for the abnormal use rate of the communication server disk, the workstation assembles an operation and maintenance command according to the file or directory name in the received abnormal information content and sends the operation and maintenance command to the communication server to obtain a compressed packet of the file or directory, and a human-computer interaction interface displays the abnormal information and a compressed packet path and prompts operation and maintenance personnel to process the abnormal information and the compressed packet path;
the protocol software module processes the error reporting exception of the terminal message flow, and the workstation acquires the prestored protocol specification and the relevant content of the correct message interaction flow according to the information such as the power protocol type, the service type and the like in the received exception information content, displays the information on a human-computer interaction interface, and is convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to compare and refer when analyzing and processing exception information;
(3) and the workstation stores a pre-constructed inspection operation and maintenance command library according to the third abnormal feature library, wherein the pre-constructed inspection operation and maintenance command library comprises but is not limited to the following operation and maintenance commands realized through software programming:
checking a network card state command of a communication server;
checking a communication software module working state command of the communication server;
checking the on-off state command of the communication port of the communication server terminal;
checking the link state command of the communication server terminal channel;
checking communication server CPU occupancy rate, memory occupancy rate and disk usage rate commands;
checking whether the message log of the terminal is processed by the protocol software module of the prepositive server to report an error command;
checking an information interaction state command between the front server and the SCADA background;
checking whether the remote signaling and telemetering data of a terminal channel between the main machine and the standby machine of the front server are synchronous or not;
(4) the workstation periodically issues operation and maintenance commands to the front-end server or the communication server to execute according to the inspection operation command library;
(5) the workstation receives the abnormal information of the front server or the communication server, writes the abnormal information into an abnormal information historical library, is used for big data analysis and perfecting an automatic operation and maintenance management process, and displays the abnormal information which is not successfully eliminated on a human-computer interaction interface;
(6) if the third abnormal coping strategy library has a coping strategy corresponding to the abnormality, the workstation operation and maintenance command assembly module acquires information such as a command name and a command parameter, assembles the operation and maintenance command of the repairing operation according to the operation and maintenance command format, sends the operation and maintenance command to a corresponding front-end server or a communication server for execution, tries to eliminate the abnormality and avoids causing system faults; if the third exception coping strategy library has no solution, prompting operation and maintenance personnel to manually handle the exception;
(7) when an operation and maintenance worker carries out manual operation and maintenance patrol inspection operation, the workstation operation and maintenance command assembly module acquires a command name and command parameters input by the operation and maintenance worker, inquires information such as a target server, a terminal and a channel acquired by a power distribution automation system, and transmits an operation and maintenance command of the assembly diagnosis operation to a front-end server or a communication server for execution;
(8) the workstation records the step of manually processing the exception by the operation and maintenance personnel, and if the exception is successfully solved, the step of manually processing is taken as a coping strategy of the exception and added to a third exception coping strategy library; otherwise, deleting the previous record;
step 4, the safety first-zone front-end server or the safety access zone communication server receives the operation and maintenance command issuing message, executes corresponding processing operation and sends the execution result to the workstation;
the method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) the prepositive server or the communication server configures an operation and maintenance command forbidden to be executed according to security and protection requirements;
(2) the server receives the operation and maintenance command issuing message, and analyzes the command name, the command parameter, the command priority, the issuing server, the target server and other information;
(3) if the target server is not local or the operation and maintenance command is forbidden to operate, the operation and maintenance command is not processed;
(4) if a plurality of operation and maintenance commands are received at the same time, the operation and maintenance commands are executed in sequence according to the priority of the operation and maintenance commands;
(5) the server returns the execution result to the workstation;
step 5, the workstation or the front server receives the operation and maintenance command execution result returned in the step 4, compares the operation and maintenance command execution result with a normal result, displays the original operation and maintenance command execution result returned in the step 4 on the human-computer interaction interface, and gives an analysis conclusion and a troubleshooting step for the abnormal result to be referred by operation and maintenance personnel during further processing;
the method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) when the prepositive server and the communication server stably run without exception, executing the operation and maintenance command to obtain an execution result, and constructing a normal result library for executing the operation and maintenance command when the system runs without exception;

