In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
The inventor finds that message pushing interruption can be caused when a problem occurs in a manufacturer server in the prior art, because message pushing is generally carried out by only one manufacturer server in the prior art, when the problem occurs in the manufacturer server, message pushing cannot be continuously carried out. Based on this, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is considered that a plurality of manufacturer servers jointly implement message pushing of a mobile banking system, and in the pushing process, the message pushing process is optimally configured according to the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server in real time, so as to implement high stability of message pushing of the mobile banking system, and improve efficiency and success rate of message pushing of the mobile banking system.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a mobile banking message pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for pushing a mobile banking message in the embodiment of the present invention may include:
step 101, performing message pushing monitoring on mobile phone bank message pushing manufacturer servers, and acquiring message pushing success rate and message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server in real time;
and 102, distributing the message to be pushed to each manufacturer server for message pushing according to the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server.
As can be known from the flow shown in fig. 1, the method for pushing a mobile banking message according to the embodiment of the present invention is different from the technical scheme in the prior art in which the mobile banking message pushing is easily interrupted due to the problem of the manufacturer server, and the method for pushing a mobile banking message distributes a message to be pushed to each manufacturer server for message pushing by acquiring the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server in real time, so as to implement high stability of mobile banking message pushing and improve efficiency and success rate of mobile banking message pushing.
In one embodiment, the monitoring of message pushing performed by the mobile banking message pushing manufacturer server to obtain the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server in real time may include: the monitoring system is installed on the mobile banking message pushing manufacturer server, and can acquire the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server from the message pushing of each manufacturer server in real time. For example, a Web (World Wide Web) monitoring system is installed on a mobile banking message pushing manufacturer server, the Web monitoring system obtains log data of the manufacturer server in real time, and obtains a message pushing success rate and a message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server from the log data.
In order to further improve the accuracy of the success rate of message pushing and the backlog state of message pushing, in an embodiment, the step 101 may be implemented by the following steps, as shown in fig. 2, the method for pushing a message in a mobile banking according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include, in monitoring message pushing performed on a mobile banking message pushing vendor server, and acquiring the success rate of message pushing and the backlog state of message pushing performed by each vendor server in real time:
step 201, acquiring the message pushing quantity and the message pushing success quantity of each manufacturer server in real time; determining the message pushing success rate according to the message pushing quantity and the message pushing success quantity;
step 202, acquiring the message receiving time and the message pushing time of each manufacturer server in real time; and determining the message pushing backlog state according to the message receiving time and the message pushing time.
As can be seen from the flow shown in fig. 2, in the method for pushing messages in a mobile banking network according to the embodiment of the present invention, the message pushing success rate is determined by obtaining the message pushing quantity and the message pushing success quantity of each manufacturer server in real time, and the message pushing backlog state is determined by obtaining the message receiving time and the message pushing time of each manufacturer server in real time, so that the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state can be accurately calculated in real time.
In one embodiment, the message pushing quantity and the message pushing success quantity of each manufacturer server are obtained in real time; determining the message pushing success rate according to the message pushing quantity and the message pushing success quantity may include: the monitoring system obtains the message pushing quantity and the message pushing success quantity of each manufacturer server in real time, and the message pushing success rate is obtained through calculation formulas, for example, the web monitoring system obtains log data of each manufacturer server in real time, and obtains the message pushing quantity and the message pushing success quantity of each manufacturer server from the log data, and the calculation formulas can be: and (4) calculating the message pushing success rate, namely the message pushing success quantity, and dividing the message pushing quantity by 100%.
In one embodiment, the message pushing quantity and the message pushing success quantity of each manufacturer server are obtained in real time; after the message pushing success rate is determined according to the message pushing quantity and the message pushing success quantity, the message receiving time and the message pushing time of each manufacturer server are obtained in real time; and determining the message pushing backlog state according to the message receiving time and the message pushing time. For example, the monitoring system obtains the message receiving time and the message pushing time of each manufacturer server in real time, and the message pushing backlog state is obtained through calculation by using a calculation formula, for example, the web monitoring system obtains log data of each manufacturer server in real time, and obtains the message receiving time and the message pushing time of each manufacturer server from the log data, and the calculation formula may be: and calculating the message pushing backlog state value which is the message pushing time-the message receiving time to obtain the message pushing backlog state.
