portion when viewed in the thickness direction, when a portion not overlapping with the region having the opening is set as a non-overlapping portion, the area of the overlapping portion is smaller than the area of the non-overlapping portion.
According to such an absorbent article, sweat of the wearer is absorbed by the hydrophilic sheet through the 1 st hydrophobic sheet and transpires outward through the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet. The region having the openings of the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet is a region promoting transpiration of sweat, and the amount of transpiration of sweat increases at the overlapping portion where the region having the openings and the hydrophilic sheet overlap when viewed in the thickness direction. Compared to the case where the area of the overlapping portion is larger than the area of the non-overlapping portion that does not overlap the region having the opening, when the area of the overlapping portion is smaller than the area of the non-overlapping portion, transpiration is not caused to a greater extent than necessary, and the formation of droplets of sweat can be suppressed, and the wetting of the garment can be further prevented.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the hydrophilic sheet has only the non-overlapping portion in at least one of the abdomen-side waist portion and the back-side waist portion of the outer cover.
According to such an absorbent article, the transpired moisture can be further suppressed as compared with the case where the absorbent article has the overlapping portion, and the wetting of the clothes can be further prevented.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the hydrophilic sheet has the overlapping portion in the abdomen-side waistline portion and the back-side waistline portion of the outer cover, and an area of the overlapping portion in the abdomen-side waistline portion is smaller than an area of the overlapping portion in the back-side waistline portion.
According to such an absorbent article, more sweat can be absorbed and transpired on the back side where the sweat amount is large, and the skin problem on the back side of the wearer can be reduced. Further, by making the area of the overlapping portion on the front side (ventral side) where absorption of urine is large small, it is possible to suppress the possibility of occurrence of urine leakage through the overlapping portion on the ventral side.
In the absorbent article, the absorbent main body preferably includes an absorbent core, and a distance from an end of the absorbent core to an end of the hydrophilic sheet on the absorbent main body side in the abdominal-side waistline portion is longer than a distance from an end of the absorbent core to an end of the hydrophilic sheet on the absorbent main body side in the back-side waistline portion in the longitudinal direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the distance in the longitudinal direction from the hydrophilic sheet to the absorbent core is made longer on the abdomen side where urine is absorbed more, and therefore, urine absorbed by the absorbent core can be prevented from transferring to the hydrophilic sheet and causing urine leakage.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the abdomen-side waist portion and the back-side waist portion have elastic members which expand and contract in the width direction.
According to such an absorbent article, an appropriate space can be formed between the 1 st hydrophobic sheet disposed on the skin side and the skin of the wearer by the contraction of the elastic member, and the 1 st hydrophobic sheet does not excessively adhere to the skin, and circulation of air is likely to occur. This promotes transpiration of sweat, suppresses dripping of sweat, and prevents clothes from being wet.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the elastic member has a portion which is not joined to the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet, and the elastic member is disposed between the hydrophilic sheet and the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet.
According to such an absorbent article, the elastic member is disposed between the hydrophilic sheet and the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet, and when the elastic member is contracted, a space is generated in the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet at a portion where the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet and the elastic member are not joined. This makes it easy to cause air circulation on the non-skin side, and can promote transpiration of sweat from the No. 2 hydrophobic sheet.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that a plurality of the elastic members are arranged in the longitudinal direction, and a distance between two adjacent elastic members in the longitudinal direction is longer than 2 times a length of the elastic member itself in the longitudinal direction.
According to such an absorbent article, as compared with a case where the distance between two elastic members adjacent in the longitudinal direction is set to 2 times or less the length of the elastic members themselves in the longitudinal direction, a case where the distance is longer than 2 times the length of the elastic members themselves in the longitudinal direction can form an appropriate space between the elastic members in the longitudinal direction, and the absorption and transpiration of sweat are not hindered by the elastic members.
In the absorbent article, the elastic member preferably has a pair of end joining portions joined to the hydrophilic sheet at both ends in the width direction, and the elastic member preferably has a non-joining portion not joined to the hydrophilic sheet between the pair of end joining portions.
