Fig. 4 is an exemplary flowchart of a method for implementing an on-line fresh food purchase according to the fresh food integration method of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the method of this embodiment includes the steps of:

Fig. 5A is a schematic structural diagram of an online fresh food purchasing integrated device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5A, the online shopping fresh food integration apparatus 500 of this embodiment includes a network interface (not shown), a purchaser information collecting device 540, a control device (not shown), a conveyor belt 510, an integration shelf 520, and a side conveyor 530. The network interface is used for receiving buyer information from the online fresh food purchasing platform, the buyer information corresponds to a buyer who purchases fresh goods in the current turn of a food purchasing area of the online fresh food purchasing platform, and the food purchasing area corresponds to a distribution point where the online fresh food purchasing integrated equipment is located. The online shopping fresh food platform can be the online shopping fresh food platform related to the online shopping fresh food integration method based on the online shopping fresh food platform, and related description contents can be used for describing related functions of the online shopping fresh food integration device. Based on the foregoing, the dish purchasing regions may be provided by the online fresh food purchasing platform, each dish purchasing region corresponds to a distribution point, each distribution point corresponds to a distribution range, and the online fresh food purchasing integrated device 500 corresponds to a distribution point. Each distribution point comprises at least one online fresh food integrated device 500.
The network interface can adopt a wired network interface or a wireless network interface and is used for being in communication connection with a dish market website so as to receive buyer information, and if necessary, the information that the fresh food of the buyer arrives at the distribution point can be sent to the buyer terminal so that the buyer can inquire the real-time information such as the position of the fresh food purchased, the number of the integrated pieces, the arrival link and the like.
The buyer information collecting device 540 is used for identifying the surface sheet of the fresh goods and obtaining the buyer information corresponding to the fresh goods.
The control device is used for configuring the integration lattices for the buyers according to the buyer information, and the integration lattices correspond to the buyers one by one.
The conveyer belt 510 is used to convey fresh goods corresponding to the purchaser information in a first direction D1. Referring to fig. 5A, the conveyor 510 is in the shape of an endless track of a playing field, and the first direction D1 refers to a direction along the track. The orientation shown in fig. 5A is not intended to limit the specific orientation of the first direction D1, and in other embodiments, the first direction D1 may be the opposite direction of the first direction D1 shown in fig. 5A. The conveyor belt can be in a linear shape or other geometric shapes according to actual requirements, and can be in one layer or more than one layer, in this embodiment, the conveyor belt is in a layer of closed loop shape connected end to end and driven by a motor.
The integration compartments 520 are provided at both sides of the conveyor belt 510 for receiving fresh goods. Referring to fig. 5A, the integration lattices 520 are symmetrically arranged at both sides of the conveyor belt 510. For the conveyor belt in the shape of the circular track, the two ends of the conveyor belt are semicircular, the arranged integration lattices 520 are sparsely distributed, and the arranged integration lattices 520 are more densely distributed on the straight line part of the shape of the circular track. The distribution of the integration grids 520 shown in fig. 5A is merely an example and is not intended to limit the specific distribution of the integration grids. The integration grids 520 are the regional spaces for the freshness of the same buyer, and can be the space ranges of bins, boxes, bags or planes, and each buyer corresponds to one integration grid 520 during integration, and the integration grids are used for integrating the freshness of the same buyer.
The side conveyor 530 is disposed on the conveyor belt 510, and when fresh goods purchased by a buyer are transported by the conveyor belt 510 to a position of the integration compartment 520 corresponding to the buyer, the control device controls the side conveyor 530 to convey the fresh goods into the integration compartment 520 along the second direction D2 for distribution, wherein the first direction D1 is arranged to intersect with the second direction D2. Referring to fig. 5A, the second direction D2 intersects with and is perpendicular to the first direction D1. As shown in FIG. 5A, the second direction D2 includes two directions, one toward the cells on one side of the belt and the other toward the cells on the other side of the belt. Thus, there is an opposite second direction D2 for bins located on both sides of the conveyor belt. In one embodiment, the lateral conveyor 530 is a belt type, and is disposed on the conveyor 510 and arranged uniformly along the conveyor 510, and the conveying direction intersects with the moving direction of the conveyor 510 for conveying the fresh food to the integration compartment 520.
Referring to fig. 5A, for example, with one lateral conveyer 531 and two integration compartments y1, y2, assuming that the integration compartment number y1 corresponding to the buyer information x, when the conveyer belt 510 carries the fresh goods of the buyer information x to the position of the integration compartment y1 along the first direction D1, the lateral conveyer 531 moves along the second direction D2 toward the integration compartment y1, so that the fresh goods fall into the integration compartment y 1.
