Description

The present invention relates to absorbent articles.

Conventionally, disposable diapers and the like are known as absorbent articles that absorb excrement such as urine. For example, as shown in Document 1, the pants-type disposable diaper 1 has an exterior body 3 and an absorbent main body 2, and the exterior body 3 is provided with a plurality of holes 5 penetrating in the thickness direction. .. By providing the plurality of holes 5, the air permeability of the absorbent article can be improved.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2015-92957

However, in the disposable diaper 1 shown in Document 1, since the plurality of holes 5 are arranged so as to form a line in the vertical direction, when the wearer tries to wear the pants-type disposable diaper 1 in the vertical direction. When a force is applied to the hole 5, the periphery of the hole 5 may be torn, and when the pants-type disposable diaper 1 does not properly fit around the waist of the wearer when worn, or the hole 5 is torn around the circumference. There was a risk of making the wearer feel that the excrement leaked from the body.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object thereof is to improve the breathability of a disposable absorbent article while improving the fit of the absorbent article.

At least the following matters will be made clear by the present specification and the description of the accompanying drawings.
Having a vertical direction and a horizontal direction orthogonal to each other, a ventral side portion provided on the ventral side of the wearer, a back side portion provided on the back side of the wearer, and the ventral side portion and the back side portion. An absorbent article provided with at least one of a plurality of elastic members having an upper elastic member and a lower elastic member, wherein the upper elastic member is one of the plurality of elastic members in the longitudinal direction. Located on the uppermost side, the lower elastic member is located below the upper elastic member, and a through hole penetrating from the skin side to the non-skin side in the vertical direction overlaps with the upper elastic member. Not, in the vertical direction, the through-hole penetrating from the skin side to the non-skin side does not overlap with the elastic member adjacent to the lower elastic member, but overlaps with the lower elastic member. In the absorbent article, the lower elastic member is discontinuous in the through hole.

According to such an absorbent article, since the through hole and the upper elastic member do not overlap each other in the vertical direction, the upper elastic member located at the uppermost side is not discontinuous by the through hole, and the upper elastic member prevents The waistline of the wearer can be appropriately fitted. Further, in the vertical direction, the through hole and the lower elastic member overlap without overlapping with the elastic member adjacent to the lower elastic member, and the periphery of the through hole is torn when pulled up in the vertical direction when worn. While reducing the fear, the through hole can be easily opened according to the contraction of the lower elastic member, and the air permeability of the absorbent article can be further improved.

In such an absorbent article, an absorbent main body is provided, one end of the absorbent main body is overlapped and joined to the abdominal side, and the other end is overlapped with the back side. It is desirable that the through holes are joined and are provided below the one end of the absorbent main body or below the other end thereof.

According to such an absorbent article, it is possible to improve the air permeability of the absorbent article through the through holes while appropriately fitting the absorbent article around the waist of the wearer.

In such an absorbent article, a sheet member located on the skin side of the absorbent main body is provided in the upper part or the back part of the abdominal part, and in the longitudinal direction, between the upper end and the lower end of the sheet member. It is preferable that an end of the absorbent main body is provided and the through hole is provided below the lower end of the sheet member.

Further, the absorptive main body 10 is overlaid on the central portion in the lateral direction of the abdominal exterior member 30, and the absorptive main body 10 is provided in a region 30s laterally outside the lateral end 10e of the absorptive main body 10. Are not stacked.

Similarly, in the back side exterior member 40, the absorbent main body 10 is not overlapped in the region of the upper end portion 40e in the vertical direction, and is absorbed by the portion 40c on the central side in the vertical direction from the end portion 40e. The sex body is overlaid. The absorbent main body 19 is overlaid on the central portion in the lateral direction of the backside exterior member 40, and the absorbent main body 10 is provided in a region 40s laterally outside the lateral end 10e of the absorbent main body 10. Are not stacked.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the absorbent main body 10 includes an absorber 11, a top sheet member 13 that covers the absorber 11 from the skin side, and a back sheet member 15 that covers the absorber 11 from the non-skin side. ing. The topsheet member 13 is a liquid-permeable sheet member such as a nonwoven fabric. The back sheet member 15 is a sheet member composed of two layers of a liquid-impermeable leak-proof sheet 15a such as polyethylene and a liquid-permeable exterior sheet 15b such as a nonwoven fabric. Further, a three-dimensional gather or leg gathers may be formed by the exterior sheet 15b or the like (not shown).

