8. The blanking cap mounting apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the control system comprises a PLC control unit, and the PLC control unit is connected with a touch screen and a control button.
9. A plugging cap installation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, ensuring that a material sensor at the bottom of a storage bin has a signal, wherein a cylinder of a material carrying disc is positioned at an upper position, and manually placing a carbon brush frame without a plugging cap on the material carrying disc;
step two, after the carbon brush holder is placed according to the positioning point, the pressing cylinder is pressed downwards;
thirdly, the clamping finger cylinder acts to clamp the plugging cap;
after the clamping finger cylinder is clamped, the blocking cap positioning cylinder returns;
fifthly, ejecting out the cylinder, and pushing the plug cap to a pre-installation position;
jacking a material carrying disc cylinder to enable the height of the brush holder to be higher than that of the blocking cap;
seventhly, ejecting a cylinder at the front position of the ejection cylinder, and mounting a plug cap;
step eight, after the plugging cap is installed, loosening the clamping fingers, and ejecting the back position of the cylinder to return;
jacking the plug cap positioning cylinder, waiting for the clamping fingers to take materials, and simultaneously pressing the cylinder to return;
and step ten, the front position of the ejection cylinder returns, so that the clamping finger cylinder is positioned at the material taking position, and the material carrying disc cylinder returns.
