However, since a portion of the first parallel section 12 is used as a bottom wall of the elastic insertion groove 15, and a portion of the elastic section 11 away from the first parallel section 12 is inclined toward the vertical section 13, so that the elastic insertion groove 15 forms a throat structure, in order to facilitate the installation of screws at the through holes on the first parallel section 12, as shown in fig. 3, through holes are respectively provided on the first parallel section 12 and the first fixing section 16 between the elastic insertion grooves 15 in a direction parallel to the first parallel section 12 and the vertical section 13 for fixedly connecting the fixing member 1 and the wall body 3. Thus, the fixing member 1 can be fixed on the wall 3 through the plurality of through holes arranged on the first parallel sections 12 at the two sides of the elastic insertion grooves 15, and when the fixing connection strength is ensured, the through holes are respectively arranged in the areas among the plurality of elastic insertion grooves 15, so that the fastening process of screws or bolts is not influenced, and the mounting efficiency of the fixing member 1 is improved; and, the through holes arranged at both sides of the elastic inserting groove 15 are provided with screws, so that the stress points between the fixing component 1 and the wall 3 are distributed uniformly.
In addition, through holes can be formed in the first fixing sections 16 respectively and used for fixedly connecting the fixing member 1 and the wall 3, so that the number of connection points between the fixing member 1 and the wall 3 is increased while the installation of screws is not influenced, and the connection strength between the fixing member 1 and the wall 3 is improved.
In the case where through holes are formed in the first fixing section 16, the first parallel section 12, the second parallel section 14, and the insertion member 2, when the fixing member 1 and the insertion member 2 are attached, the attachment may be performed by selecting an adhesive method, or may be performed by selecting a bolt or screw method, and the operator may select the method according to the actual situation.
In addition, the first fixing section 16 and the first parallel section 12 are generally of an integral structure, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, a side of the first parallel section 12 located between the adjacent elastic insertion grooves 15 away from the vertical section 13 extends outwards to form the first fixing section 16, and the first parallel section 12 and the plurality of first fixing sections 16 are located on the same plane. With continued reference to fig. 7, the length direction of the first parallel section 12 extends in a direction parallel to the first parallel section 12 and the vertical section 13, while the width direction of the first parallel section 12 extends in a direction perpendicular to the vertical section 13.
In the above process, the first parallel section 12 is directly and fixedly connected with the wall 3, and in addition, the first parallel section 12 may also be indirectly and fixedly connected with the wall 3, which is not specifically limited in the technical solution of the present application.
Because the first parallel section 12 and the second parallel section 14 are vertically connected with two opposite ends of the vertical section 13, that is, the first parallel section 12 and the second parallel section 14 are parallel to each other, when the first parallel section 12 is fixed with the wall 3 and the second parallel section 14 is fixed with the first decorative plate 41, the first parallel section 12 is usually fixed on the surface of the wall 3 in parallel, and the first decorative plate 41 is fixed with the second parallel section 14 in parallel, that is, the first decorative plate 41 after being fixed and installed is parallel to the wall 3; at this time, the vertical section 13 is perpendicular to the wall body 3 and the first decorative plate 41, respectively, and the opening direction of the elastic insertion groove 15 is also perpendicular to the first parallel section 12 or the second parallel section 14.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, the insertion member 2 further includes a second fixing section 22, one end of the second fixing section 22 is perpendicularly connected to one end of the insertion section 21, the other end of the insertion section 21 is inserted into the elastic insertion groove 15, and the second fixing section 22 is fixedly connected to the second decorative plate 42, thereby forming an integral structure of the insertion member 2. Because the inserting member 2 and the fixing member 1 both comprise multi-section structures, the structures of the inserting member and the fixing member are consistent, the inserting member and the fixing member can be of a split welding structure or an integral casting structure, and can also be integrally bent and formed by a stamping process, and no specific limitation is made herein.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, the insertion section 21 of the insertion member 2 is vertically connected with the second fixing section 22 to form an L-shaped structure, and at this time, since the opening direction of the elastic insertion groove 15 is perpendicular to the first parallel section 12, when the insertion section 21 is inserted and fixed in the elastic insertion groove 15, the insertion section 21 is parallel to and in contact with the vertical section 13, so that the fixing section is parallel to the second parallel section 14 and the first parallel section 12.