The absorbent body 11 is an absorbent core formed by laminating liquid absorbent materials, and can absorb excrement such as urine. The absorbent body 11 can use liquid absorbent fiber such as pulp fiber, absorbent polymer (SAP), or the like, and in the present embodiment, has a substantially hourglass shape in plan view (FIG. 2 ). Further, the absorber 11 may be covered with a liquid-permeable sheet (not shown) such as tissue paper.

Each of the abdominal exterior member 30 and the back exterior member 40 is a sheet member that is made of a flexible material such as nonwoven fabric and has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view. As shown in FIG. 3, in the abdominal exterior member 30, a skin side sheet 31 and a non-skin side sheet 32 are superposed and joined in order from the skin side in the thickness direction, and the back side exterior member 40 has a thickness direction. From the skin side, the skin side sheet 41 and the non-skin side sheet 42 are superposed and joined.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the upper part of the abdominal exterior member 30, the non-skin side sheet 32 starts from the abdominal upper end 30et which is the upper end of the abdominal external member 30 in order to improve the touch and durability. The folded-back portion 32f is formed by folding back on the skin side. Similarly, also on the upper portion of the back side exterior member 40, the non-skin side sheet 42 is folded back toward the skin side starting from the back side upper end 40et which is the upper end of the back side exterior member 40 to form a folded back portion 42f. Has been done.

The abdominal exterior member 30 also includes a sheet member 34 arranged so as to cover the lower end of the folded back portion 32f and the upper abdominal end of the absorbent main body 10 from the skin side. Similarly, the back side exterior member 40 includes a sheet 44 that is arranged from below the folded-back portion 42f so as to cover the back side upper end of the absorbent main body 10 from the skin side. The sheet members 34 and 44 are rectangular sheet members different from the abdominal exterior member 30 and the back exterior member 40 and made of non-woven fabric or the like. By providing the sheet members 34, 44, it is possible to prevent the abdominal upper edge portion and the back upper edge portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10 from directly contacting the wearer's skin, and at the time of wearing. It is possible to improve the feel around the waist. Further, the sheet members 34 and 44 can increase the strength at the upper end portions in the vertical direction of the abdominal exterior member 30 and the back exterior member 40.

Furthermore, the ventral side exterior member 30 and the back side exterior member 40 have a predetermined length in the vertical direction, and the through holes 50 penetrating each of the exterior members 30 and 40 from the skin side to the non-skin side are provided in the vertical direction. A plurality of them are provided at predetermined intervals in the direction and the lateral direction. Details of the through hole 50 will be described later.

Between the skin side sheet 31 and the non-skin side sheet 32 of the abdominal side exterior member 30, a plurality of elastic members 35, 35,... The elastic member 35 is joined and fixed to the skin-side sheet 31 and the non-skin-side sheet 32 with an adhesive in a state of being stretched in the lateral direction. The plurality of elastic members 35, 35,... Are provided side by side with an interval in the vertical direction.

Similarly, between the skin side sheet 41 and the non-skin side sheet 42 of the back side exterior member 40, a plurality of elastic members 45, 45,... The elastic member 45 is bonded and fixed to the skin-side sheet 41 and the non-skin-side sheet 42 with an adhesive in a state of being stretched in the lateral direction. The plurality of elastic members 45, 45,... Are provided side by side with an interval in the vertical direction.

The elastic members 35 and 45 give the belly side exterior member 30 and the back side exterior member 40 stretchability in the lateral direction, and form a plurality of wrinkles in the belly side exterior member 30 and the back side exterior member 40. ..

In addition, in the elastic members 35 and 45, the region in the vicinity of the central portion in the lateral direction that overlaps with the absorber 11 is discontinuous so that the stretching force does not act. As a result, lateral contraction acting on the absorbent body 11 is suppressed, and the absorbent body 11 is likely to be maintained substantially flat, so that excrement leakage and the like can be suppressed. Lateral elastic members 35s and 45s are provided in a region laterally outside of the absorber 11.

