The wiper connecting base 1a disclosed by the invention can be adapted to a large number of conventional wiper joints 2a with hinged shafts on both side walls, the wiper joint 2a is used as a second component of a wiper connecting assembly for connecting a wiper bracket assembly and a wiper arm, the wiper joint 2a is mainly used for fixedly connecting the wiper arm, and as shown in fig. 3-2, the wiper joint 2a has two common structural characteristics with the wiper joints which are mainstream in the market at present: 1. the body of the windshield wiper joint is provided with a connecting part which can be fixedly connected with the windshield wiper arm; 2. the wiper joint has a hinge shaft which can be mutually hinged with the hinge hole of the wiper connecting base. Specifically, the body of the wiper joint 2a includes a U-shaped groove member formed by a top wall 21 and two side walls 22, the two side walls 22 extend inward to form hinge shafts 221 symmetrically arranged, and a connecting portion F for fixing the wiper arm is provided on the top wall 21 and/or the two side walls 22, the specific structure of the connecting portion F can be directly referred to CN2111223362U patent document, in some wiper joints, the connecting portion F can be arranged at the bottom of the two side walls of the wiper joint to form a bottom edge, and the connecting portion F formed by the bottom edge is fixed to the wiper arm, such as the wiper joint disclosed in CN210707317U, the figure of the wiper joint of this embodiment is a hinge hole, and the hinge hole needs to be replaced by a hinge shaft, in fact, the connecting portion F of the wiper joint can be adjusted adaptively according to different wiper arms, and even for the same type of wiper arms, different manufacturers may design different connection portions F to be fixedly connected, but in terms of the present invention, the structure of the wiper joint connection portion F is not the innovation point of the wiper joint 2a, and it will not be mentioned here, in this embodiment, the wiper joint 2a utilizes the hinge shaft 221 to overcome the block of the block piece 3 disposed at the opening 131 of the hinge through hole 13b, and drives the block piece 3 to generate a position deviation by elastic deformation downward, so that the hinge shaft 221 is nested into the hinge through hole 13b of the wiper connection base 1a, and the wiper joint 2a is swingably hinged in the hinge through hole 13b of the wiper connection base 1a, because the relative movement direction between the hinge shaft 221 of the wiper joint 2a and the hinge through hole 13b of the wiper connection base 1a is opposite to the opening 131 of the hinge through hole 13 during the wiping process (working state), and the stressed portion is not at the position of the block piece 3, the blocking piece 3 is thus not substantially forced, and only when the vehicle is in a state of repairing or washing the windshield glass, the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1a thereof are erected together with the wiper arm, hanging over the upper surface of the windshield glass, the hinge shaft 221 of the wiper joint 2a is disengaged outwardly toward the opening 131 of the hinge through hole 13b, and at this time, the disengagement of the hinge shaft 221 of the wiper joint 2a from the hinge through hole 13b of the wiper connecting base 1a is restricted by the blocking of the blocking piece 3, thereby achieving stable mounting of both; when the wiper joint 2a needs to be replaced, the front end of the wiper joint 2a is tilted upwards, so that the hinge shaft of the wiper joint 2a presses the blocking piece 3 downwards, the access passage of the opening end 131 of the hinge through hole 13b is kept away, and the wiper joint 2a can be separated from the wiper connecting base 1a. It should be noted that, 1, the barrier sheet 3 has certain requirements on the elastic modulus during the design, that is, elastic deformation occurs only under certain acting force condition; 2. the stiff end 31 that blocks piece 3 sets up in the horizontal X direction that blocks 3 free end 32 atress direction rather than perpendicular Z direction, makes the free end 32 that blocks piece 3 more difficult emergence elastic deformation under the prerequisite of same effort, assumes that the atress of the free end 32 that blocks piece 3 along horizontal direction (X direction) needs 10N at least just can order about its elastic deformation promptly, but if the effort shifts to the perpendicular face (Z direction) of free end 32, then only need 5N just can order about the free end 32 that blocks piece 3 and take place elastic deformation.
The second embodiment:
as shown in fig. 3-1, the present invention discloses a windshield wiper connecting base 1b, wherein a connecting block 12 is convexly disposed above a base 11, the connecting block 12 forms a pair of hinge holes 13a (blind hole arrangement) symmetrically disposed along a pivot axis Y, the hinge holes 13a form an opening 131 on a side opposite to the power end of the windshield wiper arm, and the hinge holes 13a adopt a blind hole design, which can improve the overall strength of the connecting block 12; two side surfaces of the connecting block 12 form an inwards-concave abdicating channel 14 from top to bottom at the insertion end of the opening 131 of the hinge hole 13a, the abdicating channel 14 and the bottom end surface of the hinge hole 13a (blind hole) are positioned on the same plane, a first limiting step part 15a is respectively formed at the abdicating channel 14 and the front end of the two side surfaces of the connecting block 12, and a first hollow part 33 is arranged below the abdicating channel 14; the blocking sheet 3 is a sheet-shaped body with elastic deformation, the fixed end 31 of the blocking sheet is arranged on one side of the abdicating channel 14 far away from the opening 131 of the hinge hole 13a, the free end 32 of the blocking sheet is inwards concave in an arc from bottom to top and is arranged in the first hollow part 33, the first hollow part 33 is provided with an abdicating space for the free end 32 of the blocking sheet 3 to elastically deform downwards, the free end 32 of the blocking sheet 3 is positioned at the opening 131 of the hinge hole 13a when the elastic deformation state is not generated, and the height of the free end does not exceed the height of the circle center of the hinge hole 13a, so that the blocking sheet 3 can be driven to downwards generate position deviation when a hinge shaft of a subsequent windshield wiper joint is abutted and contacted with the hinge shaft; in a more optimized design, a first inclined plane 121 and a second inclined plane 122 are respectively arranged on the top of the connecting block 12 from front to back, the first inclined plane 121 is positioned at the front end of the hinge hole 13a, and the height of the first inclined plane is gradually increased from front to back; the second inclined plane 122 is located at the rear end of the hinge hole 13a, and the height thereof is gradually reduced from front to rear; an arc-shaped protrusion 123 is additionally arranged at the top of the connecting block 12 between the first inclined surface 121 and the second inclined surface 122, and the arc-shaped protrusion 123 is located above the hinge hole 13a and at a high position of the top of the connecting block 12.