In some embodiments, the buyer information collecting device 540 comprises an image collecting device and a mounting component, which are disposed above the conveyor belt 510, and is used for collecting the buyer information printed or hand-written on the online fresh facial sheet or the online fresh packaging facial sheet and transmitting the buyer information to the control device, so that the buyer number and the number of the fresh pieces can be identified by using computer image processing technology.
In some embodiments, the online shopping fresh food integrated device 500 further includes a display 550 disposed on the integration shelf 520 for displaying buyer information. Referring to fig. 5A, the display device 550 is a digital display device, and is disposed on the outer side of each integrated cell 520, and displays the buyer number and the number of the fresh products for easy checking when receiving, so as to reduce errors and omissions.
In some embodiments, the online fresh food purchasing integrated device 500 further includes a recycling grid 560 disposed at the side of the conveyor belt 510 for collecting the fresh food which is not identified, exceeds the integrated grid number or the non-local food purchasing area, and conveying the fresh food which is not identified, exceeds the integrated grid number or the non-local food purchasing area to the recycling grid 560 for being taken out for re-identification or other manual processing.
In some embodiments, the control means further configures the buyer with a package according to a delivery route planned according to a plurality of buyer information within a delivery range of the delivery point. In these embodiments, the delivery route may be planned by the online shopping delicacy platform, or by the online shopping delicacy integrated device, or may be planned by an executive body of a third party, such as but not limited to a personal computer, a mobile terminal, and the like.
In some embodiments, the control means further configures the buyers with integration boxes according to unique numbers of the buyers, the order of the unique numbers corresponding to the order of the delivery routes.
The control means is electrically connected to the network interface, the display means 550, the purchaser information collecting means 540, the conveyor belt 510, and the side conveyor 520, respectively. During operation, the control device receives the buyer information of the current round in the current dish purchasing area of the dish city website through the network interface, configures the integration grids according to the sequence of the received buyer information, namely configures the integration grids according to the sequence of the numbers, the integration grids are sequentially arranged from one side of the conveyor belt 510 to the other side of the conveyor belt 510 so as to be convenient for the sequential collection after the integration, and displays the number of the buyer and the number of the fresh items of the buyer on the integration grids 520. The buyer information collecting device 540 collects the buyer information on the fresh noodle sheet or the fresh packaging noodle sheet, when the conveying belt 510 conveys the fresh of the buyer to the position of the integration grid 520 corresponding to the buyer, the control device controls the lateral conveying device 530 to move, and the fresh of the buyer is conveyed into the integration grid 520 with the same number as the buyer; after the integration is finished, delivery personnel collect the fresh food on each integration grid 520 in sequence, place the fresh food on the vehicle in sequence and deliver the fresh food in sequence.
The online fresh food purchasing integrated equipment 500 can also be provided with more than one buyer information acquisition devices 540 at different positions on the conveyor belt 510 for respectively performing dynamic code scanning on the buyer information on the fresh food and multi-point piece loading; one or more envelope line identification and piece loading devices can be arranged to improve identification and piece loading speed.
Fig. 5B is a schematic structural diagram of an online fresh food purchasing integrated device according to another embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 5B, the online shopping fresh food integration apparatus 501 of this embodiment includes a network interface (not shown), a buyer information collecting device 502, a control device (not shown), a conveyor belt 503, an integration grid 504, and a side conveyor 505. The network interface, the buyer information collecting device 502 and the control device are the same as the online shopping and seafood integrated device 500 of the embodiment shown in fig. 5A, and are not expanded here. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5B, the conveyor 503 is a linear conveyor that transports fresh goods along its extension, i.e., the first direction D1. The integration compartments 504 are provided at both sides of the conveyor belt 503 for receiving fresh goods. The side conveyor 505 is provided on the conveyor belt 503, and when the fresh goods are conveyed by the conveyor belt 503 to the position of the integration compartment corresponding thereto, the control means controls the side conveyor 505 to convey the fresh goods into the integration compartment for distribution in the second direction D2. As shown in fig. 5, the first direction D1 intersects with and is perpendicular to the second direction D2.
This embodiment uses a linear conveyor belt, which saves more floor space than the endless track-shaped conveyor belt of fig. 5A.
