Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing spliceable furniture of a residential house type according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 5 is a plan view showing spliceable furniture of a residential house type according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the residential house type may further include a splittable furniture having a first furniture 12 and a second furniture 13 separable in a depth direction, wherein the first furniture 12 and the second furniture 13 are juxtaposed to form a sideboard, and wherein the first furniture 12 and the second furniture 13 are longitudinally split to form a wardrobe 14. The specific placement position is not limited, and the furniture can be placed according to actual needs, so that different storage requirements after the house type is changed can be met through the combination of the furniture.
Two cabinets with shallow depth, such as sideboard cabinets, can be spliced to form a wardrobe 14 with large depth, fig. 5 shows the position of the spliceable furniture in a plan view. The technical effect of the spliceable furniture is that the spliceable furniture adapts to different use functions in the house type changing process, and a resident does not need to move the furniture out of a room.
Because the residential house type that can be changed by the resident according to the embodiment of the present application includes: the foundation house type is provided with a large space, the distance between the bearing walls on two sides of the large space is at least two bays, and a space foundation is provided for flexibly dividing rooms; the movable partition wall body is in modular design, the guide rails are arranged in the foundation house type, the movable partition wall body moves in the guide rails, the movable partition wall is spliced to form a room after being moved to the preset position, or the movable partition wall can move back to form a room, and therefore the following beneficial effects can be achieved:
(1) on the basis of the basic house type, a resident can conveniently change different spatial layouts in the same house type series by changing the position of the common movable partition wall body along the upper guide rail, and can change at any time according to needs, thereby realizing the use target of 'self-changing the house'.
(2) The house type layout can be changed only by changing the position of the common movable partition wall body, the energy is saved, the environment is protected, and no noise influence is caused to surrounding residents.
(3) The inner partition walls are arranged along the wall surfaces of large spaces such as a passenger restaurant and the like, so that the permeability of the space is ensured, the lighting and the ventilation are high, and the lighting and the ventilation are good.
(4) Because the space is changed quickly and conveniently by using the common movable partition wall body, the house can be changed at any time according to the requirement without reserving construction time or moving away from the house.
(5) In order to control the specification of the wall body of the common movable partition wall, simplify the specification and the type of the inner partition wall and effectively reduce the cost and improve the quality.
(6) The furniture can be spliced according to the use states of the spaces in different layouts.
(7) The application scene and the practical requirement for solving the scheme are that when a resident visits, a room can be changed into a large space such as a living room by pushing a common movable partition wall body; if the guest stays, the space of the guest restaurant can be changed into a guest room, and the indoor space can be changed temporarily or permanently conveniently and quickly.

Claims (10)
1. A residential housing style that is self-alterable by a resident, comprising:
the basic house type is provided with a large space, the distance between the bearing walls on two sides of the large space is at least two bays, and a space foundation is provided for flexibly dividing rooms;
a movable partition wall body, which is of modular design,
wherein the foundation house type is provided with a guide rail, the movable partition wall body moves in the guide rail,
after the movable partition walls are moved to the preset positions, the movable partition walls are spliced to partition the rooms into rooms, or the movable partition walls move back to form large spaces.
2. The residential housing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance between the load-bearing walls on both sides of said large space is more than 6 m.
3. The residential home type as claimed in claim 1, wherein said guide rail is disposed and hidden within a ceiling, and a movable partition wall is connected to said guide rail by means of a pulley.
4. The residential home form as claimed in claim 1, wherein guide rails in said suspended ceiling are arranged along said windowless side walls of said bay for positioning movable partition walls when not used for partitioning the form,
the guide rails in the suspended ceiling are arranged along the separation lines of the areas to be separated in the bay and are used for placing movable partition walls for separating house types.

The residential home type as claimed in claim 4, wherein the guide rails in the ceiling are arranged to run according to a need to hide the movable partition walls when the residential home type is not partitioned and a need to move and place the movable partition walls when the residential home type is changed,
wherein the guide rails are divided into straight sections and corners, the corners are 90 degrees, adjacent guide rails form a T-shaped or L-shaped structure,
wherein the straight section guide rail is communicated with another adjacent straight section guide rail.
6. The residential housing form of claim 1, wherein the movable partition walls include two types: a common movable partition wall body and a movable partition wall body with a door leaf function,
the left end and the right end of the upper side of the movable partition wall body are respectively provided with a connecting rod, one end of each connecting rod is connected with the partition wall body, the other end of each connecting rod is connected with a pulley, and the left end and the right end of the upper side of the partition wall body are connected with the guide rails through the connecting rods and the pulleys, so that the partition wall body can slide, move and turn in the straight guide rails with corners and keep balance.
7. The residential home form of claim 1 wherein said movable partition walls incorporate strong electrical circuitry.
8. The residential housing as claimed in claim 1, wherein said movable partition walls are moved to predetermined positions according to the needs of the resident, and the movable partition walls are fastened from the side and the strong electric circuit is connected to form a room in which power can be supplied.
9. The residential housing form of claim 1 wherein when the household is not needed as a room, the movable partition wall is moved to the windowless side wall of the bay in accordance with the household's requirements, saving space and avoiding shading.
10. The residential home type as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a spliceable furniture having a first furniture and a second furniture separable in a depth direction,
wherein the first furniture and the second furniture are arranged side by side to form a dining cabinet,
and when the first furniture and the second furniture are longitudinally spliced, the wardrobe is formed.