The wiper connecting base 1b of the present invention can also be adapted to a conventional wiper joint 2a (only one of them is representative) with a hinge shaft 221, and the assembly method between the two is not significantly different from that of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-2 and 3-3, the hinge shaft 221 of the two side walls 22 of the wiper joint 2a presses down the blocking plate 3 through the receding channel 14 of the two side surfaces of the connecting block 12, so as to drive the free end 32 of the blocking plate 3 to be elastically deformed downwards and to be positionally displaced, thereby smoothly sliding the hinge shaft 221 of the wiper joint 2a into the hinge hole 13a, which is different from that of the first embodiment: 1. the hinge hole 13a is a blind hole, so that the overall strength of the connecting block 12 is improved; 2. the front end of the connecting block 12 has no sinking portion, so both side surfaces of the connecting block 12 can provide a larger abutting area for both side walls 22 of the wiper joint 2a, ensuring that the wiper joint 2a is not liable to deflect in the width direction with respect to the wiper connecting base 1b; 3. a first inclined surface 121 and a second inclined surface 122 are additionally provided on the top of the connecting block 12 for controlling the front-rear swing angle of the wiper joint 2a with respect to the wiper connecting base 1b with the hinge shaft 221 as the rotation axis; 4. when the inwardly recessed abdicating channel 14 is formed on the two side surfaces of the connecting block 12, a first limiting step portion 15a is formed between the front end of the abdicating channel 14 and the two side surfaces of the connecting block 12, the first limiting step portion 15a is a blocking portion a, and the first limiting step portion 15a is additionally provided, so that the conventional wiper joint 2a may be respectively provided with a first limiting block 23 on the inner side end surfaces of the two side walls 22 and at a position corresponding to the abdicating channel 14, as shown in fig. 3-4, the first limiting blocks 23 may be respectively fixed on the inner side end surfaces of the two side walls 22 or may be fixed at the inner end of the top wall 21, and in short, when the hinge shaft 221 of the wiper joint 2a is hinged to the hinge hole 13a of the wiper joint base 1a, the first limiting block 23 may be inserted in the abdicating channel 14 and be opposite to the position of the first limiting step portion 15a (blocking portion a) along the length direction of the connecting block 12.
As shown in fig. 3-5 and 3-6, the first limiting step portion 15a of the wiper connecting base 1b is used for ensuring that the front end of the wiper joint 2a is required to be tilted upward by a certain angle when the hinge shaft 221 of the wiper joint 2a is moved out of the hinge hole 13a, so as to facilitate the consumer to grasp the tilted upward angle of the wiper joint 2a when detaching/installing the wiper joint 2a, therefore, the wiper joint 2a is capable of separating from the wiper connecting base 1b only by presetting the included angle γ between the second inclined plane 122 and the front end of the horizontal plane, the included angle γ is not less than or equal to 3 °, the user only needs to abut the inner end of the top wall 21 of the wiper joint 2a against the top of the second inclined plane 122, and the first limiting block 23 of the wiper joint 2a does not interfere with the first limiting step portion 15 a. It should be noted that when the wiper joint 2a is in an operable state, in which the front end of the wiper joint 2a is necessarily swung downward relative to its mounting insertion state, because the wiper joint 2a is fixedly connected with the wiper arm, when the wiper joint 2a with the wiper arm is hinged with the wiper connecting base 1b (not shown in the figures), the wiper joint 2a is always pressed downward by the wiper arm, and the pressing force drives the hinge shaft 221 of the wiper joint 2a to rotate counterclockwise (i.e. the front end of the wiper joint 2a swings downward), so that the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1b are in a relatively stable balanced state, generally the longitudinal axis R of the wiper joint 2a (which may be understood as the extension of the wiper arm connecting portion in its longitudinal direction when the wiper joint 2a is fixedly connected with the wiper arm, in this embodiment it may be understood as the extension of the top wall 21 of the wiper joint 2a in its longitudinal direction) and the wiper connecting base 1b are parallel to each other in the X-axis direction or the extension of the wiper joint 2a top wall 21 of the wiper joint 2a wiper arm in its longitudinal direction, and the wiper base 2a contact with the wiper base 1b via the wiper arm base in the direction, even if the wiper joint 2a slight downward tilting angle of the wiper joint 2a is greater than or less than y, the longitudinal axis R, the longitudinal axis X-axis X direction, the longitudinal axis R of the wiper joint 2b, the wiper arm is always transmitting the wiper joint, the longitudinal axis R, the wiper joint 2a, the wiper arm, and the wiper joint 2a normal pressing force is always transmitting the wiper arm, and the wiper joint 2b in the wiper connecting base 1b, and the wiper arm's longitudinal axis X-axis X direction, and the wiper joint 2b is always transmitting the wiper joint X direction, and the wiper joint X direction of the wiper joint 2b is always transmitting the wiper joint in the wiper joint X direction, and the wiper joint X direction of the wiper joint 2b, and the wiper joint in the wiper arm's longitudinal axis X-X direction, the clockwise rotation of the wiper joint 2a is a positive value, and the counterclockwise rotation is a negative value, namely when the longitudinal axis R of the wiper joint 2a is parallel to the wiper connecting base 1b along the X-axis direction, the first limiting block 23 of the wiper joint 2a interferes with the first limiting stepped portion 15a of the wiper connecting base 1b, so that the wiper joint 2a cannot be separated from the wiper connecting base 1b; moreover, in the wiping process (operation state) of the wiper, the relative movement direction between the hinge shaft 221 of the wiper joint 2a and the hinge hole 13a of the wiper connecting base 1b is opposite to the opening 131 direction of the hinge hole 13a, so that the connection between the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1b is further ensured, and the mutual separation of the two is avoided. When the wiper joint 2a needs to be detached from the wiper connecting base 1b, only the reverse operation is needed, the inner end of the top wall 21 of the wiper joint 2a abuts against the second inclined surface 122 of the wiper connecting base 1b, then the wiper joint 2a is forcibly pushed out from the direction of the opening 131 of the hinge hole 13a of the wiper connecting base 1b, and the wiper joint 2a can be detached from the wiper connecting base 1b by abutting against the blocking piece 3 through the hinge shaft 221 of the wiper joint 2a to make the downward position offset, and letting the access passage of the opening 131 of the hinge hole 13a open. Compared with the traditional windshield wiper connecting base, the windshield wiper connecting base is often only provided with the hinge holes, the hinge shafts of the windshield wiper connector are nested in the hinge holes through the elastic deformation of the two side walls of the windshield wiper connector, once the windshield wiper connector is required to be detached from the windshield wiper connecting base, the windshield wiper connector is often required to be detached violently, and the side walls of the windshield wiper connector are detached in a prying way by using a screwdriver and the like, so that the disassembly is very inconvenient, but the windshield wiper connector 2a matched with the windshield wiper connecting base 1b can be quite conveniently disassembled/assembled, and once the windshield wiper connector is installed, the windshield wiper connector 2a is quite firm and is not easy to be separated from the windshield wiper connecting base 1 b.