According to such an absorbent article, the elastic members are joined only by the pair of end joint portions, and the joint portion is not present between the pair of end joint portions, that is, in the central portion or the like where much sweat is absorbed, and does not obstruct the passage of sweat.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the absorbent main body includes an absorbent core, and at least one of the elastic members is provided between the hydrophilic sheet and the absorbent core.
According to such an absorbent article, the sheet located closer to the skin than the elastic member is pressed against the skin of the wearer by the contraction of the elastic member between the hydrophilic sheet and the absorbent core, and therefore, the inflow of urine to the hydrophilic sheet side can be blocked. This makes it possible to prevent urine leakage.
In the absorbent article, at least one elastic member is preferably provided between the hydrophilic sheet and the absorbent main body.
According to such an absorbent article, the sheet located closer to the skin than the elastic member is pressed against the skin of the wearer by the contraction of the elastic member between the hydrophilic sheet and the absorbent main body, and therefore, the inflow of urine to the hydrophilic sheet side can be blocked. This makes it possible to prevent urine leakage.
In the absorbent article, the 1 st hydrophobic sheet preferably has a plurality of openings in a region where the 1 st hydrophobic sheet and the hydrophilic sheet overlap when viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, more sweat can be transmitted through the opening portions of the 1 st hydrophobic sheet, and the sweat can be absorbed by the hydrophilic sheet. This makes it possible to quickly absorb sweat even when a large amount of sweat is produced at a time, and to keep the skin comfortable without causing stickiness on the surface of the 1 st hydrophobic sheet.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the 1 st hydrophobic sheet has only a non-opening region where no opening exists in a region where the 1 st hydrophobic sheet and the hydrophilic sheet overlap when viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the opening is not formed in the 1 st hydrophobic sheet, and therefore, particularly on the front side (abdomen side) where the amount of urine absorbed is large, urine can be prevented from being absorbed by the hydrophilic sheet through the opening. This makes it difficult to cause urine leakage through the hydrophilic sheet.
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings
< basic Structure of diaper 1 >
Hereinafter, an embodiment will be described by taking an underpants type disposable diaper (hereinafter also referred to as "diaper 1") as an example of the absorbent article of the present invention. Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a pants-type disposable diaper 1 (diaper 1). Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and stretched state as viewed from the skin side, and fig. 3 is a schematic plan view of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and stretched state as viewed from the non-skin side. Fig. 4 is a schematic sectional view taken along line C-C in fig. 2.
Here, the "developed state" described above refers to a state in which: the diaper 1 is developed in a flat plane by releasing the joining of both ends of the abdominal-side waistline portion (abdominal-side waistline portion 30a described later) and both ends of the back-side waistline portion (back-side waistline portion 30b described later) in the width direction of the diaper 1, separating the abdominal-side waistline portion and the back-side waistline portion, and opening the diaper 1 in the longitudinal direction thereof. The "extended state" of the diaper 1 means a state in which the entire diaper 1 (the entire product) is extended without wrinkles, specifically, a state in which the dimensions of the respective members constituting the diaper 1 (for example, the absorbent main body 10, the waistline portion 30, and the like described later) are made to be the same as or close to the dimensions of the members alone.
The diaper 1 has a vertical direction, a width direction, and a front-rear direction intersecting each other in an underpants type state shown in fig. 1. The diaper 1 is a so-called three-piece diaper having an absorbent main body 10 which is attached to the crotch of a wearer and absorbs a liquid such as an excretory fluid, and an outer cover 30 which covers the waist of the wearer. The exterior body 30 has a front waistline portion 30a covering the front side and a back waistline portion 30b covering the back side. The upper side in the vertical direction corresponds to the outer package 30 side, and the lower side corresponds to the crotch portion side. The front side in the front-back direction corresponds to the abdominal side of the wearer, and the back side corresponds to the back side of the wearer.
