According to an embodiment of the intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near field antenna, a hardware circuit of the intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near field antenna is composed of a main control module (1), a near field antenna module (2), a display screen module (3), a power management module (4) and the like. The main control module (1) is a control center of the intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near field antenna, and automatically checks files pasted with labels after the files are accessed by adopting the RFID technology, updates the in-place state information of the files in real time and informs a user of relevant processing. The external interfaces of the main control panel are a USB interface, a 4G wireless network interface and a wired network interface, and the USB interface supports the storage equipment of the external USB interface and supports data import. And the 4G wireless network interface transmits the on-site information of the file to the user in real time. The wired network interface supports the intelligent desktop frame to be connected with the management and control center and supports the upgrading and debugging of the intelligent desktop frame.
According to an embodiment of the intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near-field antenna, as shown in fig. 6, the near-field antenna module (2) of the intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near-field antenna is expanded into 16 paths of antennas through a two-layer mode by a one-support-four layout of radio frequency chips, and the antennas are time division multiplexed, so that the antenna module has the advantages of interference resistance and expandability. Each antenna is provided with a photoelectric switch and an indicator light, and after the file is attached with an RFID label and placed on a desktop frame, the file is checked in real time and displayed in-place state. After the files are attached with RFID labels and placed on a desktop frame, a photoelectric switch and an indicator lamp are triggered, a main control module detects the state of the photoelectric switch in real time, a radio frequency chip and an antenna are started to read and count the labels of the files attached with the labels and send the labels to the main control module, the main control chip automatically checks files to be checked or approved files, automatically records access logs, updates the on-site state information of the files in real time, displays the number of the files to be checked or the number of the approved files on a display screen module and uploads the information to be checked and approved information.
According to one embodiment of the intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near field antenna, a display screen module (3) of the intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near field antenna comprises two display screens, and the two display screens respectively display the number of files to be approved and the number of files which are approved. The file storage area formed by the folder partition plate comprises an approval area and an approved area, the files placed in the approval area are approved files, the approved files are placed in the approved area after approval, and the number of the approved files are respectively displayed on two screens after each check.
According to the embodiment of the intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near field antenna, the power management module (4) of the intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near field antenna controls the charging and discharging of a battery, detects the electric quantity information of the battery and supports continuous working for two hours under the power-off state of equipment.
According to one embodiment of the intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near field antenna, the intelligent desktop rack structure based on the RFID near field antenna comprises a front panel (5), a front glass panel (6), a folder supporting plate (7), a folder partition plate (8), side guardrails (9), a middle guardrail (10), a back plate (11), side glass guardrails (12), side guard plates (13) and a bottom plate (14). The front panel (5) is used for fixing the display module and is provided with a hole corresponding to the indicator light. The front glass panel (6) is fixed on the front panel and is colored transparent glass. The folder supporting plate (7) is used for fixing a folder partition plate (8) and is used for fixing the position of a folder and assisting in isolating the counting signals. The side guard bar (9), the middle guard bar (10), the back plate (11), the side glass guard (12) and the side guard plate (13) are novel in shape, firm and durable. The bottom plate (14) is a fixing plate at the bottom of the desktop frame, a fixing frame body, a fixing main control module and a power management module.

the main control module (1) is a control center of the intelligent desktop rack, automatically checks the files with labels after the files are accessed by adopting the RFID technology, updates the in-place state information of the files in real time and informs a user of relevant processing;
the near-field antenna module (2) is connected with the main control module (1), and the tags of the files with the tags are identified, counted and sent to the main control module through the radio frequency chip and the antenna;
the display screen module (3) is connected with the main control module (1) and displays the in-place information of the file;
the power management module (4) is connected with the main control module (1), the near-field antenna module (2) and the display screen module (3) to provide power.

The intelligent desktop rack based on the RFID near-field antenna as claimed in claim 1, wherein the external interface of the main control module (1) comprises a USB interface, a 4G wireless network interface and a wired network interface, the USB interface supports a storage device of the external USB interface and supports data import, the 4G wireless network interface transmits the in-place information of the file to a user in real time, and the wired network interface supports the intelligent desktop rack to be connected with a control center and supports the upgrading and debugging of the intelligent desktop rack.

The intelligent desktop frame based on the RFID near-field antenna is characterized in that the near-field antenna module (2) comprises 5 radio frequency chips, 16 paths of antennas, 16 indicator lamps and 16 photoelectric switches, the radio frequency chips are arranged in a one-to-four mode, the antennas are expanded into the 16 paths of antennas in a two-layer mode, and the antennas adopt time division multiplexing.