It should be noted that the second fixing section 22 is also provided with a plurality of through holes for being fixedly connected with the second decorative plate 42 through screws, and the second fixing section may also be fixedly connected with the second decorative plate 42 through an adhesive manner, which is not limited herein.
When the inserting member 2 and the fixing member 1 are inserted and fixed through the inserting section 21 and the elastic inserting groove 15, in order to enable the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42 to have a good decorative effect, it is usually necessary to ensure that the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42 after installation are located in the same plane, and thus, it is necessary to adjust the two outer side surfaces of the second fixing section 22 and the second parallel section 14 after insertion and fixation, which are far away from the first parallel section 12, to be in the same plane.
Thus, when the sum of the vertical projection length of the elastic section 11 (the vertical projection length of the elastic section 11 includes the thickness part of the first parallel section 12) and the thickness of the fixed section is less than or equal to the length of the vertical section 13 (the length of the vertical section 13 includes the thickness parts of the first parallel section 12 and the second parallel section 14) and the sum of the length of the insertion section 21 (the length of the insertion section 21 includes the thickness part of the fixed section) and the thickness of the first parallel section 12 is less than or equal to the length of the vertical section 13, in the case where the insertion member 2 is inserted into and fitted with the fixed member 1, it is sufficient to adjust the outer side surfaces of the second fixed section 22 and the first parallel section 12 away from the first parallel section 12 to be on the same plane, so that the first decorative plate 41 is fixed to the outer side surface of the first parallel section 12 and the second decorative plate 42 is fixed to the outer side surface of the second fixed section 22, because the thick bottoms of the decorative plates are the same, the outer side surfaces of the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42 are also positioned on the same plane, and the decorative effect is better.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in the direction perpendicular to the first parallel section 12, the sum of the vertical projection length of the elastic section 11 and the thickness of the second fixed section 22 is set to be smaller than the length of the vertical section 13, and the sum of the length of the inserting section 21 and the thickness of the first parallel section 12 is made to be equal to the length of the vertical section 13; like this, when inserting plug-in components 2 in the elasticity inserting groove 15 of fixed component 1, the one end that direct grafting section 21 kept away from second fixed section 22 is with first parallel section 12 butt, and second fixed section 22 and second parallel section 14 keep away from first parallel section 12 side and must be in the coplanar this moment, like this, are favorable to the parallel and level setting on first decorative board 41 and second decorative board 42 surface.
In some embodiments, the elastic section 11 may be a flat plate structure, and along a direction perpendicular to the first parallel section 12, a distance between the elastic section 11 and the vertical section 13 gradually decreases, that is, a distance between two opposite sidewalls of the elastic insertion groove 15 gradually decreases, and a width of the notch of the elastic insertion groove 15 is smaller than a thickness of the insertion section 21, so that when the insertion section 21 is inserted into the elastic insertion groove 15, an elastic pressing force of the elastic section 11 on the insertion section 21 mainly acts on the notch of the elastic insertion groove 15, thereby increasing a mutual pressing force between the insertion section 21 and the vertical section 13, further increasing a friction coefficient, and increasing a fixing firmness of the insertion section 21.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, in a direction perpendicular to the first parallel section 12, a portion of the elastic section 11 away from the first parallel section 12 is bent toward the vertical section 13 to form at least one first protrusion structure 51, and a distance between the first protrusion structure 51 and the vertical section 13 is smaller than a thickness of the insertion section 21.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing member 1 is integrally formed by bending a plate material with a predetermined shape through a stamping process, and since the plate material is generally a smooth surface, in the stamping and bending process, a portion of the elastic section 11 away from the first parallel section 12 is bent toward the vertical section 13 to form at least one first protrusion structure 51, so that the requirement of integrally forming the first protrusion structure 51 and the fixing member 1 is met, and the processing procedure of the fixing member 1 is facilitated to be simplified.
In addition, the integrated fixing component 1 manufactured and formed by adopting the stamping process can be directly stamped and manufactured by a finished plate, and compared with a casting forming process, the quality stability of the finished fixing component 1 is convenient to ensure. Accordingly, the insert member 2 is integrally formed by bending through a punching process, which also has the above-described advantages.