firstly, executing a command for checking the network card state of the communication server, and returning a result that the network card state is normal;
executing a command for checking the state of the communication software module of the communication server, and returning a result of normal working of the state of the communication software module;
checking whether the message log of the terminal is processed by the protocol software module of the front-end server to report an error command or not, and returning a result that the related log does not process the error report;
(2) according to the operation and maintenance management experience of the distribution network automation system, an abnormal result reason library executed by an operation and maintenance command is input in advance, and the abnormal result reason library is continuously supplemented and perfected in the subsequent actual abnormal elimination process;
for example, the reason why the operation and maintenance command of the message log of the terminal is processed by executing the software module for checking the protocol of the front-end server and the error reporting exception result is returned is as follows:
firstly, the related business process of the protocol software module does not completely complete the related message processing function according to the protocol specification; message receiving and sending disorder is caused by communication link abnormality of the terminal channel, and further protocol software module processing abnormality is caused;

checking whether a protocol software module carries out message processing according to protocol specifications;
(4) when the execution result of the operation and maintenance command is inconsistent with the normal result, inquiring an abnormal result reason library and giving the relevant reasons of the abnormal result;
(5) and (5) diagnosing and processing the operation and maintenance personnel according to the checking step library.

as shown in fig. 1, an operation and maintenance system supporting cross-power safety access area includes:
a plurality of groups of communication servers of a safety access area, a plurality of groups of workstations and front-end servers of a safety area;
the workstation of the first safety area and the front server carry out bidirectional data communication through the network of the first safety area;
the safety first-zone workstation or the front-end server carries out one-way data communication through a safety first-zone network, a forward isolation device and a safety access zone network to complete the issuing of operation and maintenance commands of the safety first-zone workstation or the front-end server across the safety access zone;
the safety access area communication server carries out one-way data communication through a reverse isolation and safety first area network to finish the uploading of the command execution result of the safety access area;
and the safe one-zone workstation or the front server receives the command execution result and displays the command execution result.
The operation and maintenance method in embodiment 1 is executed on this system.
The method of the invention enables the operation and maintenance personnel to directly inquire the relevant operation and maintenance information on other front-end servers in the first safety area on any workstation or front-end server in the first safety area without switching and logging in the target front-end server, thereby avoiding unnecessary time waste; the operation and maintenance personnel can also inquire related operation and maintenance information on the communication server across the safety access area, and do not need to enter a machine room of the safety access area to log in the communication server, so that the daily operation and maintenance work is more efficient and safer.

the safety access area communication server eliminates and processes the monitored abnormality according to a first abnormality coping strategy library according to a first abnormality characteristic library which is constructed in advance, writes unsuccessfully processed abnormality information and a solution result into a file, and sends a safety first area corresponding front-end server through a reverse isolation device;
the safety first-zone front-end server eliminates and processes the monitored abnormality according to a second abnormality coping strategy library according to a second abnormality characteristic library which is constructed in advance, and sends the unsuccessfully processed abnormality information and the solution result to a safety first-zone workstation through a network; the front-end server analyzes the file from the communication server, acquires abnormal information which cannot be eliminated by the communication server, assembles an operation and maintenance command according to a second abnormal coping strategy library, and sends a standby communication server to execute the operation and maintenance command or forwards the abnormal information of the communication server to the workstation through a network;
the safety first-zone workstation transmits an operation and maintenance command of repair operation to a front-end server or a communication server for execution according to a prestored third abnormal feature library and a received abnormal processing result and according to a third abnormal coping strategy library;
the safety first area preposition server or the safety access area communication server receives the operation and maintenance command, executes corresponding processing operation and sends the execution result to the workstation.