The third embodiment:
referring to fig. 4-1, the present invention discloses a wiper connecting base 1c, which has a structure substantially the same as that of the second embodiment, but a limiting sinking groove 4 is further formed at the top of the connecting block 12 and at the front end of the abdicating channel 14, and the limiting sinking groove 4 is a rectangular sinking groove 41 having a receiving space extending along the length direction of the connecting block 12. In a more preferable design, as shown in fig. 4-2, the limit sunken groove 4 further includes an axial sunken groove 42 extending along the length direction at the rear end of the rectangular sunken groove 41, and the horizontal cross sections of the rectangular sunken groove 41 and the axial sunken groove 42 are in a convex shape.
The windshield wiper connecting base 1c disclosed in the present invention can be adapted to a large number of conventional windshield wiper joints (for example, the windshield wiper joint 2a, the design of the first limiting block 23 is omitted), and can also be adapted to the windshield wiper joint 2b, as shown in fig. 4-3, the inner end of the top wall 21 of the windshield wiper joint 2c extends downward relative to the position of the limiting sunk groove 4, the second limiting block 24 further comprises an axial block 24b extending from the front end or the rear end of the rectangular block 24a to form a convex block, the rectangular block 24a and the axial block 24b are correspondingly inserted into the rectangular sunk groove 41 and the axial sunk groove 42, the axial sunk groove 42 and the guiding limiting block 24b of the windshield wiper joint 2b are added to the windshield wiper connecting base 1c ', so that the windshield wiper joint 2b is less likely to be displaced relative to the windshield wiper connecting base 1c ' in the width direction after the windshield wiper joint 2b and the windshield wiper connecting base 1c ' are installed in place.
As shown in fig. 4-4, the purpose of additionally providing the limiting sunken groove 4 at the front end of the top of the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting bases 1c and 1c 'is consistent with the technical effect achieved by the first limiting stepped portion 15a formed by the abdicating channel 14 of the connecting block 12 of the second embodiment, that is, the front end of the wiper joint 2b needs to be tilted up by a certain angle to be separated from the wiper connecting bases 1c and 1c', otherwise, the front end surface of the second limiting block 24 of the wiper joint 2b in a normal working state interferes with the inner wall of the front end of the limiting sunken groove 4 of the wiper connecting bases 1c and 1c ', so as to limit the wiper joint 2b to be separated from the wiper connecting bases 1c and 1c', and the specific analysis is detailed in the description of the second embodiment. Meanwhile, the design is optimized, the sinking surface 411 is formed at the front end of the rectangular sinking groove 41, and the yielding inclined surface 241b is further arranged at the bottom of the axial block 24b and on the side far away from the rectangular block 24a, so that the upward tilting angle of the wiper joint 2b relative to the wiper connecting bases 1c and 1c 'can be reduced, the included angle γ between the second inclined surface 122 of the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting bases 1c and 1c' and the front end of the horizontal surface is reduced, the connecting block 12 still has a sufficient abutting support area in the area located on the second inclined surface 122, and when the wiper joint 2b is hinged with the wiper connecting bases 1c and 1c ', the wiper joint is not easy to deflect along the width direction relative to the wiper connecting bases 1c and 1 c'.
The fourth embodiment:
as shown in fig. 5-1, the present invention discloses a wiper connecting base 1d, which can be constructed on the basis of any one of the aforementioned embodiments, the top surface of the base 11 has a supporting plane 111 extending outwards along the width and length directions of the connecting block 12, the supporting plane 111 can provide a large enough abutting supporting area for bearing the wiper connector disposed thereon, two side surfaces of the connecting block 12 are symmetrically disposed with a pair of first limiting slots 51a and second limiting slots 52 recessed inwards along the length direction from back to front, the open ends of each of the first limiting slots 51a and the second limiting slots 52 are correspondingly disposed with the insertion channel 53 connected thereto, in terms of the present embodiment, since the second limiting slots 52 are disposed at the front ends of two side surfaces of the connecting block 12, the insertion channel 53 does not need to be constructed on the basis of a solid member, and can be understood as a space for the front end of the insertion channel 53, if the second limiting slots 52 are displaced backwards, the insertion channel 53 (not shown in the drawings) similar to the front end of the first limiting slots 51a similar to the insertion channel 53 is disposed; the insertion direction of the opening formed by the first and second stopper insertion grooves 51a and 52 is the same as the insertion direction of the opening 131 of the hinge hole 13a of the joint block 12, and the first and second stopper insertion grooves 51a and 52 may be disposed at any position on both side surfaces of the joint block 12, but are preferably disposed at positions adjacent to the support plane 111 such that the bottom end surface thereof coincides with the support plane 111. The top of the connecting block 12 is further provided with a second limiting step part 15b, and meanwhile, a plane can be designed on the front end face of the connecting block 12 of the windshield wiper connecting base 1d, so that a front abutting surface 124 is formed, and the front abutting surface 124 can be used for abutting and limiting abutting pieces formed by the inner cavity of the windshield wiper connector matched with the front abutting surface 124.
