According to the data access and storage method, the data access and storage device and the data access and storage system, the judgment model is established to determine the response mode, and the relevant variables are correlated. The method solves the problems that in the prior art, when a specific path and specific data form a one-to-many relationship, the access judgment of specific certain data requires a user to independently search and select, and the independent setting of access authority of each data is difficult to realize; the method and the device solve the problems that in the prior art, after a plurality of different users store a plurality of different data through 1 specific path, the users are difficult to automatically jump to the data stored by the users independently when accessing for the second time, the access authority of each data is difficult to set independently, and the automatic authentication when the users access a certain data is difficult to realize.

1. A data access and storage method, comprising:
receiving data, wherein the data comprises one or more of a request, data to be stored, information and codes;
according to one or several of the variables of data access and storage as the establishment judgment model, according to the judgment result the response mode to the received data can be defined and responded,
wherein the response comprises associating one or more of the variables,
wherein the variables include one or more of the following: the data, the sender of the data, the receiving path of the data, the storage system, the storage location, the preset rule, the stored data, the storage location of the stored data, the new stored data, the storage location of the new stored data, the divided data storage location, the pre-divided data storage location, the account information of the sender of the data, the code, the storage system to which the sender of the data belongs, the storage system to which the receiving path of the data belongs, the address identification of the stored data, the directory tree of the stored data, the account of the storage party of the stored data to which the path of the received data points,

directly storing the data;
setting authority requirements for one or more of stored data, a storage position of the stored data, an existing association relation, a storage system, a specific authority, an account number and a path;
rejecting data, wherein the data comprises one or more of request, data to be stored, information and code;
providing an authority application;
and allowing the data sender to request within the conforming range according to the conforming condition of the authority of the account of the data sender to one or more authority requirements of the stored data, the storage position of the stored data, the existing association relation, the storage system, the specific authority, the account and the path, and/or responding to the received data according to the conforming condition of the authority of the account of the data sender to one or more authority requirements of the stored data, the storage position of the stored data, the existing association relation, the storage system, the specific authority, the account and the path.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein one or more of the variables for data access and storage are used as a judgment model for building, and the response mode for the received data is determined according to the judgment result, and the response further comprises one or more of the following:
judging according to one or more information of the type of the data, the content of the data, the size of the data, the storage requirement of the data, the access requirement of the data, the reading requirement of the data, a path for receiving the data, the association condition of the path for receiving the data, a sender of the data, the authority of the sender of the data, and the preset condition of a system or a user, and/or the content, and/or the mutual relation;
judging whether a receiving path of the data is associated with one or more of data, a user account, a storage position and a code, wherein the path comprises one or more of a website, a link, a domain name, a receiving path, a transmission path, an access path and an access address, and the storage position comprises one or more of a physical position, a logical position, a storage space, a storage address, a storage area, a storage channel, a storage path, a storage directory and a folder;

if the first judgment unit has a negative result, the ninth judgment unit has a positive result, and the sixth judgment unit has a negative result, the request of the data sender is rejected in a condition or unconditional manner;
if the first judgment unit has no result and the sixth judgment unit has no result, the storage request of the data sender is rejected in a condition or unconditional way;
when the result of the third judging unit is yes and the result of the fourth judging unit is yes, the received code is required to be used when the stored data or the storage position is subjected to addressing in a conditional or unconditional limiting manner, and/or the received code is required to be used when the stored data is associated with one or more of the receiving path of the data, the storage position of the stored data, the account information of the data sender and the code;
when the result of the third judging unit is yes, the result of the fourth judging unit is no, and the result of the seventh judging unit is yes, the code preset or generated by the system is required to be used when the stored data or the storage position is addressed in a conditional or unconditional limiting manner, and/or the code preset or generated by the system is required to be used when one or more of the receiving path of the stored data and the data, the storage position of the stored data, the account information of the data sender and the code is limited to be correlated;
if the result of the third judging unit is yes, the result of the fourth judging unit is no and the result of the seventh judging unit is no, the addressing request of the data sender is rejected in a condition or unconditional way;
when the third judging unit has no result, the fourth judging unit has no result, and the seventh judging unit has no result, the stored data or the storage position is addressed through one or more of the receiving path of the data, the storage position of the stored data and the account information of the data sender in a conditional or unconditional manner, and/or the stored data is associated with one or more of the receiving path of the data, the storage position of the stored data and the account information of the data sender in a conditional or unconditional manner;
and when the result of the fourth judgment unit is yes, the code can be selected and coded in a condition or unconditional mode as one of the addressing information of the stored data or the storage position, and/or the code can be selected and coded in a condition or unconditional mode as one of the associated information of the stored data or the storage position.
22. The system of claim 19, 20 or 21, wherein the code comprises one or more of:
receiving codes or information contained in data or requests, synchronously received codes or information, separately received codes or information, codes or information generated by preset rules, codes or information set by users, codes or information randomly distributed, codes or information generated by automatic counting, and codes or information identified by systems.
23. The system of claim 19 or 20 or 21, wherein the association comprises one or more of:
addressing conditions or addressing data with one or more parties as the other party, unidirectional or bidirectional unique pointing, unidirectional or multidirectional binding, unidirectional or multidirectional automatic linking, unidirectional or multidirectional automatic jumping, unidirectional or multidirectional attribution, unidirectional or multidirectional marking, unidirectional or multidirectional reference, reading and feedback after being accessed, unidirectional or multidirectional labeling names, unidirectional or multidirectional labeling information, unidirectional or multidirectional adding name remarks, unidirectional or multidirectional adding information remarks, unidirectional or multidirectional adding description information.