In the stamping production process, in order to ensure the consistency of the process and raw materials, the thicknesses of all parts of the insertion member 2 are generally set to be consistent with the thicknesses of all parts of the fixed member 1, namely the thicknesses of the first parallel section 12, the second parallel section 14, the second fixed section 22, the first fixed section 16, the vertical section 13 and the elastic section 11 are consistent; meanwhile, the thicknesses of the first decorative panel 41 and the second decorative panel 42 are also uniform.
The first protruding structure 51 on the elastic segment 11 may be one or more than one along a direction perpendicular to the first parallel segment 12. When the number of the first protruding structures 51 on the elastic section 11 is one, the structural arrangement of the mold is simplified; when the number of the first protruding structures 51 on the elastic section 11 is plural, the plural first protruding structures 51 sequentially distributed along the direction perpendicular to the first parallel section 12 can greatly increase the contact area between the elastic section 11 and the inserting section 21, so that the inserting section 21 is more firmly fixed in the elastic inserting groove 15.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific shape of the insertion section 21 is not specifically limited, and only needs to ensure that the insertion section 21 can be stably inserted and fixed in the elastic insertion groove 15.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the plug section 21 is bent to form a second protrusion structure 52, and the second protrusion structure 52 is used for being in snap fit with the first protrusion structure 51 to prevent the plug section 21 from being separated from the elastic plug groove 15. Thereby further increasing the degree of firmness to which the plug section 21 is fixedly inserted in the resilient socket 15.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, when the plug section 21 is inserted into the elastic plug groove 15, since the portion of the plug section 21 different from the second protrusion structure 52 is in contact with the vertical section 13, the protrusion directions of the first protrusion structure 51 and the second protrusion structure 52 are set to be opposite, so that the side of the second protrusion structure 52 away from the first parallel section 12 is in contact with the side of the first protrusion structure 51 facing the first parallel section 12, and thus, the plug section 21 can be prevented from being separated from the elastic plug groove 15 under the blocking of the first protrusion structure 51.
Furthermore, the plug section 21 may also be of flat construction, so that insertion of the plug section 21 into the elastic plug groove 15 is facilitated. When the inserting section 21 is inserted into the elastic inserting groove 15, because the thickness of the inserting section 21 with the plate-shaped structure is larger than the distance between the first protrusion structure 51 and the vertical section 13, one side of the inserting section 21 facing the vertical section 13 is contacted and attached with the vertical section 13 under the extrusion of the elastic section 11, and simultaneously, one side of the inserting section 21 facing the elastic section 11 is contacted and attached with the first protrusion structure 51 on the elastic section 11, so that the inserting section 21 is extruded and fixed in the elastic inserting groove 15, the fixed installation effect of the inserting member 2 is ensured, and meanwhile, the flat inserting section 21 has a simple structure, which is beneficial to simplifying the production and processing procedures.
Specifically, when the flat-plate-shaped insertion section 21 is inserted into the elastic insertion groove 15, since two sides of the insertion section 21 are respectively attached to and contacted with the elastic section 11 and the vertical section 13, in order to further increase the firmness of the insertion installation of the insertion section 21 and the elastic insertion groove 15, a third protrusion structure (not shown in the figure) may be further provided on any side surface of the insertion section 21, and/or a fourth protrusion structure (not shown in the figure) may be provided on the side surface of the vertical section 13 facing the elastic section 11; through the setting of third protruding structure and/or fourth protruding structure, be favorable to increasing the extrusion force of elasticity inserting groove 15 to grafting section 21 both sides to increase contact surface's roughness, thereby increase the frictional force between grafting section 21 and the elasticity inserting groove 15, and then increase grafting section 21 and insert the firm degree of fixed in elasticity inserting groove 15.
As for the material for manufacturing the fixing member 1 and the inserting member 2, it is only necessary to ensure the structural strength thereof, and the material is not particularly limited, for example: the manufacturing material can be any one of metal, plastic or wood plastic material and the like. Wherein, the fixed component 1 and the inserting component 2 are respectively made into plastic components by integral molding and injection molding; in addition, when the material for manufacturing the fixing member is metal (such as stainless steel or aluminum alloy), the fixing member may be manufactured by welding and separately, or the fixing member 1 and the insertion member 2 may be manufactured by integrally pressing and molding, respectively.