The plurality of elastic members 35 are provided on the uppermost elastic member 35t located on the uppermost side and below the upper elastic member 35t, and extend from the one side ventral side exterior member side edge portion 30se in the lateral direction to the other side ventral side exterior. A continuous elastic member (lower elastic member) 35m continuous to the member side edge portion 30se, a lateral elastic member (lower elastic member) 35s, and the continuous elastic member 35m and lateral elastic located at the lowest position. It has a lowermost elastic member 35u provided at a position farthest from the member 35s.

Similarly, the plurality of elastic members 45 are provided on the uppermost elastic member 45t located on the uppermost side and below the upper elastic member 45t, and are arranged from the back side exterior member side edge portion 40se on one side in the lateral direction to the other side. A continuous elastic member (lower elastic member) 45m continuous to the back side exterior member side edge portion 40se, a lateral elastic member (lower elastic member) 45f, and a continuous elastic member 45m or side located at the lowermost position. The lowermost elastic member 45u is provided at the farthest position below the side elastic member 45s.

<<<About the through hole 50>>>
First, the formation of the through hole 50 will be described. The through hole 50 of the abdominal exterior member 30 is formed in the manufacturing process of the abdominal exterior member 30 in the manufacture of the diaper 1. The abdominal exterior member 30 includes a strip-shaped abdominal exterior member 300 in which a strip-shaped abdominal sheet 310, an elastic member 350, and a strip-shaped non-skin-side sheet (not shown) are arranged in order from the skin side. It is formed separately.

FIG. 4A is a diagram showing a part of the belt-shaped abdominal exterior member 300 in an expanded state before the slit S (through hole 50) is formed. FIG. 4B is a diagram showing a part of the belt-shaped abdominal exterior member 300 in an expanded state when the slit S (through hole 50) is formed. FIG. 4C is a diagram showing a part of the abdominal exterior member 30 in the worn state. 4A, 4B, and 4C are views seen from the skin side.

FIG. 4A shows a state in which the band-shaped abdominal exterior member 300 before forming the slit S is extended until the wrinkles of the band-shaped skin-side sheet 310 and the band-shaped non-skin-side sheet are almost eliminated.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4B, a linear slit S along the longitudinal direction is formed in the stretched belt-shaped abdominal exterior member 300 so as to cross a part of the elastic member 350. The slit S is formed by cutting the strip-shaped skin-side sheet 310, the elastic member 350, and the strip-shaped non-skin-side sheet using a predetermined blade. FIG. 4B shows the moment when the slit S is formed by cutting. After that, the slit S becomes a through hole as shown in FIG. 4C by the elastic member 350. Note that the slit S of the present embodiment is a linear slit, and unlike when a shape having a predetermined area is cut out, chips are unlikely to occur.

FIG. 4C shows a part of the abdominal exterior member 30 when the wearer wears the diaper 1. The through hole 50 of the abdominal exterior member 30 in the worn state has a contour that opens to both sides in the lateral direction, and the shape of the through hole 50 is a substantially rhombus. This is because, as shown in FIG. 4C, the periphery of the through hole 50 is laterally pulled by contracting the elastic member 35. Thereby, in the worn state, the through hole 50 is opened larger, so that the air permeability of the diaper 1 can be further improved. By making one through hole 50 larger, it is possible to ensure the air permeability of the diaper 1 with a smaller number of through holes 50. Further, even before wearing, since the through hole 50 can be opened laterally by the elastic member 35 in the contracted state, it is visible to a wearer such as an infant wearing a diaper 1. The through hole 50 can be visually recognized, and the improvement of the air permeability can be recognized. Further, the contracted elastic member 35 pulls the nonwoven fabric around the through hole 50, so that a plurality of wrinkles are formed around the through hole 50 along the contour of the through hole 50. The plurality of wrinkles can make the diaper 1 softer to the touch. In particular, when the through hole is formed by cutting out in a predetermined range, the through hole is opened in a substantially flat state, whereas in the present embodiment, the through hole 50 is formed by the linear slit S. Therefore, around the through hole 50, the non-woven fabric pulled by the opening rises to form a plurality of wrinkles. Therefore, the touch of the diaper 1 can be further improved.