In one embodiment, after monitoring message pushing of mobile banking message pushing manufacturer servers and acquiring the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server in real time, the message to be pushed is distributed to each manufacturer server for message pushing according to the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server. For example, according to the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server, the total number of the messages to be pushed is combined, and the messages to be pushed are distributed to each manufacturer server for message pushing.
In order to further improve the accuracy of distributing the message to be pushed to each vendor server for message pushing, in an embodiment, the step 102 may be implemented by the following steps, as shown in fig. 3, in the method for pushing a mobile banking message in the embodiment of the present invention, when the message to be pushed is distributed to each vendor server for message pushing according to the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each vendor server, the method may further include:
step 301, determining the message push proportion of each manufacturer server according to the message push success rate and the message push backlog state of each manufacturer server;
and step 302, distributing the message to be pushed to each manufacturer server for message pushing according to the message pushing proportion of each manufacturer server.
As can be known from the flow shown in fig. 3, in the method for pushing a mobile banking message according to the embodiment of the present invention, the message pushing proportion of each vendor server is determined according to the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each vendor server, so that the mobile banking message pushing is kept stable.
In one embodiment, determining the message push proportion of each vendor server according to the message push success rate and the message push backlog state of each vendor server may include: the message push proportion of each vendor server is determined according to the message push success rate and the message push backlog state of each vendor server through a calculation formula, for example, the message push proportion of each vendor server is the ratio between the message push success rate and the message push backlog state value of each vendor server through the calculation formula.
In one embodiment, after the message push proportion of each manufacturer server is determined according to the message push success rate and the message push backlog state of each manufacturer server, the message to be pushed is distributed to each manufacturer server for message push according to the message push proportion of each manufacturer server. For example, the message push ratio of A, B, C vendor server is A, B, C vendor server (message push success rate + message push backlog status value) as: 1 to 2 to 3, the messages to be pushed are distributed to A, B, C vendor servers for message pushing according to the ratio of 1 to 2 to 3, for example, if the number of the messages to be pushed is 600, the messages to be pushed are distributed to A, B, C three vendor servers for message pushing according to the numbers of 100, 200 and 300.
In order to reflect the influence of different time intervals on the success rate of message pushing and the backlog state of message pushing, in an embodiment, the step 102 may further be implemented by the following steps, as shown in fig. 4, in the method for pushing a mobile banking message in an embodiment of the present invention, in distributing a message to be pushed to each vendor server for message pushing according to the success rate of message pushing and the backlog state of message pushing of each vendor server, the method may further include:
step 401, determining the message pushing efficiency of each manufacturer server in each time interval according to the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server;
step 402, determining the message pushing proportion of each manufacturer server in each time interval according to the message pushing efficiency of each manufacturer server in each time interval;
and 403, distributing the message to be pushed to each manufacturer server for message pushing according to the message pushing proportion of each manufacturer server in each time interval.
As can be known from the flow shown in fig. 4, in the method for pushing a mobile banking message according to the embodiment of the present invention, according to the message pushing efficiency of each vendor server in each time interval, the message pushing ratio of each vendor server in each time interval is determined, and according to the message pushing ratio of each vendor server in each time interval, a message to be pushed is distributed to each vendor server for message pushing, so that the message to be pushed is obtained according to the division of the time intervals, and the message pushing ratio of each vendor server in each time interval is obtained, and the message to be pushed is pushed according to the message pushing ratio of each vendor server in each time interval, thereby reflecting the influence of different time intervals on the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state.
In an embodiment, determining the message pushing efficiency of each vendor server in each time interval according to the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each vendor server may include: the message pushing efficiency of each manufacturer server in each time interval is determined according to the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server and the time interval, wherein the time interval comprises one or more of an hour time interval, a day time interval, a week time interval, a month time interval and a year time interval.