In the developed state of fig. 2, the diaper 1 has a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction which intersect each other. Hereinafter, one side in the longitudinal direction in this expanded state is also referred to as "ventral side" or "front side", and the other side in the longitudinal direction is also referred to as "dorsal side" or "rear side". The longitudinal direction in the developed state is a direction along the vertical direction in the pants-type state. As shown in fig. 4, the thickness direction is a direction in which materials constituting the diaper 1 are laminated. The side in contact with the wearer in the thickness direction is the skin side, and the opposite side is the non-skin side.
In the developed state of fig. 2, the front waistline portion 30a (front side in the longitudinal direction in the figure) and the back waistline portion 30b (rear side in the longitudinal direction in the figure) are arranged in parallel with each other with a space in the longitudinal direction, the absorbent body 10 is laid between them, and the ends 10ea and 10eb in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10 are respectively joined and fixed to the nearest waistline portions 30a and 30b, and the external shape thereof is substantially H-shaped in plan view. From this state, the absorbent main body 10 is folded in two with the substantially central portion C10 in the longitudinal direction thereof being a folded position. When the abdominal-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30b facing each other in this state of being folded in two are joined and connected to the abdominal-side waistline portion 30aes and the back-side waistline portion 30bes (i.e., the respective ends in the width direction) which are portions to be brought into contact with the side abdomen of the wearer, the waistline portions 30a, 30b are formed in a ring shape. As a result, the diaper 1 shown in fig. 1 is worn with the waist-opening BH and the pair of leg-openings LH formed. In the following description, the longitudinal end of the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a forming the annular opening of the opening BH is referred to as an abdomen-side waistline portion upper end 30aet, and the longitudinal end of the back-side waistline portion 30b forming the annular opening of the opening BH is referred to as a back-side waistline portion upper end 30 beta.
Hereinafter, the absorbent main body 10, the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a, and the back-side waistline portion 30b, which are 3 components of the diaper 1, will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
< Structure of absorbent body 10 >
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the absorbent main body 10 includes a liquid-permeable front sheet member 13 forming a skin-side surface, a liquid-impermeable back sheet member 15 forming a non-skin-side surface, and an absorbent core 11 disposed between the two sheet members 13, 15. In the diaper 1, the absorbent core 11 has the liquid-permeable core wrap sheet 12, but may not have the core wrap sheet 12.
The absorbent core 11 is a member in which liquid-absorbent materials are laminated, and can absorb excrement such as urine. As the liquid-absorbent material, for example, liquid-absorbent fibers such as pulp fibers can be used. The absorbent core 11 may contain, for example, a super absorbent polymer as the liquid-absorbent particles, or may contain a liquid-absorbent material other than the liquid-absorbent fibers and the liquid-absorbent particles.
The absorbent core 11 of the present embodiment has a ventral end 11a on one side in the longitudinal direction in fig. 2, and a dorsal end 11b on the other side in the longitudinal direction in fig. 2. Further, a narrowed portion 11c having a width smaller than the width of the ventral end 11a and the dorsal end 11b in the width direction is provided between the ventral end 11a and the dorsal end 11 b. Thus, the absorbent core 11 is configured to have a substantially hourglass shape in plan view as shown in fig. 2, and the absorbent core 11 is easily attached to the crotch of the wearer. The shape of the absorbent core 11 is not limited to the above-described substantially hourglass shape in plan view, and may be, for example, substantially rectangular in plan view.