The operation and maintenance method supporting cross-power security access area according to claim 1, wherein: the first abnormal feature library is stored on the communication server, and the priority of the first abnormal feature library to be processed is preset, and the first abnormal feature library comprises:
the CPU occupancy rate, the memory occupancy rate and the disk utilization rate of the communication server exceed the preset normal threshold range; the network card of the communication server is in a LINK DOWN state; the communication server communication software module does not work, the communication link of the connected terminal is broken, and the communication port is closed.
3. The operation and maintenance method supporting cross-power security access area according to claim 2, wherein: the first exception handling policy repository is stored on a communication server and comprises:
if the inquired process is not a key process of the distribution automation system, closing the process; otherwise, writing the inquired information of the process and the related abnormal information which is caused into the E file;
the utilization rate of the disk exceeds the preset normal threshold range, and the duration reaches the preset time, inquiring the file or directory causing the abnormality, performing compression backup on the related file or directory, and writing the information of the file or directory causing the abnormality into the E file;
the network card is in a LINK DOWN state, the network card is restarted through an operating system command, and if the abnormality cannot be solved, the abnormal information of the network card is written into an E file;
the communication software module does not work, and the software is restarted after the set working overtime time is reached;
a terminal communication link is broken, and a standby channel is switched; closing the communication port and automatically restarting the single port; and if the terminal access abnormity is not successfully solved, writing the abnormal information into an E file.

The operation and maintenance method supporting cross-power security access area according to claim 3, wherein: the reverse isolation device scans the storage directory of the E file in the communication server at regular time and sends the scanned E file to the safety first-zone front-end server.
5. The operation and maintenance method supporting cross-power security access area according to claim 1, wherein: the second abnormal feature library is stored in the front-end server, and the priority of the second abnormal feature library to be processed is preset, including:
the prepositive server protocol software module processes the error report of the terminal message flow;
the working conditions of the terminal channels between the main machine and the standby machine of the front-end server are asynchronous;
and the information interaction between the front-end server and the SCADA background fails.
6. The operation and maintenance method supporting cross-power security access area according to claim 5, wherein: the second exception handling policy repository is stored in the front-end server and includes:
for the network card LINK DOWN abnormity which is not eliminated by the communication server, the operation and maintenance service software module of the front-end server forwards the abnormal information to the workstation;
for the communication software module which is not eliminated by the communication server, such as non-working, communication port closing and terminal channel access abnormity, the operation and maintenance service software module of the front-end server assembles related communication port and channel information into an operation and maintenance command, sends a standby communication server to execute the operation and maintenance command, and starts the communication port to take over a related channel by the standby server;
for the abnormality that the CPU occupation rate, the memory occupation rate and the disk utilization rate which are not eliminated by the communication server exceed the normal threshold range, the operation and maintenance service software module of the front-end server forwards the abnormal information to the workstation;
processing a terminal message flow error report by a protocol software module, checking a preposed protocol log and a terminal channel message log, and acquiring related terminal channel, power protocol type and service type information; sending the assembled operation and maintenance command for inquiring the terminal communication log to a communication server, and checking and analyzing terminal channel communication log information returned by the communication server by a front-end server operation and maintenance service software module; if the protocol software processing is abnormal due to the fact that the communication link quality is poor, the operation and maintenance command for switching the terminal communication link is assembled by the operation and maintenance service software module of the front-end server, and the communication server is sent; if the communication link problem is not the problem, the abnormal information and the related log are sent to the workstation;
for the failure of information interaction between the front-end server and the SCADA background, the operation and maintenance service software module of the front-end server checks related logs or alarm contents, judges whether the software module receiving the SCADA message is abnormal or sends the abnormal software module of the SCADA message, and restarts the abnormal software module;
and for the condition state asynchronization of the terminal channel between the main machine and the standby machine of the front-end server, the operation and maintenance service software module of the front-end server inquires the related logs of the software module responsible for synchronization, acquires the related terminal channel information, synchronizes all the data related to the terminal channel with a commercial database of the system, assembles the operation and maintenance command of the condition state information of the synchronous terminal channel and sends the operation and maintenance command of the standby front-end server to execute.

The operation and maintenance method supporting cross-power security access area according to claim 1, wherein: the front server analyzes the file from the communication server, acquires abnormal information which cannot be eliminated by the communication server, and assembles an operation and maintenance command according to a second abnormal coping strategy library to send a standby communication server to execute or forward the abnormal information of the communication server to a workstation through a network, wherein the operation and maintenance command comprises:
the front-end server analyzes the E file sent by the reverse isolation device, obtains abnormal information of processing failure of the communication server, and according to a second abnormal coping strategy library on the front-end server, if the access of the terminal channel is abnormal, an operation and maintenance command is assembled to send a standby communication server, and a communication port is opened and the operation of taking over the relevant terminal channel is executed; otherwise, the abnormal information of the communication server is forwarded to the workstation through the network.
