The user may acquire information about the item, purchase the item, and perform other operations through the user terminal 131, 132, or 133.
Fig. 2 illustrates a flowchart of an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the information processing method according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may be performed by a client 21 communicating with a server 22 (e.g., a provider server), but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the information processing method according to the present disclosure may also be performed by other devices.
In step S201, an initial transaction state of the item is determined. For example, the initial transaction state of the item may be determined in real-time by the client 21. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, before determining the initial transaction state of the item, a transaction state acquisition request may be sent to the server 22, where the transaction state acquisition request is used to instruct the server 22 to acquire the item information of the item and instruct the server 22 to determine the initial transaction state of the item according to the item information of the item. An initial transaction state for the item may then be received from the server 22.
For example, the item information may include any information related to the item, such as display information, inventory information, transaction information, etc. for the item. Optionally, the item information may include: inventory information and transaction information for the item. The inventory information may include the current inventory amount of the item, and may also include inventory-related information such as the original inventory amount of the item. The transaction information for the item may include a transaction amount for the item (e.g., a number of items sold, which may include the number of items in paid and unpaid orders), a payment status, e.g., an amount of orders paid, an amount of orders unpaid, etc. for the item.
In step S202, transaction status information of the item is displayed in the item display interface according to the initial transaction status of the item. The item display interface may include at least one of: an item listing page for the item, a non-full screen presentation page for the item, and/or a details page for the item. For example, the transaction status information of the item is displayed in the item list page 1, the non-full screen presentation page 2-1, and the detail page 3-1 shown in fig. 3. Optionally, the transaction status information includes transaction progress bar status information and/or interaction interface status information of the item. For example, the transaction state information may include information corresponding to a transaction state (e.g., initial transaction state, current state) of the item that prompts waiting for a transaction opportunity, or information that prompts no transaction opportunity, or information that prompts a transaction opportunity.
According to an example embodiment of the present disclosure, the interactive interface state information may indicate a trigger state of the interactive interface. The interactive interface status information may include transaction status information displayed in the interactive interface. And when the initial transaction state of the article is determined to be a preset waiting state, setting the state information of the interactive interface to be in a non-triggerable state. And when the initial transaction state of the article is determined to be a tradable state, setting the interactive interface state information to be a triggerable state. The tradable state may represent a state in which the current inventory level of the item is greater than zero. And when the initial transaction state of the article is determined to be a non-transaction state, setting the state information of the interactive interface to be a non-triggerable state. The non-transactable state may represent a state where the current inventory of items is zero and the amount of outstanding orders is zero.
In step S203, when it is determined that the initial transaction state of the article is the preset waiting state, a transaction state update request is sent to the server 22. The transaction state update request is used for instructing the server to acquire the item information of the item in real time and determining the current transaction state of the item when the transaction state of the item is determined to be changed according to the item information of the item. The preset wait state may represent a state of a preset wait transaction opportunity. Optionally, when the current inventory amount of the goods is zero and the unpaid order quantity in the transaction information is greater than zero, determining that the initial transaction state is a preset waiting state.
In step S204, the server 22 acquires the item information of the item in real time in response to receiving the transaction status update request, and determines the current transaction status of the item when it is determined that the transaction status of the item has changed according to the item information of the item. The server 22 then sends the current transaction state to the client 21. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the transaction status information of the item may be sent to the client 21 or other display device and may be displayed by the client 21 or other display device.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the change of the transaction state of the item includes: a first state change and/or a second state change, the first state change may include: the current inventory of the item becomes greater than zero. The second state change may include: the current inventory amount of the item is zero, and the amount of unpaid orders in the transaction information of the item becomes zero. For example, in the event of a first state change, the current transaction state of the item is determined to be a tradable state, e.g., the server 22 may determine the current transaction state of the item to be a tradable state. For example, in the event of a second state change, the current transaction state of the item is determined to be a non-transactable state, e.g., the server 22 may determine the current transaction state of the item to be a non-transactable state.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the server 22 may determine whether the status of the item has changed according to the item information acquired in real time. For example, the server 22 may determine whether the inventory status of the item has changed, e.g., the current inventory amount has increased or decreased, and the current inventory amount has become zero, based on the inventory information obtained in real time. The server 22 may determine whether the transaction status of the item has changed based on the transaction information obtained in real-time, e.g., payment orders are increased or decreased, unpaid orders become payment orders, unpaid orders become invalid orders (i.e., orders are cancelled or abandoned), etc. In embodiments of the present disclosure, a predetermined time period may be set for the unpaid order, and if the user of the unpaid order does not complete payment within the predetermined time period after placing the order, the unpaid order automatically becomes an invalid order, with a concomitant increase in the current inventory of items. For example, if the user does not complete payment within a predetermined period of time after ordering two items, the current inventory level of the items may be increased by two accordingly. If the unpaid order becomes a payment order, the current inventory of items may remain unchanged. In addition, the user may cancel the unpaid order, causing the order to become an invalid order.
In step S205, the client 21 receives the current transaction state from the server 22. In response to receiving the changed current transaction state, client 21 may update the displayed transaction state information according to the current transaction state.
