Further, if the target online media file fails to be imported, an import failure prompt message is displayed in the progress display area 804; if the target online media file is successfully imported, the first user equipment may further display an import success prompt message in the progress display area 804, further cancel displaying the progress display area 804, and display N target online file pages included in the target online media file.
Wherein k is a positive integer, and k is less than or equal to N. Optionally, the first user device may display a topic reservation component (e.g., topic reservation component 6012 in fig. 6) for the target online media file in the first online media file. When the component function corresponding to the theme reservation component is set as the theme reservation function, responding to the selection operation aiming at k target online file pages in the N target online file pages, and adding the imported content in the k target online file pages in the first online media file based on the target file theme corresponding to the target online media file to obtain an online media update file; the online media updating file is an online media file added with imported contents in k target online file pages; when the component function corresponding to the theme reservation component is set as a theme cancel function, responding to the selection operation aiming at k target online file pages in the N target online file pages, and adding the imported content corresponding to the k target online file pages in the first online media file based on the default file theme of the first online media file to obtain an online media update file, wherein the online media update file is the online media file added with the imported content in the k target online file pages.
Optionally, the first user equipment may respond to a page triggering operation for k target online file pages of the N target online file pages, and add a highlight label to the k target online file pages if the page triggering operation is used to update the selection state of the k target online file pages to a page selection state. The page triggering operation is used for changing the selection state of the corresponding target online file page, the selection state comprises a page selected state and a page unselected state, for example, the selection state of the target online file page 1 is the page unselected state, and the selection state of the target online file page 1 is updated to the page selected state in response to the page triggering operation aiming at the target online file page 1. The highlighted tag is used to indicate that the selection state of the k target online file pages is a page selection state, and the highlighted tag may be a page frame highlighted tag (for example, a color frame identifier is added or a page frame is thickened), may also be a size highlighted tag of the k target online file pages (for example, the size is increased), or may be a tag mask (for example, a color mask) added to the k target online file pages. And responding to the triggering operation aiming at the highlighted tag or the k target online file pages, and displaying a page selection prompt message aiming at the k target online file pages, or displaying page subject information and the like of the corresponding target online file pages. Further, the imported content in the k target online file pages may be added to the first online media file in response to a selection operation for the k target online file pages. Optionally, if the page triggering operation is used to update the selection state of the k target online file pages to a page unselected state, the highlighted tags of the k target online file pages are cancelled from being displayed, that is, the k target online file pages are displayed with default display tags, and the default display tags are used to indicate that the selection state of the k target online file pages is a page unselected state.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, in the document page management area 603, the first user equipment responds to a page trigger operation for k target online document pages (e.g., a first target online document page and a second target online document page) in the N target online document pages 6031, where the page trigger operation is configured to update the selection status of the k target online document pages to a page selection status, and add a highlight tag to the k target online document pages, as shown in fig. 6, where a page frame of the first target online document page and a page frame of the second target online document page in the N target online document pages are displayed in a bold manner. And displaying a page selection prompt message for the k target online file pages in response to the trigger operation for the highlighted tag or the k target online file pages, for example, when the mouse moves to the highlighted tag or the k target online file pages, displaying the page selection prompt message for the k target online file pages, that is, the trigger operation for the highlighted tag or the k target online file pages at this time is a mouse hovering operation, which may be other operations, which is not limited herein.
When k target online file pages are added to the online media file 601, the first user equipment may obtain a trigger mode of the file import component, and add the import content in the k target online file pages to the M first online file pages based on the page addition position corresponding to the trigger mode, so as to obtain an online media update file. That is to say, the first user equipment responds to the selection operation of k target online file pages in the N target online file pages, acquires a trigger mode of an import operation (that is, a trigger mode of a file import component) for the target online media file, acquires a page addition position based on the trigger mode of the import operation for the target online media file, and adds the import content in the k target online file pages to M first online file pages of the online media file based on the page addition position to obtain the online media update file, wherein the import operation for the target online media file is realized by triggering the online file import component.
The k target online document pages can be added in batch based on the page adding position, wherein the batch addition refers to the addition of the k target online document pages to the same position. Namely, after the page adding position is determined, k target online file pages are added to the page adding position. Specifically, the first user equipment may obtain page adding positions corresponding to a trigger mode for an import operation of the target online media file, and add k target online file pages to page adding positions in M online file pages of the online media file to obtain the online media update file.
For example, if the triggering manner of the online file importing component is a file importing manner based on an online editing component (that is, the triggering manner a of the online file importing component), the first user equipment may determine a default adding position as a page adding position, and add the imported content in the k target online file pages to the M first online file pages based on the page adding position to obtain an online media update file, where the default adding position may be a file end, a file start position, a file default position, or the like. If the trigger mode of the online file importing component is a file importing mode based on a default page area (that is, the trigger mode B of the online file importing component), the first user equipment may determine a trigger position indicated by the trigger operation for the thumbnail display area as a page adding position, and add the imported content in the k target online file pages to the M first online file pages based on the page adding position to obtain the online media update file, where, for example, the trigger position indicated by the trigger operation for the thumbnail display area is a position between page area 1 and page area 2, and the page adding position is a position between online file page 1 corresponding to page area 1 and online file page 2 corresponding to page area 2. If the trigger mode of the online file importing component is a file importing mode based on a dragging operation (i.e., trigger mode C of the online file importing component), the first user equipment may determine a default adding position as a page adding position, or determine an importing position indicated by the dragging track as a page adding position, and add the imported content in the k target online file pages to the M first online file pages based on the page adding position, so as to obtain an online media update file.