The windshield wiper connecting base 1d disclosed by the invention can be adapted to a large number of traditional windshield wiper joints (such as a windshield wiper joint 2 a) with hinged shafts on two side walls and a windshield wiper joint 2b (in the drawing of the embodiment, the top of the connecting block 12 does not have a structure of the limiting sunken groove 4, but the structure can be additionally arranged to be adapted to the windshield wiper joint 2 b), and can also be used for an adapted windshield wiper joint 2c, and as shown in fig. 5-2 and 5-3, the windshield wiper joint 2c comprises a windshield wiper arm mounting seat 21a and a fastening connecting seat 22a which are arranged side by side along the length direction of a supporting plane 111; the fastening connection seat 22a at least includes a U-shaped groove member with a downward opening, which is formed by sequentially enclosing a first side wall 221a, a first top wall 222a and a first partition plate 213a, the first side wall 221a and the first partition plate 213a are respectively provided with a first fixture block 23a and a second fixture block 24a at positions corresponding to the first limiting slot 51a and the second limiting slot 52a, meanwhile, a first resisting piece 223a is additionally arranged between the first side wall 221a and the first partition plate 213a, and the rear end of the first resisting piece 223a is connected with the second fixture block 24 a; the first top wall 222a is provided with a U-shaped notch along the length direction thereof, so that the first top wall 222a forms a first elastic cantilever 2222a in the area located inside the U-shaped notch, a position-limiting protrusion 250a is additionally arranged at the inner end of the free end of the first elastic cantilever 2222a and opposite to the second position-limiting step 15b, and the position-limiting protrusion 250a at least has a contact surface 251a contacting with the second position-limiting step 15 b. The wiper arm mounting seat 21a includes a second side wall 211a, a bottom plate 212a and a first partition plate 213a, which are sequentially surrounded to form a U-shaped groove member with an upward opening, a pivot shaft 214a (fig. 5-2) is transversely disposed between the second side wall 211a and the first partition plate 213a, the pivot shaft 214a is used for assembling a first connecting portion a which is in pivot connection with the first connecting portion a, the first connecting portion a is used for fixing a wiper arm adapted to the first connecting portion a, the structure of the first connecting portion a can be referred to CN207072329U patent document, the structure of the wiper connecting member disclosed in the patent document is substantially identical to the specific structure of the first connecting portion a disclosed in the present embodiment, and no further details are required, the structure of the first connecting portion a can be adaptively adjusted according to different types of wiper arms, or a person skilled in the art can make necessary structural adjustment on the wiper arm mounting seat 21a to establish a hinge connection with the wiper arm to establish a movable connection relationship.
The specific installation manner of the wiper joint 2c and the wiper connecting base 1d is that the connecting block 12 is sleeved in the fastening connecting seat 22a from top to bottom, so that the first clamping block 23a and the second clamping block 24a of the wiper joint 2c are mutually clamped with the first limiting slot 51a and the second limiting slot 52 which are correspondingly arranged, the top end surfaces of the first clamping block 23a and the second clamping block 24a are respectively abutted against the transverse abutting surfaces 511a and 521 of the first limiting slot 51a and the second limiting slot 52, so as to limit the wiper joint 2c and the connecting block 12 to generate upward relative displacement, the first abutting surface 223a is abutted against and matched with the front abutting surface 124 of the connecting block 12, so as to limit the backward relative displacement of the wiper joint 2c relative to the wiper connecting base 1d along the length direction, the limiting bump 250a is always abutted against the second limiting step 15b, so as to limit the wiper joint 2c to generate forward relative displacement relative to the wiper connecting base 1d along the length direction, so as to ensure that the wiper joint 2c and the wiper joint 1d can be firmly connected with the wiper base 1d, when the second limiting bump 250a is pulled away from the cantilever joint 1d, so as long as to realize the mutual pulling the second limiting bump 250a, and the second limiting bump, so as to realize the mutual pulling-off the wiper joint 2 c. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the wiper joint 2c may omit the arrangement of the first abutting piece 223a, and directly abut against the longitudinal abutting surfaces of the first limiting slot 51a and the second limiting slot 52, which are correspondingly arranged, through the first fixture block 23a or the second fixture block 24a, so as to limit the backward relative displacement of the wiper joint 2c with respect to the wiper connecting base 1d along the length direction, and meanwhile, because the first limiting slot 51a and the second limiting slot 52 of the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1d are arranged at positions adjacent to the supporting plane 111, the height of the first fixture block 23a and the second fixture block 24a of the wiper joint 2c is lower than the height of the center of gravity of the wiper joint 2c, and the relative swing of the wiper joint 2c and the wiper connecting base 1d along the width direction thereof can be reduced; secondly, the bottom end face of the wiper joint 2c can be directly abutted against the support plane 111 of the wiper connecting base 1a, so that the abutting contact area between the wiper joint 2c and the wiper connecting base 1d in the vertical direction is further increased, and the wiper joint 2c can be more stably fixed on the wiper connecting base 1 d.
As shown in fig. 5-5 and 5-6, the present invention further discloses a wiper joint 2c ', the main structure of the wiper joint 2c' is substantially the same as the wiper joint 2c, only the position of the limiting projection is moved from the first top wall 222a to the first side wall 221a, specifically, a hollow relief area 2211a is opened on the first side wall 221a, a second elastic cantilever 2212a is added in the hollow relief area 2211a, a limiting projection 250b is added at the inner end of the free end of the second elastic cantilever 2212a and at the position corresponding to the first limiting step 15a of the connecting block 12, and at least when the second elastic cantilever 2212a is not elastically deformed outward, the limiting projection 250b can always abut against the first limiting step 15a, so as to limit the wiper joint 2c 'to generate a forward relative displacement along the length direction relative to the wiper connecting base 1d, when the wiper joint 2c' needs to be detached from the wiper connecting base 1d, the second elastic cantilever 2212a is pulled outward, and the limiting projection 2212a and the limiting projection 250b are only need to be detached from each other.
Fifth embodiment:
the present invention discloses a wiper connecting base 1d ', 1d' based on the fourth embodiment, i.e. the wiper connecting base 1d ', 1d' also has a first limit slot 51a, a second limit slot 52 and a support plane 111, the most obvious difference from the fourth embodiment is that the connecting block 12 has a through channel 17a (as shown in fig. 5-7) at the rear end of the hinge hole (blind hole) 13a, the through channel 17a is shown as a U-shaped slot opened from top to bottom at the second inclined plane 122 position of the connecting block 12, or a through hole 17b (as shown in fig. 5-8), the through channel 17a and the through hole 17b are both used for passing through the hinge shaft of the side-inserted wiper arms K1, K2, the specific structure of the side-inserted wiper arm can refer to CN1144709C, two L-shaped connecting arms with different lengths mainly pass through on the current market, it should be noted that if the hinge hole of the wiper connecting base 1d ', 1d' is provided with the hinge hole 13b, the hinge hole can be designed to pass through the hinge hole of the hinge hole 13b, and the hinge shaft 17a through the hinge hole of the wiper arm 13b and the hinge hole 17a through 17b can be omitted.