The top sheet member 13 is a sheet-like member covering the absorbent core 11 from the skin side, and is, for example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric having a larger planar size than the absorbent core 11. The back sheet member 15 is a sheet-like member covering the absorbent core 11 from the non-skin side, and is a sheet having a larger planar size than the absorbent core 11. As an example of the back sheet member 15, a sheet having a two-layer structure in which a liquid impermeable leakproof sheet 15a made of polyethylene, polypropylene or the like and an exterior sheet 15b made of nonwoven fabric or the like are laminated can be cited. In a state where the absorbent core 11 is sandwiched between the back sheet member 15 and the front sheet member 13, the leakage preventing sheet 15a of the back sheet member 15 and the front sheet member 13 are bonded in a frame shape at a portion extending outward from four sides of the absorbent core 11, thereby forming the absorbent body 10.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the outer sheet 15b forms so-called three-dimensional gathers LSG and leg gathers LG. The three-dimensional gathers LSG are leakage-proof wall portions provided standing up at each end in the width direction of the topsheet member 13, and the leg gathers LG are leg stretch portions formed in the leg openings LH, LH of the diaper 1. To describe the exterior sheet 15b in detail, first, as shown in fig. 4, the dimension of the exterior sheet 15b in the width direction is sufficiently larger than the dimension of the leakage preventive sheet 15a in the width direction, that is, the exterior sheet 15b largely extends in the width direction from both sides of the leakage preventive sheet 15a in the width direction. The excess portion 15bf is folded back toward the center side in the width direction with the position of the end portion 10es in the width direction of the absorbent main body 10 being a folded back position, and the leg hole gathers LG is formed by fixing the leg hole elastic member 17 such as an elastic thread in the vicinity of the folded back position in the longitudinal direction in a state of being elongated in the longitudinal direction.
The portion 15bg folded back toward the center in the width direction further extends toward the center in the width direction, and is joined to the end in the width direction of the topsheet member 13 at a position covering the end. Further, a portion closer to the distal end side in the width direction than the portion joined to the end portion can rise from the front surface sheet member 13 as a free end portion LSGf. Further, an LSG elastic member 18 such as an elastic thread is fixed to the tip end portion of the free end portion LSGf in the longitudinal direction in a state of being elongated in the longitudinal direction. The free end portion LSGf is contracted in the longitudinal direction by the contraction force applied from the LSG elastic member 18 and rises from the topsheet member 13, thereby causing the free end portion LSGf to function as a three-dimensional gather LSG.
Further, although not shown, a liquid-permeable sheet such as a tissue may be interposed as the second sheet between the front sheet member 13 and the absorbent core 11 or between the back sheet member 15 and the absorbent core 11, depending on the case.
As shown in fig. 3, a finishing belt 38 may be provided on the non-skin side surface of the back-side waistline portion 30 b. The finishing tape 38 is an elongated tape-like member having an adhesive surface, and when the diaper 1 after use is discarded, the folded finishing tape 38 can be unfolded to wind the diaper 1 with its adhesive surface side around the diaper 1, and the diaper 1 can be held in a rolled state, with respect to the diaper 1 rolled up in the longitudinal direction.
< Structure of the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30b >
As shown in fig. 2, the abdominal-side waistline portion 30a of the outer cover 30 is positioned on the front side (one end side) in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10, and the back-side waistline portion 30b is positioned on the rear side (the other end side) in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10. Fig. 5A is a schematic sectional view of the ventral side along the line a-a in fig. 3, and fig. 5B is a schematic sectional view of the dorsal side along the line a-a in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30B of the outer cover 30 each include a 1 st water-repellent sheet 301 disposed on the skin side in the thickness direction, a 2 nd water-repellent sheet 302 disposed on the non-skin side of the 1 st water-repellent sheet 301, and a hydrophilic sheet 303 disposed between the 1 st water-repellent sheet 301 and the 2 nd water-repellent sheet 302. The 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 is a hydrophobic sheet made of hydrophobic fibers and allows sweat of a wearer to permeate therethrough. The hydrophilic sheet 303 is a hydrophilic sheet that absorbs sweat, and a sheet member coated with a hydrophilization treatment agent may be used in addition to a pulp sheet, a tissue paper, or the like, as an example. The 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 is a hydrophobic sheet made of hydrophobic fibers, as in the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301, and is arranged on the non-skin side of the hydrophilic sheet 303 to promote transpiration of sweat.