The k target online document pages can be added in batches based on the page adding positions, and the batch addition refers to the addition of the k target online document pages to different positions. Namely, at least two page adding positions are determined, k target online file pages are respectively added to the at least two page adding positions, and the number of the at least two page adding positions is smaller than or equal to k. Specifically, the first user equipment may obtain page adding positions corresponding to k target online file pages respectively based on a trigger mode of an import operation for the target online media file, and add the k target online file pages to M online file pages of the online media file respectively based on the page adding positions corresponding to the k target online file pages respectively, to obtain the online media update file.
For example, the first user equipment may perform multiple selection operations on k target online file pages, obtain page addition positions corresponding to each selection operation, determine page addition positions corresponding to the k target online file pages, and add, based on the page addition positions corresponding to the k target online file pages, the imported content included in the k target online file pages to M online file pages of the online media file, respectively, to obtain the online media update file. For example, the first user equipment responds to the selection operation of k1 target online document pages in the N target online document pages, obtains the page adding positions corresponding to the selection operation, determines the page adding positions of k1 target online document pages, wherein k1 is a positive integer, and k1 is less than or equal to k; responding to selection operation aiming at k2 target online file pages in the N target online file pages, acquiring page adding positions corresponding to the selection operation, and determining the page adding positions of k2 target online file pages, wherein k2 is a positive integer, and k2 is less than or equal to k; …, respectively; and obtaining page adding positions corresponding to the k target online file pages respectively.
Or, the first user equipment may respond to multiple import operations for the target online media file, and determine, based on a trigger mode of each import operation, a page addition position of a target online file page associated with each import operation, so as to obtain page addition positions corresponding to k target online file pages, respectively. For example, in response to the selection operation on k1 target online document pages among the N target online document pages, the trigger mode of the import operation corresponding to the selection operation on k1 target online document pages is obtained, the page adding positions of k1 target online document pages are determined based on the trigger mode of the import operation, and similarly, the page adding positions corresponding to the k target online document pages are obtained. For example, it is necessary to add the 1 st to 6 th target online document pages in the target online media file to the online media file, respond to the import operation for the target online media file, display N target online document pages, respond to the selection operation for the 1 st to 2 nd target online document pages in the N target online document pages, and determine the page addition positions of the 1 st to 2 nd target online document pages based on the import operation for the target online media file this time; and responding to the import operation aiming at the target online media file, displaying N target online file pages, responding to the selection operation aiming at the 3 rd to 6 th target online file pages in the N target online file pages, and determining the page adding positions of the 3 rd to 6 th target online file pages based on the import operation aiming at the target online media file.
Or, the first user equipment may respond to a selection operation for k target online document pages of the N target online document pages, display a position selection page, and obtain page addition positions corresponding to the k target online document pages submitted in the position selection page, respectively.
When the component function corresponding to the theme reservation component is set as the theme reservation function, the generation process of the online media update file is specifically that when the component function corresponding to the theme reservation component is set as the theme reservation function, the first user equipment responds to the selection operation aiming at k target online file pages in the N target online file pages, and obtains the target file theme corresponding to the target online media file; acquiring file conversion data corresponding to a target online media file, and generating a theme data structure based on a target file theme; and based on the topic data structure and the file conversion data, determining the online display formats of k target online file pages in the target online media file, and based on the online display formats, adding the imported content in the k target online file pages in the first online media file to obtain an online media update file. Optionally, the first user equipment may generate a theme data structure based on the target document theme, or may generate a theme data structure based on associated document themes associated with k target online document pages in the target document theme, or the like.
Wherein the topic data structure is used for representing a display mode of k target online document pages when the k target online document pages are added in the first online media file. Optionally, the theme data structure may include, but is not limited to, a theme physical structure, a theme logical relationship, a theme tree, and the like. When the target online media file is a document file, the theme data structure may be used to represent a position relationship, a font, a paragraph format, a segment style, a style of an inserted attachment, and the like between N target online file pages included in the target online media file; when the target online media file is a video file, the theme data structure can be used for representing adjacency relation, video definition, video duration, video and audio formats and the like among N target online file pages included in the target online media file; when the target online media file is a presentation file, the theme data structure may be used to represent adjacency relations between N target online file pages included in the target online media file, a master, a layout, elements in the target online file pages, and the like.