In addition to the wiper connecting base 1d', 1d ″ disclosed herein, which can be adapted to a large number of conventional wiper joints (such as the wiper joint 2a, the wiper joint 2b, and the wiper joint 2 c) having hinged shafts on both side walls, the wiper joint 2d can be adapted to, for example, the wiper connecting base 1d ″ shown in fig. 5-9 and 5-10, the wiper joint 2d includes two third side walls 21b, a second top wall 22b, and a front wall 29b enclosing a rectangular channel member having a hollow interior with a downward opening, the two third side walls 21b extend inward to form third and fourth retainers 23b and 24b, respectively, at positions corresponding to the first and second limiting insertion grooves 51a and 52, and the two third side walls 21b respectively form a receiving hole 25b penetrating each other, and bottom end surfaces of the two third side walls 21b have planes (as shown in fig. 5-11) capable of abutting against and contacting with the supporting plane 111 of the wiper connecting base 1a supporting base 1 a(s), and the two third side walls 21b have planes (as shown in fig. 5-11) capable of abutting against and contacting with the supporting plane 111 of the top wall 12 b at least a recessed portion formed at a position corresponding to the second limiting insertion groove 12, and the top wall 12 b, the two recessed portions are provided with a recessed portion, and a recessed portion formed at least a recessed portion formed at a height T of the recessed portion 12.
Referring to fig. 5-11, taking the assembly between the wiper joint 2D and the wiper connecting base 1D 'as an example, the wiper joint 2D is engaged with the first limiting slot 51a, the second limiting slot 52 and the second limiting step 15B of the wiper connecting base 1D' by the third latch 23B, the fourth latch 24B and the limiting latch 26B, respectively, and the inner end of the front wall 29B of the wiper joint 2D (corresponding to the first resisting piece 223a of the wiper joint 2C) and the front resisting surface 124 of the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1D 'can be abutted against each other for limiting, the above-mentioned engaging manner is not obviously different from the fastening relationship established between the wiper joint 2C and the wiper connecting base 1D, and similarly, when the wiper joint 2D is firmly fastened and connected with the wiper connecting base 1D', the bearing hole 25B is opposite to the through hole 17B, the outer end face of at least one third side wall 21B is arranged as a first limit matching face C at a position opposite to the subsidence part T, an insertion limit space 27B for inserting the L-shaped connecting arm of the short side-insertion type scraping arm K2 is formed between the third side wall 21B with the first limit matching face C and the opposite connecting block 12, the connecting block 12 is arranged as a second limit matching face D at one end face facing the first limit matching face C, a first width W1 and a second width W2 are respectively formed between the first limit matching face C and the second limit matching face D and the matching end face of the bearing hole 25B at the opposite side, the bearing hole 25B at the side is defined as an insertion bearing hole B, the first width W1 and the second width W2 are just corresponding to the side-insertion type wiper arms K1 and K2 matching the L-shaped connecting arms with two different lengths, wherein W1 is matched with the long side-insertion type wiper arm K1, the W2 adapting short side-insertion wiper arm K2 is defined such that the joint end face is defined as a joint shaft of the side-insertion wiper arm inserted into the receiving hole 25b, the joint shaft abuts against a contact surface of the receiving hole 25b, if the joint shaft abuts against an outer end face of the receiving hole 25b, the outer end face of the receiving hole 25b is defined as a joint end face, and if the joint shaft abuts against a counter bore end face of the receiving hole 25b, the counter bore end face of the receiving hole 25b is defined as a joint end face.
As shown in fig. 5-12, the hinged shafts of the short side-insertion type wiper arm K2 and the long side-insertion type wiper arm K1 respectively pass through the insertion receiving hole B of the wiper connector 2D and the through hole 17B of the connecting block 12 from top to bottom, the L-shaped connecting arm of the short side-insertion type wiper arm K2 is inserted into the insertion limiting space 27B, and at least forms a limit along the width direction with the second limiting matching surface D, and the L-shaped connecting arm of the long side-insertion type wiper arm K1 forms a limit along the width direction with the first limiting matching surface C (the third side wall 21B) of the wiper connector 2D; through the above arrangement, the wiper joint 2D, except for the technical effects similar to the wiper joint 2C, can be stably connected to the wiper connecting base 1D ″, and meanwhile, the second hollow portion 221B is disposed in the settling portion T of the wiper joint 2D to expose a portion of the connecting block 12, and an insertion limiting space 27B is formed by utilizing the space between one side surface of the connecting block 12 and the opposite third side wall 21B, and through a necessary structural design, for example, a bottom edge facing the connecting block 12 (if necessary) is formed at least at the bottom of the third side wall 21B having the first limiting matching surface C, or the receiving hole B may be protruded outwards or formed as a counter bore with respect to the third side wall 21B, so as to adjust the distance between the matching end surface of the receiving hole B and the first limiting matching surface C and the second limiting matching surface D, so that the wiper joint 2D can be adapted to side-insertion wiper arms of two lengths. It should be noted that, after the wiper joint 2d and the wiper connecting base 1d ″ are installed in place, a constraint condition for limiting the mutual detachment of the two is additionally added (the hinge shaft of the side-inserted wiper arm sequentially passes through the insertion receiving hole B of the wiper joint 2d and the through hole 17B of the connecting block 12), so that the position of the limiting locking point 26B, which is arranged at the inner end of the second top wall 22B and is opposite to the second limiting stepped portion 15B of the connecting block 12, is provided, and the limiting locking point 26B is slightly different from the limiting projection 250a, which is arranged at the inner end of the first top wall 222a of the wiper joint 2c and is disclosed in the foregoing embodiment, that is, the limiting locking point 26B is more easily elastically deformed, and once the wiper joint 2d is subjected to the acting force of the wiper connecting base 1d ″, the limiting locking point 26B is easily separated from the top of the second limiting stepped portion 15B, so that the wiper joint 2d and the wiper connecting base 1d ″ are very convenient to detach. It should be noted that, since the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1d ″ is disposed at a position approximately corresponding to the central axis X of the supporting plane 111, and the wiper joints 2d are also distributed along the central axis M in a mirror image manner, the wiper joint 2d can be adapted to the wiper arm of the left-hand or right-hand vehicle, i.e., the hinge shaft of the side-inserted wiper arm can be inserted from any one of the insertion receiving holes B, so as to improve the adaptability of the wiper with the wiper connecting assembly.
