Background
The unit weight of the gypsum board is generally controlled to be about 6.5 Kg/square meter (9.5 mm thick gypsum board), the unit weight is heavy, the consumption of raw materials for production is large, and the corresponding energy consumption is high. An embodiment of the present invention also provides a gypsum board production apparatus assembly, including: at least two gypsum board production units, at least one of which is configured for coating gypsum board slurry onto the lower paper of the gypsum board being conveyed to the gypsum board forming station, and at least one of which is configured for coating gypsum board slurry onto the upper paper of the gypsum board being conveyed to the gypsum board forming station.
In an exemplary embodiment, the gypsum board production apparatus for coating gypsum board slurry on the lower paper of the gypsum board further comprises a baffle plate provided on both sides of the roll of the coating roll.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 1, a gypsum board production apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: frame 1, locate coating roll 2 on frame 1, and the gypsum board ground paste conveying line 3 that corresponds the setting with coating roll 2. The gypsum board production apparatus 100 of this embodiment further includes a screw (not shown) for adjusting the upper and lower pitches of the coating roll 2 and the support roll 5.
The gypsum board production apparatus 100 of the present embodiment further includes a plurality of conveying rollers 6 provided on the frame 1 and located below the coating rollers 2, and configured to convey the gypsum board stickers 4. The plurality of conveying rollers 6 are arranged at both ends of the frame 1 in the conveying direction of the gypsum board paster 4, and are provided on the base 10. The coating roller 2 and the support roller 5 are located between the feed rollers 6 at both ends. In other embodiments, one conveying roller 6 may be used, and the number of the conveying rollers 6 is not limited herein. The conveying is more stable by adopting a plurality of conveying rollers 6 in the embodiment.

Meanwhile, the gypsum board production apparatus 100 of the present embodiment prevents the gypsum board paster 4 from sinking due to stress and causing uneven coating by providing the support roller 5. Further, the gypsum board production apparatus 100 of the present embodiment facilitates the gypsum board sticker 4 to pass through and to perform maintenance and the like by providing the adjustment cylinder 12.
As shown in fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a gypsum board production apparatus 100' including: a frame 1 ', a coating roller 2 ' arranged on the frame 1 ', and a gypsum board slurry conveying pipeline 3 ' arranged corresponding to the coating roller 2 '.