Here, the term "hydrophobic property" means that the liquid does not spread on the surface of each of the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 and the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302, and the surface of the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 and the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 has a contact angle larger than 90 °. The contact angle is an angle formed by a tangent line of a profile curve of a liquid at an intersection of the profile curve and a horizontal plane (horizontal surface) in a state where each of the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 and the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 having the horizontal plane is brought into contact with water (liquid droplet) dropped on the horizontal plane. Each of the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 and the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 has a surface having a contact angle of more than 90 ° and hydrophobicity. Conversely, if the contact angle is less than 90 °, it is judged that hydrophilicity is high, and the surface of the hydrophilic sheet 303 has a contact angle of less than 90 °.
As shown in fig. 2, 5A and 5B, the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 has a folded-back portion 302F which extends upward in the vertical direction from the abdomen-side waist upper end 30aet and the back-side waist upper end 30 beta and is folded back along the peripheral edge portion of the waist opening BH toward the skin-facing surface side of the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 with the abdomen-side waist upper end 30aet and the back-side waist upper end 30 beta as folded-back positions. In the present embodiment, the folded-back portion 302F covers the front end and the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10, but the folded-back portion 302F may be made shorter without covering the front end and the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10.
As described above, by providing the hydrophilic sheet 303 between the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 and the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302, first, sweat that has come out of the skin of the wearer passes through the folded back portion 302F of the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302, passes through the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301, and is absorbed by the hydrophilic sheet 303. Then, the absorbed sweat is further transpired through the No. 2 hydrophobic sheet 302 located on the non-skin side.
In at least one of the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30b, at least a partial region of the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 is preferably a region 45 having an opening including the opening 40 shown in fig. 3. The opening 40 is provided to improve the air permeability of the diaper 1, and may be a hole having a circular, elliptical, or rectangular shape, or a slit obtained by cutting a sheet member.
Further, the "region having openings" herein means a rectangular region which is in contact with the plurality of openings from the outside. In the present embodiment, fig. 3 shows an example of the region 45 having an opening. In fig. 3, a plurality of openings 40 are provided in the vertical direction in the vicinity of the widthwise center of the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30b of the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302, and two rows of the plurality of openings 40 are provided in the widthwise direction. A region that surrounds a rectangular shape so as to contact the plurality of openings 40 in each column from the outside is referred to as a "region 45 having an opening". The region 45 having an opening may have at least one opening. In the present embodiment, the openings 40 are provided in a plurality of rows, but may be provided in a row.
In forming the opening 40 of the present embodiment, the abdominal-side elastic member 35a and the back-side elastic member 35b, which will be described later, are cut, and the elastic members 35a and 35b are discontinuous in the region 45 having the opening. Therefore, in the region 45 having the opening, the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30b are less likely to contract in the width direction. Therefore, wrinkles are less likely to occur in the absorbent core 11.
As described above, the breathability of the diaper 1 is improved by providing the opening 40 for improving breathability on the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 closest to the non-skin side, but when the opening 40 is formed so as to overlap the hydrophilic sheet even when viewed in the thickness direction, the transpired sweat may be guided by the opening 40 to be partly dropped into water, thereby wetting the clothes of the wearer.
In the present embodiment, when the region 45 having the opening is viewed in the thickness direction (fig. 3), the overlapping portion 50 is a portion of the hydrophilic sheet 303 overlapping the region 45 having the opening of the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302, and the non-overlapping portion 51 is a portion not overlapping the region 45 having the opening, the area of the overlapping portion 50 is smaller than the area of the non-overlapping portion 51 (see the back-side waistline portion 30b in fig. 3). In fig. 3, in order to easily know the position of the hydrophilic sheet 303, the hydrophilic sheet 303 is shown in a dotted pattern in the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30 b. Further, fig. 5B shows in detail the overlap of the hydrophilic sheet 303 and the region 45 having the opening in the up-down direction (so-called overlap portion 50). In the present embodiment, since the two rows of the regions 45 having openings are provided in the back-side waistline portion 30b, two overlapping portions 50 of the hydrophilic sheet 303 overlapping with the regions 45 having openings are provided. Therefore, the area of the overlapping portion 50 in the present embodiment refers to the sum of the areas of the two overlapping portions 50.