In one embodiment, after the message push efficiency of each vendor server in each time interval is determined according to the message push success rate and the message push backlog state of each vendor server, the message push proportion of each vendor server in each time interval is determined according to the message push efficiency of each vendor server in each time interval. For example, the time intervals are divided according to the time intervals, and the time intervals include one or more of hour time intervals, day time intervals, week time intervals, month time intervals and year time intervals, and the message pushing ratio of each manufacturer server in each time interval is determined according to the message pushing efficiency of each manufacturer server in each time interval, for example, according to the hour time interval, according to the message pushing efficiency of each manufacturer server in each hour interval of twenty-four hours, according to the corresponding ratio of the message pushing efficiency to the message pushing ratio of one to one, the message pushing ratio of each manufacturer server in each hour interval of twenty-four hours is determined.
In one embodiment, after the message push proportion of each manufacturer server in each time interval is determined according to the message push efficiency of each manufacturer server in each time interval, the message to be pushed is distributed to each manufacturer server for message push according to the message push proportion of each manufacturer server in each time interval. For example, according to the message pushing ratio of each vendor server in each time interval, the message to be pushed is distributed to each vendor server for message pushing, for example, the message pushing ratio of a certain 4 vendor servers in time interval a is 2: 1: 3: 4, the total number of the messages to be pushed is 1000, the message to be pushed is distributed to the 4 vendor servers according to the number of 200, 100, 300, and 400, and the message pushing is performed in time interval a.
In order to improve the accuracy of distributing the message to be pushed to each vendor server for message pushing, in an embodiment, the step 403 may also be implemented by the following steps, as shown in fig. 5, in the method for pushing a mobile banking message in the embodiment of the present invention, the step of distributing the message to be pushed to each vendor server for message pushing according to the message pushing proportion of each vendor server in each time interval may further include:
step 501, determining a time interval of a message to be pushed;
step 502, distributing the message to be pushed to each manufacturer server for message pushing according to the message pushing proportion of each manufacturer server in the time interval of the message to be pushed.
As can be known from the flow shown in fig. 5, in the method for pushing a mobile banking message according to the embodiment of the present invention, the time interval of the message to be pushed is determined, and the message to be pushed is distributed to each vendor server for message pushing according to the message pushing proportion of each vendor server in the time interval of the message to be pushed, so that the dynamic characteristic of time varying of mobile banking message pushing is embodied, and the message pushing can be performed more accurately and stably.
In one embodiment, the determining the time interval in which the message to be pushed is located may be: the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server are adopted, the time interval where the message to be pushed is located is determined according to the same dividing mode of time interval division, for example, the message pushing success rate and the message pushing backlog state of each manufacturer server are adopted, and the hour time interval where the message to be pushed is located when the message to be pushed needs to be pushed is determined according to the hour time interval and the dividing mode of the hour time interval.
In one embodiment, after the time interval of the message to be pushed is determined, the message to be pushed is distributed to each manufacturer server for message pushing according to the message pushing proportion of each manufacturer server in the time interval of the message to be pushed. For example, according to the hour time interval, the message to be pushed is distributed to each manufacturer server for message pushing according to the message pushing proportion of each manufacturer server in the hour time interval in which the message to be pushed is located, for example, according to the hour time interval, the hour time interval in which the message to be pushed needs to be pushed is eight am to nine am, and according to the message pushing proportion of each manufacturer server in eight am to nine am, the message to be pushed is distributed to each manufacturer server for message pushing.
In order to increase the controllability of message pushing of the mobile banking system, in one embodiment, the message pushing proportion of each manufacturer server is adjusted according to the received proportion adjusting request. For example, according to the message push success rate and the message push backlog state of the vendor server A, B, the determined message push ratio is 1.8:1, and the message push ratio of the vendor server A, B is adjusted to 2: 1. in an embodiment, the scale adjustment request may be submitted by the user through a cell phone bank.