The sixth embodiment:
as shown in fig. 6-1, the present invention discloses a wiper connecting base 1e, which can be constructed on the basis of the first to third embodiments, and the inventive concept is similar to the fourth embodiment, specifically, the top surface of the base 11 has a supporting plane 111 extending outwards along the width and length directions of the connecting block 12, a stop block 18 is further provided at the rear end of the connecting block 12 at an interval and protruded on the supporting plane 111, and two side surfaces thereof form a first limiting slot 51b recessed inwards; the front ends of the two side surfaces of the connecting block 12 are respectively provided with a second limiting slot 52 which is sunken inwards; the insertion direction of the opening formed by the first position-limiting slot 51b and the second position-limiting slot 52 is the same as the insertion direction of the opening 131 of the hinge hole 13a of the connecting block 12. Through the spacing design between the connecting block 12 and the clamping block 18, an insertion channel for inserting the clamping blocks (23 a, 23 b) which are matched with the first limiting slot 51b in a clamping manner can be formed in the spacing abdicating space formed by the connecting block 12 and the clamping block 18, and a through channel for inserting the hinge shaft of the side-insertion type wiper arm can be formed in the spacing abdicating space formed by the connecting block 12 and the clamping block 18, however, if the design is adopted, the stress of the hinge shaft of the side-insertion type wiper arm is concentrated at the bearing hole 25b of the wiper joint 2d, and the bearing hole 25b of the wiper joint 2d is easy to crack after the wiper joint 2d is used for a period of time, so that the wiper joint 2d is scrapped, and therefore, the design is optimized, as shown in fig. 6-2, a wiper connecting base 1e' is additionally provided with a through channel or through hole 17b on the connecting block 12 for the hinge shaft of the side-insertion type wiper arm to pass through, and the stress of the hinge shaft of the side-insertion type wiper arm is shared by the through hole 17b of the connecting block 12, so as to prolong the service life of the wiper joint 2 d; furthermore, the width of the clamping block 18 is consistent with that of the connecting block 12, and the height of the clamping block is smaller than that of the connecting block 12, so that the wiper joints 2c ', 2d ' ″ which are matched with the clamping block can be additionally provided with structures such as reinforcing ribs and the like above the area of the clamping block 18, and the overall strength of the wiper joints 2c ', 2d ' and 2d '; meanwhile, a guide convex block 20 is additionally arranged between the clamping block 18 and the connecting block 12 and is positioned adjacent to the supporting plane 111, and the guide convex block 20 guides and positions the clamping blocks (23 a and 23 b) of the wiper joints 2c ', 2d ' and 2d ' ″, so that the clamping blocks (23 a and 23 b) can conveniently slide into the first limiting slot 51b, and the integral structural strength of the clamping block 18 is further enhanced; in a more preferable design, in the present embodiment, a positioning baffle 19 perpendicular to the supporting plane 111 is additionally arranged between the clamping block 18 and the connecting block 12, as shown in fig. 6-3, the width of the positioning baffle 19 is smaller than that of the connecting block 12, and is arranged above the guiding protrusion 20, the top of the positioning baffle 19 is provided with a third inclined surface 191, the height of the third inclined surface 191 is gradually reduced from front to back, the included angle (slope) between the third inclined surface 191 and the front end of the horizontal surface is consistent with the technical effect of the included angle γ between the second inclined surface 122 and the front end of the horizontal surface disclosed in the second embodiment, not to be repeated, and for the same reason, the connecting block 12 is additionally provided with a through channel or a through hole 17b for the side insertion type wiper arm to pass through, the through hole 17b is selected in the present embodiment, and the hinge shaft 12 is offset to one side of the central axis X, and the supporting plane 111 is provided with a plurality of limiting ribs 112 at a side far from the connecting block 12 along the width direction.
The windshield wiper connecting bases 1e, 1e 'disclosed in the present invention can be adapted to a large number of conventional windshield wiper joints (such as the windshield wiper joint 2 a), windshield wiper joint 2b and windshield wiper joints 2c, 2c' having hinged shafts on both side walls, although the windshield wiper connecting bases 1e, 1e 'can be adapted to the windshield wiper joint 2D, since the rear part of the connecting block 12 lacks a vertical plane having a certain height as the second limit fitting surface D (the height of the locking block 18 is too low), only the long side-insertion type windshield wiper arm K1 can be adapted to, and the windshield wiper connecting base 1e' has the positioning baffle 19, which can be used as the second limit fitting surface D, the windshield wiper connecting base 1e 'to which the windshield wiper joint 2D' is mounted can be adapted to the long side-insertion type windshield wiper arm K1 and the short side-insertion type windshield wiper arm K2, and the assembling relationship of the windshield wiper joints of the above-mentioned different structures will be explained below by taking the windshield wiper connecting base 1e 'as an example, since the wiper connecting base 1e' has some differences from the wiper connecting base described above, the wiper joint adapted to the wiper connecting base is necessarily improved, as shown in fig. 6-4 and 6-5, which discloses a wiper joint 2a 'having a structure which is not substantially different from the conventional wiper joint having hinged shafts on both side walls, and the connection manner of the wiper joint 2a' and the wiper connecting base 1e 'can be referred to the specific description of the second embodiment, only two lateral fins 224 facing the positioning baffle 19 are added to the rear end of the wiper joint 2a', and when the wiper joint 2a 'and the wiper connecting base 1e' are connected to each other, the two lateral fins 224 can limit the rear end of the wiper joint 2a 'from being deflected in the width direction with respect to the wiper connecting base 1e', further improving the stability of the connection of the two.