According to such a configuration, although the transpiration amount of sweat is increased in the overlapping portion 50 overlapping the region 45 having the opening, when the area of the overlapping portion 50 is made smaller than the area of the non-overlapping portion 51 not overlapping the region 45 having the opening, transpiration of sweat to a degree greater than necessary does not occur, and water dripping can be suppressed, as compared to the case where the area of the overlapping portion 50 is made larger than the area of the non-overlapping portion 51 not overlapping the region 45 having the opening. This can further prevent the clothing of the wearer from getting wet.
Further, it is preferable that the hydrophilic sheet 303 has only the non-overlapping portion 51 in at least one of the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30 b. In the present embodiment, the hydrophilic sheet 303 of the back-side waistline portion 30b is provided with the overlapped portion 50, and the hydrophilic sheet 303 of the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a includes only the non-overlapped portion 51 without including the overlapped portion. By providing the openings 40 so as not to overlap the hydrophilic sheet 303 when viewed in the thickness direction, as in the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a, the amount of transpiring sweat can be further suppressed as compared with the case of having the overlapping portion 50, and it is possible to prevent the sweat from dripping and to make the garment less likely to wet.
In the present embodiment, the hydrophilic sheet 303 in at least one of the waistline portions 30 (back-side waistline portion 30b) has the overlapping portion 50, but the overlapping portion 50 may be provided in the hydrophilic sheet 303 in both the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30 b. In this case, it is preferable that the area of the overlapping portion 50 (not shown) of the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a is smaller than the area of the overlapping portion 50 of the back-side waistline portion 30 b. By doing so, more sweat can be absorbed and transpired on the back side where the sweat amount is large, and the skin problem on the back side of the wearer can be reduced. Further, by making the area of the superposed portion 50 on the front side (ventral side) where urine is absorbed much smaller, it is possible to suppress leakage of urine from the superposed portion 50 guided by the hydrophilic sheet 303.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the longitudinal direction, the distance from the end 11a of the absorbent core 11 (abdomen-side end 11a) to the end 303ae on the absorbent main body 10 side of the hydrophilic sheet 303 in the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a (S1) is longer than the distance from the end 11b of the absorbent core 11 (back-side end 11b) to the end 303be on the absorbent main body 10 side of the hydrophilic sheet 303 in the back-side waistline portion 30b (S2). On the abdomen side where urine is absorbed more, the distance (S1) in the longitudinal direction from the hydrophilic sheet 303 to the absorbent core 11 is made longer, so that urine absorbed by the absorbent core 11 can be prevented from transferring to the hydrophilic sheet 303 and causing urine leakage.
As shown in fig. 2, the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30b have elastic members 35 such as elastic threads which stretch in the width direction. Specifically, the plurality of elastic members 35 and 35 … are arranged along the width direction in a state of being elongated in the width direction. The plurality of elastic members 35, 35 … are arranged in the longitudinal direction at intervals in the longitudinal direction. In the present description, the elastic member 35 provided in the abdomen-side waist portion 30a is referred to as an abdomen-side elastic member 35a, and the elastic member 35 provided in the back-side waist portion 30b is referred to as a back-side elastic member 35 b.
The elastic members 35a and 35b are given stretchability in the width direction by the abdominal-side elastic member 35a and the back-side elastic member 35b, and the elastic members 35a and 35b are contracted, whereby an appropriate space is formed between the first water-repellent sheet 301 (and the folded portion 302F) on the skin side and the skin of the wearer. Thus, the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 does not excessively adhere to the skin, and tends to cause air circulation. As a result, transpiration of sweat can be promoted, and water dripping of sweat can be suppressed.