It should be noted that the lengths of the fixing member 1 and the inserting member 2 are generally kept consistent with the lengths of the side edges of the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42, which are generally between 1m and 3m, so that logistics transportation is inconvenient if the lengths are too long, the application range is small if the lengths are too short, and the installation process is complicated if the lengths are combined; the length of the cutting tool is usually set to be 3m, so that the cutting tool is convenient to transport and flexible to cut according to different required lengths.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a decorative panel structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, including:
the decorative plate 4, the decorative plate 4 includes the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42 that are adjacently arranged;
a trim panel mounting assembly according to the first aspect wherein the first trim panel 41 is fixedly connected to the second parallel section 14, the second trim panel 42 is fixedly connected to the insert member 2, and the insert member 2 is fixedly connected to the fixing member 1 by means of the insert section 21 and the plurality of resilient insert grooves 15.
According to the decorative plate structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first decorative plate 41 can be installed and fixed on the wall body 3 through the fixing member 1, and the second decorative plate 42 is installed in the plurality of elastic insertion grooves 15 of the fixing member 1 through the insertion member 2, so that the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42 can be fixedly installed through the fixing member 1 and the insertion member 2; thus, the first decorative panel 41 and the second decorative panel 42 can be fixed to each other by the fixing member 1 and the insertion member 2. In the process of sequentially installing and fixing the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42, the installation positions of the fixing member 1 and the inserting member 2 do not need to be accurately measured, so that a large amount of measuring and positioning time can be saved, and the assembly efficiency of the decorative plates can be improved; in addition, through the extrusion of elasticity inserting groove 15 to grafting section 21 fixed, still be favorable to strengthening the firm degree of fixed mounting between insert member 2 and the fixed component 1 to, because a plurality of elasticity inserting grooves 15 that set up on the fixed component 1, when satisfying preset installation intensity, only need one fixed component 1 can satisfy the installation demand, can effectively reduce the installation time of fixed component 1, further improved the assembly efficiency of decorative board.
It should be noted that, in the decorative plate structure provided by the embodiment of the present invention, in the installation process, the decorative plates 4 on the surface of the wall 3 are sequentially installed and fixed from left to right, from right to left, from bottom to top, or from top to bottom; at the joint position of two adjacent decorative boards, the first decorative board 41 is a decorative board which needs to be installed and fixed firstly, and the second decorative board 42 is a decorative board which needs to be installed and fixed later, that is, at the joint position of two adjacent decorative boards at the next position, the original second decorative board 42 is used as a new first decorative board 41, and the decorative board which needs to be installed at the third position is used as a new second decorative board 42, and so on.
In addition, from another perspective, a fixing member and an inserting member are respectively installed on both sides of the decorative plate 4, when the decorative plate 4 is installed on the surface of the wall body 3 from right to left, the inserting member 2 is installed on the left side and the fixing member 1 is installed on the right side, as shown in fig. 4, facing the surface of the decorative plate 4 opposite to the surface of the wall body 3; when the inserting component 2 is used for inserting and matching with the elastic inserting groove 15 of the last fixing component 1, the decorative plate 4 is two decorative plates 42; subsequently, when the fixing member 1 is fixedly mounted on the surface of the wall body 3, the decorative plate 4 is a first decorative plate 41.
With the structure of the trim panel of the present invention, the width of the trim panel is kept consistent with the length of the fixing member 1 in the direction perpendicular to the mounting order of the trim panel. For the structure of the decorative plate, the opposite sides of the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42 are mutually attached, which is beneficial to reducing the assembly gap in the installation process of the decorative plates, realizing the tight installation between the decorative plates, and having small and uniform assembly gap and good decorative effect.
Specifically, because in the fixed component 1 and the insert component 2 of decorative board structure, the insert section is the contact of laminating each other with vertical section 13, based on this, as shown in fig. 1, the side that sets up first decorative board 41 and vertical section 13 towards one side parallel and level of elastic segment 11, and set up the side of second decorative board 42 and the one side parallel and level of grafting section 21 towards vertical section 13, like this, after grafting section 21 inserts elasticity inserting groove 15, because grafting section 21 and vertical section 13 laminate each other, consequently, the side of first decorative board 41 also laminates each other with the side of second decorative board 42, the inseparable installation between the decorative board has been realized, the assembly gap is little and even, decorative effect is good.