The through hole 50 of the back side exterior member 40 is also formed similarly to the through hole 50 of the abdominal side exterior member 30. In addition, in this embodiment, although the case where the through holes 50 of the abdominal exterior member 30 and the back exterior member 40 are separately formed has been described, the present invention is not limited to this. The belly side exterior member 30 and the back side exterior member 40 may be integrally formed, and after forming the through hole 50, the belly side exterior member 30 and the back side exterior member 40 may be separated. The slit S may be formed after the absorbent main body 10 and the sheet member 34 are stacked on the abdominal exterior member 30, or the slit S may be formed on the abdominal exterior member 30 and then the absorptive main body 10 and The sheet members 34 may be stacked. Similarly, the slit S may be formed after the absorbent main body 10 and the sheet member 44 are overlapped on the back side exterior member 40, or the slit S may be formed in the back side exterior member 40 and then the absorbent main body 10 and the sheet. The members 44 may be stacked.

Subsequently, the configuration of the through hole 50 will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of through holes 50 of the abdominal exterior member 30 are provided in a region of the abdominal exterior member 30 where the folded-back portion 32f, the sheet member 34, and the absorbent main body 10 are not provided. ing. Specifically, the longitudinal direction is a region below the end 30e and below the lower end of the sheet member 34, and the lateral direction is provided outside the absorbent main body 10. In addition, the one side and the other side of the abdominal exterior member 30 in the lateral direction are arranged symmetrically with respect to the lateral center AA.

In addition, the through hole 50 is vertically below the upper elastic member 35t located on the uppermost side of the abdominal exterior member 30 and above the lowermost elastic 35u located on the lowermost side of the abdominal elastic member 30. It is provided in. Due to the through hole 50, a part of the continuous elastic member 35m and the lateral elastic member 35s are discontinuous. This is because, as described above, the continuous elastic member 350 is cut together with the continuous skin-side sheet and the continuous skin-side sheet 320 when forming the through hole 50. The upper elastic member 35t and the lowermost elastic member 35u are not discontinuous by the through hole 50.

The number of elastic members 35 that are discontinuous by the through holes 50 is different in a region above the upper end 11ta of the absorber 11 and a region below the upper end 11ta of the absorber 11. That is, by forming the through hole 50, the elastic member 35 in the region below the upper end 11ta is discontinuous. While one elastic member 35 is discontinuous on one side in the lateral direction, for example, on the left side in FIG. 2 and above the upper end 11ta, three elastic members 35 penetrate below the upper end 11ta. The holes 50 make them non-continuous.

In the present embodiment, the plurality of through holes 50 are arranged in a staggered pattern. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the portion B of FIG. In FIG. 5, a through hole (first through hole) 50a, a through hole (second through hole) 50b that is located diagonally above and to the left of the through hole 50a, and is adjacent in the vertical direction, and above the through hole 50a. A through hole (third through hole) 50c located laterally and overlapping with the through hole 50a, and a through hole 50d located on the left side of the through hole 50a in the horizontal direction and overlapping with the through hole 50a in the vertical direction. Showing. Further, the elastic member 35a vertically overlaps the through holes 50a and 50d, similarly, the elastic member 35b vertically overlaps the through hole 50b, and the elastic member 35c vertically overlaps the through hole 50c. There is. In the vertical direction, the elastic member 35d is provided below the through hole 50a, the elastic member 35e is provided between the through hole 50a and the through hole 50b, and the elastic member f is the through hole 50b. And the through hole c. The elastic members 35d, e, f do not overlap any of the through holes 50 in the vertical direction. The elastic member 35c is a continuous elastic member 35m, the elastic members 35a, 35b, 35e, and 35f are lateral elastic members 35s, and the elastic member 35d is a lowermost elastic member 35u.

As shown in FIG. 5, each through hole 50 has a substantially rhombus shape, and the inside of the through hole 50 penetrates to the non-skin side. At this time, in the lateral direction, the apex in the lateral direction of the substantially rhombus and the cut end of the elastic member 35 are substantially at the same position. Then, the cut elastic member 35 is not provided inside each through hole 50, and the cut elastic member 35 is discontinuous in the through hole 50 in the lateral direction. This is because the elastic member 35 provided at the position where the through hole 50 is formed is cut together when the through hole 50 is formed. Therefore, for example, the elastic member 35a is continuous from the lateral outside of the through hole 50a to the lateral outside of the through hole 50d, and is not provided inside the through hole 50a and the through hole 50d. Similarly, the elastic member 35b is not provided in the through hole 50b, and the elastic member 35c is not provided in the through hole 50c.