Further, it is preferable that the elastic member 35 (the ventral elastic member 35a and the dorsal elastic member 35b) is disposed between the hydrophilic sheet 303 and the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302, and the elastic member 35 has a portion which is not joined to the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302. Thus, when each elastic member 35 is contracted, a space is generated in the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 at a portion where the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 and each elastic member 35 are not joined. As a result, circulation of air is likely to occur on the non-skin side of the diaper 1 on which the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 is disposed, and transpiration of sweat from the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 can be promoted.
As shown in fig. 2, the abdomen-side elastic member 35a disposed between the hydrophilic sheet 303 and the 2 nd water-repellent sheet 302 has a pair of both end joining portions 60 joined to the hydrophilic sheet 303 at the abdomen-side waistline portion side edge portions 30aes and 30aes, which are both ends in the width direction. Similarly, the back-side elastic member 35b disposed between the hydrophilic sheet 303 and the No. 2 hydrophobic sheet 302 also has a pair of both end joining portions 60 joined to the hydrophilic sheet 303 at both ends in the width direction, i.e., the back-side waistline portion side edge portions 30bes, 30 bes. The hydrophilic sheet 303 is bonded to the substrate using, for example, a hot melt adhesive. Each of the ventral-side elastic member 35a and the dorsal-side elastic member 35b having the pair of both-end joint portions 60 has a non-joint portion 61 that is not joined to the hydrophilic sheet 303 between the pair of both-end joint portions 60. That is, the elastic members 35a and 35b disposed between the hydrophilic sheet 303 and the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 are joined only by the pair of end-joining portions 60, and the non-joining portion 61 is a portion where no joining is present between the pair of end-joining portions 60, that is, in a region including the vicinity of the center in the width direction where much sweat is absorbed. In the non-joined portion 61, since there is no factor inhibiting transpiration of sweat such as a hot melt adhesive exemplified above, transpiration of sweat can be promoted, and discomfort is less likely to be given to the wearer.
In addition, in the plurality of elastic members 35(35A, 35b) arranged in line in the longitudinal direction, as illustrated in fig. 5A, it is preferable that a distance (L2) between two adjacent elastic members 35A, 35A in the longitudinal direction (up-down direction) is longer than 2 times a length (L1) in the up-down direction (longitudinal direction) of one elastic member 35A itself. According to such a configuration, as compared with a case where the distance (L2) between the two elastic members 35a, 35a adjacent in the longitudinal direction is set to be 2 times or less the length (L1) of the elastic member 35a itself in the longitudinal direction, a case where the distance is longer than 2 times the length (L1) of the elastic member 35a itself in the longitudinal direction forms an appropriate space between the elastic members 35a, 35a in the longitudinal direction, and the elastic members 35a do not hinder absorption and transpiration of sweat, and sweat is easily discharged.
Further, it is preferable that at least one elastic member 35 is provided between the hydrophilic sheet 303 and the absorbent core 11 (fig. 5A). In the abdominal-side waistline portion 30a of the present embodiment, elastic members 35a' and 35a ″ are provided between the hydrophilic sheet 303 and the absorbent core 11. The 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 and the folded portion 302F positioned closer to the skin side than the elastic members 35a 'and 35a "are pressed against the skin of the wearer by the contraction of these elastic members 35a' and 35 a", so that the inflow of urine to the hydrophilic sheet 303 side can be blocked. This can prevent urine leakage from occurring through the hydrophilic sheet 303.
Also, it is preferable that at least one elastic member 35 is provided between the hydrophilic sheet 303 and the absorbent main body 10. In the present embodiment, the elastic members 35 (e.g., elastic members 35A 'and 35A' in fig. 5A) are present not only in the absorbent core 11 but also between the absorbent main body 10 including the core wrap sheet 12, the front sheet member 13, and the back sheet member 15 that wrap the absorbent core and the hydrophilic sheet 303. The 1 st water-repellent sheet 301 and the folded portion 302F positioned closer to the skin side than the elastic member 35 are pressed against the skin of the wearer by the contraction of the elastic member 35, and therefore the inflow of urine from the absorbent main body 10 to the hydrophilic sheet 303 side can be suppressed. This can prevent urine leakage from occurring through the hydrophilic sheet 303.