In step S206, the client 21 may update the transaction status information of the item in the item display interface in real time according to the current transaction status. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the transaction progress bar status information of the item may be updated according to the current transaction status. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the transaction progress bar state information and/or the interactive interface state information of the item in the item display interface can be updated in real time according to that the current transaction state is a tradable state, for example, the interactive interface state information displayed in the non-full screen display page 2-2 and the detail page 3-2 shown in fig. 3, and the transaction progress bar state information and the interactive interface state information shown in fig. 4 and 5. The transaction progress bar status information and/or the interactive interface status information of the item in the item display interface, such as the interactive interface status information displayed in the non-full screen display pages 2-3 and the detail pages 3-3 shown in fig. 3, and the transaction progress bar status information and the interactive interface status information shown in fig. 4 and 5, may be updated in real time according to that the current transaction status is a non-transactable status.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case where the item information indicates that the current stock quantity of the item is zero and the unpaid order quantity in the transaction information is greater than zero, the transaction status information includes information prompting a waiting transaction opportunity, for example, may include the text information "see, temporarily robbed up", "also robbed up opportunity", "also transaction opportunity", "waiting transaction opportunity", and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where the item information indicates that the current inventory amount of the item is zero and the unpaid order amount in the transaction information of the item is zero, the transaction status information includes information indicating that there is no transaction opportunity, for example, may include text information "rush light", "sold out", "placed on shelf", and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case where the item information indicates that the current inventory amount of the item is greater than zero, the transaction status information includes information indicating that there is a transaction opportunity, and may include, for example, the text information "go to transaction", "go to buy", sold quantity, current inventory amount, original inventory amount, and the like.
For example, the interactive interface state information is updated to a non-triggerable state in response to determining that the transaction state information includes information that suggests a waiting transaction opportunity or information that suggests a no transaction opportunity. In response to determining that the transaction state information includes information prompting a transaction opportunity, the interactive interface state information is updated to a triggerable state. In the examples shown in fig. 3 to 5 below, the update process of the interactive interface state information will be described in detail.
Fig. 3-5 illustrate example diagrams of item display interfaces according to example embodiments of the present disclosure. In the examples shown in fig. 3 to 5, a live-broadcast first-aid purchase is taken as an example for explanation, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the technical solution according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may also be applied to various transaction scenarios in a non-live-broadcast form (e.g., event ticket purchase scenarios, general transaction scenarios of non-live-broadcast recommendation, etc.).
Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of the item list page 1 in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the user views the live view through the client and browses the item list page 1 with the live view as a background, the transaction status information of each item in the item list can be browsed. For example, the transaction status information of the first item may be displayed in an entry of the first item list information, and the transaction status information of the second item may be displayed in an entry of the second item list information. When the current inventory level of the item is greater than zero, information indicating that there is a transaction opportunity, for example, the original inventory level (100 pieces) and the sold amount (50 pieces) of the item, i.e., "50/100 snatched", may be displayed in the transaction progress bar of the item. Meanwhile, the transaction status information of the item may be displayed in different colors, patterns and/or animation effects in the transaction progress bar of the item. For example, a dark or striped pattern may indicate current inventory, and a light or non-striped pattern may indicate the number of items sold. In addition, information prompting a transaction opportunity, such as "go to buy," may also be displayed in the interactive interface of the item. The state of the interactive interface may be a triggerable state.
FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the non-full screen display page 2-1 in FIG. 3, which can display brief information of the item, such as an item picture, an item name, an item price, and other display information, in the non-full screen display page 2-1. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, when the current inventory level of the item is zero and there is an unpaid order in the transaction information, information prompting waiting for a transaction opportunity may be displayed in the transaction progress bar of the item, for example, "temporarily robbed up" and "there is a robbery opportunity" are played in turn in the transaction progress bar. In addition, information prompting a waiting transaction opportunity may also be displayed in the interactive interface of the item, for example, "see-through" is displayed in the interactive interface in item list page 1 and "waiting for a purchase opportunity" is displayed in the interactive interface in non-full screen presentation page 2-1. The state of the interactive interface may be a triggerable state. In addition, other transaction status information may also be displayed in the non-full screen presentation page 2-1, e.g., "there is an opportunity for the purchaser to take an unpaid payment and the order will be released within 3 minutes". The transaction state information of the article can be waited on the article list page, the information for prompting the transaction opportunity is changed into the information for prompting the transaction opportunity, and when the transaction state information of the article is changed into the information for prompting no transaction opportunity, the user can give up waiting and quit the current page.
When the state of the interactive interface of the article is a triggerable state, the user may enter a non-full screen display page 2-1, 2-2, or 2-3 of the article by clicking the interactive interface, where the non-full screen display page displays brief information of the article with a live view as a background, for example, the second article display information may include information such as a display thumbnail of the second article, an article price, and an article model. In addition, the user may enter the item detail page 3-1 or 3-2 or 3-3 by clicking on the item's entry detail interface (e.g., the interface to the item detail page). The item detail page may display all detail information for the item, e.g., all detail information for the second item may include a second item display map, second item detail information (e.g., item name, item price, item time limit transaction period, item coupon pickup interface, etc.), and so forth.
Similar to the item list page, the transaction status information of the item may be displayed in the transaction progress bar and/or the interactive interface of the non-full screen presentation page and the item detail page, respectively. For example, after the user clicks the interactive interface displaying "see" in the item list page, the displayed page may be switched to a non-full screen presentation page of the item, displaying the textual information "wait for a purchase opportunity" in the interactive interface. Further, "waiting for a purchase opportunity" may be displayed in an animation effect, for example, a font is continuously changed from small to large to small, the font is changed in color, and the like. The dynamic display may also be performed in conjunction with the character "…," for example, by gradually changing from "waiting for a buy opportunity" to "waiting for a buy opportunity," to "waiting for a buy opportunity …," and so forth, in a circular display. By such a display effect, anxiety and loss of the user while waiting for a transaction opportunity can be effectively reduced.
