Abstract
The invention discloses an electric shock prevention device for overhauling a compartment of a circuit breaker of a middle handcart type switch cabinet, which is placed in a middle switch cabinet and used for shielding a valve mechanism when the valve mechanism is in an open state. In the using process of the invention, enough safety distance can be kept between the maintainer and the electrified body, the safety of the maintainer in the overhauling process is ensured, the safety and the reliability of the overhauling work are improved, and the overhauling time is shortened.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electric power engineering, and particularly relates to a circuit breaker overhauling device for a centrally installed switchgear.
Background
The switch cabinet is a main component of a distribution network. The 10kV switchyard and 10kV low-voltage side equipment in the transformer substation mostly adopt a middle handcart type switch cabinet. The high-voltage centrally installed switchgear switch is a full-scale armored movable alternating-current metal-enclosed switchgear, occupies a small area, is convenient to install and use, and is widely applied to a power system. However, the central switch cabinet also has disadvantages, and since the equipment manufacturer does not consider the maintenance, defect elimination and maintenance requirements of the maintenance unit when the internal fault of the circuit breaker cabinet is processed in the design and manufacturing source links, when the maintenance staff pulls out the handcart switch, the staff has great personal safety risks in the maintenance work without power cut on the bus side of the switch cabinet because the valve mechanism of the circuit breaker cabinet has no locking function.
When a handcart type circuit breaker cabinet static contact baffle operates in practice, the action principle is as follows: when the circuit breaker is pushed into the handcart chamber, the roller is pressed, the roller is stressed, the baffle is lifted up through the connecting rod, and then the moving contact enters the static contact chamber, so that the circuit breaker is in a working position. When the circuit breaker is pulled out of the handcart room, the roller is not stressed, and the baffle plate is restored to the original position. Generally, when an operation and maintenance maintainer performs maintenance and repair operation on an indoor handcart type circuit breaker cabinet, due to reasons such as power grid risks and customer power supply, buses of the circuit breaker cabinet run in an electrified mode, namely, fixed contacts on the sides of the buses of the circuit breaker cabinet are in an electrified state. The operation and maintenance personnel can manually open the baffle at the bus side (line side) in the operation process, so that personal casualty accidents are easily caused, and the operation risk is huge.
Due to working reasons of the car type circuit breaker cabinet, after the valve mechanism is opened by manpower, operation and maintenance staff must keep an opening state for a long time by depending on the manpower, only can carry out simple visual inspection and appearance inspection, and cannot carry out normal and standard inspection, maintenance and fault treatment, and the safety distance between a charged body behind the valve and a human body cannot be effectively guaranteed.
Therefore, based on the objective current situation of the indoor handcart type circuit breaker, the practical operation, maintenance and overhaul conditions are combined, so that the equipment can safely and normatively carry out the related work of daily inspection, maintenance, overhaul, phasing and fault treatment, and the research work of the compartment safety baffle device of the circuit breaker of the centrally installed switchgear is carried out.

Aiming at the problems that the existing related cabinet structure does not consider the fault and charged state of elements in the cabinet to carry out maintenance treatment, and cannot solve the temporary defects, fault maintenance and maintenance inspection treatment work in the running state of equipment in a high-voltage middle-mounted switch cabinet box, the invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the compartment maintenance and electric shock prevention device for the circuit breaker of the middle-mounted handcart type switch cabinet, and solving the problems and damages of discharge, mistaken touch of charged equipment and the like which may occur in the middle-mounted switch cabinet maintenance, fault treatment and charged test.

Preferably, the insulating handle and the supporting bracket are fixed on the insulating safety baffle by adopting fixing screws and simultaneously press and fix the grounding copper bar.
Preferably, the two grounding copper bars are arranged and are L-shaped, the transverse side edges of the two grounding copper bars are parallel up and down, the free end of the vertical side edge is provided with a connecting sheet, an interval space is arranged in front of the connecting sheet and the insulating safety baffle plate, and the connecting sheets of the two grounding copper bars are stacked and fixedly connected through a connecting bolt.
