In order to make up for the defects of the prior art and solve the problem that the traditional scheme cannot conveniently and quickly splice and fix the screens again when a DLP screen temporarily needs to change the combination mode of the screens, change the screens with different specifications or increase or reduce the number of the screens in the prior art, the invention provides a DLP screen frame.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the DLP screen frame comprises a telescopic module and a relaxation module; the telescopic module comprises a straight plate, a first plate, a telescopic plate, pin holes, positioning holes, pins, a positioning plate and compression springs; the straight plate, the first plate and the telescopic plate are connected and enclosed into a frame shape; the two straight plates are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end; two first plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the straight plate; the two expansion plates are respectively positioned between the first plates at two sides; the upper end and the lower end of each expansion plate are provided with pin holes; one end of each first plate adjacent to the straight plate is connected with the straight plate, and a group of positioning holes are formed in the first plate; pins are inserted into the pin holes and the positioning holes; one end of each first plate facing the telescopic plate is provided with a positioning groove; a positioning plate is fixedly connected to the inner part of one end, facing the straight plate, of each positioning groove; one end of the positioning plate facing the telescopic plate is fixedly connected with a compression spring;
when the splicing screen is in work, when the combination modes of all the splicing screens are different or screens with different specifications are changed, screen frames with different specifications are required to be spliced and fixed;
therefore, the invention is provided with the telescopic module; firstly, stretching the upper end of a telescopic plate to enter a first plate through a positioning groove, enabling a pin hole at the upper end of the telescopic plate to correspond to the positioning hole at the corresponding position of the first plate, and then penetrating a pin through the positioning hole and the pin hole; then, the lower end of the expansion plate is stretched to enter the first plate through the positioning groove, so that the pin hole at the lower end of the expansion plate corresponds to the positioning hole at the corresponding position of the first plate, and then the pin passes through the positioning hole and the pin hole; when the retractable plate enters the first plate, the retractable plate compresses the compression spring towards the direction of the positioning plate, and after the pin penetrates into the pin hole, the compression spring compresses the retractable plate towards the middle part, so that the pin hole compresses the pin, and the pin is not easy to shake in the pin hole;
compared with the traditional technical scheme, when the DLP screen temporarily needs to change the combination mode of the screens, change the screens with different specifications or increase or decrease the number of the screens, the screens cannot be spliced and fixed again conveniently and quickly; the invention is provided with the expansion plate and the compression spring; the size of the screen frame is adjusted by adjusting the fixed positions of the pin holes on the telescopic plate and the positioning holes on the first plate; the screen frame is more convenient and faster to be suitable for screens with different specifications.
Preferably, the corner of each straight plate connected with one plate is provided with an elastic extrusion piece; two ends of the elastic extrusion piece are respectively and fixedly connected with the straight plate and the first plate; when the screen frame works, the elastic extrusion pieces are arranged at the four corners of the screen frame; when the DLP screen is installed on the screen frame, the corners of the DLP screen extrude the elastic extrusion pieces towards the corners of the screen frame, and meanwhile, the elastic extrusion pieces also have reaction force on the DLP screen, so that the combination between the DLP screens is tighter, and the combination between the DLP screen and the frame is tighter; the connection tightness of the DLP screen frame is improved by arranging the elastic extrusion piece.
Preferably, the corrugated plates are arranged on the inner sides of the first plate and the expansion plate; two ends of the corrugated plate are connected with the first plate; when the DLP screen frame works, the corrugated plates are arranged on the inner sides of the two sides of the DLP screen frame, so that when the DLP screen extrudes the corrugated plates, the DLP screens are combined more tightly due to the reaction force of the corrugated plates on the DLP screens, and gaps among the DLP screens are reduced; meanwhile, the DLP screen is not contacted with the uneven position between the expansion plate and the first plate; the tightness of connection of the DLP screen by the DLP screen frame is further improved.