No adhesive or the like is provided in the rectangular region (the lower left hatched portion in FIG. 5) surrounded by the side g along the horizontal direction and the side h along the vertical direction that circumscribes each through hole 50. In the present embodiment, the skin-side sheet 31 and the non-skin-side sheet 32 are joined by the adhesive applied to the elastic member 35.

(L1>L2)。 Further, in the present embodiment, the through holes 50 have substantially the same size, and the through holes 50a and the through holes 50c overlap each other in the horizontal direction in the vertical direction. When the distance between the lower end of the through hole 50a and the lower end of the through hole 50c in the vertical direction is L1 and the vertical length L2 of the through hole 50 is L2, L1 is larger than L2 (L1>L2).

The length L3 in the vertical direction of the elastic member discontinuous by the through hole 50 and the elastic member vertically adjacent to the elastic member discontinuous and not discontinuous by the through hole 50 is: It is shorter than the length L2 of the through hole 50 (L3<L2). For example, the distance L3 between the elastic member 35a and the elastic member 35e is smaller than the vertical length L2 of the through hole 50a.

Further, the number of the through holes 50 overlapping the elastic member 35 in the lateral direction can be arbitrarily changed. For example, in the present embodiment, the number of through holes 50 that overlap with the elastic member 35a in the lateral direction is three, whereas the number of through holes 50 that overlap with the elastic member 35b in the lateral direction is: There are two.

Although the configuration of the through hole 50 of the abdominal exterior member 30 has been described, the configuration of the through hole 50 in the back exterior member 40 is substantially the same as that of the abdominal exterior member 30. Similarly to the abdominal exterior member 30, the plurality of through holes 50 of the back exterior member 40 are also arranged symmetrically with respect to the lateral center AA on one side and the other side in the lateral direction.

<<<effectiveness of the diaper 1 according to the present embodiment>>>
The through hole 50 of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment improves the air permeability by penetrating from the skin side to the non-skin side, and the tension of the elastic member 35 can be adjusted by cutting the elastic member 35. ..

(Ta2<Ta1)。 For example, the case of the through hole 50a and the through hole 50d vertically overlapping the elastic member 35a in FIG. 5 will be described. The elastic member 35a and the elastic member 35e are elastic members made of the same material. Before the slit S (through hole 50a and through hole 50d) is formed, the elastic member 35a and the elastic member 35e are in the same stretched state to the skin side sheet 31 and the non-skin side sheet 32. It is fixed by joining. The elastic member 35a is cut by the slit S (through hole 50a and through hole 50d), and the elastic member 35e is not cut by any slit S. Therefore, the magnitude of the tension in the horizontal direction of the elastic member 35e that is vertically adjacent to the elastic member 35a is Te, and the elastic member 35e is provided from the left side (center side) of the through hole 50d to the position where it overlaps with the absorber 11 in the thickness direction. When the magnitude of the tension of the elastic member 35a in the lateral direction is Ta1, the tension Ta1 is smaller than the tension Te (Ta1<Te). Similarly, when the magnitude of the lateral tension of the elastic member 35a located between the through hole 50d and the through hole 50a is Ta2, the tension Ta2 is smaller than the tension Te (Ta2<Te), and , Less than the tension Ta1 (Ta2<Ta1).

Further, since the elastic member 35a is discontinuous due to the through holes 50a, 50d, etc., the elastic member 35a is more continuous when a force is applied in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction than when it is continuous. Can be expanded and contracted more freely. That is, the elastic member 35a on the left side of the through hole 50d and the elastic member 35a located between the through hole 50a and the through hole 50d can expand and contract more freely with respect to the movement as compared with the case where they are continuous. Therefore, it becomes easy to follow not only the movement in the horizontal direction but also the movement in the vertical direction. As a result, the fit of the abdomen and buttocks of the diaper 1 can be improved.