Further, under the condition that the insertion member 2 further comprises a second fixing section 22 vertically connected with the insertion section 21, at this time, the insertion member 2 is in an L-shaped structure, because the second fixing section 22 is fixedly connected with a second decorative plate 42, after the insertion member 2 is in insertion fit with the fixing member 1, a second fixing pipe is arranged to be coplanar with the side surface of the second parallel section 14 away from the second parallel section 14, so that, because the thicknesses of the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42 are generally consistent, the surfaces of the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42 respectively fixedly connected with the second parallel section 14 and the second fixing section 22 away from the first parallel section 12 are flush and on the same plane, thereby maintaining a better decorative effect.
Specifically, in the process of adjusting the second fixed section 22 and the second parallel section 14 away from the side surface of the first parallel section 12 to be coplanar, in order to simplify the adjustment process, as shown in fig. 2, along the direction perpendicular to the first parallel section 12, the sum of the vertical projection length of the elastic section 11 (the vertical projection length of the elastic section 11 includes the thickness portion of the first parallel section 12) and the thickness of the second fixed section 22 is directly set smaller than the length of the vertical section 13 (the length of the vertical section 13 includes the thickness portions of the first parallel section 12 and the second parallel section 14), and the sum of the length of the plug-in section 21 (the length of the plug-in section 21 includes the thickness portion of the second fixed section 22) and the thickness of the first parallel section 12 is made equal to the length of the vertical section 13, so that only in the process of inserting the plug-in section 21 into the elastic plug-in groove 15 is to abut one end of the plug-in section 21 away from the second fixed section 22 with the first parallel section 12, the coplanarity of the second fixed pipe and the side face of the second parallel section 14 far away from the second parallel section 14 can be realized, and the operation is very convenient.
In addition, along the direction perpendicular to the first parallel section 12, the sum of the vertical projection length of the elastic section 11 (the vertical projection length of the elastic section 11 includes the thickness part of the first parallel section 12) and the thickness of the second fixing section 22 can also be set to be equal to the length of the vertical section 13 (the length of the vertical section 13 includes the thickness parts of the first parallel section 12 and the second parallel section 14), and the sum of the length of the inserting section 21 (the length of the inserting section 21 includes the thickness part of the second fixing section 22) and the thickness of the first parallel section 12 is made to be less than or equal to the length of the vertical section 13, so that the side of the second fixing section 22 facing the first parallel section 12 is abutted against the end of the elastic section 11 away from the first parallel section 12 only in the process of inserting the inserting section 21 into the elastic inserting groove 15, and the side of the second fixing pipe and the second parallel section 14 away from the second parallel section 14 can be coplanar, it is also very convenient.
It should be noted that, when the wall 3 and the decorative plate are fixedly connected by screws or bolts, if the decorative plate needs to be replaced or removed, the insertion section 21 of the insertion member 2 is firstly pulled out from the elastic insertion groove 15, and then the second decorative plate 42 can be taken down; then, the fixing screws between the fixing member 1 or the pressing plate and the wall body 3 are removed, so that the fixing structure of the first decorative plate 41 and the wall body 3 is removed; repeating the steps to sequentially disassemble the decorative plates from the surface of the wall body 3; and finally, the fixing member 1, the inserting member 2 and the fixing screws of the decorative plate are removed, so that the decorative plate is detached conveniently.
Through the above-described disassembly process, the fixing member 1, the insertion member 2, the decorative plate, and the screws are all reusable; meanwhile, by combining the embodiment, in the process of installing and dismantling the decorative plate, additional decoration garbage can not be generated through a screw fixation dry construction mode, a garbage recycling process is not required to be processed, and the decoration concept of green and environmental protection is achieved.
The following are specific examples of decorative panel structures:
as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the trim panel structure includes a first trim panel 41, a second trim panel 42, a fixing member 1, and an insertion member 2.
A fixing member 1 with the same width as the first decorative plate 41 is fixedly arranged on the left side edge of the first decorative plate 41, the second parallel section 14 of the fixing member 1 is fixedly attached to the first decorative plate 41, namely, the second parallel section 14 is parallel to the first decorative plate 41, and the first parallel section 12 of the fixing member 1 is fixedly arranged on the wall 3.

