A pump cylinder honing tool is characterized by comprising a mandrel part, a universal coupling part and a honing part, wherein the mandrel part comprises an ejector rod and an expansion core, the universal coupling part comprises a first universal joint and a second universal joint which are connected with each other, an included angle can be generated between the axis of the first universal joint and the axis of the second universal joint, the honing part comprises a tubular body, at least two honing heads are convexly arranged on the outer surface of the body, and a plurality of honing strips which are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the honing head are arranged on each honing head; one end of the ejector rod penetrates through the first universal joint and extends into the second universal joint, one end of the body is connected with the second universal joint, the expansion core is slidably arranged in the body, and the ejector rod is abutted with the expansion core; the mandril can push the expansion core to slide along the axial direction of the body, and the expansion core can drive each honing strip to move towards the direction of the peripheral surface of the corresponding honing head;
the first end of the ejector rod is positioned outside the first universal joint, the second end of the ejector rod is connected with the first end of the expansion core, the expansion core is arranged inside the body in an axially extending mode along the body, a plurality of sections of conical surfaces with gradually reduced diameters are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the expansion core along the direction from the first end of the expansion core to the second end of the expansion core, each honing head is abutted against one section of conical surface on the outer surface of the expansion core through a conducting piece penetrating through the expansion core along the radial direction of the body, and in the process that the expansion core slides from the first end of the body to the second end of the body along the axial direction of the body, each conical surface respectively pushes the corresponding conducting piece to move towards the outer portion of the body along the radial direction of the body, so that each honing strip moves towards the direction protruding corresponding outer peripheral surface of the honing head;
the honing strip comprises an emery strip seat and at least one emery strip, an embedding groove is concavely arranged on one side surface of the emery strip seat facing the outside of the body, the emery strip is embedded in the corresponding embedding groove on the emery strip seat, and two ends of one side surface of each emery strip seat facing the inside of the body are respectively connected with one conducting piece;
an included angle smaller than or equal to 10 degrees can be formed between the axis of the first universal joint and the axis of the second universal joint.
2. The cylinder honing tool of claim 1 wherein said mandrel section further comprises a tie rod, a first end of said tie rod being attached to a second end of said expanding mandrel by a connecting pin, said second end of said tie rod being located outside of said body.

The cylinder honing tool according to claim 1, wherein the gimbal shaft further includes a gimbal block, the second end of the first gimbal is formed with two first protrusions, two first grooves are formed between the two first protrusions, the first end of the second gimbal is formed with two second protrusions, two second grooves are formed between the two second protrusions, pin holes are formed in the two first protrusions and the two second protrusions, respectively, and the first protrusions and the second protrusions are arranged in the radial direction of the body, the gimbal block has a through hole in the center thereof, the through hole being coaxially communicated with the first gimbal and the second gimbal, and four connection holes are formed in the outer circumferential surface thereof at regular intervals, the two first protrusions are inserted into the two second grooves, respectively, and the two second protrusions are inserted into the two first grooves, respectively, the gimbal block is disposed between the two first protrusions and the two second protrusions, and the four first protrusions and the second protrusions are connected to the pin holes, respectively, and the four connection holes are correspondingly connected to the first protrusions and the second protrusions on the pin shaft.
4. The pump barrel honing tool of claim 1, wherein each honing head is spaced apart from each other in the axial direction of the body, a plurality of mounting grooves extending in the axial direction of the body are recessed in the outer circumferential surface of each honing head in the circumferential direction thereof, and a honing bar is detachably mounted in each mounting groove.
5. The pump barrel honing tool of claim 1 or 4 wherein there are 8 honing sticks provided on each honing head.

The pump barrel honing tool according to claim 1, further comprising two guide sleeves, wherein one of the guide sleeves is positioned on the second universal joint, the other of the guide sleeves is positioned on the body and close to the second end of the body, a round corner is formed at a connection between end surfaces of two ends of each guide sleeve and an outer peripheral surface of the guide sleeve, a plurality of through grooves are formed in the outer peripheral surface of each guide sleeve at intervals along the circumferential direction of the guide sleeve, and each through groove extends in the axial direction of the guide sleeve and penetrates through the corresponding end surfaces of two ends of the guide sleeve.
7. The cylinder honing tool of claim 1 further comprising a rod sleeve and a first pressing cap, wherein the rod sleeve is sleeved on the ejector rod, one end of the rod sleeve abuts against the first gimbal, the first pressing cap is sleeved on a connection portion between the rod sleeve and the first gimbal, and the first pressing cap is in threaded connection with the rod sleeve and the first gimbal.
