Abstract
The invention discloses novel functional wall cloth which is prepared by impregnating glass fiber cloth or glass fiber mat into resin slurry for pre-curing, stacking the resin slurry with decorative paper and wear-resistant paper and then performing hot pressing, wherein the resin slurry comprises 20-80% of water-soluble flexible polyurethane modified epoxy resin, 10-75% of aluminum hydroxide filler, 0.1-3% of coupling agent, 0.1-2% of dispersing agent and 1-10% of melamine expansion flame retardant. Compared with the prior art, the wall cloth provided by the invention has the advantages of fire resistance up to A level, high wear resistance, high strength, mildew resistance, antibiosis and strong stain resistance. The wall cloth organically combines the advantages of the non-combustible glass fiber and the flexible resin, has good flame retardance and waterproofness due to the synergistic effect of the phosphorus flame retardant or the nitrogen flame retardant, has high strength, effectively solves the problem of cracking and falling, and is mildew-proof and antibacterial. The wear-resistant layer enables the wall cloth to be more scratch-resistant, oil-stain-resistant and easy to clean.

The preparation method of the novel functional wall cloth comprises the following steps:
preparing resin slurry in step (1): adding aluminum hydroxide or white carbon black filler, silane coupling agent and dispersant into water-soluble flexible resin, adding phosphorus flame retardant or nitrogen flame retardant, and stirring and dispersing uniformly to prepare the flame retardant.
(2) Preparing a prepreg: and (3) impregnating the resin slurry obtained in the step (1) with glass fiber cloth or glass fiber mat, and placing the resin slurry in an oven for precuring to obtain the prepreg.
(3) Preparing novel functional wall cloth: and (3) placing the glass fiber cloth or the glass fiber thin felt prepreg, the decorative paper and the wear-resistant layer prepared in the step (2) into a hot press for hot press forming.

(2) Preparing a prepreg: and (2) impregnating the resin slurry obtained in the step (1) with glass fiber cloth or glass fiber mat, and placing the resin slurry into a drying oven for pre-curing to obtain the prepreg, wherein the drying temperature is 130 ℃, and the drying time is 10 min.
(3) Preparing novel functional wall cloth: and (3) placing the prepreg, the decorative paper and the wear-resistant layer obtained in the step (2) into a hot press for hot press molding, wherein the hot press molding temperature is 120 ℃, the time is 30min, and the pressure is 10MPa, so that the high-strength flame-retardant antibacterial mildew-proof wall cloth is obtained.
Example 2

raw materials of the resin slurry in the step (1) are 65% of water-soluble flexible polyurethane modified epoxy resin, 18% of aluminum hydroxide filler, 10% of white carbon black, 1% of silane coupling agent, 1% of dispersing agent and 5% of ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant;