Referring to fig. 5B, an auxiliary conveyor belt 505 may be further included, and the buyer information collecting device 502 is disposed on a path that the auxiliary conveyor belt 505 passes through, and is used for identifying a dough sheet of the fresh goods and obtaining buyer information corresponding to the fresh goods. Two conveyer belts 503, 507 are included in the apparatus, which may be used for depositing goods of different groups of buyers, respectively. The different groupings may segment the plurality of buyer information according to the unique numbers as described above, with different groups corresponding to different segment numbers. An auxiliary belt conveyor 506 is included on the auxiliary conveyor 505, and the auxiliary belt conveyor 506 is rotatable in a first direction D1. After the buyer collecting device 502 obtains the buyer information corresponding to the fresh goods, according to the specific position of the integration grid corresponding to the buyer information, the auxiliary conveyor belt 505 transports the fresh goods to the corresponding conveyor belt, the auxiliary conveyor belt 506 transports the fresh goods to the corresponding conveyor belt 503 or 507, and when the fresh goods is transported to the position of the corresponding integration grid by the conveyor belt 503 or 507, the control device controls the lateral transport device 505 to transport the fresh goods to the integration grid along the second direction D2 for distribution.
The illustration of fig. 5B is not intended to limit the number, length, location, etc. of the conveyor belts. In other embodiments, multiple belts may be provided on both sides of the auxiliary belt 505.
In some embodiments, a plurality of integration compartments may be disposed at both sides of the auxiliary conveyor belt 505, and when fresh goods are conveyed along the auxiliary conveyor belt 505 to the position of the corresponding integration compartment, the auxiliary conveyor belt 506 transfers the fresh goods to the corresponding integration compartment for distribution.
Fig. 6A and 6B are schematic structural diagrams of integration grids in the online shopping fresh food integration apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 6A is a side view and fig. 6B is a top view. In this embodiment, the bottom surface of the integrated grid 600 is a belt conveyor 610, an inlet 601 of the belt conveyor 610 corresponds to an outlet of the lateral conveying device 530, two sides and the rear side of the belt conveyor 610 are provided with fences 620, and a motor of the belt conveyor 610 is electrically connected with the control device; when the side conveyor 530 conveys the fresh goods to the entrance 601 of the belt conveyor 610 in the second direction D2, the motor controls the belt conveyor 610 to rotate to convey the fresh goods into the integration tray 600.
According to the embodiments, the fragile fresh eggs, bean curd and the like can smoothly enter the integration grid. The bottom surface of the integrated grid is set to be in a belt conveyor form, and the belt conveyor can also be combined with a weighing device to form a belt weigher conveying device. Referring to fig. 6A and 6B, the belt conveyor 610 on the bottom surface of the integrated compartment is disposed on the weighing device 620, the inlet 601 of the belt conveyor 610 corresponds to the outlet of the lateral conveying device 530, the two sides of the belt conveyor 610 and the rear side opposite to the inlet 601 are provided with the fence 630, the motor and the weighing device of the belt conveyor 610 are electrically connected with the control device, the lateral conveying device 530 for conveying the corresponding fresh food is operated, the belt conveyor 23 is operated, after the fresh food is conveyed to the inlet 601 of the belt conveyor 610 of the integrated compartment 600 by the lateral conveying device 530, the belt conveyor 610 conveys the fresh food into the integrated compartment 600, i.e., the far end of the inlet of the integrated compartment 600, and the weight of the fresh food in the integrated compartment 600 is displayed; therefore, the lateral conveying device 530 is flexibly and smoothly butted with the belt conveyor integration grid 600, an inclined slide way is not arranged, and fragile products are hardly damaged.
In some embodiments, some buffering is done by designing the structure of the integrator, such as a bucket integrator.
Fig. 7A and 7B are schematic structural diagrams of integration grids in the online shopping fresh food integration apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 7A is a side view, and fig. 7B is a top view. Referring to fig. 7A and 7B, a buffer pad 710 is added opposite to the entrance 601 to alleviate the impact on the fresh goods when the fresh goods slide into the bucket integrator 700.
Fig. 8A and 8B are schematic structural diagrams of integration grids in the online shopping fresh food integration apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 8A is a side view and fig. 8B is a top view. Referring to fig. 8A and 8B, the bottom of the integration grid 800 is arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped wall 810 buffers the gravity impact on the rear side opposite to the integration grid entrance 601 when the fresh food falls down.
In some embodiments, the integration compartments include a multiple integration compartment including a plurality of integration compartments arranged in a longitudinal or transverse direction, and a mobile docking device for moving the multiple integration compartment in the longitudinal or transverse direction, the mobile docking device including a first electric device electrically connected with a control device, the control device further controlling the first electric device to dock an outlet of the lateral transfer device with an inlet of the corresponding integration compartment of the purchaser, so that the fresh goods of the purchaser are transferred into the integration compartment.