As shown in fig. 6-6 and 6-7, the present invention discloses a wiper blade joint 2c ', the structure and connection relationship between the wiper blade joint base 1e ' are substantially the same as those of the wiper blade joint 2c disclosed in the fourth embodiment, only because of the design of the locking block 18 of the wiper blade joint base 1e ', the first rear wall 224a and several transverse ribs 225a are added to the rear end of the fastening connection seat 22a of the wiper blade joint 2c ' to increase the structural strength of the wiper blade joint 2c ', and the notch 2241a for sliding the locking block 18 is provided at the lower end of the first rear wall 224a, so as to reduce the overall length of the wiper blade joint 2c ', and because the connection block 12 is offset to one side of the support plane 111 along the width, it is possible to provide a sufficient support plane for the wiper arm mounting seat 21a, and at the bottom of the wiper arm mounting seat 21a and corresponding to the position of the limiting rib 112, there is provided with the limiting sink 215a for the locking and fitting, so as to make the wiper blade joint 2c and the wiper blade joint base 1e ' more firmly.
As shown in fig. 6-8 to 6-11, the present invention discloses a wiper blade joint 2d 'whose structure and connection relationship with a wiper blade connection base 1e' are substantially the same as those of the wiper blade joint 2d disclosed in the fifth embodiment, and there are two obvious differences: 1. due to the offset design of the connecting block 12, a filling portion 28B can be added side by side, wherein the filling portion 28B is provided with a through hole 281B which is mutually penetrated with the receiving hole 25B, the through hole 281B is defined as an inserting receiving hole B for inserting the hinging shaft of the side-inserting type wiper arm, and the filling portion 28B also forms a sinking portion T for supporting the L-shaped connecting arm; 2. the second limit matching surface D is replaced by one side surface of the original connecting block 12 as one side surface of the positioning baffle plate 19. The lengths of the L-shaped connecting arms of the side-inserting type windshield wiper arms of different types are adapted through the distance between the matching end surface of the inserting bearing hole B and the first limit matching surface C (the third side wall 21B) and the second limit matching surface D (the positioning baffle 19) respectively, so that the installation of the side-inserting type windshield wiper arms of different types is realized.
In order to enable the wiper connecting bases 1e and 1e 'to be capable of realizing the installation of two different types of side-inserted wiper arms, as shown in fig. 6-12 to 6-13, the invention discloses a wiper joint 2d', and the specific structure of the fastening connection relationship between the wiper joint 2d 'and the wiper connecting bases 1e and 1e' can refer to the fastening fit structure between the wiper joint 2d and the wiper connecting base 1d 'disclosed in the fifth embodiment, and similarly, the third fixture block 23b, the fourth fixture block 24b and the limiting clamping point 26b of the wiper joint 2d' are mutually clamped and matched with the first limiting slot 51b, the second limiting slot 52 and the second limiting step part 15b which are correspondingly arranged on the wiper connecting bases 1e and 1e ', so that the two are preliminarily fixed along the length direction, when the wiper joint 2d' is installed on the wiper connecting base 1e, the hinge shaft of the side-inserted wiper arm is penetrated into the fastening holes 25b on two third sides of the wiper wall 21b of the wiper joint 2d ', thereby realizing the connection between the wiper joint 2d' and the wiper connecting base 1 e; when the wiper joint 2d 'is installed on the wiper connecting base 1e', the hinge shaft of the side-inserted wiper arm is sequentially inserted into the receiving hole 25b of the third side wall 21b of the wiper joint 2d 'and the through hole 17b of the wiper connecting base 1e', thereby realizing the fastening connection of the wiper joint 2d 'and the wiper connecting base 1 e'. Similarly, the second top wall 22b of the wiper joint 2D ″ forms a sunken portion T at the rear end of the receiving hole 25b, and the most obvious difference from the previously disclosed wiper joints 2D, 2D ' is that the second top wall 22b of the wiper joint 2D ″ is not provided with a second hollowed portion 221b in the region of the sunken portion T, but rather forms at least one limiting groove 222b along the length direction thereof, the limiting groove 222b serves as a second limiting matching surface D, the outer end surface of the third side wall 21b adjacent to the limiting groove 222b serves as a first limiting matching surface C, and at least one longitudinal yielding portion 223b is formed at the front end of the limiting groove 222b, the longitudinal yielding portion 223b is communicated with the limiting groove 222b, so that the wiper joint 2D ' is mounted on the wiper connecting bases 1e, 1e ', the longitudinal yielding portion 223b of the wiper joint 2D ' can reserve a sufficient yielding space, and the wiper joint 2D ' is prevented from being in mutual interference with the connecting bases 1e, 1e ' when the wiper joint 2D ' and the connecting base 1e ' are connected along the length direction, and the inner end of the sunken portion 22b and the connecting block 22D ' are not mutually interfered; the first limit matching surface C and the second limit matching surface D respectively form a first width W1 and a second width W2 between the first limit matching surface C and the second limit matching surface D and the matching end surface of the bearing hole 25B on the opposite side, the bearing hole 25B on the side is defined as an insertion bearing hole B, and the first width W1 and the second width W2 are just matched with side insertion type wiper arms K1 and K2 (not shown in the figure) of two L-shaped connecting arms with different lengths; if the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base is disposed at the central axis X of the supporting plane 111, the wiper joint 2d ″ can be distributed in a mirror image along its central axis M, and the wiper joint 2d ' "is optimally designed, as shown in fig. 6-14, the second top wall 22B of the wiper joint 2d '" forms two limiting grooves 222B symmetrically distributed along its central axis M in the region of the depression T, and a longitudinal relief portion 223B is also disposed between the two limiting grooves 222B, so that the hinge shaft of the side-inserted wiper arm can be inserted from any receiving hole 25B (insertion receiving hole B), and the wiper joint 2d ' "can be adapted to the wiper arm of a left-handed vehicle or a right-handed vehicle.

Claims (21)

1. A wiper connection base (1 a, 1b, 1c ', 1d' ', 1e' ') as a first component of a wiper connection assembly connecting a wiper blade assembly with a wiper arm, the wiper connecting base (1 a, 1b, 1c', 1d '', 1e '') comprises at least a base (11), the base (11) is used for realizing the fixed connection with a windshield wiper bracket assembly, a connecting block (12) is convexly arranged above the base (11), a pair of hinge holes (13 a, 13 b) symmetrically arranged along a pivot axis (Y) are formed in the connecting block (12), and an opening (131) is formed in one side of each hinge hole (13 a, 13 b) opposite to the power end of the windshield wiper arm; the connecting block is characterized in that an elastic element (3) is additionally arranged on the connecting block (12), the elastic element (3) can generate position deviation due to elastic deformation when being subjected to a certain external force, when the elastic element (3) does not generate position deviation, the elastic element is used for blocking an access channel at the opening (131) of the hinge holes (13 a, 13 b), and when the elastic element (3) generates position deviation, the access channel at the opening (131) of the hinge holes (13 a, 13 b) is in an open state.

