Abstract
The invention provides a conveying and filling device for bar-shaped materials, which comprises a plurality of containers, a container conveying mechanism for horizontally conveying the containers, a bar-shaped material conveying mechanism for horizontally conveying the bar-shaped materials, a buffer mechanism for temporarily storing the materials, a flow guide mechanism for sequentially sliding the bar-shaped materials into the containers from the output end of the material conveying mechanism, and a flattening mechanism; the rod-shaped material conveying mechanism is arranged above the container conveying mechanism in parallel; the flow guide mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the output end of the material conveying mechanism; the buffer mechanism is connected to one side of the output end of the material conveying mechanism, the upper part of the buffer mechanism is of a funnel-shaped structure, and the lower part of the buffer mechanism extends into the container cavity; the flattening mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the caching mechanism, and the flattening mechanism and the bottom of the container are matched to control the stacking height of the rod-shaped materials. When the device is used for conveying rod-shaped materials, the materials fall neatly, the materials are not easy to damage, and the conveying effect is good.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tobacco machinery, in particular to a method and a device for conveying and filling rod-shaped materials.
Background
In the manufacture of tobacco, cigarettes, filter rods or other rod-shaped articles required for cigarette manufacture are conveyed to the hopper of a downstream apparatus, usually by means of a conveyor apparatus, in the form of a multi-layer stack of successive rod-shaped articles, which are temporarily stored in the conveyor apparatus to the downstream apparatus, or are temporarily stored in a container, which is subsequently emptied again and conveyed again in the form of a multi-layer stack by a conveyor mechanism to the downstream apparatus.
When the multi-layer stacked rod-shaped materials are continuously filled into the container for storage, a filling device of the container and an emptying device of the container are required to be arranged. The traditional filling equipment fills bar-shaped materials into a container through repeated high-frequency reciprocating motion, and the storage quality of the bar-shaped materials is damaged due to the conditions of bar disorder, bar falling, bar clamping, bar bending, filler falling at the end part and the like in the filling process.
In order to solve the above problems, people are always seeking an ideal technical solution.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a conveying and filling device for rod-shaped materials comprises a plurality of containers for stacking the rod-shaped materials up and down along the thickness direction of the materials, a container conveying mechanism for horizontally conveying the containers along the length direction of the containers, a rod-shaped material conveying mechanism for horizontally conveying the rod-shaped materials along the thickness direction of the materials, a buffer mechanism for connecting the tail ends of the rod-shaped material conveying mechanisms and temporarily storing the materials, a flow guide mechanism for enabling the rod-shaped materials to sequentially slide into the containers from the output ends of the material conveying mechanisms, and a flattening mechanism for flattening the upper rod-shaped materials in the containers;
the rod-shaped material conveying mechanism is arranged above the container conveying mechanism in parallel; the flow guide mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the output end of the material conveying mechanism;
the buffer mechanism is connected to one side of the output end of the material conveying mechanism, the upper part of the buffer mechanism is of a funnel-shaped structure, and the lower part of the buffer mechanism extends into the container cavity; the flattening mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the caching mechanism, and the flattening mechanism and the bottom of the container are matched to control the stacking height of the rod-shaped materials.
Based on the above, the conveying direction of the container conveying mechanism is the same as the conveying direction of the rod-shaped material conveying mechanism.
Based on the above, the diversion mechanism is a curved guide element and the bottom extends to the bottom wall of the container, thereby providing support for smooth sliding and sequential stacking of the rod-shaped materials.
Based on the above, the container comprises a bottom wall and two side walls, and a storage cavity for storing the rod-shaped materials along the length direction is formed between the two side walls.

starting the container conveying mechanism to enable the bar-shaped materials to be conveyed from the bar-shaped material conveying mechanism to the caching mechanism, then sequentially and continuously sliding along the length direction of the bar-shaped materials along the flow guide mechanism and storing the bar-shaped materials into the container, and when the container is horizontally conveyed, flattening and arranging the bar-shaped materials sliding into the container by using the flattening mechanism;
and finally, conveying the filled containers to corresponding stations by using a container conveying mechanism.
Compared with the prior art, the conveying and filling device for the rod-shaped materials has outstanding substantive characteristics and remarkable progress, and particularly, the conveying and filling device for the rod-shaped materials can ensure that the rod-shaped materials are sequentially filled and can be flattened without damaging the rod-shaped materials when the rod-shaped materials are filled in a transfer container. The device has the advantages of scientific design, orderly falling of materials, difficult damage to the materials and good transmission effect.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail by the following embodiments.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a conveying and filling device for bar-shaped materials, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, comprising a plurality of containers 8 for stacking the bar-shaped materials 3 up and down along the thickness direction of the materials; a container transfer mechanism 1 for horizontally transferring the container 8 in a longitudinal direction of the container 8; a rod-shaped material conveying mechanism for horizontally conveying the rod-shaped material 3 in the material thickness direction; a buffer memory mechanism 5 for connecting the tail end of the rod-shaped material conveying mechanism and temporarily storing the material; the flow guide mechanism 7 is used for sequentially sliding the rod-shaped materials 3 from the output end of the material conveying mechanism into the container 8; and a flattening mechanism 6 for flattening the upper rod-shaped materials in the container 8.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the rod-shaped material conveying mechanism may be divided into a rod-shaped material lower conveying mechanism 2 and a rod-shaped material upper conveying mechanism 4 which are arranged in parallel with each other.