In addition, in the region where the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 and the hydrophilic sheet 303 overlap when viewed in the thickness direction as illustrated in fig. 5A and 5B, the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 preferably has a plurality of openings (not illustrated). The above-mentioned "region overlapping when viewed in the thickness direction" refers to a region overlapping with a portion where the hydrophilic sheet 303 is arranged (a region of the hydrophilic sheet 303 shown in a dot pattern) in the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30b of fig. 2 when viewed in the thickness direction. In this region, the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 has openings, and in this case, more sweat can be absorbed from the openings, and the transfer of sweat to the hydrophilic sheet 303 side is improved. This makes it possible to quickly absorb the sweat even in the case of a large amount of sweat at a time, and to keep the skin comfortable without causing stickiness on the surface of the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301.
However, in the region where the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 and the hydrophilic sheet 303 overlap when viewed in the thickness direction as illustrated in fig. 5A and 5B, the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301 may have only a non-opening region (not illustrated) where no opening is present. By not forming the opening in the 1 st hydrophobic sheet 301, urine can be prevented from being absorbed into the hydrophilic sheet 303 through the opening, particularly on the front side (ventral side) where the amount of urine absorbed is large. This makes it difficult for urine to leak through the hydrophilic sheet.
Other embodiments are also possible
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the above embodiments are intended to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to be restrictive. It is to be understood that the present invention can be modified and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and equivalents thereof are also included in the present invention.
In the above-described embodiment, the pants-type disposable diaper 1 is exemplified as an example of the absorbent article, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, a disposable diaper of a tape type may be used. Further, as the pants-type disposable diaper 1, a so-called three-piece diaper in which the absorbent main body 10 is stretched between the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30b in the developed state is exemplified, but a so-called two-piece diaper in which the absorbent main body is placed on the skin-side surface of an approximately hourglass-shaped exterior sheet in the developed state may be used.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the abdomen-side waist portion 30a and the back-side waist portion 30B have the folded portion 302F in which the 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 is folded at the abdomen-side waist portion upper end 30aet and the back-side waist portion upper end 30 beta as folded positions, respectively, but may be configured not to be folded. That is, the upper end in the vertical direction of the 2 nd water-repellent sheet 302 may terminate at the same position as the upper end in the vertical direction of the 1 st water-repellent sheet 301. In this case, regions having only the 1 st water-repellent sheet 301, the 2 nd water-repellent sheet 302, and the hydrophilic sheet 303 are formed in the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30b of the outer cover 30. In this region, the absorption of sweat and the transpiration function of sweat are highest, and stickiness on the side of the skin can be suppressed, and sweat is also apt to transpire from the non-skin side.
The 2 nd hydrophobic sheet 302 is provided with a plurality of openings 40 along the vertical direction in the widthwise central portions of the abdomen-side waistline portion 30a and the back-side waistline portion 30b, but is not limited thereto. Fig. 6A and 6B are views showing modified examples of the opening 40. As shown in fig. 6A, the openings 40 may be disposed along the vertical direction of the 2 nd water-repellent sheet 302 of the exterior 30, for example, and may be provided in a plurality of rows in the width direction on the entire exterior 30. This can improve the breathability of the diaper 1, and also in the hydrophilic sheet 303, by making the area of the overlapped portion 50 smaller than the area of the non-overlapped portion 51, the breathability can be improved without causing transpiration more than necessary for sweat. As shown in fig. 6B, the openings 40 may be provided only at both ends in the width direction, for example. In addition to the position of fig. 6B, if the opening 40 is disposed so that the area of the overlapped portion 50 of the hydrophilic sheet 303 is smaller than the area of the non-overlapped portion 51, the opening 40 can be formed also at a desired position such as a portion that is likely to transpire.