It is understood that when the multiple integrated cells include a plurality of integrated cells arranged in the longitudinal direction, the moving docking means is for moving the multiple integrated cells in the longitudinal direction; when the multiple integrated cells include a plurality of integrated cells arranged in the lateral direction, the moving docking device serves to move the multiple integrated cells in the lateral direction. Fig. 9A and 9B are schematic structural diagrams of multiple integration grids in the online shopping and fresh food integration apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. In which fig. 9A is a side view and fig. 9B is a front view. Referring to fig. 9A, in this embodiment, the multiple integrated cells 910 include a plurality of integrated cells 901 arranged in a longitudinal direction, and the moving docking means is used to move the multiple integrated cells 910 in the longitudinal direction. The longitudinal direction refers to a direction perpendicular to the ground. The respective lateral directions refer to directions parallel to the ground.
Referring to fig. 9A, the multiple integrated lattices 910 are provided with 3 integrated lattices 901, including an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, the bottom surfaces of the integrated lattices 901 are in the form of a belt conveyor 911, and two sides of each integrated lattice 901 are connected in series and fixed together end to end by connecting plates 930. Weighing device 912 is arranged below belt feeder 911, and rail 913 is arranged on the both sides of belt feeder 911 and the rear side opposite to entry 902. In this embodiment, the mobile docking device 920 is a longitudinal mobile docking device, the longitudinal mobile docking device is a lifter, the lifter is a screw worm gear type electric lifter, the upper end of the screw worm gear type lifter is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the bottom layer integration grid, and the lower end of the screw worm gear type lifter comprises a motor installed in a ground 940 embedded mode, so that the height of the human factor engineering is met; and the motor of the screw turbine type lifter is electrically connected with the control device. Of course, the elevator may be in other forms, such as a chain elevator or a hydraulic elevator. In operation, the control device controls the elevator to move the plurality of integrated lattices longitudinally, so that the inlets 902 of the integrated lattices 901 in the multiple integrated lattices 910 are in time-sharing butt joint with the conveying outlets 531 of the lateral conveying devices 530, and fresh food enters the corresponding integrated lattices 901 in the multiple integrated lattices 910. The multiple integration lattices 910 increase the integration lattices of the online shopping fresh integrated equipment, so that the online shopping fresh integrated equipment can correspond to more buyers, and the integration efficiency is improved. In this embodiment, the first electric device is in particular a screw worm-wheel electric elevator.
Referring to fig. 9B, each integration lattice 901 is provided with a display device 903.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a multiple integration grid in the online shopping fresh food integration apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 10, the integration shelf 1000 includes a multiple integration shelf 1010 of a plurality of integration shelves arranged in a lateral direction and a mobile docking unit 1020 for moving the multiple integration shelf 1010 in the lateral direction by the mobile docking unit 1020.
Referring to fig. 10, the multiple integration bay 1010 includes 3 integration bays 1001 fixedly arranged in a transverse direction (the direction of the exit of the side conveyor 530), and the mobile docking unit 1020 thereof is a transverse mobile docking unit; the transverse moving docking device is a gear and rack moving mechanism and consists of a gear 1021, a rack 1023 and a motor 1022, wherein the rack 1023 is a ground rail, the motor 1022 is electrically connected with the control device, and a sliding groove 1030 is arranged above the compound integration grid 1010. In this embodiment, the first electrical device is specifically a motor 1022.
Referring to fig. 10, a chute 1030 is further provided between the lateral transfer device 530 and the multiple integration compartments 1010, the chute 1030 is provided between the outlet 531 of the lateral transfer device 530 and the inlet 1002 of the multiple integration compartments 1010, and the control device further controls the electric device to make each integration compartment 1001 in the multiple integration compartments 1010 be in time-sharing abutment with the outlet 1031 of the chute 1030, so that the fresh goods on the lateral transfer device 530 fall into the corresponding integration compartment 1001 through the chute 1030.