Thus, by providing the elastic member 35 cut by the slit S (through hole 50) and the elastic member 35 not cut by the slit S (through hole 50), the tension of the elastic member 35 can be adjusted. Therefore, it is possible to secure the tightening around the waist, reduce the risk of excessive tightening, and improve the fit of the diaper 1.

Further, in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the through hole 50 does not overlap with the elastic member 35t located on the uppermost side of the diaper 1 in the vertical direction. That is, the elastic member 35t is not discontinuous due to the through hole 50. Therefore, the uppermost elastic member 35t is not cut, and a continuous elastic member can be maintained in the waistline opening 1HB. Therefore, even when the through hole 50 is formed to improve the breathability, the wearing At this time, since the tightening force by the elastic member 35t around the waist of the wearer can be secured, it is possible to reduce the risk of excrement or the like leaking due to insufficient tightening of the waist opening 1HB.

Further, in the lateral direction, the through hole 30a overlaps the elastic member 35a, and does not overlap the elastic members 35d and 35e that are adjacent to the elastic member 35a in the vertical direction. Further, the elastic member 35a is discontinuous in the through hole 50a. Therefore, the contraction of the elastic member 35a which is discontinuous facilitates the opening of the through hole 50a. Further, even when a vertical force is applied to the diaper 1 when the wearer tries to wear the diaper 1, the elastic members 35d and 35e that are not discontinuous by the through holes 50 are provided. It is possible to reduce the risk that the periphery of the through hole 50a will be torn below the elastic member 35d or above the elastic member 35e by an externally applied force. Further, by providing the elastic members 35d and 35e which are not discontinuous by the through hole 50, it is possible to secure the tightening to the abdomen and buttocks of the wearer, and the diaper 1 may fall or be worn. It is possible to reduce the risk of misalignment.

Further, in the present embodiment, the abdominal end of the absorbent main body 10 is superposed and joined to the abdominal exterior member 30, and the dorsal end is superposed and joined to the back exterior member 40. The through hole 50 is provided below the abdominal end of the absorbent main body 10 or below the dorsal end thereof. Further, a sheet member 34 located on the skin side of the absorbent main body 10 is provided on the upper part of the abdominal exterior member 30, and the upper end of the absorbent main body 10 is provided between the upper end and the lower end of the sheet member 34 in the vertical direction. The through hole 50 is provided below the lower end of the sheet member 34. Thereby, since the through hole 50 is formed on the lower side of the diaper 1, it is possible to form the through hole 50 in a region closer to the incision of the wearer who is more likely to sweat, and improve breathability. it can. Further, by not forming the through hole 50 on the upper side of the diaper 1, it is possible to secure a tightening force for the waistline portion of the wearer and reduce the risk of excrement or the like leaking from the waistline opening 1HB.

Further, in the present embodiment, the lowermost elastic member 35u that is disposed below the continuous elastic member 35m and the lateral elastic member 35s and that is farthest from the continuous elastic member 35m and the lateral elastic member 35s. However, it does not overlap the through hole 50 in the vertical direction. As a result, not only the upper elastic member 35t but also the lowermost elastic member 35u is not discontinuous by the through hole 50, so that it is possible to ensure the fit of the leg opening 1HL, and excrement or the like is discharged around the leg opening 1HL. It is possible to reduce the risk of leaking from.

Further, in the present embodiment, the through hole 50 is provided on the outer side in the lateral direction of the absorber 11, and even in the region where the absorber 11 and the lateral elastic member 35s overlap each other in the lateral direction, The lateral elastic member 35s is discontinuous. In other words, the lateral elastic members 35s are discontinuous in the region near the center in the horizontal direction that overlaps with the absorber 11, and the lateral expansion and contraction that acts on the absorber 11 is suppressed. As a result, the lateral elastic member 35s needs to tighten the diaper 1 within a narrower range than the continuous elastic member 35m, and thus the contraction force in the narrow range may become excessively strong. Therefore, by providing the side portion elastic member 35s that is discontinuous by the through hole 50, while appropriately suppressing the elastic member 35 from pressing the wearer's skin excessively, the waistline and the abdomen or buttocks are appropriately tightened. A diaper 1 capable of being provided can be provided.