The rod-shaped material conveying mechanism is arranged above the container conveying mechanism 1 in parallel; the flow guide mechanism 7 is arranged on the lower side of the output end of the rod-shaped material lower conveying mechanism 2.
The buffer memory mechanism 5 is connected with one side of the output end of the material conveying mechanism.
The upper part of the buffer memory mechanism 5 is of a funnel-shaped structure, and the lower part of the buffer memory mechanism 5 extends into the container cavity.
The flattening mechanism 6 is arranged at the outer side of the lower end of the caching mechanism 5.
The flattening mechanism 6 is matched with the bottom of the container 8 to control the stacking height of the rod-shaped materials.
In the present embodiment, the conveying direction of the container conveying mechanism 1 is the same as the conveying direction of the rod-shaped material conveying mechanism.
The flow guide means 7 is a curved guide element and extends with its bottom to the bottom wall of the container.
The container 8 comprises a bottom wall 11 and two side walls 9, and a storage cavity for storing the rod-shaped material along the length direction is formed between the two side walls 9. One or both of the two side walls 9 may be made of a material of a transparent material.
A group of separated end walls 10 are movably arranged at the left end and the right end of the bottom wall of the container 8 respectively, and the width of a vertical seam between the two end walls 10 is adjustable.
A plurality of containers 8 are arranged on the container conveying mechanism 1 in a straight line, and vertical seams for the diversion mechanism to pass through are arranged at the two ends of each container 8.
The embodiment also provides a method for conveying and filling rod-shaped materials by using the device, which comprises the following steps:
arranging a plurality of containers on a container conveying mechanism in a straight line, placing the output end of a flow guide mechanism in the containers, and storing and accumulating the rod-shaped materials in the rod-shaped material conveying mechanism along the length direction;
starting the container conveying mechanism to enable the bar-shaped materials to be conveyed from the bar-shaped material conveying mechanism to the caching mechanism, then sequentially and continuously sliding along the length direction of the bar-shaped materials along the flow guide mechanism and storing the bar-shaped materials into the container, and when the container is horizontally conveyed, flattening and arranging the bar-shaped materials sliding into the container by using the flattening mechanism;
and finally, conveying the filled containers to corresponding stations by using a container conveying mechanism.
Specifically, when in use, the rod-shaped material flow which is orderly stacked is conveyed to the buffer mechanism under the action of the conveying mechanism and enters the container under the guide of the diversion mechanism.
The containers are gradually filled while being slowly moved by the conveying mechanism.
The materials stacked in order in the container are flattened and arranged in order on the upper layer under the action of the flattening mechanism.
The filled container is transported forward by the conveyor mechanism and excess material is directed through the container end wall into the next container connected thereto.

1. A conveying and filling device for rod-shaped materials is characterized in that:
the device comprises a plurality of containers for stacking bar-shaped materials up and down along the thickness direction of the materials, a container conveying mechanism for horizontally conveying the containers along the length direction of the containers, a bar-shaped material conveying mechanism for horizontally conveying the bar-shaped materials along the thickness direction of the materials, a buffer mechanism for connecting the tail ends of the bar-shaped material conveying mechanism and temporarily storing the materials, a flow guide mechanism for sequentially sliding the bar-shaped materials from the output end of the material conveying mechanism into the containers, and a flattening mechanism for flattening the bar-shaped materials on the upper layer in the containers;
the rod-shaped material conveying mechanism is arranged above the container conveying mechanism in parallel; the flow guide mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the output end of the material conveying mechanism;
the buffer mechanism is connected to one side of the output end of the material conveying mechanism, the upper part of the buffer mechanism is of a funnel-shaped structure, and the lower part of the buffer mechanism extends into the container cavity; the flattening mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the caching mechanism, and the flattening mechanism and the bottom of the container are matched to control the stacking height of the rod-shaped materials.
2. A rod-shaped material transporting and filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the conveying direction of the container conveying mechanism is the same as the conveying direction of the rod-shaped material conveying mechanism.
3. A rod-shaped material transporting and filling apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the flow guide means is a curved guide element and the bottom extends to the bottom wall of the container.
4. A rod-shaped material transporting and filling apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the container comprises a bottom wall and two side walls, and a storage cavity for storing the rod-shaped materials along the length direction is formed between the two side walls.
5. A rod-shaped material transporting and filling device according to claim 4, wherein: a group of separated end walls are movably arranged at the left end and the right end of the bottom wall of the container respectively, and the width of a vertical seam between the two end walls is adjustable.
6. A rod-shaped material transporting and filling device according to claim 5, wherein: the containers are linearly arranged on the container conveying mechanism, and vertical seams for the diversion mechanism to pass through are formed at two ends of each container.
7. Method for transport filling of rod-shaped items with a device according to any of claims 1 to 6, comprising the following steps:
arranging a plurality of containers on a container conveying mechanism in a straight line, placing the output end of a flow guide mechanism in the containers, and storing and accumulating the rod-shaped materials in the rod-shaped material conveying mechanism along the length direction;
starting the container conveying mechanism to enable the bar-shaped materials to be conveyed from the bar-shaped material conveying mechanism to the caching mechanism, then sequentially and continuously sliding along the length direction of the bar-shaped materials along the flow guide mechanism and storing the bar-shaped materials into the container, and when the container is horizontally conveyed, flattening and arranging the bar-shaped materials sliding into the container by using the flattening mechanism;
and finally, conveying the filled containers to corresponding stations by using a container conveying mechanism.