Referring to fig. 10, in operation, the control device controls the motor 1022 to rotate, so as to drive the gear 1021 to move along the rack 1023, so as to drive the multiple integration lattices 1010 to move transversely, so that the inlets 1002 of the integration lattices 1001 in the multiple integration lattices 1010 are in time-sharing contact with the outlets 1031 of the sliding grooves 1030, so that the fresh food is conveyed by the lateral conveying device 530 and falls into the corresponding integration lattices 1001 in the multiple integration lattices 1010 through the sliding grooves 1030.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a movable door in the online shopping fresh food integrated device according to an embodiment of the present invention. In these embodiments, the movable door is used for temporarily storing fresh goods. Referring to fig. 11, in these embodiments, the online shopping fresh food integration apparatus further includes a sliding chute 1110, the sliding chute 1110 is disposed between an outlet 531 of the lateral conveyor 530 and an inlet 1121 of the multiple integration compartments 1120, a movable door is disposed at a lower end of the sliding chute 1110, the movable door includes a movable stopper 1131 and a second electric device 1132, the second electric device 1132 is electrically connected to the control device, the second electric device 1132 is used for driving the movement of the movable stopper 1131, the control device further controls the second electric device 1132 to move the multiple integration compartments 1120 to a set position before the movable stopper 1131 is erected to close the movable door, and when the multiple integration compartments 1120 are moved to the set position, the movable stopper 1131 falls to open the movable door, wherein, in the set position, the inlet of one integration compartment in the multiple integration compartments 1120 is butted with the outlet 531 of the lateral conveyor 530.
Referring to fig. 11, the sliding chute 1110 is a sliding chute with a certain inclination angle. Figure 11 shows a side view of the chute 1110 with its lower end near one end of the multiple integrated shelf 1120. When the fresh goods fall from the outlet 531 of the side conveyor 530, the fresh goods slide down from the chute 1110 to the multiple integration shelf 1120. As shown in fig. 11, the movable door is disposed at the lower end of the sliding chute 1110, and is controlled to open or close by the movable stopper 1131. When the multiple integration compartments 1120 are moved to a set position, the entrance of one of the multiple integration compartments 1120 should be in contact with the exit 531 of the lateral transfer device 530, that is, the fresh goods can be smoothly slid into one of the integration compartments corresponding to the buyers. If the multiple integration compartments 1120 are not moved to the set position, the movable door is closed to prevent the fresh goods from slipping into the wrong integration compartment or falling out of the integration compartment.
Referring to fig. 11, the multiple integrated lattices are composed of 3 integrated lattices 1120 arranged longitudinally and a longitudinally moving docking device 1140; the integrated grids 1120 are in a bucket-shaped form, 3 integrated grids 1120 are vertically and integrally stacked, the height of the back side 1122 of each integrated grid 1120 is limited by the fact that the fresh food falls into the integrated grid 1120 and is not thrown out, and therefore the integrated fresh food is conveniently collected from the back end of the integrated grid 1120. A section of chute 1110 is arranged between the outlet 531 of the lateral conveying device 530 and the inlet 1121 of the integrated grid 1120, a temporary fresh food storage movable door is arranged at the lower end of the chute 1110, the movable door is composed of a movable stopper 1131 and a second electric device 1132, the movable stopper 1131 is a hinge baffle arranged at the bottom side of the chute 1110, the second electric device 1132 is an electromagnet, a top rod 1133 in the electromagnet is positioned at the lower side surface of the hinge near end of the hinge baffle, and the electromagnet is fixed at the bottom outer side of the chute 1110 and is electrically connected with a control device; when the electromagnet does not work, the hinge baffle falls under the action of the gravity of the hinge baffle or the torsion spring, namely the movable door is opened; when the lateral conveying device 530 moves to the position of the integrated grid 1120 and the corresponding integrated grid 1120 does not move longitudinally to the position (the integrated grid 1120 does not move in the figure), the electromagnet works, the ejector rod 1133 of the electromagnet extends out to jack up the hinge baffle plate, so that the hinge baffle plate is erected to block fresh food and plays a temporary storage role, until the corresponding integrated grid 1120 moves longitudinally to the position, the ejector rod 1133 of the electromagnet retracts, the hinge baffle plate falls, namely the movable door is opened, so that the fresh food enters the corresponding integrated grid 1120, repeated transmission caused by the fact that the corresponding integrated grid 1120 does not move in the position can be reduced, and the integration efficiency can be improved. The movable door is controlled by the control device, is opened at ordinary times, and is temporarily closed when fresh food needs to be temporarily stored.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an online fresh food purchasing integrated device according to an embodiment of the present invention. the online fresh food purchasing platform is provided with a plurality of food purchasing areas, each food purchasing area corresponds to one distribution point, and each distribution point corresponds to one distribution range;
the online fresh food purchasing platform sets at least one turn for the plurality of food purchasing areas according to time periods, and each turn corresponds to one food purchasing time period;
the online fresh food purchasing platform receives buyer information of a buyer who purchases fresh food goods in the current turn of the food purchasing area and sends the buyer information to online fresh food purchasing integrated equipment of a distribution point corresponding to the food purchasing area; and