Further, in the present embodiment, the abdominal exterior member 30 has the skin side sheet 31 and the non-skin side sheet 32, and the elastic member 35 is arranged between the skin side sheet 31 and the non-skin side sheet 32. The adhesive is not provided in at least the rectangular region circumscribing the through hole 50 and including the side g along the horizontal direction and the side h along the vertical direction. As a result, in the rectangular area, it is possible to reduce the risk that the periphery of the through hole 50 is hardened or the opening is insufficient due to the solidification of the adhesive. Further, since it is not solidified by the adhesive, the peripheries of the through holes 50 can form appropriate wrinkles due to the original softness of the material such as the non-woven fabric, and the softer touch can be provided.

Further, in the present embodiment, the through hole 50b is adjacent to the through hole 50a in the vertical direction, and the elastic member 35e which is another elastic member is provided between the through hole 50a and the through hole 50b in the vertical direction. Is provided. As a result, even when the elastic members 35a and 35b that are discontinuous by the through holes 50a and 50b are provided and the tightening force is reduced, the elastic members 35a and 35b are adjacent to the elastic members 35a and 35b in the vertical direction, respectively. By providing the elastic member 35e that is not discontinuous by the holes 50, the tightening force of the diaper 1 can be secured, and the risk that the diaper 1 will fall when worn can be reduced.

Further, in the present embodiment, at least a part of the through hole 50a and the through hole 50c overlap in the horizontal direction, and the distance L1 between the through hole 50a and the through hole 50c in the vertical direction is equal to that of the through hole 50a. It is longer than the length (L2) of each through hole 50c. This can reduce the risk of tearing around the through holes 50a and the through holes 50c even when a vertical force is applied to the diaper 1 when it is worn.

Although the effectiveness of the diaper 1 has been described using the abdominal exterior member 30, the same applies to the back exterior member 40.

=== Other Embodiments ===
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the above embodiments are for the purpose of facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and are not for limiting and interpreting the present invention. Further, it is needless to say that the present invention can be modified or improved without departing from the spirit thereof and that the present invention includes equivalents thereof. For example, the following modifications are possible.

In the above-described embodiment, the through holes 50 are formed in the abdominal exterior member 30 and the back exterior member 40, respectively, but the invention is not limited to this. The through hole 50 may be formed in either the abdominal exterior member 30 or the back exterior member 40. However, by forming the through holes 50 in both the abdominal exterior member 30 and the back exterior member 40, the air permeability of the diaper 1 can be further improved.

Moreover, FIG. 6 is a plan view of the diaper 100 of another embodiment as viewed from the skin side. As shown in FIG. 6, the through hole 50 may be provided only on the lower side where it is easier to sweat, or the through hole 50 may be arranged along the wearer's incision. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the arrangement of the through holes 50 in the abdominal exterior member 30 and the back exterior member 40 may be substantially the same.

In the above-described embodiment, the sheet members 34 and 44 are provided on the skin side of the abdominal exterior member 30 and the back exterior member 40, respectively, but the present invention is not limited to this. The sheet members 34 and 44 may be provided on either the abdominal exterior member 30 or the back exterior member 40, or both may not be provided.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the through hole 50 is provided below the upper end of the absorbent main body 10, and more preferably below the lower end of the sheet member 34, but is not limited to this. The through hole 50 may be formed above the sheet member 34 or above the absorbent body 10. The through-holes 50 can be appropriately disposed in a place such as the abdomen or buttocks where it is easier to sweat. However, by providing below the absorbent main body 10 or below the lower end of the sheet member 34, it is possible to reduce the risk that the strength of the diaper 1 against the vertical force is reduced.

In the above-described embodiment, the lowest elastic member 50u is not discontinuous due to the through hole 50, but the present invention is not limited to this. The lowermost elastic member 50u may be discontinuous. However, it is more preferable that the through hole 50 does not make the lowermost elastic member 50u discontinuous in order to improve the fit of the leg opening 1HL.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the through hole 50 is formed by forming the linear slit along the vertical direction to open the hole, but the present invention is not limited to this. A through hole may be formed by cutting out a range of a certain area, or a curved slit or the like may be formed.
