Abstract

With the soundness and development of the judicial system in China, the public justice of the masses of people to the judicial system, and the call for the supervision of the public and judging work is higher and higher. The method gives full play to and utilizes modern technical means, and the public display is one of important forms for showing the public and transparent trial work for the division situation of a large case and a case generally concerned by the people, and has more important practical significance for popularizing legal education, enhancing the awareness of the people's knowledge and law conservation.

if the directional watching mode is selected, a small light spot which can be clicked by a handle appears at the position of the corresponding court trial personnel in the scene, the spectators can switch the visual angle by pointing the right handle to the small light spot and clicking a right handle button to switch to a video playing interface, the system transmits the video stream recorded by the camera at the corresponding position on site, and the spectators can watch the exclusive video lens at the specific position;
fifthly, when the court trial personnel make a statement, the corresponding small spot of the court trial position can emit red light to remind the audience that the position is expressing the viewpoint, and the audience can click to watch the viewpoint;
if the witness is not on site, the witness is certified in a video or on-site connection mode, the video stream is connected to a video playing interface, the audience can click on the witness to watch the statement, and the characters of 'video recording' or 'on-site connection' appear right above the video;
and seventhly, when the evidence is mentioned, the model of the evidence can be suspended in the middle position of the simulated court scene, the audience can check the specific detail picture of the evidence by pointing to the model and clicking the right handle button, and then clicking and closing the model again, and all the emerging evidence models can be automatically deleted after the case is finished.
Preferably, in step four, if the court trial is viewed, in this state, the right playback can be performed by aligning the left handle with the video interface and then pressing the left handle button all the time to move left, and the court trial process is suspended; by clicking on the right handle back to the latest position, the court trial process will continue at this point.

Thirdly, the audience can simultaneously press the buttons of the left handle and the right handle to pop up a switching window and select a panoramic live broadcast mode and a directional watching mode;
after the case selection successfully enters the corresponding live broadcast room, the initial position of the audience is located in an auditorium, and the live panoramic video of the court trial of the court can be seen through the VR panoramic camera on the site of the real court. Meanwhile, the audience can simultaneously press the buttons of the left handle and the right handle to pop up a switching window to select a panoramic live broadcast mode and a directional viewing mode (appointing to view a certain court trial personnel lens, such as a judge lens).
And fourthly, on the court site, a high-definition camera is arranged in front of each position (such as a judge position, an original position and the like) of the court trial personnel. If the audience selects the directional watching mode, a small light spot which can be clicked by a handle appears at the position of a corresponding court trial personnel in a scene, the audience can point the right handle to the small light spot and click a right handle button to switch the visual angle to a video playing interface, a system transmits a video stream recorded by a camera at a corresponding position on site, and the audience can watch a special video lens at a specific position; if the court trial is watched, in the state, the appropriate playback can be carried out by aligning the left handle with the video interface and then pressing the left handle button all the time to move left, and at the moment, the court trial process is paused; by clicking on the right handle back to the latest position, the court trial process will continue at this point.
And the user can return to the simulated court scene by clicking the exit button and select other operations.
Fifthly, when the court trial personnel make a statement, the corresponding small spot of the court trial position can emit red light to remind the audience that the position is expressing the viewpoint, and the audience can click to watch the viewpoint;
the court site is provided with a sound source detection device, and when in a directional watching mode, if a certain court trial personnel is stating, the corresponding small spot of the court trial position can emit red light to remind the audience that the position is stating the viewpoint and can be clicked for watching. When viewing a specific shot at a specific location, the system automatically detects who is speaking at that location and marks it with a red outline.
If the witness is not on site, the witness is certified in a video or on-site connection mode, the video stream is connected to a video playing interface, the audience can click on the witness to watch the statement, and the characters of 'video recording' or 'on-site connection' appear right above the video;
and seventhly, when the evidence is mentioned, the model of the evidence can be suspended in the middle position of the simulated court scene, the audience can check specific detail pictures of the evidence (the pictures are bound by related personnel in advance) by pointing to the model and clicking a right handle button, and then clicking and closing the model again, so that all the evidence models are automatically deleted after the case is finished.
When the specific detail pictures are viewed, the pictures can be clicked by a left handle and kept in a preset logical box, so that all the kept pictures are collected together, and the audience can deduce the cases in the court trial process. The box is normally hidden, its open button is always in the middle position right above the viewer's view, and the viewer can open it and view its contents by pointing to the button for 3 seconds via the right handle.
The key point of this embodiment is that a novel live broadcast or recorded broadcast method is designed for the audience to watch the court trial process of the open court on line in the VR (virtual reality) environment. The high-quality picture recorded by the high-definition camera can be kept, the audience can perform case deduction more intuitively, and meanwhile, the audience has better immersive experience. If the traditional court trial live broadcast mode is used, firstly, the recording pictures of a plurality of high-definition cameras are spliced in one picture and are compressed inevitably, so that the picture quality is lost; secondly, the court trial process cannot be deeply influenced in the brain of the audience through the video, so that when the audience hears the back, the content in the front is forgotten, the beginning and the end of a case cannot be inferred by self, and the court trial is not meaningful to watch; and finally, watching the video without the scene atmosphere all the time. The live broadcast or recorded broadcast mode designed by the embodiment adopts real-time virtual scene display, so that immersive experience is brought to audiences, and the cases can be better connected in series by the audiences through the arrangement of evidence pictures and the reproduction of a court trial process, so that the purpose of justice of open court trial is better reflected.
In this embodiment, court's field data is transmitted to the server in real time through the panoramic camera, and then transmitted to the live broadcast or recorded broadcast system through the server, and the audience selects the panoramic live broadcast to watch.
