Abstract
The invention relates to a driving behavior exposure and query system based on license plate information and an operation method. The software system is a software system which can lead a driver to actively standardize driving behaviors by utilizing the appearance, acquirability and uniqueness of license plate information and through social pressure from acquaintances. The principle is that a driver worrys about that acquaintances knowing the license plate of the driver can inquire and have records of closing the traffic inequity of the driver through the license plate, so that social impression of the driver in the acquaintances is influenced, the driver is strictly required to drive the driver, the situation that the driving behavior of the driver is exposed to a system due to the fact that the driving behavior of the driver is not civilized is avoided, the effect of treating the driving behavior of the driver is finally achieved, the driver can also be used as effective supplement of the management scheme of the existing traffic department, and new growth points are created.

Background
In recent years, with the development of economic society of China, the holding quantity of various motor vehicles is greatly increased. The using method comprises the following steps: when exposing an uncivilized driving behavior, a user automatically acquires or actively inputs license plate information of a target vehicle in a content template to expose the content under the license plate information. Meanwhile, the user can see all contents issued and pointing to the license plate by inquiring the license plate information. The principle is that a driver worrys that acquaintances knowing the license plate of the driver can find records of closing traffic inevitability through license plate inquiry, so that social impression of the acquaintances is influenced, the driver is strictly required to drive the driver, exposure to a system caused by the occurrence of an uneventful driving behavior is avoided, and finally the effect of treating the uneventful driving behavior is achieved.
The invention is implemented by adopting the following technical scheme. A driving behavior exposure and query system based on license plate information and an operation method thereof comprise the following steps:
a registration login module: used for registering software system account number and logging in the software system.
The content publishing module: the license plate information issuing system is used for issuing content information pointing to specific license plate information, and when issuing the content, license plate information of a target vehicle must be automatically acquired or actively filled in. The issued content information comprises one or more of license plate information, time information, position information, video information, audio information, picture information, text information and label information.
A content query module: and searching the content information which points to the license plate and is issued in the software system through the license plate information. When the driving behavior of the target vehicle is queried, the license plate information of the target vehicle needs to be automatically acquired or actively filled in, and the license plate information is used as a search keyword to query the content information.
A content browsing module: for browsing content information directed to license plate information. The content information pointing to the license plate is the content information released by the user through the content releasing module in the software system.
A memory and a server: for storing computer-executable instructions, and for execution by the server.
The license plate information related in all the modules consists of number information formed by combining a string of Chinese characters, English letters and Arabic numerals and license plate type information. For example, a new energy automobile brand [ Jing A.12345D ], a motorcycle license plate [ Jing A.12345 ], a trailer automobile brand [ Jing A.1234 rack ], or a hong Kong automobile brand [ LA 1982 ], etc.
A driving behavior exposure and query system based on license plate information and an operation method thereof are disclosed, which comprises the combination of partial or all of the following steps according to different application scenes:
the method comprises the following steps: downloading and installing system software and registering an account to log in the system: and downloading and installing system software by using the intelligent mobile terminal to complete the account registration and the system login. Intelligent terminals include, but are not limited to: the system comprises a smart phone, a tablet computer, a PC computer and the like which are loaded with an IOS system, an Android system, a WIN system, a Hongmon system and various platform applets or quick applications.
Step two: in a content publishing module of the system, target license plate information is automatically acquired or actively filled, and content information pointing to the license plate is published after necessary other information is perfected.
Step three: in a content query module of the system, content information pointing to the license plate information is queried by automatically acquiring or actively filling target license plate information.
Step IV: and browsing the content information pointing to the license plate in a content browsing module of the system.
Typical application scenarios and usage steps are exemplified:

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a driving behavior exposure and query system based on license plate information and an operation method. By utilizing the appearance, acquireability and uniqueness of the license plate information and social pressure among self-acquaintances, the aim of governing the driving behavior of the driver is finally fulfilled. The difference between the software system related by the invention and the reporting system provided by the traffic management department is that: the software system has openness, license plate information retrievability and stronger transmission and interaction effects; not only exposure to illegal behaviors is supported, but also the release of positive energy behaviors is supported, and bidirectional constraint and guide effects are achieved; the driving behavior of the driver is standardized through social pressure from acquaintances, and the driver who is not sensitive to economy has larger restraint and management effects; the system can be used across administrative districts, and provides an executable scheme for traffic management departments without establishing an online reporting system, so as to form a general traffic civilization supervision system across provinces and cities; non-administrative attribute, the software system can be designed to be more interesting and convenient, and attract more people to participate in the construction of a traffic civilization supervision system through marketization operation.
The software system related by the invention is a brand new combination of Internet and road traffic management, is applied to the field of urban traffic management, and can be used by traffic control departments and the public to expose and inquire traffic non-civilized behaviors so as to spread and guide drivers to civilized driving, and can also be used as an effective supplement of the existing management scheme to create a new growth point.

The user A, the user B, the user C and the user D respectively download, install and register the software system related by the invention, and the user A is a common traffic police of a traffic management department; user B is a private owner, user C is a company coworker of user B, and user D is a common citizen. The user D exposes the event under the license plate information of the user B through the content publishing module in the software system related by the invention. The user C sees the reporting material of the user D aiming at the user B by inputting the license plate information of the user B (obtained by observation in daily life) through the content query module in the software system related by the invention, and establishes a bad social impression for the user B. The user B worries that acquaintances who can see the own license plate in real life like the user C can browse the exposure content pointing to the own license plate information by inquiring the own license plate, so that driving behaviors of the user B are strictly regulated, and positive energy matters are done as much as possible, so that good social impression is established.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the specific embodiments described above can be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination of hardware and software. In the case of a software implementation, computer readable instructions may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium that are executed by a processor to implement the above-described method flows.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises: the content publishing module is used for automatically acquiring or actively filling license plate information of a target vehicle when publishing the content.

The system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises: the content information released by the content releasing module comprises one or more of license plate information, time information, position information, video information, audio information, picture information, text information and label information.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises: when the content query module queries the driving behavior of the target vehicle, the license plate information of the target vehicle needs to be automatically acquired or actively filled in, and the license plate information is used as a search keyword to query the content information.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises: the content information inquired in the content inquiry module is the content information released by the user through the content release module in the software system.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises: the content information pointing to the license plate information in the content browsing module is the content information released by the user through the content releasing module in the software system.

The system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises: the license plate information related in all the modules consists of number information formed by combining a string of Chinese characters, English letters and Arabic numerals and license plate type information. For example, a new energy automobile brand [ Jing A.12345D ], a motorcycle license plate [ Jing A.12345 ], a trailer automobile brand [ Jing A.1234 rack ], or a hong Kong automobile brand [ LA 1982 ], etc.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises the following application scenarios and operation steps:
application scenario 1: the method comprises the following operation steps when a user needs to expose a specific license plate: downloading, registering and logging in a software system; and secondly, automatically acquiring or actively filling target license plate information in the content issuing module, and issuing content information pointing to the license plate after necessary other information is perfected.
Application scenario 2: the operation steps when a user needs to inquire and browse the driving behaviors pointing to a specific license plate are as follows: downloading, registering and logging in a software system; in the content query module, the content information pointing to the license plate is queried by automatically acquiring or actively filling target license plate information; and thirdly, browsing the inquired content information pointing to the license plate in the content browsing module.
Application scenario 3: the method comprises the following operation steps that when a user needs to randomly browse non-specific driving behaviors pointing to a license plate: downloading, registering and logging in a software system; and secondly, browsing the content information pointing to the license plate randomly in the content browsing module.