Preferably, the relaxation module comprises a protrusion groove, a sliding block and a sliding groove; the extension groove is formed in the upper end of the first plate at the upper end; the lower end of the corrugated plate is fixedly connected with the first plate at the lower end, and the upper end of the corrugated plate penetrates through the extending groove; the upper end of the corrugated plate is fixedly connected with a sliding block; the outer side of the first plate at the upper end is provided with a sliding chute; the sliding block is connected with the sliding groove in a sliding manner; when the DLP screen is in work, the relaxation module is arranged, and when the DLP screen needs to be taken out; firstly, horizontally placing a DLP screen frame on the ground; then, the sliding block is manually slid along the sliding groove to the telescopic plate, so that the sliding block drives one end of the corrugated plate to stretch and extend along the sliding groove, the radian of the corrugated plate is reduced, the gap between the corrugated plate and the DLP screen is enlarged, and the DLP screen can be more easily detached from the DLP screen frame; through operation slider along the spout slip, adjust the compactness between buckled plate and the DLP screen, further improved the convenience of DLP screen frame operation.
Preferably, one end of the pin towards the outer side is fixedly connected with a flexible rope; the other end of the flexible rope is fixedly connected with one end of the first plate facing the expansion plate; when the device works, the flexible rope is arranged on the pin, so that when the size of the DLP screen frame is adjusted, the pin is manually taken out from one positioning hole, the length of the telescopic plate is adjusted, and finally, the pin is always connected to the first plate in the process of inserting the pin into the other positioning hole, so that the pin is prevented from being lost due to other operation errors in the midway; the continuity of the DLP screen frame operation process is improved.
Preferably, the upper end of the positioning plate provided with the extending groove is fixedly connected with an extrusion spring; the other end of the extrusion spring is in contact with the corrugated plate; when the device works, the upper end of the positioning plate is provided with the extrusion spring; one end of the corrugated plate passes through the first plate through the extending groove, so that the corrugated plate is extruded by the extruding spring, and the corrugated plate is combined with the first plate more tightly; when the DLP screen extrudes and tightly presses the corrugated plate, one end of the corrugated plate cannot easily extend out of one end of the extending groove, so that the tightly pressing effect of the corrugated plate is influenced; the effect of combining between DLP screen frame and the DLP screen is improved.

According to the DLP screen frame, the corrugated plates are arranged on the inner sides of the two sides of the DLP screen frame, so that when the corrugated plates are extruded by a DLP screen, the combination of the DLP screens is tighter due to the reaction force of the corrugated plates on the DLP screen, and gaps between the DLP screens are reduced; meanwhile, the DLP screen is not contacted with the uneven position between the expansion plate and the first plate; the tightness of DLP screen connection caused by the DLP screen frame is further improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the corrugated plate 3 is placed inside the first number plate 12 and the expansion plate 13; two ends of the corrugated plate 3 are connected with a first plate 12; when the DLP screen frame works, the corrugated plates 3 are arranged on the inner sides of the two sides of the DLP screen frame, so that when the DLP screen extrudes the corrugated plates 3, the DLP screens are combined more tightly by the reaction force of the corrugated plates 3 on the DLP screens, and gaps among the DLP screens are reduced; meanwhile, the DLP screen is not contacted with the uneven position between the expansion plate 13 and the first plate 12; the tightness of connection of the DLP screen by the DLP screen frame is further improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the relaxation module 4 includes a protrusion groove 41, a slider 42, and a slide groove 43; the extending groove 41 is formed in the upper end of the first plate 12 at the upper end; the lower end of the corrugated plate 3 is fixedly connected with the first plate 12 at the lower end, and the upper end of the corrugated plate 3 passes through the extending groove 41; the upper end of the corrugated plate 3 is fixedly connected with a sliding block 42; the outer side of the first plate 12 at the upper end is provided with a sliding groove 43; the sliding block 42 is connected with the sliding groove 43 in a sliding manner; when the DLP screen is in work, the relaxation module 4 is arranged, and when the DLP screen needs to be taken out; firstly, horizontally placing a DLP screen frame on the ground; then, the sliding block 42 is manually slid along the sliding groove 43 towards the telescopic plate 13, so that the sliding block 42 drives one end of the corrugated plate 3 to stretch and extend along the sliding groove 43, the corrugation radian of the corrugated plate 3 is reduced, a gap between the corrugated plate 3 and a DLP screen is enlarged, and the DLP screen can be more easily detached from a DLP screen frame; the tightness between the corrugated plate 3 and the DLP screen is adjusted by sliding the operation sliding block 42 along the sliding groove 43, so that the convenience of the operation of the DLP screen frame is further improved.