According to the assembling method of the decorative plate structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42 can be installed and fixed through the fixing member 1 and the inserting member 2, and in the process of sequentially installing and fixing the first decorative plate 41 and the second decorative plate 42, the installation positions of the fixing member 1 and the inserting member 2 do not need to be accurately measured, so that a large amount of measuring and positioning time can be saved, and the assembling efficiency of the decorative plate can be improved; in addition, a plurality of elasticity inserting grooves 15 that set up on the fixed component 1, when satisfying predetermined installation intensity, only need a fixed component 1 can satisfy the installation demand, can effectively reduce the installation time of fixed component 1, further improved the assembly efficiency of decorative board.
It should be noted that the assembly method of the decorative plate structure is only the assembly and installation scheme of the assembly at the middle position of two adjacent decorative plates. the inserting component is used for being fixedly connected with the second decorative plate and comprises an inserting section, and the inserting section is used for being fixedly inserted into the elastic inserting grooves.
2. The trim panel mounting assembly of claim 1, wherein the securing member further comprises a first securing segment for securing connection with the wall;
the first fixed section and the elastic section are both multiple, the first fixed section and the elastic section are alternately arranged along the direction parallel to the first parallel section and the elastic section, and the first fixed section and the elastic section are fixedly connected with one end, far away from the vertical section, of the first parallel section.

4. The trim panel mounting assembly of claim 3, wherein the plug section is bent to form a second raised structure for snap-fit engagement with the first raised structure adjacent the first parallel section to prevent the plug section from disengaging the resilient plug slot.
5. The trim panel mounting assembly according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the first parallel section between the first fixing section and the elastic insertion groove is provided with a through hole for fixedly connecting the fixing member and the wall body.
6. The trim panel mounting assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the insertion member further comprises a second fixing section, one end of the second fixing section is perpendicularly connected to one end of the insertion section, the other end of the insertion section is inserted into the elastic insertion groove, and the fixing section is fixedly connected to the second trim panel.
7. The trim panel mounting assembly of claim 6, wherein, in a direction perpendicular to the first parallel section, a sum of a vertically projected length of the resilient section and a thickness of the second securing section is less than or equal to a length of the vertical section, and a sum of a length of the plug section and a thickness of the first parallel section is less than or equal to a length of the vertical section.
8. The trim panel mounting assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the fixing member and the insertion member are each integrally press-formed of a metal material.
9. A decorative panel structure, comprising:
a trim panel comprising adjacent said first and second trim panels;
a trim panel mounting assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein said first trim panel is fixedly connected to said second parallel section, said second trim panel is fixedly connected to said insert member, and said insert member and said fixed member are secured by means of an insert section and a plurality of said resilient insert grooves.
10. The trim panel structure of claim 9 wherein the plug section is in abutting contact with the vertical section, the first trim panel has a side flush with a side of the vertical section facing the resilient section, and the second trim panel has a side flush with a side of the plug section facing the vertical section.
11. The trim panel structure of claim 10, wherein the insert member further comprises a second securing segment connected perpendicularly to the plug segment, the second securing segment being fixedly connected to the second trim panel and coplanar with a side of the second parallel segment remote from the first parallel segment.
12. A method of making a trim panel mounting assembly according to any of claims 2 to 8, wherein the method of making comprises:
the preparation method comprises the following steps: cutting the raw material plate into rectangular sheets;
cutting: cutting a plurality of cuts at intervals on one side of the sheet along the length direction of the sheet, wherein the extending direction of the cuts is perpendicular to the length direction of the sheet;
a stamping step: and arranging a first punching grinding tool at intervals on the area between the notches, arranging a second punching grinding tool on the other side of the sheet opposite to the notches, and punching and bending the sheet to form the fixing member.

aligning a side of the second trim panel facing the first trim panel with a side of the insert section facing the vertical section.

An assembling method according to claim 13 or 14, wherein in the case where the insertion member further includes a second fixing section perpendicularly connected to the insertion section, when the sum of the length of the elastic section in a perpendicular projection and the thickness of the second fixing section is less than or equal to the length of the vertical section and the sum of the length of the insertion section and the thickness of the first parallel section is less than or equal to the length of the vertical section in a direction perpendicular to the first parallel section, the step of fixing the insertion member further includes:
and adjusting the position of the insertion section to enable the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate to be coplanar on one side far away from the wall body.
16.
