Referring to fig. 2, the actuating device 4 includes a U-shaped frame 41, a bidirectional cylinder 42 and an arc-shaped pushing head 43; the U-shaped frame 41 is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate 1, the middle of the U-shaped frame 41 is provided with a bidirectional cylinder 42, and the top ends of the bidirectional cylinder 42 are respectively provided with an arc-shaped push head 43; the bidirectional cylinder 42 works to drive the arc-shaped pushing head 43 to move, and the arc-shaped pushing head 43 drives the supporting plate 28 to reciprocate to realize the function of testing the tensile property of the printed and dyed cloth.
