wherein the enzyme depilatory grain surface protective agent is prepared by the following method: adding a dialdehyde compound, an amino compound and water into a reaction kettle according to a certain proportion, wherein the dosage of the dialdehyde compound is 1-4 parts, the dosage of the amino compound is 1-3 parts, controlling the temperature at 30-35 ℃, stirring until the dialdehyde compound and the amino compound are completely dissolved, dropwise adding a sodium hydroxide solution, controlling the pH value at 5.0-9.0, heating to 50-80 ℃, and reacting at constant temperature for 6-10 hours; after the reaction is finished, cooling, adding formic acid to adjust the pH value to 2.5-3.5, and obtaining the enzyme depilatory grain surface protective agent.

A method for unhairing raw leather as claimed in claim 1, wherein 80% of water, 0.2% FG-E surfactant and animal leather complex enzyme depilatory are added to the drum of the raw leather after the main soaking treatment, the drum is rotated at a low speed for 30 minutes and stopped for 30 minutes, after 2 times, the loose of the hair root at the margin part is checked, the enzyme depilatory grain surface protective agent is immediately added, the grain surface collagen fiber is slightly tanned and fixed, the drum is continuously rotated at a low speed until most of the hair is completely removed, and then the alkali swelling agent is added until the unhairing is completed.
3. The raw material skin unhairing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dialdehyde compound is one or more of glyoxal, malondialdehyde, succindialdehyde and glutaraldehyde; the amino compound is one or more of urea, glycine, lysine and melamine.
4. The raw material skin unhairing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the animal skin compound enzyme depilatory is prepared from the following components:
5-20 parts of neutral protease or alkaline protease, 0-10 parts of elastase, 0.5-15 parts of lipase, 0-10 parts of enzyme penetration enhancer, 0-50 parts of pH regulator and 0-95 parts of diluent.