For example, please refer to fig. 9, and fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a subject data structure according to an embodiment of the present application. Responding to the determined operation aiming at the storage confirmation message, and acquiring a storage deadline configuration message of the target online media file; storing the target online media file to an online media database according to the file storage deadline indicated by the storage deadline configuration message; and if the storage time of the target online media file reaches the file storage deadline, deleting the target online media file in the online media database. Optionally, historical usage information of the target online media file may be obtained, and a storage period configuration message of the target online media file is determined, where the historical usage information includes, but is not limited to, historical usage frequency, historical usage content percentage (i.e., percentage of content historically used in the target online media file to the target online media file, etc.), and the like; alternatively, a storage term configuration message submitted in the first user equipment may be acquired, a file storage term included in the storage term configuration message may be acquired, and the like. Where the media files in the online media database may be recorded as historical online media files. Optionally, if the target online media file belongs to the historical online media files, the first user equipment may obtain f historical online media files from the online media database in response to a trigger operation directed to the historical data obtaining component, and display the f historical online media files in the historical file display page.
Optionally, when a new online media file is imported into the first online media file, the theme data structure may be updated to represent the theme information of the target online media file and the new online media file, so that style retention of different online media files is realized, and compatibility of the online media application with respect to the online media file is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the first user equipment responds to an online file import request aiming at the first online media file in the online media application and displays h second online media files; h is a positive integer; responding to the import operation aiming at the target online media file in the h second online media files, and adding the import content in the target online media file in the first online media file to obtain an online media update file; the online media updating file is a first online media file added with the imported content; and if the import operation comprises a data synchronization selection operation aiming at the import content, namely the import content carries a data synchronization label, updating and displaying the import content in the online media update file as first update content corresponding to the first update operation when responding to the first update operation aiming at the target online media file. Through the above process, the first user equipment provides a function of quickly realizing content transfer when managing the online media files, for different online media files, the first user equipment can provide an import interface of the second online media file in the first online media file, import the content in the second online media file into the first online media file, improve the convenience of file content transfer, further add a tag to the import content imported from the second online media file to the first online media file, so that the import content added in the first online media file carrying the data synchronization tag can be synchronized with the import content in the target online media file, that is, when the import content in the target online media file changes, the import content added in the first online media file can be synchronously changed, therefore, the sharing reference capacity among different online media files is improved, the data source modification is realized, the reference part is automatically updated and synchronized, and the data updating efficiency is further improved.
Further, referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a file import flow provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11, the process includes the steps of:
in step S1101, the first user equipment responds to a trigger operation for the online file import component in the first online media file, and acquires a target online media file.
In this embodiment of the application, in response to a trigger operation for an online file import component, a first user equipment acquires h second online media files associated with the trigger operation for the online file import component from among first online media files displayed in an online media application, which may be referred to as specific description shown in step S301 in fig. 3, and further acquires a target online media file in the h second online media files in response to the trigger operation for the target online media file, which may be referred to as specific description shown in step S302 in fig. 3, and is not described herein again.
Step S1102, detecting a target online media file.
In the embodiment of the application, the first user equipment can detect the target online media file to obtain a file detection result. Specifically, the first user equipment may detect one or at least two of security of the target online media file, a file format, and device account information of the first user equipment, to obtain a file detection result.
In one detection condition, the first user equipment may acquire device account information of the first user equipment associated with the first online media file; acquiring data uploading authority corresponding to the equipment account information, if the equipment account information has the data uploading authority, determining a file detection result of the target online media file as a detection passing result, executing a step S1103, uploading the target online media file to an online media application, and displaying N target online file pages included in the target online media file; the online media application is the application program where the first online media file is located. And if the device account information does not have the data uploading authority, determining the file detection result of the target online media file as an abnormal detection result.
Under a detection condition, the first user equipment can acquire the file format of the target online media file and perform security detection on the target online media file. The first user equipment may invoke a file detection program in the first user equipment to perform security detection on the target online media file, for example, may detect whether the target online media file carries a virus, whether the target online media file is damaged, or the like. If the file format of the target online media file belongs to the default file format and the security detection of the target online media file passes, determining that the file detection result of the target online media file is a detection passing result, executing step S1103, uploading the target online media file to an online media application, and displaying N target online file pages included in the target online media file; the online media application is the application program where the first online media file is located. And if the file format of the target online media file does not belong to the default file format or the security detection of the target online media file fails, determining the file detection result of the target online media file as a detection abnormal result. Wherein the default file format may be a file format supported by the online media application; or, if the content of the online media file having the same file format as the first online media file needs to be added to the first online media file, the first user equipment may obtain the file format of the first online media file, and determine the file format of the first online media file as the default file format.
Step S1103, based on the file detection result, displaying N target online file pages included in the target online media file.
In the embodiment of the present application, if the file detection result is a detection abnormal result, an abnormal prompt message may be displayed. If the detection abnormal result is obtained based on that the device account information does not have the data uploading authority, the abnormal prompt message can be an account authority abnormal message; if the detection abnormal result is obtained based on that the file format of the target online media file does not belong to the default file format, the abnormal prompt message can be a format unsupported message; if the detection exception result is obtained based on that the security detection on the target online media file is not passed, the exception prompting message may be a file exception message or the like. And if the file detection result is a detection passing result, importing the target online media file into an online media application, and displaying N target online file pages included by the target online media file.