The wiper connection base (1 a, 1b, 1c ', 1d ', 1d ", 1e ', 1 e") according to claim 1, wherein the elastic element is a blocking tab (3) which is fixed to the connecting piece (12) at one end and is a free end (32) at the other end, which free end (32) is located at the opening (131) of the hinge hole (13 a, 13 b) when not elastically deformed; when the blocking sheet (3) is acted by a certain external force, the blocking sheet can generate elastic deformation, so that the free end (32) of the blocking sheet leaves the opening (131) of the hinge hole (13 a, 13 b).

The wiper connection base (1 b, 1c ', 1d ', 1d ", 1e ', 1 e") according to claim 3, wherein a first hollow portion (33) is disposed below the abdicating channel (14), the blocking piece (3) is disposed in the first hollow portion (33) in a circular arc shape from bottom to top, the first hollow portion (33) has an abdicating space for allowing the free end (32) of the blocking piece (3) to be elastically deformed downward, and the height of the free end (32) of the blocking piece (3) is lower than the height of the center of the hinge hole (13 a, 13 b).
5. The wiper connection base (1 b, 1c ', 1d ', 1d ", 1e ', 1 e") according to claim 3, wherein the hinge hole (13 a) is a blind hole, and the relief passage (14) and the bottom end surface of the hinge hole (13 a) are located on the same plane.

The wiper connection base (1 c, 1c ', 1e', 1e ") according to any of the claims 3-5, wherein a limit sink (4) is further opened on the top of the connecting block (12) and at the front end of the abdicating channel (14), the limit sink (4) is a rectangular sink (41) having a receiving space extending along the length direction of the connecting block (12).

The wiper connecting base (1 c ', 1e', 1e ") according to claim 6, wherein when the connecting block (12) has the limit sinker (4), the limit sinker (4) further comprises an axial sinker (42) extending in a length direction thereof at a front end or a rear end of the rectangular sinker (41), and the rectangular sinker (41) and the axial sinker (42) have a horizontal cross-section in a convex shape.

The wiper connecting base (1 b, 1c ', 1d ', 1d ", 1e ', 1 e") according to any one of claims 3 to 7, wherein the top of the connecting block (12) is provided with a first inclined surface (121) and a second inclined surface (122) from front to rear, respectively, the first inclined surface (121) is located at the front end of the hinge hole (13 a, 13 b) and is gradually higher from front to rear; the second inclined surface (122) is located at the rear end of the hinge holes (13 a, 13 b) and is gradually lower from front to rear.
9. The wiper connection foot (1 b, 1c ', 1d ', 1d ", 1e ', 1 e") according to claim 8, characterised in that the angle γ between the second inclined surface (122) and the front end of the horizontal surface of the base (11) is greater than or equal to 5 °.

The wiper attachment base (1 c ', 1e', 1e ") according to claim 9, wherein when the axial recess (42) is located at the rear end of the rectangular recess (41), the front end of the rectangular recess (41) forms a depression (411), and the angle γ between the second inclined surface (122) and the front end of the horizontal surface of the base (11) is greater than or equal to 3 °.

The wiper connecting base (1 d, 1d', 1d ") according to any one of claims 2-10, wherein the top surface of the base (11) has a supporting plane (111) extending outward along the width and length directions of the connecting block (12), a pair of first limiting slots (51 a) and second limiting slots (52) are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the connecting block (12) from the back to the front along the length direction thereof, an insertion channel (53) is correspondingly disposed at each of the open ends of the first limiting slots (51 a) and the second limiting slots (52) and is communicated with the open ends of the first limiting slots (51 a) and the second limiting slots (52), and the insertion direction of the opening formed by the first limiting slots (51 a) and the second limiting slots (52) is consistent with the insertion direction of the opening (131) of the hinge holes (13 a, 13 b) of the connecting block (12).

13. The wiper connection foot (1 e, 1e', 1e ") according to claim 12, characterised in that the width of the catch piece (18) corresponds to the width of the connecting piece (12) and its height is smaller than the height of the connecting piece (12).
14. The wiper connection foot (1 d, 1d ', 1d ", 1e', 1 e") according to claim 11 or 12, characterised in that the first and second retaining sockets (51 a, 51b, 52) are arranged adjacent to the support plane (111) with their bottom end faces coinciding with the support plane (111).
15. The wiper connection foot (1 d, 1d ', 1d ", 1e', 1 e") according to claim 11 or 12, characterised in that the front end face of the connecting piece (12) forms a front abutment surface (124).
16. The wiper connection foot (1 e', 1e ") as claimed in claim 12, characterized in that a guide projection (20) is additionally provided between the catch piece (18) and the connecting piece (12) and in a position adjoining the support plane (111).

The wiper connection foot (1 e ") as claimed in claim 12 or 16, characterized in that a positioning stop (19) is additionally provided between the catch piece (18) and the connecting piece (12) perpendicularly to the support plane (111), the width of the positioning stop (19) being smaller than the width of the connecting piece (12).
18. The wiper connection base (1 e ") according to claim 17, wherein the top of the positioning flap (19) has a third inclined surface (191), the third inclined surface (191) tapering down in height from the front to the rear.
19. The wiper connection foot (1 d, 1d ', 1d ", 1e', 1 e") as claimed in any of claims 12 to 18, characterised in that a second limiting step (15 b) is provided on top of the connecting piece (12).

The wiper connection base (1 d ', 1d ", 1e', 1 e") as claimed in any of claims 12 to 19, wherein the hinge hole (13 b) of the wiper connection base (1 d, 1e ") can be provided as a through hole; or when the hinge hole (13 a) is set as a blind hole, the two side faces of the connecting block (12) are provided with a through channel (17 a) or a through hole (17 b) at the rear end of the hinge hole (13 a).
21. A windshield wiper, its characterized in that: comprising a wiper attachment foot (1 a, 1b, 1c ', 1d ', 1d ", 1e ', 1 e") according to any one of claims 1-20.
