Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.
Example one
The embodiment provides a reset control method of an education all-in-one machine, which can be used for forcibly restarting the education all-in-one machine embedded in a wall body.
The education all-in-one machine comprises a power supply unit, the power supply unit is connected with a mains supply, the mains supply provides power supply voltage for the education all-in-one machine after voltage conversion of the power supply unit, and the machine can be forcibly restarted by a switch key on the power supply unit under normal conditions.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the reset control method of the education integration machine of the embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
the main board collects an output signal of the control equipment and compares the output signal with a preset value required for triggering the power supply unit to reset;
and if the comparison result of the output signal and the preset value meets a preset condition, the mainboard sends a corresponding level signal to a reset module of the power supply unit to control the power supply unit to execute reset operation.
The power supply unit of the embodiment is connected with the control device through a mainboard, wherein the mainboard can be an original mainboard of the education all-in-one machine or an external new mainboard; the power supply unit supplies 5V/12V/24V power to the mainboard, the power supply unit is provided with a reset module, the reset module is connected with the mainboard through an STB pin, the STB represents a switch pin of the power supply unit and can control whether the power supply unit works or not, the power supply unit starts to work when the STB is in a high level, and stops working when the STB is in a low level.
In this embodiment, the main board may provide a low level for the STB pin of the power supply unit, specifically, an MCU micro control unit is built in the main board, a GPIO pin is led out from the MCU of the main board and is communicated with the STB pin of the power supply unit, and the MCU of the main board may send a corresponding level to the STB pin of the power supply unit to control the on-off state of the power supply unit.
The control equipment of the embodiment is arranged outside the wall body, and a teacher can control the on-off state of the power supply unit through the control equipment. The control device of this embodiment is a key board, and when each key in the key board is pressed, different ADC values can be output, and different keys are pressed simultaneously to form a combination key, and the ADC value output by the combination key is different from the ADC value output by a single key; in this embodiment, the control device is connected to the MCU of the motherboard through an ADC sampling pin, the MCU of the motherboard collects the ADC output by the control device through a sampling register, and the motherboard determines which keys of the keypad are pressed by the user according to the collected ADC, so as to determine whether to reset the power supply unit. In this embodiment, the motherboard initializes the sampling register when the motherboard is powered on, so as to improve the accuracy of ADC acquisition.
In this embodiment, the motherboard acquires an ADC value of the control device, converts the ADC value into a voltage value, compares the voltage value with a preset value required for triggering the power supply unit to perform a reset operation, and sends a low level to an STB pin of the power supply unit to control the power supply unit to perform the reset operation if the preset condition is satisfied; and if the preset conditions are not the same, not outputting a low level to the power supply unit to enable the power supply unit not to execute reset operation.
For example, the Key board in this embodiment includes four keys, i.e., Key1, Key2, Key3, and Key4, when a user presses the Key1, the sampling register collects an ADC value output by the Key board and converts the ADC value into a voltage value, where the voltage value is 0V; when a user presses the Key2, the ADC sampling value corresponds to 1.5V, when the user presses the Key3, the ADC sampling value corresponds to 2V, and when the user presses the Key4, the ADC sampling value corresponds to 2.5V; and the sampling value will be different when the combination Key is pressed, for example, Key1 and Key2 are pressed simultaneously, and the ADC sampling value is 1.7V. In this embodiment, the preset value required for triggering the power supply unit to execute the reset operation is 1.7V, that is, when the user presses the Key1 and Key2 combination Key at the same time, the acquired ADC value indicates that the voltage output by the keypad is 1.7V, and the voltage is the same as the preset value, at this time, the motherboard can send a low level signal to the STB pin of the power supply unit, and at this time, the power switch can execute the reset operation, and when the power supply unit executes the reset operation, the 5V, 12V, or 24V power supply voltage provided by the power supply unit for the motherboard is also reset, thereby completing the effect of restarting the machine.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the output signal of the control device is the same as the preset value, it is further determined whether the duration trigger time of the control device exceeds a preset time, that is, it is determined whether the user continuously presses the keypad for a period of time, and if the duration trigger time exceeds the preset time, the power supply unit is controlled to perform a reset operation; if not, the reset operation is not executed.
Example two