As an embodiment of the invention, a flexible rope 5 is fixedly connected to one end of the pin 16 facing to the outside; the other end of the flexible rope 5 is fixedly connected with one end of the first plate 12 facing the expansion plate 13; when the DLP screen frame is in operation, the flexible rope 5 is arranged on the pin 16, so that when the size of the DLP screen frame is adjusted, the pin 16 is manually taken out of one positioning hole 15, the length of the telescopic plate 13 is adjusted, and finally, in the process of inserting the pin 16 into the other positioning hole 15, the pin 16 is always connected to the first plate 12, and the pin 16 is prevented from being lost due to other operation errors in the midway; the continuity of the DLP screen frame operation process is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, an extrusion spring 6 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the positioning plate 17 provided with the protrusion groove 41; the other end of the extrusion spring 6 is in contact with the corrugated plate 3; when the device works, the upper end of the positioning plate 17 is provided with the extrusion spring 6; since one end of the corrugated plate 3 passes through the first plate 12 through the protrusion groove 41, the pressing spring 6 presses the corrugated plate 3, so that the corrugated plate 3 is more tightly combined with the first plate 12; when the DLP screen extrudes and tightly presses the corrugated plate 3, one end of the corrugated plate 3 cannot easily extend out of one end of the extending groove 41, so that the tightly pressing effect of the corrugated plate 3 is influenced; the effect of combining between DLP screen frame and the DLP screen is improved.
The specific working process is as follows:
when the combination modes of the spliced screens are different or screens with different specifications are changed, screen frames with different specifications are required to be spliced and fixed; therefore, the invention is provided with the telescopic module 1; firstly, the upper end of a telescopic plate 13 is stretched to enter a first plate 12 through a positioning groove 19, so that a pin hole 14 at the upper end of the telescopic plate 13 corresponds to a positioning hole 15 at the corresponding position of the first plate 12, and then a pin 16 passes through the positioning hole 15 and the pin hole 14; then, the lower end of the telescopic plate 13 is stretched to enter the first plate 12 through the positioning groove 19, so that the pin hole 14 at the lower end of the telescopic plate 13 corresponds to the positioning hole 15 at the corresponding position of the first plate 12, and then the pin 16 passes through the positioning hole 15 and the pin hole 14; therefore, by arranging the relaxation module 4, when the DLP screen needs to be taken out; firstly, horizontally placing a DLP screen frame on the ground; then, the sliding block 42 is manually slid along the sliding groove 43 towards the telescopic plate 13, so that the sliding block 42 drives one end of the corrugated plate 3 to stretch and extend along the sliding groove 43, the radian of the corrugation of the corrugated plate 3 is reduced, the gap between the corrugated plate 3 and the DLP screen is enlarged, and the DLP screen can be more easily detached from the DLP screen frame; the tightness between the corrugated plate 3 and the DLP screen is adjusted by sliding the operation sliding block 42 along the sliding groove 43, so that the convenience of the operation of the DLP screen frame is further improved; because the flexible rope 5 is arranged on the pin 16, when the size of the DLP screen frame is adjusted, the pin 16 is manually taken out from one positioning hole 15, the length of the telescopic plate 13 is adjusted, and finally, in the process of inserting the pin 16 into the other positioning hole 15, the pin 16 is always connected to the first plate 12, so that the pin 16 is prevented from being lost due to other operation errors in the midway; the continuity of the DLP screen frame operation process is improved; because the invention is provided with the extrusion spring 6 at the upper end of the positioning plate 17; one end of the corrugated plate 3 passes through the first plate 12 through the protrusion groove 41, so that the compression spring 6 compresses the corrugated plate 3, and the corrugated plate 3 is combined with the first plate 12 more tightly; when the DLP screen extrudes and tightly presses the corrugated plate 3, one end of the corrugated plate 3 cannot easily extend out of one end of the extending groove 41, so that the tightly pressing effect of the corrugated plate 3 is influenced; the effect of combining between DLP screen frame and the DLP screen is improved.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are based on the observation angle of the person, the side of the device facing the observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and so on.
